No full textThe development of IT today offers many conveniences in doing business. Tim2Store shop is one of the businesses in the field of selling two-wheeled vehicles. One of the obstacles is that sales problems are sometimes still one of the obstacles in achieving business goals, because the sales system is still done manually. To solve this problem, the author develops an electronic commerce using wordpress CMS. transactions are still carried out manually, the management of data dams is not yet structured and the lack of means of purchasing and paying online or through account transfers. Then built an Online Sales Information System at the Iwan Motor Shop (Tim2Srote) which will use the PHP programming language. With this system, it is hoped that it can help Iwan Motor Shop in marketing the sale of two-wheeled vehicles (motorcycles) online and quickly, so WordPress CMS is used. By applying the Rapid Application Development method to speed up preparation and shorter estimated time. And related to the problem of writing the Journal according to information obtained from Iwan Motor (Tim2store) Shop

This era occurred in the Middle Ages, when the tradition of interpreting the Qur\u27an already had many specific and varied features. This era is also judged to be based on ideological reasoning. Tafsir al-Mizan is included in the category of interpretation in the affirmative era because some of its interpretations are based on the ideological rationale of the exegete, namely Muhammad Husain Tabataba\u27i. This study aims to describe the manhaj used in Tafsir Al-Mizan Fi Tafsir al-Quran by Muhammad Husain Tabataba\u27i in studying a verse of the Koran. The methods used in this research are the library research method and descriptive analysis. The results from this research are: Tafsir al-Mizan is a phenomenal work by Muhammad Husain Tabataba\u27i. His work is inseparable from the author\u27s thoughts, who has a philosophical background in thinking. Even so, the interpretation uses the uslub of the Qur\u27an, bil Qur\u27an, and also contains many other commentators\u27 opinions. So the interpretation is called a "very complete interpretation" because it contains many fields of knowledge. The special manhaj or method of writing the interpretation of al-Mizan, namely interpreting the book in sequential order, explains the purpose of the interpreted surah or verse, cites the opinions of the reviewers of the Qur\u27an and also presents his view, has its section on the discussion of history, specializes in the discussion of philosophical aspects, and provides general conclusions from the verse or letter being studied

Kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk menanam nilai-nilai agama, memberikan kasih sayang terhadap sesama siswa. Sejauh ini banyak sekolah enggan terbuka dalam pencegahan bullying karena menejmen kepala sekolah belum mampu mengatasi bullying di sekolah. Dalam melakukan metode penelitian, peneliti memulai dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan cara observasi, selanjutnya peneliti menggunakan pedoman wawancara sebagai alat utama untuk mendapatkan informasi yang valid. Hasil dari peneliti Menajmen kepala sekolah dalam pencegahan bullying di MTs. NW Selaparng memiliki program yang tepat diantaranya; pertama membentuk tim anti bullying di sekolah dengan cara guru bimbingan konseling dan beberapa anggota perwakilan di kelasnya untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih detail. Kedua membuat kotak pengaduan di kelasnya dan memasang nomer aduan sehingga bisa menghubungi melalui whatsapp sehingga semua siswa bisa melakukan laporan ketika melihat adanya bullying tanpa rasa takut diintimidasi oleh pihak yang dilaporkan
The Implementation of Character Education in Kalimantan, Indonesia: Multi Site Studies
No full textThis research was inspired by some of the realities that the author found related to the implementation of character education, especially in several regencies/cities in East Kalimantan. Apart from the author’s concern toward the case of the moral decadence of the nation's children, this should be a demand and obligation for every educator to form the character of his students. Therefore, various models and innovations began to be developed by educational units led by creative teachers starting to package character-based learning designs and innovations. This research focuses on character models developed by the school. This research is a field work research that focuses on multi-site studies. Sources of data in this study include: teachers and students in several schools are the focus of research. The research locus is spread in several regions, namely: Tarakan, Bulungan, East Kutai and Bontang. The data collection techniques that the author uses in this study include: observations, interviews and documentations. Furthermore, the findings of the research data were processed using Milles and Hubberman's interactive analysis using the data reduction flow , data display and data conclusions . Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the character values developed include: religious values, creative, independent and responsible, the spirit of nationality and love for the motherland, tolerance, communication and love the environment
Scouting Interactive Games for Scouts Based on Embodied Interaction Using Embedded System
No full textScouts is the scouting level after the cub scout aged 11-15 years old. In their age range, they can use logical thinking in the form of physical objects to solve a problem. The development of the Scout Movement has had ups and downs, and recently the number of children interest in scouting activities decreases. The impact is the scouting insight they get isn't optimal. One strategy to solve this problem is by developed forms, tools, and learning media of scouting. Game is one of the learning media that can be used to create effective learning. The educational game is a popular learning media and widely developed by experts, as well as in Indonesia. Unfortunately, in the field of scouting, educational games are less developed. In this research, the author will build an educational scouting game for scouts. In the scouts level, they began to be introduced about communication code, skills, natural recognition, and others. Games created using Embodied Interaction technology. This technology allows users to control the game using body movement. The purpose of this game is to increase the interest and insight of children on Scout activities. From the results of research that has been done, it can be seen that after playing the game, 95,7% of children thought it is exciting, and 87% of them became enthusiastic join scouting activity. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, scouting insight increased after playing the game with an average percentage of increased insight being 18.7%
Smartphone Device Monitoring System Using Google Family Link (D’Paragon Housekeeping and Cleaning Service Case Study)
No full textD'Paragon Kost is an exclusive boarding house based in Yogyakarta and has approximately 38 branches. Spread throughout Indonesia and in each branch there are employees who serve as Housekeeping and Cleaning Services. At each Housekeeping and Cleaning Service, facilities are provided in the form of a Smartphone device which is useful for reporting scheduled activities. Using a smartphone that is not intended can cause problems with the smartphone. After the IT team investigated the branch location, there were applications that were outside the company's operational standards. So precautions are taken so that smartphone facilities cannot be used to access applications outside of standard procedures. There are several types of applications that can control smartphone devices. One of these applications is Google Family Link. The aim is to remotely control the Housekeeping and Cleaning Service smartphone and limit the performance of the smartphone itself. As a data collection sample, the author used 5 (five) days of data from 4 (four) Housekeeping and 1 (one) Cleaning Service with different assignment locations and jobs. The data used is daily application usage data in minutes and standard application data from D'Paragon Kost. From the analysis of application usage behavior in each branch, the number of working hours does not affect the lack of access to certain applications. If this behavior is outside the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), it can reduce employee performance. This is shown by the existence of the Cleaning Service branch which has been using the YouTube application for longer than other branches. So monitoring each branch in the use of smartphones with Google Family is very effective in knowing employee behavior at work. The company can also provide recommendations regarding the use and access of smartphones according to their intended use

No full textIn the Public Health Center, the handling of patients of the Emergency Unit is classified as not much happening because now many hospitals are ready to handle all forms of patient complaints. At the Public Health Center, the handling of patients in the Emergency Unit occurs only for mild illness and with outpatient treatment. To decide the condition of the patient should be treated in the room or should be referred to what hospital, the Center for Public Health has not been able to determine it so that for regular referrals addressed directly to a fully equipped hospital. The number of hospital types and the poor condition of the patient makes the decision making must be clear and appropriate to the actual patient condition. To overcome these problems, the authors make an application decision system with FMADM SAW method to determine where the patient should be handled further, surgery, ICU, road or hospitalization, a referral must be in accordance with the condition of the patient. The method used in the form of data analysis methods in the form of data collection techniques, data types, and system design. This application also has advantages in making report analysis results that can be done quickly and easily. To facilitate the implementation of the system, the authors limit the problem only on the problem of determining the purpose of treatment alone. The system that the author designed the decision-making system with FMADM SAW method. The result of analysis and design in the form of decision support system of patient handling of new Emergency Unit with computer-based and application of FMADM SAW method. The tested system will produce patient data information and result of decision support process of patient handling. From another process is given a form of separate data collection process according to the needs of the process of supporting patient handling decisions and considered feasible if the process is stored completely. HAKIKAT HUKUM DAN DAMPAK SOSIAL DARI FATWA DSN MUI TENTANG PASAR MODAL SYARIAH

Artikel ini membahas tentang Ketetapan Ekonomi DSN-MUI dari segi dalil hukum dan implikasi sosial dan hukumnya. Dari 82 fatwa tersebut, 17 di antaranya dibahas, antara lain: perbankan, asuransi, pasar modal, dan fatwa gadai, namun penulis lebih fokus pada pasar modal syariah. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah seperangkat konsep teoritis dan/atau hukum yang membahas pokok permasalahan hukum dari pendekatan konseptual, yang hasilnya disajikan dalam bentuk deskripsi kualitatif. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa fatwa DSN selalu mengacu pada Al-Qur'an dan hadits, dan terkadang pada ijmak, qiyas, dan pendapat ulama. Namun di sisi lain, harus dicatat bahwa fatwa ini terlalu mengesankan untuk "mengkonfirmasi" instrumen perbankan tradisional apa pun melalui penggunaan hlah dan akad murakkab yang dilarang oleh Nabi. Studi ini juga menemukan dampak keputusan DSN terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan pemerintah.

Abstract
This article discusses the DSN MUI Economic Decree from the perspective of legal arguments and its social and legal implications. Of the 82 statutes, the 17 that will be discussed include: Banking, Insurance, Capital Markets and Mortgage Statutes, but the author focuses more on Islamic capital markets. A collection of theories and/or legal concepts that are the subject of legal issues from the conceptual approach is used as a method of analysis, the results of which are presented in the form of a qualitative description. The study found that DSN fatwas always refer to the Quran and Hadith, and sometimes to Ijmak, Qiyas, and the opinions of scholars. On the other hand, however, it should be noted that these fatwas are too impressive to provide "confirmation" to traditional banking instruments through the use of hlah and akad murakkab prohibited by the Prophet. This study also identifies the impact of DSN mandates on state laws and regulations.

Reconceptualizing the Marriage Age Limit in Indonesia: Efforts to Strengthen Family Resilience in North Sumatra
No full textThe issue of early marriage has become a polemic and still occurs frequently in Indonesian society. This paper considers the importance of limiting the age of marriage to prevent negative physical, social and emotional impacts on children. This paper abstracts how early marriage in Indonesia impacts family resilience. This type of research is field research, with a text analysis approach related to social issues to answer related factors that influence early marriage and how to improve family resilience. The author conducted research by interviewing five people, one of whom is the deputy head of the Religious Court, the other four are actors who play the role of parents in fulfilling the economical and social needs of children in low-income families, the impact of the increase in the marriage age limit on the rise in marriage dispensation applications at the Indonesian Religious Court, irregularities in marriage dispensation, the phenomenon of underage marriage, the practice of nikah sirri and its implications for marriage registration in Indonesia. The results show the need for better education, economic access, substantial law enforcement, and changes in social and cultural norms to address early marriage, concluding that limiting the age of marriage is vital to achieving family stability, happiness and well-being in Indonesia

He was considered not neutral in the presidential election contest because he openly stated that he would not be neutral for the sake of the nation and state. His statement immediately received responses from various groups because he considered that what Jokowi was doing was a step to secure various projects that are still experiencing problems, such as the National Capital project which is still hampered by development investment and the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Railroad project which is experiencing swelling. cost. President Jokowi\u27s policies must certainly receive an evaluation so that in the future what has not been done by Jokowi can be followed up by the next President, especially employment and poverty problems which until now have not been optimally resolved. This research was conducted to assess President Jokowi\u27s performance by analyzing various sources so that it can be found what Jokowi has achieved and what he has not done. Using a descriptive methodology, the author will describe the results of the author\u27s analysis and observations from various sources of electronic media and journals that discuss President Jokowi\u27s performance, for further comment
