The Purpose of internship for internee is to add the experience and train yourself in preparation for competition in the world of work later and to get insighs that are not available during the lectures. The internee’s job are arrangemenst calling the candidate for interview, making profile candidate interview, make a schedule for interview with HR manager and HR asisstant manager, recapitulating employee attendance data. From the implementation of internship, internee knows how the system Human resource management in PT Selogiri Sampurna Putra.

SEJARAH SEKOLAH TIONGHOA DI WATAMPONE 1945-1958
No full textNoviandi, Sejarah Sekolah Tionghoa di Watampone (1945-1958) dibimbingoleh Amrullah Amir dan Margriet Moka Lappia.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai latar belakang berdirinya sekolahTionghoa di Watampone 1945-1958, perkembangan serta penyebab dibubarkannya sekolah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitiansejarah, yang dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yakni heuristik, kritik sumber,interpretasi dan terakhir historiografi.Organisasi atau perserikatan orang Tionghoa yang bernama Hua ChiaoKung Hui berdiri di Watampone pada tanggal 10 Oktober 1945 setelah Jepangmenyerah dan bangsa Indonesia memproklamasikan kemerdekaannya pada tahun1945, perserikatan ini mengurus masalah-masalah sosial baik itu masalahkematian, pernikahan, maupun pendidikan. Berdirinya sekolah Tionghoa diWatampone mengacu pada pada perserikatan (Hua Chiao Kung Hui) tersebut.Melalui perserikatan inilah yang kemudian melahirkan sekolah berbahasapengantar bahasa Tionghoa dengan tujuan untuk melestarikan kebudayaan nenekmoyang mereka. Kurikulum sekolah ini mengajarkan beberapa mata pelajaranantara lain bahasa Cina, bahasa Indonesia, seni rupa, olahraga. Guru guru yangmengajar ada yang berasal dari Tiongkok dan ada juga yang berasal dariWatampone sendiri. Masa antara tahun 1957-1958 pemerintah menerapkanberbagai kebijakan menyangkut sekolah Tionghoa. Kebijakan tersebut padahakikatnya mengandung maksud untuk setapak demi setapak mengurangi jumlahsekolah-sekolah asing sehingga akhirnya kelak tidak ada lagi sekolah asing yangberada dalam negara kita yang berdaulat, seperti halnya di negara-negara merdekayang lain. Keluarnya kebijakan tersebut ditahun 1958 sekolah Tionghoa diWatampone ditutup. Kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah, berupayauntuk mengasimilasikan penduduk Tionghoa menjadi bagian dari Indonesia.Guru-guru beserta murid-murid dari sekolah Tionghoa dipindahkan ke sekolahmilik pemerintah Indonesia. Jadi sekolah Tionghoa yang berdiri di Watamponedigunakan pemerintah untuk mengarahkan identitas orang Tionghoa menjadiidentitas sebagai orang Indonesia.Kata kunci: Sekolah Tionghoa, Watampone, pelestarian budaya, politik,pendidikan.xii + 107 hlm

The purpose of this study are: To know 1) The description of employee
engagement, work discipline and work productivity of Production Division at PT
Mustika Ratu Tbk, 2) Effect of employee engagement on work productivity of PT
Mustika Ratu Tbk Production Division, 3) Effect of discipline work on work
productivity of the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, 4) The research
model employee engagement and work discipline in predicting work productivity
at the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. This research was conducted on
126 employees of the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. The technique
used in data collection is the survey method by interviewing and distributing
questionnaires and then processed using the SPSS 22 program. This research uses
descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results obtained from the regression
show that there is a positive and significant influence between employee
engagement on work productivity, work discipline on work productivity and
research models of employee engagement and work discipline can predict the
work productivity of the Production Division PT Mustika Ratu Tbk with a value of
Fcount > Ftable ( 52,365> 3.07) and significance (0,000 <0.05).

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textThe presence and role of women in the film industry is an interesting study to observe. The women in the short film “Reunion” which is shown on YouTube have their own charm, both in speech, body language, body shape, and the way they communicate with each other. This film is dominated by woman, so it is interesting to discuss. This study aims to describe the representation of women in the short film “Reunian” by Eka Noviandi. The research method used is qualitative with Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic study of the triangle of meaning, namely Sign, Object, and Interpretant. The results of the study obtained 7 characters which are grouped as female representation. The characters are gossipy women, sensitive women, feminist women, contemporary women, phobic women, arrogant women, and gentle/motherly women. ABSTRAK BAHASA INDONESIA: Kehadiran dan peran perempuan dalam industri film menjadi kajian yang menarik untuk dicermati. Para perempuan dalam film pendek "Reuni" yang ditayangkan di YouTube memiliki daya tarik tersendiri, baik dari tutur kata, bahasa tubuh, bentuk tubuh, dan cara mereka berkomunikasi satu sama lain. Film ini didominasi oleh perempuan, sehingga menarik untuk dibahas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi perempuan dalam film pendek "Reunian" karya Eka Noviandi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan kajian semiotika Charles Sanders Peirce mengenai segitiga makna, yaitu Sign, Object, dan Interpretant. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut didapatkan 7 karakter yang dikelompokkan sebagai representasi perempuan. Fresh water is a very important need on board, in addition to necessary for
everyday needs by all the crew, as well as supporting the smooth working of the
machinery on board, then of the ships are generally fitted with air to produce fresh
water, called Fresh Water Generator. Where this plane functions to convert sea
water into fresh water through evaporation and condensation processes. By not
working optimally Fresh Water Generators air will affect the quality and quantity
of fresh water production. Based on that idea, so in this paper the author will be
poured with the title "The damage to the Fresh Water Generator which resulted
in a decreased production of freshwater in MT.Sengeti with Exposure facto
method".
Given the importance of the function of the fresh water generator, the
existence of the aircraft must be treated well and the following is a factor -a factor
that causes damage to the Fresh Water Generator is a lack of vacuum in the
system Fresh Water Generators, heat absorption occurs in the air Fresh Water
Generator less and temperature engine cooling water mains incoming Fresh water
Generator as the heating medium low. as a result of factors - these factors Fresh
Water Generators can not produce fresh water corresponding to the maximum
production capacity of the Fresh Water Generator and an effort to prevent
damage to the aircraft Fresh Water Generator then there should be a maximum of
care in accordance with the manual.The method used in this research is the
method Exposure facto often referred to after the fact. That is, studies conducted
after the event took place, where in writing this essay describes all events or
events that occur on board a vessel related to the care and handling of
disturbances in Fresh Water Generator
Finally conclusions and suggestions were given on the importance of
understanding and implementation of the identification of emerging issues and
proper treatment in accordance with the instruction manual book

Variations on the Author
No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
