The Clientelism Politics of The Syahrial-Waris in The 2020 Tanjungbalai City Regional Head Election
After Soeharto did not serve as President in Indonesia, several political restorations were carried out, one of which was the implementation of Regional Autonomy, in this new system the people were given the authority to elect their own regional leaders through Regional Head Elections (Pilkada), it turned out that in the process, many leaders were not confident in themselves so they did The modus operandi of exchanging people's votes for money or things that have the potential to become money, such as jobs, government assistance, and assistance to community organizations, all of this is called political clientelism by political scientists. The author saw initial indications of this practice carried out by the Syahrial-Waris couple during the 2020 Tanjungbalai regional elections. Therefore, the author was interested in researching clientelism practices by this couple during the 2020 Tanjungbalai regional elections. This research used qualitative methods and was a case study type, as well as collecting information by in-depth interviews by determining informants with purposive samples. In this research, it was found that clientelism politics was carried out by the Syahrial-Waris pair in the 2020 Tanjungbalai regional elections, namely through money politics mobilized by the Head of the Environment, the mobilization of community organizations such as Pancasila Youth and Pujakesuma, as well as the direction of the State Civil Apparatus. Because of this practice, the Syahrial-Waris pair effectively won the 2020 Tanjungbalai Regional Election. The main difference in this research in Tanjungbalai is that the Golkar Party actively participated in driving clientelism by deploying neighborhood heads to carry out clientelism, in contrast to research by other political science scholars who consistently saw that political parties are only toll gate keepers, while clientelism is carried out by candidate pairs and their success teams.99 PagesSkripsi Sarjan
PAREWA SEBAGAI PROFIL SENIMAN TRADISI MINANGKABAU
This paper will discuss one of the traditional Minangkabau community groups namely Parewa class as the profile of traditional artists. The author will explain about the “artist profile tradition” and its relationship with the arts, particularly dance (Minangkabau traditional dance).
To uncover these problems, the authors use qualitative methods and techniques of data collection by observation, interview, and literature study. Furthermore, perform data analysis, verification, and conclude. The result of observation and discussion shows that Parewa is a class of people who have a good martial arts skills and an expert in the art. This can be seen in the movements of the dance, which is dominated by movements of martial arts with agile character, sharp and definite. The conclusion is Parewa is a class of traditional community in Minangkabau that very intensively involve in the arts, it is seen on every activity in the life of society such as traditional
ceremonies. This involvement is not just attending traditional ceremonies that there was only art, but also involved as a perpetrator of the arts.

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Medan
Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Apakah disiplin
Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT
Latexindo Toba Perkasa Medan. 2) Apakah pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa
Medan. 3) Apakah disiplin Kerja dan pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa
Medan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 70 orang, teknik
pengambilan sampel dengan stratified proportionate random sampling dengan
error 0,05, maka didapat sampel karyawan sebanyak 60 orang. Untuk memperoleh
data dalam penyusunan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan instrumen; studi
dokumentasi dan wawancara (interview), serta angket (kuesioner). Dalam
menganalisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji
parsial (uji t) disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja bengaruh yang positif signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,416 dan
signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000 < 0,05. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan
nilai 0,553 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000 < 0,05. Disiplin kerja dan
pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,
dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 27,394, signifikan ditunjukkan dengan
0,000 < 0,05.The purpose of this study aims to determine: 1) Whether work discipline
has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Latexindo Toba
Perkasa Medan. 2) Whether work experience has a significant positive effect on
employee performance at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Medan. 3) Whether work
discipline and work experience have a significant positive effect on employee
performance at PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Medan. The population in this study
were as many as 70 people, the sampling technique with stratified proportionate
random sampling with an error of 0.05, then obtained a sample of employees as
many as 60 people. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author
uses the instrument; documentation studies and interviews, as well as
questionnaires. In analyzing data using multiple linear regression. Based on the
results of the partial test (t test) it was concluded that work discipline had a
significant positive effect on employee performance. Where positive is indicated
by a value of 0.416 and is significantly indicated by 0.000 <0.05. Work
experience has a significant positive effect on employee performance, where
positive is indicated by a value of 0.553 and is significantly indicated by 0.000
<0.05. Work discipline and work experience have a positive and significant effect
on employee performance, where positive is indicated by a value of 27,394,
significantly indicated by 0,000<0,05

Adapun tujuan Penelitian ini sebagai berikut 1. Untuk mengetahui apakah Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengembangan karir karyawan pada PT.Salim Ivomas Pratama Rokan Hilir Riau 2. Untuk mengetahui apakah Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengembangan karir karyawan pada PT.Salim Ivomas Pratama Rokan Hilir Riau 3. Untuk mengetahui apakah Pengalaman Kerja dan Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengembangan karir karyawan pada PT.Salim Ivomas Pratama Rokan Hilir Riau. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antar dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PKS PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Rokan Hilir Riau sebanyak 70 orang, teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan stratified propotionate random sampling dengan error 0,05,maka didapatkan sampel karyawan sebanyak 60 orang. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penyusunan skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan instrumen ; studi dokumentasi dan wawancara (interview), serta angket (kuesioner). Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan. Dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,729 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000 < 0,05. Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir Karyawan, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 0,170 dan signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,002 < 0,05. Pengalaman Kerja dan Tingkat Pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Karir Karyawan, dimana positif ditunjukkan dengan nilai 46,991, signifikan ditunjukkan dengan 0,000 < 0,05.The purpose of this study is as follows: 1. IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN ETNOPEDAGOGI PADA PROGRAM SEKOLAH RAMAH ANAK DI SMP NEGERI 1 KALASAN SLEMAN
This research is motivated by the phenomenon of violence that often occurs
in the educational environment, which tends to position students as victims of this
behavior. The experience of students in the violent behavior they experience, both
physical, psychological, verbal and sexual abuse, has the potential to make
students as perpetrators of violence in the future. The purpose of this study was to
find out and explain the implementation of ethnopedagogy management, which
was implemented by SMP Negeri l Kalasan in the child friendly school program.
This school policy is seen as an alternative solution, to prevent, minimize, and
protect students, from violent behavior in the educational environment, according
to the local context of the school itself.
This type of research is descriptive qualitative analysis, using a
phenomenological approach. In collecting data, the author uses three methods,
namely: (1) observation, (2) documentation, and (3) in-depth interviews. Data
analysis using data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman, which includes three
activities, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or
verification. As for testing the credibility of the data, the author uses a data source
triangulation technique.
The results of this study show the following: First, the urgency of applying
ethnopedagogy management in the child friendly school program is to foster
awareness of the importance of child-friendly programs in the educational
environment, cultivate child-friendly behavior, increase active participation from
school stakeholders, and as part of follow-up on the education policy of the
Special Region of Yogyakarta. Secondly, the implementation of ethnopedagogy
management in the child friendly school Program is carried out through four
stages, namely: the preparation stage to identify the basic potential of the school,
the planning stage for compiling the school program in accordance with its basic
potential, the implementation phase where the school implements the program
collectively, and the evaluation stage is the process of measuring the results of
implementation with the planned program planning. Third, the barriers to the
implementation of ethnopedagogy management in the child friendly school
program, namely; the collector's school organization is not maximal, the school
land is limited, the school funding system is lacking, cultural facilities in the
school environment are still limited, and the condition of the school environment
is prone to traffic accidents. The challenges faced by the school are the
geographical location of schools located in developing regions, and the rise of Kpop
culture that is popular among teenagers

ANALISIS KERJA SAMA BILATERAL INDONESIA-AUSTRALIA DALAM PENANGGULANGAN TERORIRSME TAHUN 2015-2023
Throughout history, Indonesia and Australia have faced various incidents of terrorism that have threatened the peace and security of both countries, such as the Bali Bombings I and II, which resulted in many casualties. In response to these events, Indonesia and Australia have established cooperation in countering terrorism. One example of this cooperation is the signing of the Lombok Treaty in 2006, which serves as a framework for bilateral cooperation in counterterrorism. Consequently, this research aims to analyze the forms and impacts of security cooperation between Indonesia and Australia in countering terrorism from 2015 to 2023. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that explores the details and types of cooperation in the field of counterterrorism. The author applies two definitions of terrorism, the concept of counterterrorism cooperation, and neoliberalism theory in conducting this research. Based on primary data obtained through interviews, supported by secondary data, the author's research shows several implementations divided into three types of cooperation, namely in capacity building, law enforcement, and intelligence. From the list of program implementations and the author's analysis, positive impacts have been found for both countries resulting from this bilateral cooperation
Alternatif Perencanaan Bangunan Bawah Overpass Sememi I Surabaya Dengan Variasi Tipe Pilar
Jalan Lingkar Luar Barat adalah jalan yang akan
menghubungkan wilayah kecamatan Lakarsanti sampai ke
wilayah kecamatan Romokalisari melewati jalan
Lakarsantri, Sambikerep, Citraland, Kendung, KandanganSememi,
Benowo, Romokalisari dengan panjang 23,3
kilometer. P ada wilayah Kandangan-Sememi terdapat
perlintasan rel kereta api dan j alan Sememi STA 3+962
sehingga direncanakan menggunakan overpass untuk
melewati perlintasan kereta api dan jalan Sememi tersebut.
Overpass yang direncanakan dengan panjang total 755,86m
dan lebar 21,25m ini dibagi 17 bentang dengan 15 bentang
dengan panjang 40m dan 2 be ntang dengan panjang 50m
serta tinggi pilar 5,1m. Pada perencanaan bangunan bawah
overpass Sememi yang sudah ada, menggunakan pilar tipe
ganda dengan pile cap menyatu diantara dua kolom dan
pondasi tiang pancang dengan kondisi tanah dasar
lempung. Biaya bangunan bawah yang sudah ada tersebut
cukup besar dilihat dari analisa biaya yang telah dilakukan
sebelumnya.
Dalam tugas akhir ini penulis membahas beberapa
alternatif perencanaan bangunan bawah dengan menggunakan tiga variasi tipe pilar. Pembahasan ini
meliputi pembebanan pada struktur atas, perencanaan
bangunan bawah yang mengacu pada R SNI T02-2005 dan
khusus untuk beban gempa mengacu pada SN I 03 2833 -
2008. Pembahasan selanjutnya yakni pemodean struktur
dengan program SAP 2000 v ersi 14.0.0, perencanaan
pondasi dan pilecap masing-masing tipe pilar, penulangan
bangunan bawah dan terakhir pembahasan rencana
anggaran biaya masing-masing variasi tipe pilar dengan
mengacu pada H SPK Surabaya 2014. Pemilihan alternatif
ini berdasarkan daya dukung ijin dan harga yang paling
efisien.
Dari hasil perencanaan bangunan baw ah overpass
Sememi Surabaya dengan masing-masing variasi tipe pilar
diperoleh harga dan daya dukung ijin yang paling efisien
adalah alternatif balok cap tiang sederhana dengan harga
Rp 1.904.000.000 , day a dukung sebesar 115.66 ton,
jumlah tiang pancang sebanyak 36 buah pada kedalaman

Kandangan-Sememi, Benowo and Romokalisari road with
23,3 kilometers in length. In Kandangan-Sememi region,
there is a railroad crossing and Sememi road with 3+962
STA so that it is planned to use overpass to pass the railway
crossing and Sememi road. Overpass planned with 755,86m
in length and 21,25m in width is divided to 17 spans with 15
spans of 40m in length and 2 spans of 50m in length and the
5,1m in height of the piers. The substructure plan of
Sememi-overpass that already exists uses dual-type piers
with pile cap that fused between two columns and pi le
foundations with clay soil condition. The substructure cost
that already exists is large enough for the cost analysis done
before.
In this final project, the author discusses several
alternatives for substructure plan by using three piers of
various types. This discussion includes loading on the upper
structure, substructure plan which refers specifically to RSNI T02-2005 and seismic load refers to the SNI 03 2833-
2008. Further discussion is about the structure model with
SAP 2000 program of 14.0.0 version, foundation design and
pilecap of each pier types, substructure reinforcement and
budget plan discussion of each pier types with reference to
Surabaya HSPK 2014. Selection of this alternative is based
on license bearing and the most efficient price.
From the substructure plan of Sememi-overpass
Surabaya with each variation of the piers is obtained cost
and license bearing. the most efficient alternative is a simple
pole cap beam with price of Rp. 1.904.000.000, the carrying
capacity of 115.66 tons, the amount of the piles as much as
36 pieces in depth of 33m
