No full textThis research is aimed to determine the influence of fathonah value actively rolling in every aspect of business management at Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri Sidoarjo. Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri is one of pesantren based on agrobusiness and agro-industry which graduates entrepreneurs every year.This research used the qualitative research method and case study as the strategy. Data collection was done by interviewing and observing the research object directly. The qualitative explanatory was used as the technique of analysis by explaining the results of the interviews and of the direct observations.The results of this research shows that value of fathonah has a good influence in business management at The Pesantren Mukmin Mandiri, it can be seen from the innovation on marketing, production, increased sales, good financial management and proficiency of students in the entrepreneurship

Pada era globalisasi seperti ini sudah mengalami perkembangan pesat, dan
era globalisasi ini bedampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan, sebagai contoh yaitu
pada dunia bisnis. Dunia bisnis pada zaman sekarang sudah sangat canggih, dan
memunculkan istilah-istilah baru seperti m-commerce, e-commerce,
e-buisness, e- learning, e-banking, dan masih banyak lainya. M-Commerce sudah
sangat meluas di Indonesia yaitu ditandai dengan munculnya berbagai aplikasi
terbaik yang menggunakan mobile-commerce. Rumusan dalam penelitian ini
adalah 1) Bagaimana pemanfaatan m-commerce dalam peningkatan minat beli
konsumen?, 2) Bagaimana keunggulan pemnfaatan m-commerce dalam
meningkatkan minta beli konsumen?, 3) Bagaimana kendala pemanfaatan
m-commerce dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsusmen. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah 1) Menganalisis bagaimana pemanfaatan m-commerce dalam peningkatan
minat beli konsumen, 2) Menganalisis keungguan pemanfaatan m-commerce
dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen dan 3) Menganalisis kendala
pemanfaatan m-commerce dalam meningkatkan miant beli konsumen.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian
kualitatif. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil pengamatan atau observasi,
wawancara. Adapun Objek penelitian ini berada di salah satu toko baju di
kecamatan kauman kabupaten Tulungagung yaitu Imel Boutique. Penelitian di
fokuskan pemanfaatan, keunggulan dan kendala pada m-commerce.
Hasil peneltian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) M-Commerce ini sangatlah
bermanfaat bagi perkembangan Toko Imel Boutique dan juga akan
meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, selain memudahkan konsumen juga
memudahkan Toko Imel Boutique itu sendiri, 2) Keunggulan penggunaan
m-commerce dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen yaitu pelaku usaha bisa
melakukan promosi di media sosial, 3) Kendala pemanfaatan m-commerce dalam
meningkatkan minat beli konsumen ialah kepercayaan calon konsumen.

Full text linkThe railway infrastructure that describes the railway track and all the civil engineering structures and systems that ensure the railway traffic. Hence, the railway track comprises successively from top to bottom the rails, the sleepers, the ballast, the sub-ballast, the formation level, and the subgrade. The study aims are to determine the process of the construction of railway track infrastructure in Malaysia. There are the methods of railway track infrastructure, for example stripping of top soil is be done by removing the top layer of soil containing organic material, which be stockpiled for the use of works, i.e. reuse for the soiling of slopes, berms, and/or disposed into the approved dumping sites when there’s in excess of required quantity or as directed by the consultant. There are many types of problems and the solution taken to solve the problem during the construction of railway track infrastructure. The one of the solution is about the method of replacing the poor soil is first removed and then the gap is filled up by superior material such as sand, stone, gravel or any other hard material. In order to do this, first excavate a foundation trench of about 1.5 m deep, and then fill the hard material is stages of 30 cm. Then compact the hard material at every stage. This method is useful for foundations in black cotton soils
Evaluasi Penyebab Terjadinya Kelongsoran pada Jalan Mukmin Faisal, Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur dengan Menggunakan Pendekatan Cracked Soil dan Alternatif Perencanaan Lereng
No full textJalan Mukmin Faisal adalah jalan yang terletak di Kota Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur dan dimanfaatkan bagi masyarakat sekitar sebagai jalan utama. Pada lereng jalan telah diperkuat dengan dinding penahan tanah yang terbuat dari beton siklop yang dikombinasikan dengan minipile segiempat berdimensi 20 x 20 cm. Meskipun telah diberi perkuatan, kelongsoran tetap terjadi pada Jalan Mukmin Faisal dari STA 0+029,6 hingga STA 0+079,6 yang mengakibatkan akses jalan terganggu. Dari permasalahan tersebut, perlu diketahui penyebab terjadinya kelongsoran dan juga perencanaan alternatif untuk perkuatan lereng yang aman dari kelongsoran.
Pada studi ini, perkuatan akan direncanakan berdasarkan hasil analisis stabilitas lereng menggunakan asumsi cracked soil, dimana perkuatan yang direncanakan adalah geotextile dengan facing bronjong yang dikombinasikan dengan berbagai alternatif cerucuk berupa minipile, tiang pancang, bored pile, dan turap. Untuk mempermudah perhitungan, tinggi lereng dikelompokkan menjadi tiga yaitu 9 m, 7 m, dan 6 m.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penyebab utama kelongsoran di Jalan Mukmin Faisal adalah adanya retakan pada lereng, sehingga sistem perkuatan lereng eksisting yang tidak direncanakan dengan asumsi cracked soil mengalami kegagalan. Dari perencanaan perkuatan alternatif, didapatkan bahwa perkuatan yang paling efisien dari segi biaya material dan paling memungkinkan untuk dapat dilaksanakan di lapangan adalah geotextile tipe UW-200 dengan facing bronjong yang dikombinasikan dengan bored pile berdiameter 600 mm, dengan total harga sebesar Rp1.725.180.875,14.

Mukmin Faisal Road, located in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan, serves as a main road for the local community. The slope along the road has been reinforced with a retaining wall made of cyclopean concrete combined with square minipiles measuring 20 x 20 cm. Despite the reinforcements, a landslide still occurred on Mukmin Faisal Road from STA 0+029,6 to STA 0+079,6, disrupting road access. From the given issue, it is crucial to determine the cause of the landslides and develop alternative slope reinforcement that ensures safety from future landslides.
In this study, the alternative reinforcement will be planned based on slope stability analysis using the cracked soil approach. The planned reinforcements include geotextile with gabion facing, combined with pile alternatives such as minipiles, driven piles, bored piles, and sheet piles. To simplify the calculations, the slope heights are categorized into three groups: 9 m, 7 m, and 6 m.
Based on the analysis, the primary cause of the landslide on Mukmin Faisal Road is cracked soil, which led to the failure of the existing slope reinforcement system that did not account for the cracked soil. From the alternative reinforcement planning, it was found that the most cost-efficient and feasible solution for implementation is the UW-200 type geotextile with gabion facing, combined with 600 mm diameter bored piles, with a total cost of Rp1,725,180,875.14

use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Anthropometry influence on speed and agility among adolescence hockey players / Mohamad Syafwan Mukmin Kharahab
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to identify the correlation of anthropometry on speed and agility
among adolescence hockey player. A total of thirty subjects (N=30) age range from 13 to 17
years old (M= 15.47 SD=1.48) were involved in this study and selected through purposive
sampling method. The study identified the correlation between speed and agility performance
using the 30-meter sprint test and Illinois agility test. Pearson r correlation coefficient was used
as this study is to find the correlation between variables. During this study, sample performs one
trial of each test being given. The rest between tests is three minutes. Based on the Pearson r
Correlation, the result shows that there is no significance between weight and speed (0.27) while
height and speed, there was a significant effect (0.001). In other result weight and agility have no
significance (0.18) while height and agility have significant (0.006). To conclude, this finding
anthropometry does not play a big role on speed and agility of SMK Sulaiman hockey players

E-Government merupakan sebuah sistem terintegrasi dengan menggunakan media teknologi informasi dalam pelaksanaannya. E-Government diimplementasikan pada Desa Balusu ,Kecamatan Balusu, Kabupaten Barru yang saat ini masih mempunyai keterbatasan dalam penerapan e-Government. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) diusulkan untuk dapat mengoptimalkan sistem yang dibangun sehingga mempunyai peluang untuk dikembangkan lebih jauh lagi khususnya pada model web service untuk optimaliasi e-government. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan implementsi e-Government pada intitusi pemerintahan terlebih yang belum mempunyai dapat memberikan sebuah peningkatan pelayanan yang lebih optimal pada masyarakat terutama pada instansi di tingkat kelurahan
Pemanfaatan teknologi saat ini merupakan sesuatu hal yang tidak bisa dihindarkan, karena kebutuhan informasi yang sangat cepat, dan tepat menjadi suatu kebutuhan utama disegala aspek. Salah satu teknologi yang paling berkembang adalah teknologi yang berbasis web yang sering disebut dengan internet. Teknologi ini sudah digunakan diberbagai bidang baik bisnis,pemerintahan, kesehatan, pendidikan dan lain sebagainya. Teknologi internet yang kini sudah mendarah daging harus dimanfaatkan secara optimal, keberadaan teknologi diharapkan juga bisa menjadi jawaban untuk menyamaratakan kecepatan pelayanan, sebuah kemajuan jika pemerintah mulai mengadopsi teknologi tersebut sebagai infrastruktur utama pelayanan publik.
