Fiqih Indigenous Indonesia dan Relevansinya dalam Pendidikan Pesantren: Pendekatan Fiqih Aplikatif dalam Kitab Fashalatan K.H.R. Asnawi Kudus
Full text linkThis study aims to examine the applicative approach in the Fashalatan book by K.H.R. Asnawi Kudus as well as its relevance and contribution to Islamic education in Indonesia, focusing on four main aspects: the position of Fashalatan as a work of Nusantara scholars, its role as an indigenous fiqh book rooted in local tradition, the concept of applicative worship fiqh in its presentation, and its contribution to education in pesantren and traditional communities. The method used is qualitative research with literature review and content analysis techniques, sourcing from the original Fashalatan text, classical fiqh literature, and scholarly works related to traditional Islamic education. The results show that Fashalatan successfully simplifies Shafi’i fiqh into a worship guide that is easy to understand and practice by using local language and Arabic Pegon script, facilitating access for the general Muslim community. The book not only strengthens the preservation of Nusantara Islamic traditions by harmonizing Islamic law and local culture but also serves as an effective and relevant medium for applicative fiqh education in pesantren and the wider society, thereby supporting the continuity of scholarly traditions and contextual worship practices in Indonesia
Peran Guru dalam Pembentukan Karakter Anak Usia Dini
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mendeskripsikan apa saja peran guru dalam mengajarkan Pendidikan Karakter AUD di RA Sunan Ampel (2) Mendeskripsikan Faktor pendukung dan penghambat peran guru dalam mengajarkan Pendidikan Karakter AUD di RA Sunan Ampel. Penelitan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitaltif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Dilaksanakan sejak 5 Desember 2024 – 11 Desember 2024. Lokasi penelitian di RA Sunan Ampel Pujon. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa (1) Memberikan praktek atau contoh langsung (pembiasaan), dengan bercerita tentang contoh Pendidikan karakter pada AUD dan belajar menggunkan media, seperti menonton video, film, dan buku. (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat Pendidikan Karakter AUD di RA Sunan Ampel, Faktor pendukung dalam menerapkan Pendidikan krakter AUD di RA Sunan Ampel diantaranya peran guru dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter, peran orang tua dalam mendukung kegiatan disekolah, dan lingkungan sekolah. Faktor penghambat dalam menerapkan Pendidikan karakter di RA Sunan Ampel diantaranya lingkungan sekitar, keluaga yang kurang harmonis, dan keterbatasan waktu disekolah
Social Assistance Strategy for the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Improving the Independence of Beneficiary Families in the Cempaka Putih Village Area South Tangerang
Full text linkSocial assistance is a strategy in Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) which of course aims to improve the quality of Beneficiary Families (KPM) of PKH assistance. Social assistance is also an evaluation material for the government to continue to empower its people. This study aims to determine the process and results of the social assistance strategy ofProgram Keluarga Harapan (PKH) in the Cempaka Putih Village, South Tangerang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The informant selection technique uses the snowball sampling technique. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results of the study showed that the independence of Beneficiary Families (KPM) has increased, but not too significantly with evidence that not all KPM can utilize the support program properly and regularly. In addition, there are still many KPM who depend on PKH assistance in the Cempaka Putih Village, South Tangerang
Optimizing Cash Waqf for Financing Climate Change Mitigation: Opportunities and Challenges
No full textFinancing climate change mitigation requires large costs that each country must incur. Likewise, developing countries are more vulnerable to climate change. Cash waqf as an Islamic social financial instrument has the opportunity to become a supportive financing alternative. This research aims to provide a new paradigm in developing cash-waqf-based climate change mitigation programs. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through literature study and analysis using descriptive content analysis. Waqf and the environment are in line with the goal of maqashid sharia, namely human welfare. Innovations in financing climate change mitigation programs can be carried out through Cash Waqf Linked Sukuk (CWLS), Blue Waqf, and Green Waqf. Even though there is an opportunity for cash waqf to become alternative financing for cash waqf, there is still a need to create an ecosystem that supports the running of climate change mitigation programs on a cash waqf basis. Improvements are needed from various related parties to increase the quality and awareness of cash waqf and climate change mitigation
Beyond The Kitchen: The Socio-Religious Authority of Women in Javanese Slametan
Full text linkThis study examines the pivotal role of women in the slametan tradition in Pungpungan Village, Bojonegoro, focusing on their authority in organizing, structuring, and adapting this Javanese ritual. While slametan is traditionally perceived as a male-led religious and communal event, this research reveals the significant influence women exert in determining key aspects of the ritual, particularly in food selection, scheduling, financial management, and intergenerational knowledge transmission. By exploring ethnographic accounts, this study highlights how women function as cultural custodians and ritual decision-makers, shaping both the practical and symbolic elements of slametan. The research also examines how food preparation extends beyond a domestic duty to a position of authority, with women dictating the culinary standards and ritual requirements. Additionally, the study illustrates the flexibility of slametan in adapting to contemporary sensibilities, showing how women negotiate tradition while maintaining its cultural essence. Through their expertise in managing rewang (communal labor), coordinating tahlilan, and determining religious offerings, women emerge as de facto leaders of the ritual. This study contributes to the broader discourse on gender and religious practices in Javanese Islam, challenging the perception of ritual authority as exclusively male and reaffirming the role of women as active agents in maintaining and evolving tradition
Pesantren dan Pergeseran Paradigma Epistemologi: Dari Humanisme Menuju Era Post-Humanisme
Full text linkThis study explores the paradigm shift from humanism to post-humanism within the landscape of contemporary knowledge and its implications for the epistemology of pesantren education. Humanism, which places humans at the center of all things, has come under intense critique in the era of digital technology and artificial intelligence, giving rise to post-humanist perspectives that emphasize decentralized agency and the interconnectedness of humans, machines, and the environment. Pesantren, as traditional Islamic educational institutions, is grounded in a distinctive epistemology that integrates revelation, reason, and spiritual experience. This qualitative research employs a literature review and discourse analysis method to examine the epistemological constructions of humanism, post-humanism, and pesantren. The findings indicate that pesantren can occupy a synthetic position between these two contrasting paradigms—retaining their spiritual heritage and scholarly authority through sanad—while simultaneously transforming into educational institutions that are both relevant and adaptive in the post-humanist era. This critical approach positions pesantren as epistemic entities capable of fostering a creative dialogue between tradition and modernity, inspiring new ways of thinking and learning that bridge the gap between transcendental values and the realities of the digital age
Pesantren-Based Entrepreneurial Ecosystem: Contribution of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil
Full text linkThis study aims to examine the role of Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) Al-Arsyadi in promoting the development of entrepreneurship within the Al-Arsyadi Pesantren environment in Samboja, East Kalimantan. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques that included in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. The study’s results identified three main contributions of BMT in supporting the Pesantren entrepreneurship ecosystem. First, as a provider of business capital, BMT offers access to Sharia financing that supports the sustainable development of pesantren business units. Second, as an integrated financial manager, BMT builds a transparent and accountable financial management system for pesantren. Third, BMT serves as a center for training santri (student) in entrepreneurship, offering practical and applicable Islamic value-based training programs. These findings indicate that BMT is not only a financial institution but also an agent of community-based Pesantren economic transformation. This study recommends strengthening the institutional capacity of BMT, integrating entrepreneurship curriculum into pesantren education, and replicating the model to other pesantren. This study contributes to broadening the understanding of community-based Islamic economics and the role of local institutions in building the economic independence of the community
Pencegahan Stunting melalui Sosialisasi Edukasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat
No full textStunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang masih menjadi perhatian di Indonesia. Desa Pandansari, Kecamatan Poncokusumo, Kabupaten Malang memiliki angka prevalensi stunting yang cukup tinggi akibat rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai kebersihan, sanitasi lingkungan, dan pola makan sehat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada ibu-ibu Keluarga Penerima Manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan (KPM-PKH) melalui pemaparan materi dan pelatihan praktik kebersihan, termasuk pembuatan sabun cair serbaguna. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pentingnya sanitasi dan kebersihan dalam pencegahan stunting. Selain itu, pelatihan pembuatan sabun memberikan manfaat ekonomi dengan membuka peluang usaha mikro berbasis sanitasi. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa edukasi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pencegahan stunting. Implementasi kebiasaan hidup bersih dan sehat yang berkelanjutan, didukung dengan infrastruktur sanitasi yang memadai, diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka stunting di Desa Pandansari

Full text linkChild welfare services are a form of empowerment to protect and improve the quality of life of children, especially through the Siti Fatimah Child Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) in Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency. This institution serves neglected children, orphans, school dropouts, and children from troubled families. This study aims to determine the role and supporting factors of LKSA Siti Fatimah in providing social welfare services to children in Nogosari Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that LKSA has a role as a facilitator, motivator, mediator, and dynamator in empowerment programs covering the fields of education, social, skills, spirituality, and entrepreneurship. Supporting factors include the availability of infrastructure, community support, donors, and motivation from managers. The obstacles faced include children's personalities, low community awareness, and limited funding
Implementasi PP. No 48 Tahun 2014 untuk Meringankan Biaya Pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Tengaran Kabupaten Semarang Tahun 2024
Full text linkTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 48 Tahun 2014 tentang Perubahan atas PP No. 47 Tahun 2004 mengenai Tarif atas Jenis Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak (PNBP) di lingkungan Kementerian Agama dilaksanakan, dengan penekanan khusus pada pengurangan biaya pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang pada tahun 2024. Peraturan ini mengatur bahwa pasangan yang melangsungkan pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PP No. 48 Tahun 2014 di KUA Kecamatan Tengaran telah berjalan dengan baik, meskipun masih ada beberapa masalah, seperti kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat tentang undang-undang tersebut dan keterbatasan sumber daya di KUA. Namun, kebijakan ini telah meringankan biaya pernikahan bagi orang-orang berpenghasilan rendah, tetapi diperlukan upaya sosialisasi yang lebih besar untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang undang-undang tersebut dan memastikan bahwa KUA
