This study was aimed to investigate types of Politeness strategies used by an
english teacher in the classroom and how does the teacher realized the politeness
strategies and to describe the reasons politeness strategies realized by the teacher
in the classroom. This study was conducted by applying descriptive qualitative
research. The source of the data was an English teacher of class VIII in SMP Bina
Satria Mulia Medan. The instrument of this study was video recording . The data
were anlyzed using data descriptive. The findings of the result were that (1) there
were all of politeness strategies namely : Bald on record (55%), Positive
Politeness (31%), Negative politeness (6%) and off record (11%). (2) Bald on
record was realized because it made close relationship between teacher and
students, Positive politeness was realized because to give respect to the students
during teaching learning process, Negative politeness was realized because to
maintain closer friend among them, Off record was realized because the teacher
wants the students more understand to the teacher just by giving a clue in teaching
learning process

Effectiveness of the Surabaya City Bawaslu Information and Documentation Management (Ppid) Officers in Fulfilling Public Information Disclosure for the Community: Efektivitas Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) Bawaslu Kota Surabaya dalam Pemenuhan Keterbukaan Informasi Publik bagi Masyarakat
To realize public information disclosure widely, easily, quickly and accurately for the public, an information system called the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) is utilized. This writing aims to analyze and describe the effectiveness of the Surabaya City Bawaslu PPID in fulfilling public information disclosure for the community. The type of method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations and documentation and using primary and secondary data types. In this study, the author in determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this writing using the theory of effectiveness according to Duncan in Steerts which has three indicators, namely goal achievement, integration and adaptation. Studi analisis kritis nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam Tafsir Al-Mishbah dan Tafsir Al-Azhar Pada Q.S As-Saffat Ayat 100-111
Al-Qur’an merupakan denyut jantung agama Islam yang didalamnya mengandung masalah-masalah akidah, akhlak, ibadah, mu’amalah dan kisah. Kisah dalam Al-Qur’an menceritakan para nabi dan rasul serta tokoh-tokoh penting yang karakternya berdampak baik pada kehidupan manusia. Salah satu nabi yang akhlaknya tercatat berulang kali dalam Al-Qur’an ialah Nabi Ibrahim.
Al-Qur’an surah aṣ-Ṣaffat ayat 100-111 menunjukkan bahwa ajaran Islam sangat memperhatikan betapa pentingnya mencetak generasi yang berakhlak mulia serta dekat kepada Tuhannya. Hal demikian mununjukkan bahwa dalam ayat tersebut mengandung nilai-nilai pendidikan. Namun, agar tidak meninggalkan ruh-ruh pendidikan Islam, maka diperlukan hasil pemikiran para ulama yang mereka tuangkan dalam salah satu karyanya termasuk Tafsir Al-Qur’an.
Tafsir al-Miṣhbah dan tafsir al-Azhar adalah kedua tafsir yang saling melengkapi untuk memperkaya kajian Al-Qur’an ini. Dengan demikian, memahami dan menggali terhadap surah ini merupakan satu tahapan penting untuk menjadikan Al-Qur’an sebagai sumber utama dalam dunia pendidikan.
Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam tafsir al-Mishbah dan tafsir al-Azhar pada QS. aṣ-Ṣaffat ayat 100-111 serta perbandingan nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam kedua tafsir tersebut.
Penelitian ini berdasarkan jenisnya baik ditinjau dari segi tempat maupun dari segi metode adalah penelitian kepustakaan/library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan tafsir tarbawi dan metode muqarran. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tiga sumber, yaitu: sumber primer, sekunder dan tersier. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik telaah dokumentasi.
Dari hasil penelitian, Pertama, nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam tafsir al-Mishbah pada penelitian ini, yaitu: a Nilai Religius, yaitu berketuhanan, petunjuk Ilahi, ujian, tawakkal, sabar, taqwa, serta buah iman 2) Nilai Sosial, yaitu jujur, demokratis, dan sopan santun 3) Nilai Etis, yaitu tanggung jawab kerja keras, tangguh dan 4) Nilai Estetis, yaitu menghargai prestasi, pemberian nilai dan penghargaan. Kedua; nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam tafsir al-Azhar pada penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Nilai Religius, yaitu berketuhanan, petunjuk Ilahi, cobaan, sabar, tawakkal, syaja’ah (keberanian) dan taqwa 2) Nilai Etis, yaitu kerja keras, buah iman dan 3) Nilai Estetis yaitu menghargai prestasi dan pemberian nilai dan penghargaan. Ketiga, nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung dalam kedua tafsir tersebut dipahami dari substansinya hampir sama, perbedaannya hanya terletak pada narasinya.
ABSTRACT
Al-Qur’an is the heart of Islam that inside it include the problems of Akidah, akhlak, Ibadah, Mu’amalah and story. The story in Al-Qur’an an tell about the prophets also most important people that the character affect for good and bad for humanity life. One of the prophet that his character record many times in Al-Qur’an is Ibrahim.
Al-Qur’an surah aṣ-Ṣaffat ayat 100-111 show that Islam doctrine consider how the important make a generation with good character and near with God. This thing show that in ayat include education values. But for not leaving the spirits of Islamic education, we need the result of thingking from Ulama which they share in one of they work is Tafsir Al-Qur’an.
Tafsir al-Mishbah and tafsir al-Azhar complete to enrich the study of the Qur’an. So, understand and excavate toward this surah is one of the important steps to make Al-Qur’an as the main source in Education field.
Based on explanation above, this research investigate about how the education values that include in tafsir al-Mishbah and tafsir al-Azhar on Q.S ash-Shaffat ayat 100-111, also the comparison education values in both tafsir.
Based on the kind, the place and the method this research was library research using tafsir tarbawi and muqarran method. There were 3 sources in this research, they were primary source, secondary source, and tertiary source. The data collection technique using documentation.
The result shown, First: Education values that included in tafsir al-Mishbah on this research were: 1) religious values were devout, Guidance of God, trial, tawakkal, patient, taqwa and faith fruit, 2) Social values were honest, democration and well mannered, 3) ethical values were responsibility, hard work and tough and 4) Aesthetic values were respect achievement, giving score and appreciation. Second, education values that included in tafsir al-Azhar in this research were: 1) Religious values were devout, Guidance of God, trial, patient, tawakal, syaja’ah (courageness) and taqwa 2) Ethical values were hard work, faith fruit and 3) Aesthetic values were respect, and giving score and apprectiation. Third, education values that included in both of tafsir understood from the substance almost same, the difference only on narration
ANALISIS PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER DENGAN METODE FUZZY ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (FAHP) DI PT. SURYA MANDIRI
The selection of suppliers is very important to do to improve a good supply
chain and get good product quality. PT. Surya Mandiri is a furniture company that
manufactures various types of furniture made of wood. The wood that is often used is
Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) wood for making tables and cabinets. The problems
faced by the company are the inconsistency of suppliers in providing quality materials,
there are defects in wood products in the shipping process, delivery delays, prices offered
by several different suppliers and the existence of suppliers that are difficult to contact
when there are complaints.The research objective is to determine the best supplier based
on predetermined criteria using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method.
The FAHP method is a methodology for ranking alternative solutions to problems by
paying attention to the importance of a criterion and the extent to which criteria are met
by each alternative based on human judgment and using fuzzy logic to overcome
ambiguity and subjectivity of human judgment. The calculation results obtained weight
criteria price (0.204), quality (0.229), performance history (0.181), delivery (0.189),
service (0.198). While the results of the weighting of the sub-criteria obtained are the
price of raw materials (0.5), discounted prices (0.5), conformity of specifications (0.684),
warranties and claim policies (0.316), delivery time (0.5), and location (0.5). In the
supplier ranking, it is found that the order of suppliers with the largest value is PT.
Sukses Perkasa Forestama (0.212), Mulia PVC Board (0.208), PT. Cipta Papan Sentosa
Indah (0.2), UD. Subur (.194) and CV. Multi Jaya Forestindo (0.187). So that the bestchosen
supplier is PT. Sukses Perkasa Forestama.

IMPLEMENTASI LAYANAN KONSELING INDIVIDU TEKNIKBEHAVIORAL CONTRACT DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEDISIPLINAN PESERTA DIDIK KELAS X DI SMA YADIKA BANDAR LAMPUNG
ABSTRAK
Penulis mengambil judul “Implementasi Layanan Konseling
Individu Teknik Behavioral Contract dalam Meningkatkan
Kedisiplinan Peserta Didik Kelas X di SMA Yadika Bandar
Lampung”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan,
pelaksanaan dan hasil dari layanan konseling individu teknik
Behavioral Contract dan untuk mengetahui apakah teknik Behavioral
contract dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik.
Penelitian ini bersifat deskripstif dengan menggunakan teknik
pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang di lakukan peneliti dalam wawancara
atau memberikan layanan konseling, guru bk melakukan dengan
tahap-tahap yang terdapat dalam konseling individu, meliputi tahap
awal, tahap pertengahan dan juga tahap akhir. Walaupun, tidak semua
langkah-langkah penerapan behavioral contract diterapkan tetapi
secara garis besar sudah mecangkup dan memenuhi syarat sebagai
pendekatan behavioral contract.
Berdasarkan hasil layanan konseling individu yang dilakukan
oleh guru bk dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan peserta didik kelas X
SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung. Dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan
atau menangani siswa yang melanggar kedisiplinan pendekatan
behavioral contract cukup berhasil. Dilihat dari peserta didik yang
dijadikan sampel oleh peneliti setelah dilakukan konseling peserta
didik tersebut tidak melakukan pelanggaran atau perbuatan yang sama
melanggar kedisiplinan. JN sudah tidak sering masuk tanpa
keterangan sesuai dengan catatan guru BK dan keterangan guru BK.

ABSTRACT
The author takes the title "Implementation of Individual
Counseling Services Behavioral Contract Techniques in Improving
Discipline of Class X Students at SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung". This
study aims to determine the planning, implementation and results of
individual counseling services using the Behavioral Contract
technique and to find out whether the Behavioral Contract technique
can improve student discipline.
This research is descriptive by using data collection
techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation.
Based on research conducted by researchers in interviews or
providing counseling services, the counseling teacher carries out the
stages contained in individual counseling, including the initial stage,
the middle stage and also the final stage. Although, not all of the steps
for implementing a behavioral contract are implemented, but in
general they are sufficient and fulfill the requirements as a behavioral
contract approach.
The results of individual counseling services carried out by
the counseling teacher in improving the discipline of class X students
at SMA Yadika Bandar Lampung. In improving discipline or dealing
with students who violate discipline the behavioral contract approach
is quite successful. Judging from the students who were sampled by
the author after counseling the students did not commit violations or
the same actions violated discipline. JN no longer frequently enters
without information according to the guidance and counseling
teacher's notes and the guidance from the guidance counselor.

Media presentation of women power strategy in scandal tv series season 7
This study aims to analyze the power strategy of women characters in Scandal TV Series Season 7. This television series mostly tells about the powerful women politicians who work and handle the scandalous cases. At season 7, there will be the four strong female characters that took the main role in this Scandal serial which are Olivia Pope, Mellie Grant, Quinn Perkins, and Abby Wheelan. The place setting mostly was taken on White House and the law firm called OPA (Olivia Pope & Asosiaciation), which is renamed to QPA (Quinn Perkins & Association). The author aims to analyze the power strategies of those four female characters in the Scandal TV Series Season 7. There are five types of power strategies of Thimm, C., Koch, SC, and Schey, S. (2003), which are order, direct request, threat, hierarchy, and demonstrating competence. This study uses a qualitative approach concerning the use of clear and systematic descriptions of the research being studied. Descriptive studies in the textual analysis were applied in this study to analyze conversations of female characters through the results of the transcript from the manuscript. In the process of collecting data to answer the first question, the writer identified the power strategies that are used by the female characters in the Scandal TV Series Season 7 series to the interlocutors during the conversation. After that, the writer classified the data depending on the definitions per each type of strategy power. Meanwhile, the process in the collection of the data to answer the second question, the authors sought the number of extended exercises in applying power strategies to the female characters in the Scandal TV Series Season 7. The author counted the number of successful and failed power strategies utterances intending to measure how much influence the women power of female characters in the Scandal TV Series Season 7. The data result of the first question is the order strategy that getting the highest data number (56 utterances) and the most widely used. On the contrary, the hierarchy apparently gets the least data number among other power strategies (11 utterances) and rarely used by the female cast in Scandal TV Series Season 7. Thus, this result also proves that Olivia Pope is the only character that has applied the most to power strategy utterances. While for the results of the second question, the author gets the conclusion that the extended exercise of this power strategy has the percentage of success in the power strategy in getting higher number (71%) for about 96 utterances, while the failed power strategy only gets (29%) for about 40 utterances
Association between BMI, Immunocompromised Status, and Pulmonary TB History with Severity of TB Spondylitis
Abstract Background: Tuberculous spondylitis is the most common form of skeletal TB that can cause joint damage and disability if left untreated. Several studies have discussed risk factors associated with the severity of TB spondylitis. However, there are differences in findings among these studies, especially regarding age, sex, body mass index, immunocompromised conditions, and pulmonary TB history. Early detection through risk factor screening and adequate treatment can be useful to prevent disease severity. Objective: This research aims to find out the association between risk factors and the severity of TB spondylitis using GATA classification. Methods: Observational analytical methods with a retrospective hospital-based cross-sectional study design were used. Using consecutive sampling technique. The total research sample was 50 patients diagnosed with TB spondylitis between January 1, 2022-December 31, 2024 at Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital Jakarta. Result: The characteristics of TB spondylitis patients were mostly adults (68%), male (54%), had normal BMI (42%), had immunocompromised conditions (52%), and had a history of pulmonary TB (58%), with severe TB spondylitis (42%). Bivariate analysis showed a significant association between BMI (p=0.033) and immunocompromised conditions (p=0.047) and no significant association between age (p=0.482), sex (p=0.356), and history of pulmonary TB (p=0.469) with the severity of TB spondylitis. Conclusion: A significant association was found between BMI and immunocompromised conditions with the severity of TB spondylitis. أدب الرحلات لكارل طومبسون في جولة ربع اسيا لمحمد ثابت
ABSTRAK
Jaulah fi Rubu’I Asia merupakan catatan perjalanan yang menyajikan perjalanan Muhammad Tsabit ke seperempat benua Asia. Dalam catatan perjalanannya, Tsabit menjelaskan tentang kebudayaan yang terdapat di negara-negara yang dikunjunginya, serta keajaiban dan keunikan di dalamnya. Pada setiap pengalaman yang dialaminya, penulis memberikan pendapat dan mengungkapkan perasaannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa penggambaran dunia khusunya di India dalam buku Jaualah fi Rubu’I Asia, mengungkap bentuk subjektivitas penulis terhadap apa yang dialaminya selama perjalanan, dan mengungkapkan budaya daerah yang dikunjungi serta melihat reaksi atau respon penulis terhadapnya. Untuk mengkajinya, peneliti menggunakan teori travel writing Carl Thompson yang memiliki tiga konsep dasar, yaitu reporting the world, revealing the self, dan representating the other. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa kutipan, kata, atau kalimat dalam buku Jualah fi Rubu’I Asia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik baca-tulis. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles & Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dunia yang dilaporkan diungkapkan melalui penggambaran budaya dalam berbagai aspek yang dituliskan oleh penulis secara deskriptif dan objektif. Dalam menggambarkan kebudayaan tersebut penulis juga memberikan subjektifitasnya melalui asumsi dan perasaan yang diungkapkannya. Oleh karena itu, penulis digolongkan ke dalam romantic traveler. Penulis menggunakan strategi wacana kolonial dalam tulisannya, dimana other dipresentasikan sebagai pihak inferior sekaligus pihak superior.
ABSTRACT
Jaulah fi Rubu'I Asia is a travelogue that presents Muhammad Tsabit's journey to a quarter of the Asian continent. In his travel notes, Tsabit describes the cultures of the countries he visited, as well as their wonders and uniqueness. For each experience, the author gives his opinion and expresses his feelings. The purpose of this study is to analyze the depiction of the world, especially in India, in the book Jaualah fi Rubu'I Asia, reveal the author's subjectivity to what he experienced during the trip, and reveal the culture of the region visited and see the author's reaction or response to it. To study it, the researcher uses Carl Thompson's travel writing theory which has three basic concepts, namely reporting the world, revealing the self, and representing the other. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data in this study are in the form of quotations, words, or sentences in the book Jualah fi Rubu'I Asia. The data collection technique used reading-writing technique. While the data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman analysis model. The result of this research is that the reported world is expressed through the depiction of culture in various aspects written by the author descriptively and objectively. In describing the culture, the author also gives his subjectivity through the assumptions and feelings he expresses. Therefore, the author is classified as a romantic traveler. The author uses a colonial discourse strategy in his writing, where the other is presented as both inferior and superior.

جولة في ربع اسيا هو كتاب رحلات يقدم رحلة محمد ثابت إلى ربع القارة الآسيوية. يصف ثابت في ملاحظات رحلته ثقافات البلدان التي زارها، فضلاً عن عجائبها وتفردها. لكل تجربة، يعطي المؤلف رأيه ويعبر عن مشاعره. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحليل تصوير العالم، وخاصة في الهند، في كتاب جولة في ربع اسيا، والكشف عن ذاتية المؤلف لما عاشه خلال الرحلة، والكشف عن ثقافة المنطقة التي زارها وشاهدها. رد فعل المؤلف أو رده عليه. لدراستها، استخدمت الباحثة نظرية كارل طومسون في أدب الرحلات والتي لها ثلاثة مفاهيم أساسية، وهي الإبلاغ عن العالم، وكشف الذات، وتمثيل الآخر. منهج البحث المستخدم وصفي نوعي. البيانات الواردة في هذه الدراسة في شكل اقتباسات أو كلمات أو جمل في كتاب جولة في ربع اسيا. استخدمت تقنية جمع البيانات أسلوب القراءة والكتابة. بينما تستخدم تقنية تحليل البيانات نموذج تحليل مايلز وهوبرمان. نتيجة هذا البحث أن العالم المبلغ عنه يتم التعبير عنه من خلال تصوير الثقافة في جوانب مختلفة كتبها المؤلف ذاتية وموضوعية. في وصف الثقافة، يعطي المؤلف أيضًا شخصيته من خلال الافتراضات والمشاعر التي يعبر عنها. لذلك، يصنف المؤلف على أنه رحال رومانسي. يستخدم المؤلف استراتيجية الخطاب الاستعماري في كتاباته، حيث يتم تقديم الآخر على أنه أدنى مستوى ومتفوق
