Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan sistem elektronik perpajakan dan kompetensi pegawai pajak pada kepuasan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kota Tegal. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu berupa kuesioner. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tecnic accidental sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 reponden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26.
Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sistem elektronik perpajakan dan kompetensi pegawai pajak berpengaruh positif kepada kepuasan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kota Tegal. Sedangkan hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan sistem elektronik perpajakan dan kompetensi pegawai pajak berpengaruh secara signifikan kepada kepuasan wajib pajak orang pribadi di Kota Tegal.

Pesan dakwah kesetaraan Gender dalam iklan Kecap ABC di Televisi: analisis wacana Teun A. Van Dijk
Get PDFPermasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam iklan kecap ABC di televisi versi “Suami Sejati Mau Masak, Terima Kasih Perasan Pertama”. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk dan pesan dakwah yang terdapat pada iklan kecap ABC tersebut. Untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif non kancah dengan pendekatan analisis wacana model Teun A. Van Dijk. Dengan menggunakan empat elemen Van Dijk, yaitu struktur tematik melalui tema, struktur skematik melalui alur cerita, struktur semantik melalui bahasa dan maksud, dan struktur retoris melalui ekspresi dalam iklan tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian, pesan dakwah lebih menekankan pada kesetaraan gender dalam bentuk saling berbagi peran tanpa mendiskriminasi gender. Iklan kesetaraan gender dideskripsikan dalam pembagian peran domestik, yang biasanya diidentifikasikan dalam wilayah perempuan, namun suami juga bisa membantu untuk mengurangi beban istri dengan melakukan kegiatan rumah tangga bersama-sama. Tidak hanya peran domestik, peran produktif juga bisa diperankan seorang istri dengan menjadi wanita karir. Sedangkan pesan dakwah dalam penelitian ini bahwa dalam Islam tidak ada kedudukan yang lebih tinggi antara laki-laki dan perempuan, semua makhluk memiliki kedudukan yang sama, yang membedakan hanyalah ketaqwaan. Begitu juga kedudukan antara suami istri, tidak ada peran yang lebih tinggi antara peran domestik maupun peran produktif, karena peran keduanya merupakan pekerjaan yang mulia dan sama terhormatnya. Pesan dakwah yang terdapat dalam iklan ini lebih merepresentasikan pada akhlak mahmudah dalam relasi suami istri, contohnya saling membantu meringankan beban satu sama lain. Penelitian ini hanya menemukan empat elemen saja dalam wacana Van Dijk, yaitu tematik, skematik, semantik, dan retoris. Sedangkan elemen sintaksis dan stilistik dalam iklan ini, serta kontroversi pesan dakwah kesetaraan gender dapat dikaji oleh peneliti berikutnya
PROFIL INDUSTRI DALAM PENGUNGKAPAN INFORMASI KARYAWAN YANG TERINDEKS CGPI
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang perbedaan pengaruh industry profil dengan industry tinggi dan rendah terhadap pengungkapan terkait keryawan dalam laporan tahunan. Pengukuran pengungkapan terkait karyawan didasarkan pada praktik ketenagakerjaan dan pekerjaan layak, bagian dari Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 4.0. Data diambil dari 13 Indonesian Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) selamatigatahun (2011-2013). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis varians dan uji beda untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara industry dengan profil tinggi dan rendah tentang pengungkapan terkait karyawan di industry tinggi dan rendah tentang pengungkapan terkait karyawan. Proporsi pengungkapan terkait karyawan di industry dengan profile tinggi adalah 70%, namun pada industry dengan profil rendah hanya 57%. Ini berarti bahwa dampak pengungkapan sumber daya manusia dipengaruhi oleh profil industry yang tinggi dan rendah. Kata Kunci : CGPI, pengungkapan informasi karyawan, profil industri
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
