    The growth of the elderly population in Indonesia is increasing every year and there is a risk of several health problems including physical, mental, social problems and the occurrence of several other diseases. The increasing health problems affect the quality of life of the elderly. Therefore, it is important to have a place for the elderly, one of which is the Siti Khadijah Nursing Home in Cirebon City which contributes to the welfare of the elderly through various activities to increase the independence and welfare of the elderly. The Biopsychosocial approach is an effort to improve the welfare of the elderly. Thus, this study aims to identify the initiatives carried out by the Siti Khadijah Nursing Home in Cirebon City to fulfill the welfare of the elderly through the Biopsychosocial approach. This type of research uses a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Role of the Siti Khadijah Nursing Home has a positive impact on the quality of life of the elderly in fulfilling the welfare of the elderly, especially in the field of health services. This institution is able to meet physical, psychological, social and environmental needs. However, it cannot be said to be successful overall in providing perfect welfare because there are factors that influence the Biopsychosocial approach

    This study aims to analyze the role of Public Relations (PR) practitioners in enhancing public services and institutional image for community empowerment at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Salatiga. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources consist of primary data obtained through interviews with representatives from the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Salatiga and stakeholders related to PR, as well as secondary data derived from social media and the official website of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Salatiga. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and field documentation. The findings indicate that PR at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Salatiga plays a strategic role in improving public services, functioning as a communicator, relationship builder, backup management, and good image maker. PR strives to provide the best services with openness and transparency to build public trust in the institution. Additionally, the quality of public services directly contributes to shaping the institution’s image. The key components of image formation perception, cognition, motivation, and attitudes in service enable PR to enhance public satisfaction. Institutional image improvement is further reinforced by the implementation of the "Toleran" slogan (Terbaik, On-time, Lancar, Efektif, Ramah, Akuntabel, Nyaman), which serves as a guideline for service delivery. Thus, the communication strategies implemented by PR play a crucial role in fostering public trust and strengthening the positive image of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Salatiga

    Fiqh Minoritas; Penelusuran Basis Konsep Minoritas dalam Al-Qur’an dan Operasionalisasinya

    This article aims to offer minority fiqh as a solution to the implementation of Islamic law (fiqh) in various regions, especially for Muslims who live as a minority. There are two important findings that the author concludes in this article, first, the use of the terminology minority and majority is used in the Qur'an in very diverse contexts. Interestingly, the term majority is used in the context of negative meanings, such as polytheists, infidels, negligent, and opposing Islamic teachings. While the use of the terminology minority has a positive connotation, referring to meanings such as believers, survivors, and so on. In line with the differences in context, classical fiqh has recognized minorities in the concepts of dzimmah, mu'ahadah, and musta'man. Second, the development of minority fiqh is carried out by applying collective ijtihad (jama'i), applying al-Qawa'id al-Fiqhiyah (legal maxim), understanding the historical context, applying the principle of facilitation (muyassar), oriented towards universal fiqh, and protecting the identity of individual Muslims while connecting it to the collective identity of Muslims

    Moral Governance and Discipline in Hybrid Tahfidh Pesantren: A Study of Millennial Qur’an Memorizers at School and Pesantren

    The integration of schools and pesantren has become a rapidly growing educational model in Indonesia, particularly in shaping the millennial generation of Qur’an memorizers (hafidh). This model combines the formal school curantriculum with a pesantren system based on Qur’anic memorization (tahfidh). However, in practice, various challenges arise concerning regulations, violations, and the forms of punishment applied to santri (student). These regulations serve to maintain santri discipline, academic policies, and character development. Despite well-established regulations, violations frequently occur among millennial santri, both in academic contexts and pesantren discipline. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. The findings indicate that regulations within this integrated model cover academic discipline, pesantren ethics, and Qur’an memorization obligations. Common violations include negligence in memorization targets, improper use of technology, and absenteeism from pesantren activities. The forms of punishment applied range from verbal warnings and social sanctions to special guidance for improving discipline. These findings provide insights for educational institutions in formulating more effective policies to nurture millennial santri to excel in both formal education and Qur’anic memorization

    Upaya Peningkatan Legalitas Usaha UMKM Desa Urang Agung Melalui Fasilitasi Penerbitan NIB

    Program PkM ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam bidang perekonomian berupa pelaksanaan program penciptaan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB). Dalam program berbasis kegiatan KKN ini menggunakan metode PAR dengan tujuan melibatkan masyarakat secara aktif di setiap tahapan, memastikan bahwa solusi yang diterapkan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Program diawali dengan acara sosialisasi yang dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan sosialisasi ID masjid dan sertifikasi halal, meliputi pengenalan NIB, tata cara pendaftaran, dan dokumentasi yang diperlukan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang pentingnya legalitas usaha, dengan enam orang pengusaha berhasil menyelesaikan proses registrasi dan mendapatkan NIB. Proses pendaftaran yang meliputi pengumpulan dokumen, pengisian formulir, dan verifikasi data berjalan lancar berkat dukungan teknis dan bimbingan dari tim PkM. Program tersebut tidak hanya memfasilitasi akses masyarakat terhadap legalitas usaha tetapi juga meningkatkan kesadaran tentang manfaat NIB bagi pengembangan usaha dan akses terhadap program pemerintah. Kesulitan teknis yang dihadapi dapat diatasi dengan bantuan langsung, dan keberhasilan program ini berdampak signifikan terhadap kredibilitas dunia usaha dan membuka peluang baru. Program ini menyoroti pentingnya dukungan praktis dalam proses administrasi dan dapat menjadi model pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peningkatan kapasitas usaha lokal di masa depan

    Artikel ini membahas upaya penguatan kompetensi guru dalam mengimplementasikan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan tema kearifan lokal di SD 01 Kudukeras, Kecamatan Juwana, Kabupaten Pati. P5 bertujuan menanamkan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek, dengan salah satu temanya adalah kearifan lokal. Implementasi tema ini menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam hal keterampilan guru dalam merancang dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan bermakna. Melalui pendekatan Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), kegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada penguatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan dan workshop. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap kurikulum merdeka dan motivasi untuk mengintegrasikan potensi lokal, seperti UMKM jajanan tradisional, dalam pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan Problem Based, Need Based, Right Based, dan Asset Based, guru mampu merancang kegiatan P5 yang mengembangkan karakter peserta didik, seperti gotong royong dan kemandirian. Artikel ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan dukungan bagi guru dalam mewujudkan pendidikan yang berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila dan budaya lokal

    Pengaruh Permainan Lompat Abjad Terhadap Perkembangan Bahasa Anak Usia 4-5 Tahun di RAM NU 146 Miftahul Ulum Wringinanom Gresik

    Anak usia dini merupakan anak yang berusia 0-6 tahun yang memasuki masa emas dimana anak mulai menunjukkan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan. Permainan lompat abjad merupakan mainan untuk mengenalkan huruf abjad (A-Z) pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Berdasarkan survei bahwa perkembangan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun masih rendah, diketahui bahwa ada beberapa indikator kemampuan perkembangan bahasa anak yang belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui penerapan permainan lompat abjad pada anak usia 4-5 tahun 2) untuk mengetahui perkembangan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun 3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan lompat abjad terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan permainan lompat abjad dilakukan sesuai tahapan. Terbukti pula bahwa hasil perkembangan bahasa santri RAM NU 146 Miftahul Ulum setelah menggunakan permainan lompat abjad memperoleh nilai rata-rata 18,77 yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Pada uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Jadi hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa permainan lompat huruf memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun di RAM NU 146 Miftahul Ulum Wringinanom Gresik

    Pengembangan Media Shake Board Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Motorik Halus Anak Usia Dini

    Pada masa usia dini, setiap aspek perkembangan anak sangat urgen untuk distimulasi. Salah satu aspek perkembangan yang menunjang kemampuan pra-menulis pada masa ini adalah perkembangan motorik halus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu para orang tua dan guru dalam mengatasi permasalahan motorik halus pada anak, khususnya bagi anak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menulis. Oleh karena itu, peneliti menciptakan produk pengembangan bernama Shake Board yang dimodifikasi dari permainan labirin (maze). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahapan: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Tahapan ADDIE dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara sistematis. Pada tahap analisis, peneliti mengidentifikasi kebutuhan lapangan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, yang menunjukkan pentingnya media untuk melatih keterampilan motorik halus anak. Tahap desain dilakukan dengan merancang media Shake Board berdasarkan hasil studi pustaka dan kebutuhan anak usia dini. Pada tahap pengembangan, media dibuat dari bahan triplek berukuran 22 x 16 cm dengan desain labirin dan diisi 40 manik-manik sebagai sarana melatih koordinasi mata dan tangan. Media ini kemudian divalidasi oleh dosen ahli PIAUD. Selanjutnya, pada tahap implementasi, Shake Board diuji cobakan kepada enam anak usia 5–6 tahun (3 laki-laki dan 3 perempuan) di BA ‘Aisyiyah 1 Simo, Kabupaten Ponorogo. Terakhir, tahap evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengamati perubahan keterampilan motorik halus anak sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media. Hasil uji Wilcoxon signed-rank test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,026 < 0,05, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara kemampuan motorik halus anak sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media permainan Shake Board terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 5–6 tahun di lembaga tersebut. Peneliti berharap media ini dapat menjadi solusi yang menyenangkan dan edukatif dalam membantu perkembangan keterampilan motorik halus anak usia dini

    Peran Komunikasi Organisasi Pengurus Masjid Jami’ Al-Ilham dalam Pemberdayaan Lembaga Keagamaan Binaan

    This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of organizational communication carried out by the management of the Jami' Al-Ilham Mosque in an effort to empower the mosque, musala, and majlis taklim. Organizational communication is an important aspect in creating synergy, conveying the vision of the ummah, and building networks between religious institutions in the surrounding environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of the activities of mosque administrators and fostered partners. The results showed that the communication carried out was two-way and participatory, utilizing various formal and informal communication channels. The communication strategies applied include regular coordination meetings, the use of social media, and a family-based personal approach. The implementation of effective communication contributes to increasing the institutional capacity of the fostered partners, strengthening community solidarity, and expanding the reach of da'wah and social religious activities. This research recommends the importance of strengthening internal communication structures and developing technology-based communication media to support sustainable empowerment

    The Design of the Test of Arabic as a Foreign Language (TOAFL) for Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Students Based on CEFR Levels A1–A2 Using Quizizz

    Arabic language education in elementary schools (MI) faces specific challenges, particularly in assessing students' proficiency across all four language skills (listening, reading, writing, and grammar). Comprehensive assessments covering these skills are rarely implemented. This study aims to develop a design for the Test of Arabic as a Foreign Language (TOAFL) using the Quizizz platform for elementary school students, based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) at levels A1-A2. Quizizz was chosen as an interactive, technology-based platform well-suited for multifaceted assessments. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and tests conducted with elementary school students in Pati. The results indicate that the Quizizz-based TOAFL test demonstrates validity, reliability, and effectiveness in enhancing student motivation and improving their learning outcomes.
