The Effect of Keluwih (Artocarpus camansi) Leaves Extract On Pro-Inflammatory Expression, Growth Factors and Bodies in Zebrafish Larvae (Danio rerio) Stunting Model
Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that occurs during the first 1000 days of life which is considered a golden window of opportunity. Indonesia has the highest prevalence compared to other middle-income countries. Keluwih (Artocarpus camansi) is known to have various compounds that are beneficial for the body such as anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. This study was conducted to determine the potential of the ethanol extract of Keluwih leaves (Artocarpus camansi) zebrafish stunting model against inflammatory markers, growth factors and body size. Artocarpus camansi leaves were extracted using the maceration method for 3x24 hours with 96% ethanol solvent. Zebrafish larvae were obtained from male and female broodstock (2:1), then induced using rotenone and ethanol extract of Artocarpus camansi leaves, then immunohistochemical staining was performed using growh factor (VEGF and TGF-β), inflammation (IL-6 and TNF-α) and body length measurements on day 9 dpf. The results showed that rotenone can provide a picture of stunting in zebrafish larvae from observations of growth factors, inflammation and body length, by administering ethanol extract of Artocarpus camansi leaves this can improve stunting conditions due to administration of rotenone, the concentration of ethanol extract of Artocarpus camansi leaves 2.5 ppm is the optimal concentration in improve stunting conditions. The ethanol extract of Artocarpus camansi leaves can improve stunting conditions by increasing the expression of growth factors, decreasing pro-inflammatory cytokines and improving body length in zebrafish larvae
Prediction Activity Pharmacology and Molecular Docking of Secondary Metabolite Compounds of Tamarind Leaves (Tamarindus indica) as Anticancer
Introduction: Cancer remains one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide, with incidence and death rates increasing annually. One of the most effective therapeutic targets for cancer is the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). However, the use of synthetic EGFR inhibitors is often associated with significant side effects. Aims: This study aims to evaluate the potential of compounds derived from Tamarindus indica (tamarind) leaves as anticancer agents through an in silico approach, including pharmacological activity prediction (PASS) and molecular docking against the EGFR receptor. Methods: Pharmacological activities were predicted using the Way2Drug webtool, while molecular docking analysis was performed using Molegro Virtual Docker (MVD). Result: The PASS prediction results indicated that the compounds in Tamarindus indica leaves possess a broad spectrum of anticancer activities. Docking analysis revealed that isovitexin exhibited the lowest rerank score among the test compounds and controls (erlotinib and the native ligand), indicating stronger binding affinity to EGFR. Conclusion: These findings support the potential of tamarind leaves, particularly isovitexin, as a promising computationally-predicted anticancer therapeutic candidate
Scoping review: analysis of alcohol levels in food and beverages using gas chromatography
Islamic teachings explain that food or beverage should not be consumed with more than 0.5% alcohol because it is categorized as khamr, which is unlawful. In determining the levels of foods or beverages that contain alcohol, one of which is the gas chromatography method with several aspects of the method validation used. So that it can be seen how halal food or beverage is. The purpose of this scoping review is to map the available evidence related to the optimum conditions of analysis of alcohol content in a food product by gas chromatography and obtain a method of analyzing alcohol content in food products with several parameters validation methods, including selectivity, linearity, the limit of detection, precision, and accuracy. This scoping review has followed the framework of Arksey and O'Malley, which consists of identifying the problem formulation from the literature review; seeking relevant evidence; completing studies of relevant scientific articles; mapping data; conclude and reporting results. PRISMA flowchart diagram is used for the flow of evidence search. The results of this review show that there are 6 research articles obtained from the database. This review shows that the analysis of alcohol content using the gas chromatography method has high sensitivity, accuracy, validity, and recovery. It is hoped that this scoping review can be used as a reference and theoretical basis in analyzing food products using the gas chromatography method with several aspects of validity

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
