Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keberadaan keluarga involuntary childless (tanpa anak akibat faktor yang tidak diinginkan). Pasangan yang dalam keadaan ini, akan mengalami kehilangan dan sulit untuk menerima kenyataan bahwa mereka tidak dapat memiliki anak secara biologis. Namun, pasangan suami istri dikecamatan Badas kabupaten kediri yang tidak memiliki anak juga memiliki lebih banyak waktu dan kesempatan untuk berdoa dan merawat pasangannya seperti saling mendukung pasangannya dan saling menguatkan, sehingga perhatian dan rasa kasih sayang dari pasangan meningkat.
Adapun rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana kehidupan keluarga involuntary childless di Kecamatan Badas Kabupaten Kediri ? 2) Bagaimana upaya keluarga involuntary childless di Kecamatan Badas Kabupaten Kediri dalam mempertahankan keluarga? 3) Bagaimana ketahanan keluarga involuntary childless di Kecamatan Badas Kabupaten Kediri dalam Perspektif Keluarga Sakinah?
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan pengecekan keabsahan data.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kehidupan Keluarga Involuntary Childless di Kecamatan Badas, bahwa kehidupan involuntary childless itu mereka merasa bahwa pernikahan dan kehidupan mereka tidak ada artinya, kecemburuan terhadap orang yang sudah mempunyai anak, peningkatan distress pada wanita, perasaan putus asa dan kehilangan harapan, yang dialami beberapa pasangan, namun ada yang tetap berusaha, bersabar, bersyukur dan terus berdo’a kepada Allah SWT. 2) Upaya keluarga Involuntary childless untuk mempertahankan dengan menjaga komunikasi, menerima situasi, mencari makna baru dalam hidup tanpa anak, tidak terlalu memperdulikan pendapat masyarakat sekitar, serta dukungan sosial dan pemahaman dari orang sekitar sangat penting untuk membantu menghadapi emosi mereka, karena setiap pasangan ada yang menerima keaadan ataupun sempat berputus asa. 3) Ketahanan Keluarga Involuntary Childless dalam perspektif keluarga sakinah menurut Muhammad Quraish Shihab Keluarga yang tidak memiliki anak secara tidak sengaja diharapkan bisa menerima keadaan tersebut dengan penuh kesabaran, dan berusaha mencari kebahagiaan serta makna dalam bentuk lain meskipun ditengah keterbatasan itu. FENOMENA PERJODOHAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN SERTA IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KELUARGA SAKINAH
Get PDFAbstract: This research discusses the phenomenon of arranged marriages in Islamic boarding schools and its implications for the Sakinah family based on the Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 of 1999 concerning the Development of the Sakinah Family Movement. This type of research is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The subjects of this research were married alumni and kiyais who were making matches. Meanwhile, the object of this research is a general description of the phenomenon of arranged marriages in Islamic boarding schools and its implications for the Sakinah family. Data collection was carried out by data mining, the author used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data processing techniques are carried out by editing, verification and analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that the Arranged Marriage Phenomenon has been realized up to now based on the efforts and role of the Chairman to match his students and the good response of his students to the matchmaking, and this matchmaking has good implications and is included in sakinah III plus based on the benchmarks stated in the letter Decree of the Minister of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia number 03 in 1999 concerning the development of the Sakinah family movement.

Abstrak : Penelitian ini membahas tentang Fenomena Perjodohan di Pondok Pesantren serta Implikasinya Terhadap Keluarga Sakinah berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Agama Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pembinaan Gerakan Keluarga Sakinah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian mix method yaitu lapangan (field research) dan normatif yang bersifat diskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah alumni yang sudah menikah serta para kiyai yang menjodohkan. Sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah gambaran umum tentang fenomena perjodohan di Pondok Pesantren serta implikasinya terhadap keluarga sakinah. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa Fenomena Perjodohan terealisasi sampai sekarang berdasarkan upaya dan peran kiyayi untuk menjodohkan para Santrinya dan respon baik dari santri-santrinya terhadap perjodohan tersebut, serta perjodohan ini berimplikasi baik dan termasuk sakinah III plus berdasarkan tolak ukur yang di tertera dalam surat keputusan menteri agama republik Indonesia pada nomor 03 pada tahun 1999 tentang pembinanan gerakan keluarga sakinah.

KONSEP KELUARGA SAKINAH PASANGAN TIDAK MEMILIKI KETURUNAN DI KOTA LANGSA ACEH

Domestic life is not from conflicts that arise to differences of opinion between husband and wife, but the most important thing is how to keep the family intact. The different problems that occur are also different ways to solve them, some end in divorce, some lead to harmony. A marriage that is not blessed with offspring does not mean unhappy they are also happy in their own way. As for the formulation of the problem that the author sets, how is the concept of a family without children in building a family, and what are the challenges for couples who do not have children in building a sakinah family? The author uses the type of field research ( field research). The descriptive approach to empirical analysis. The result of this paper is that in building a sakinah family, couples who do not have children have a variety of ways to do it but still have one goal, namely to build a sakinah family. According to them, the concept of a sakinah family is a family based on religion, loving each other, loving each other, trusting each, consulting each if there are problems, and solving them as well as possible so that marriage remains intact. In dealing with problems, there are various ways of solving them but still ending with happiness, because many are not happy because of problems in the household

Get PDFSakinah family coaching towards divorce prevention aims to foster family sakinah against pre-marital divorce prevention and to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in sakinah family coaching towards preventive pre-marital divorce. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of the study was the coach of the sakinah family in the Office of Religious Affairs in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. Data collection uses structured and unstructured interview observation methods, as well as documentation. The author conducts research assisted with interview guidelines, observation guidelines. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results showed that: 1). The form of sakinah family coaching to prevent pre-marital divorce in the Office of Religious Affairs in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency is face to face, groups, lectures and discussions. In conducting the training for the participants the instructor / functional instructor gives advice in the form of family secrets, 2). The inhibiting factor in the formation of a Sakinah family towards the prevention of premarital divorce is work and misunderstanding for some people regarding the formation of a Sakinah family. Employees’ Attitude toward the Implementation of Open Selection System for Senior Executive Service Positions

One of the major changes that the law brought about was the open selection for the filling of senior executive positions. The attitude of the parties affected by the changes is a factor that determines the success of a reform. Taking a case of the Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources as one of pioneering government ministries that has implemented such reform, this research aims at describing the attitude of civil servants of the ministry toward the open selection policy for senior executive positions, particularly first level senior executives service (jabatan pimpinan tinggi/JPT Pratama), as well as to describe the attitude differences that are showed by the officers based on their age, gender, education level, position type, and service length in the ministry. As a result, there is generally a positive attitude without significant differences between the officers in terms of age, gender, and different position type, but there are also partial differences between one group and another based on education level and service length

No full textThe interpersonal communication skills of the head of the family in building a sakinah family are very important to note because remembering that the pattern of communication that exists within a family will determine the success of building a peaceful household. Good communication will make it easier to achieve household goals that have been planned beforehand.
This research is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive method. The analysis technique uses content analysis. Data collection tools are observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is interpersonal communication theory. The author uses this theory because the theory of interpersonal communication will provide mutual openness between the head of the family to family members so that effective communication will be easily achieved.
The results of this study show that the ability of the head of the family to establish interpersonal communication with other family members in creating a sakinah family as a whole has achieved effective and open communication. Furthermore, the head of the family is able to build a sakinah family, this can be seen from the relatively long age of marriage and the lack of internal conflict that occurs.

Keluarga dalam Kamus Besar Bahsa Indonesia diartikan “sebagai ibu dan bapak beserta anak-anaknya, satuan kekerabatan yang sangat mendasar”, Memiliki keluarga sakinah adalah dambaan setiap pasangan suami istri. Keluarga merupakan lembaga sosial yang paling dasar untuk mencetak kualitas manusia. Dalam hal tersebut, pasangan suami istri akan melakukan berbagai cara untuk mewujudkan dan mengonsep keluarga mereka untuk menjadi keluarga yang sakinah. seperti halnya masyarakat yang ada di Desa Wonosari yang sebagian dari mereka masih percaya tentang hal-hal yang kejawen. Maka dari sini penulis menggunakan rumusan masalah tentang bagaiman konsep keluarga sakinah islam kejawen? dan bagaimana implementasi keluarga sakinah masyarakat islam kejawen?.
Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep keluarga sakinah islam kejawen dan implementasi keluarga sakinah islam kejawen.
Dari rumusan masalah di atas, penulis melakukan penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teori yang digunakan adalah teori fenomenologi untuk menggambarkan konsep keluarga sakinah dalam masyarakat islam kejawen. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan cara observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan dalam mengolah data menggunkan tahapan editing, klarifikasi, verifikasi, analisis dan pembuatan kesimpulan, guna menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut.
Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini, konsep keluarga sakinah menurut masyarakat islam kejawen adalah adalah keluarga yang berlandaskan agama Islam, yang mana setiap anggota keluarga mempunyai tanggung jawab masing masing, saling menghargai satu sama lain, menghormati dan bisa menjadi panutan antar anggota keluarga. Dalam pelaksanaan membangun keluarga sakinah, diperlukan strategi untuk dijadikan pegangan dalam mebangun keluarga sakinah, yaitu: selalu berusaha untuk berjamaah dalam beribadah, mengajarkan kesabran, terbuka terhadap pasangan. Hal ini sangat diperlukan dalam membangun dan mepertahankan keutuhan sebuah keluarga.

Sakinah family is always yearning to have each married couples. The familiy is the most basic social institution for the human quality of print, In it, married couples will perform a variety of ways to embody and conceptualize their family to be a family of sakinah. As with any community in the village of wonosari that some of them still believe about things kejawen. Then from here the authir uses the formulation of the problem abaout how islam kejawen sakinah family concept? And how the implementation of the community of islam kejawen sakinah family?
The purpose of holding this research is to know the concept of familiy sakinah islam kejawen and family implementations sakinah islam kejawen.
From the formulation of the above issue, the author doea empirical research with qualitative appproach and theory is the theory of phenomenology to describe conceptsin islamic society sakinah family kejawen. Engineering data collection using stages of editing clarification, verification, analysis and making conclusions, in oerder to answer the problem formulation.
As for the results of this research, the concept of family sakinah according to the islamic society is a family is a javanese believe on the islamic religion, in which each family member had a respomsibility each, each other, appreciate each other respect and could be a role model between familiy members. In the implementation of family building sakinah, needed a stategy to build relatively flimsy grip sakinah family, that is, always try to the congregration in worship, teach kesabaran, open to couples. Terbentuknya keluarga sakinah merupakan salah satu dari tujuan adanya pernikahan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kehidupan berumah tangga pasangan suami istri harus membangun pola interaksi yang positif dan juga harmonis agar tercipta keharmonisan dalam rumah tangga. Dirjen Bimas Islam, sejak tahun 2019 telah mengeluarkan peraturan tentang pelaksanaan program pusat layanan keluarga sakinah yang dilatar belakangi karena tingginya angka perceraian di Indonesia disebabkan karena masalah ekonomi dan perselisihan yang tiada henti. Dalam penelitian ini penulis merumuskan dua rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan program pusaka sakinah di KUA Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang dan bagaimana efektivitas program pusaka sakinah di KUA Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang.
Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum empiris, bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana penerapan program pusaka sakinah yang dilaksanakan di KUA Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang. Pengumpulan data berdasarkan wawancara dengan narasumber terpilih yang mengerti dan terkait langsung dengan program yaitu Kepala KUA, Penghulu, dan Petugas Penyuluh.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program pusaka sakinah di KUA Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang berdasarkan analisis sesuai dengan teori efektivitas hukum Soerjono Soekanto, telah terlaksana dengan baik namum belum semuanya optimal dikarenakan aturan yang ada belum memiliki ketegasan, seperti belum dimasukkannya program pusaka sakinah sebagai persyaratan pendaftaran perceraian, dari segi masyarakat, masyarakat belum antusias dengan adanya program ini. Untuk itu bagi KUA Kecamatan disarankan untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan Pengadilan Agama Kabupaten Malang agar program pusaka sakinah ini dimasukkan sebagai program wajib yang harus diikuti sebelum mengajukan perceraian, serta perlu sosialisasi kepada masyarakat akan pentingnya program pusaka sakinah.
ABSTRACT
The formation of a sakinah family is one of the goals of marriage. In practice, the married life of a married couple must build a positive and harmonious interaction pattern in order to create harmony in the household. The Director General of Islamic Guidance, since 2019 has issued regulations regarding the implementation of the sakinah family service center program which is motivated by the high divorce rate in Indonesia is due to economic problems and relentless disputes. In this study, the author formulated two problem formulations: how the implementation of the pusaka sakinah program at KUA Singosari subdistrict, Malang city and how the effectiveness of the pusaka sakinah program at KUA Singosari Subdistrict, Malang City.
The type of research was included in empirical legal research that aimed to see how the application of the pusaka sakinah program is carried out at the KUA, Singosari District, Malang Regency. Data collection is based on interviews with selected resource persons who understand and are directly related to the program, such as the Head of KUA, Penghulu, and Extension Officers.
The results showed that the implementation of the pusaka sakinah program at KUA Singosari District, Malang Regency based on an analysis in accordance with Soerjono Soekanto's theory of legal effectiveness, had been carried out well but not all of them were optimal because the existing rules did not have firmness, such as the absence of the pusaka sakinah program as a divorce registration requirement, from the community perspective, the community is not yet enthusiastic about this program. Therefore, it is recommended that the District KUA collaborate with the Malang city Religious Court so that the pusaka sakinah program is included as a mandatory program that must be followed before filing for divorce, and it is necessary to disseminate information to the community about the importance of the pusaka sakinah program.

تكوين أسرة السكينة من أهداف الزواج. في عمليته، يجب على المتزوجين في الحياة الزوجية بناء أنماط تفاعل إيجابية ومتناغمة لخلق الانسجام في الأسرةأخرج مدير عام إرشاد المجتمع الإسلامي قانون تنفيذ برنامج مركز خدمة الأسرة السكينة الذي يحفزه معدل الطلاق المرتفع في إندونيسيا بسبب المشاكل الاقتصادية والخلافات غير المنتهى. في هذا البحث، صاغت الباحثة مشكلتين، وهما كيفية تنفيذ برنامج التراث السكينة في مكتب الشؤون الدينية بمنطقة سينجوساري مالانج وكيفية فعالية برنامج التراث السكينة في مكتب الشؤون الدينية بمنطقة سينجوساري مالانج.
نوع هذا البحث هو البحث القانوني التجريبي. يهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة كيفية تنفيذ برنامج التراث السكينة في مكتب الشؤون الدينية بمنطقة سينجوساري مالانج. يعتمد جمع البيانات على مقابلات مع أشخاص مختارين ممن يفهمون ويرتبطون ارتباطًا مباشرًا بالبرنامج، أي رئيس مكتب الشؤون الدينية، و القاضي، وموظفي الإرشاد.
نتائج هذا البحث هي تنفيذ برنامج التراث السكينة في مكتب الشؤون الدينية بمنطقة سينجوساري مالانج بناءً على تحليل وفقًا لنظرية الفعالية القانونية سورجونو سوكانتو قد تم جيدًا ولكن لم تكن جميعها مثالية لأن القوانين فيها غير حازمة، مثل عدم وجود برنامج تراث سكينة كشرط لتسجيل الطلاق. ومن منظور المجتمع، لم يكن المجتمع متحمسًا لهذا البرنامج. لهذا السبب، يُنصح مكتب الشؤون الدينية في المنطقة الفرعية بالتعاون مع محكمة مالانج ريجنسي الدينية لتضمين برنامج تراث السكينة كبرنامج إلزامي الذي يجب اتباعه قبل تقديم طلب الطلاق، ومن المهم التنشئة الاجتماعية مع المجتمع حول أهمية برنامج تراث السكين
Tinjauan Hukum Islam terhadap Pembentukan Keluarga Sakinah pada Prajurit TNI di Batalyon Infanteri 403/Wirasada Pratista Yogyakarta

Given this phenomenon, the authors are interested in researching and knowing more about the efforts in forming a sakinah family and reviewing these efforts with a review of Islamic law. This type of research is field research using qualitative data analysis. This research is a descriptive analysis, while the data collection used is observation and interviews. The approach used is normative-juridical.
Based on the research that the author did, the efforts made are: First, maintaining good communication. Second, be honest, trust each other, look after each other, teach courtesy, respect each other and remind each other. Third, apply the principle of deliberation. Fourth, teach religious education. The environment in the Yonif 403 / WP military dormitory can have an effect, but not all of it, is the main reason for forming a sakinah family, because a sakinah family is a goal to be achieved by each family
