    ABSTRACT Utsman was one of the companions of the Propet Muhammad Shalallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam who has guaranteed to enter heaven, the third Khulafa'u Rasyidin, and the son-in-law of Rasulullah Shalallahu ‘Alaihi Wassalam. His forehead was never tarnished to worship idols and never did heinous deeds even though he had not converted to Islam at that time. His greatest achievement while leading was collecting the Qur’an into one mushaf to unite Muslim. Utsman became an important part of the early history of the emergence of Islam since he made two sentences creed. The biographical book of Utsman bin Affan by Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi discussed the personality of Utsman bin Affan radhiyallahu 'anhu and the time of his caliphate. The purpose of this study is to identify and describe the values of Islamic education contained in the biography of Utsman bin Affan radhiyallahu 'anhu by Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi. The author uses the method of documentation as a method of data collection and content analysis as data analysis. The results of this study can be concluded that there are three values of Islamic education in the biography of Utsman bin Affan radhiyallahu ‘anhu by Prof. Dr. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi, namely: 1) The value of aqidah education, related to when Utsman converted to Islam and his sermon when he was designated to become a caliph. 2) The value of shari’ah education is divided into mahdlah worship and ghaira mahdlah worship (muamalah). Mahdlah worship is related to when Utsman moved to Habasyah, and muamalah is related when Utsman traded, married, collected the Qur’an into one mushaf, and formed a deliberation assembly. 3) The value of moral education which includes morals towards Allah, morals towards fellow humans, and moral towards nature. Moral towards Allah is related to when Utsman remembered and put his trust in Allah even though the deathwas before him. Moral towards human is Utsman's generous nature, helping each other in virtue and piety, avoiding quarrels and enmity, and fulfilling his mandate as a caliph.     Identification of Pituitary-Specific Transcription Factor-1 (PIT-1) Genotype in Bali Cattle

    This study aimed to identify the genotype of the gene Pituitary-specific transcription factor 1 (Pit-1) in Bali cattle (Bos sondaicus). A total of 20 cows Bali (13 males and 7 females) were used in this study. DNA samples isolated from blood samples using phenol-chloroform extraction method (Sambrook et al., 1989). This study using PCR-RFLP method. Amplification of specific DNA fragments (size 451 bp, intron regions stretching from 4 to exon 6) of the Pit-1 gene Bali cattle samples was performed using a pair of specific primers (forward: 5'-AAA-CCA-TCA-TCT-CCC-TTC-TT -3 ', and reverse: 5'-AAT-GTA-CAA-TGT-GCC-TTC-TGA-G-3'). Based on the results of RFLP analysis/HinfI was found that all of Bali cattle research resulted banding pattern uniform (monomorphic), the band size 244 bp and 207 bp, and the band patterns thus identified as genotype BB, so it is known that the frequency of A and B alleles at 0 and 1. The frequency of A allele was not found in Bali cattle (Bos sondaicus) showed a significant difference with other cattle breeds (Bos taurus and Bos indicus)

    Land is a necessary component of human life, and one of the purposes of land is that which is governed by Agrarian Law. A landowner must have proof of ownership. Certificates are proof of ownership of land rights and actions associated with first-time land registration that result in the production of proofs of rights in the form of certificates. Uncertified land is unregistered customary land with the State Land Agency Office. Uncertified land is prone to conflict or disagreements with third parties. Thus, this thesis addresses 3 (three) issues: the first concerns the nature of legal protection available to uncertified land owners, the second concerns the nature of legal protection available to certified land owners, and the third concerns the role of and government responsibility for uncertified land ownership. The author conducted normative research for this thesis by evaluating and analyzing secondary data in the form of primary and secondary legal sources. All of these data were gathered and examined normatively utilizing the literature study technique. A certificate provides legal protection for the owner of the land or land under control. Holders of land rights who have not been certified in relation to the registration of rights under Government Ordinance No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration may utilize evidence of ownership prior to the UUPA's inception as stipulated in Article 24 paragraph (1) of Government Ordinance No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registration. Uncertified land is protected by law in two ways: preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection. The government's primary worry has been the lengthy procedure of issuing land certificates. To address these issues, the government established a National Priority Program called Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) under the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency.Tanah adalah salah satu unsur untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup manusia, dan salah satu objek tanah adalah yang diatur oleh Hukum Agraria. Seseorang yang memiliki tanah, pasti memiliki alat bukti kepemilikan atas tanah. Sertifikat merupakan alat bukti kepemilikan hak atas tanah dan kegiatan dari pendaftaran tanah untuk pertama kalinya yang menghasilkan surat tanda bukti hak, yang berupa sertifikat. Tanah yang belum bersertifikat adalah tanah adat yang belum didaftarkan ke Kantor Badan Pertanahan Negara. Tanah yang belum bersertifikat rentan terjadi konflik atau sengketa dengan pihak lain. Oleh karena itu, ada 3 (tiga) permasalahan dalam skripsi ini, permasalahan pertama, yaitu bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap pemilik tanah yang belum bersertifikat, yang kedua, yaitu, bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap tanah yang sudah bersertifikat ,dan yang ketiga, yaitu bagaimana peran dan tanggung jawab pemerintah terhadap kepemilikan tanah yang belum bersertifikat. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dalam melakuka penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode penelitian normatif dengan mengkaji dan menganalisa data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Seluruh data tersebut dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Teknik studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis secara normatif. Perlindungan hukum terhadap pemilik tanah atau tanah yang sedang dikuasai adalah berupa sertifikat. Alat bukti yang dapat dipakai oleh pemegang hak milik atas tanah yang belum bersertifikat yang berkaitan dengan pendaftaran hak pada PP No. 24 Tahun 1997 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah, dapat menggunakan alat bukti kepemilikan sebelum lahirnya UUPA sebagaimana yang diatur pada Pasal 24 ayat (1) PP No. 24 Tahun 1997. Bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap tanah yang belum bersertifikat ada 2, yaitu perlindungan hukum preventif dan perlindungan hukum represif. Lambannya proses pembuatan sertifikat tanah selama ini menjadi pokok perhatian pemerintah.     INDONESIA: Peran guru pendidikan agama Islam sangat penting,penulis merasa tertarik mengadakan penelitian dengan judul “Peranan Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Siswa di SMK Islam 1 Blitar”. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah: 1. untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru pendidikan agama Islam dalampembinaan akhlak. 2. pelaksanan pembinaan akhlak siswa di SMK Islam 1 Blitar. 3. untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung serta kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Islam 1 Blitar dalam melaksanakan pendidikan agama Islam dan pembinaan akhlak siswa. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam proses pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan metode interview, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan untuk analisisnya, digunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati, sehingga dalam hal ini penulis berupaya mengadakan penelitian yang bersifat menggambarkan secara menyeluruh tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Dari hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1. Peran Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMK Islam 1 Blitar melakukan berbagai peran yang dipergunakan dalam melangsungkan proses belajar mengajar, diantaranya: Guru sebagai Guru (Pendidik), Guru sebagai Orang tua (Pembimbing), dan Guru sebagai teman (Motivator). 2. Pelaksanaan Pembinaan Akhlak di SMK Islam 1 Blitar berada di kelas dan di luar kelas. 3. Faktor Pendukung: Tim Keagamaan, Pondok Pesantren, dan Pengurus OSIS. Faktor Penghambat: Kurangnya pengawasan pihak sekolah, Fasilitas, dan Minat Siswa. Guru/pendidik hendaknya selalu menunjukkan sifat-sifat yang terpuji serta menjadi tauladan yang baik, bijaksana dalam menyampaikan pelajaran kepada siswa. ENGLISH: The teacher's role is very important Islamic religious education, the author was interested in conducting research with the title "The Role of Islamic Education Teachers in the Moral Development of Vocational High School Students in Islam 1 Blitar". The purpose of this study was: 1. to describe the role of Islamic religious education teachers in coaching morals. 2. moral conduct of students in the vocational guidance of Islam 1 Blitar. 3. to determine the contributing factors and constraints faced by teachers of Islamic education in Islamic Vocational School 1 Blitar in implementing Islamic religious education and moral development of students. The research conducted is included in the descriptive qualitative research. In the process of collecting data the writer used interview, observation, and documentation. As for the analysis, a technique used descriptive qualitative analysis, the form data is written or spoken of the people and observed behavior, so in this case the author seeks to conduct research that is thoroughly describe the actual state of affairs. From the results of the study found that 1 Role of Islamic Education Teachers in Vocational High School 1 Blitar Islamic perform a variety of roles that are used in the hold of the learning process, including: Teacher as Teacher (Educator), Teachers as Parents (Supervisor), and the Teacher as friend (Motivator), 2. Implementation Guidance Morals in Islam Vocational School 1 Blitar was in class and outside of class, 3. Supporting Factors: Religious team, boarding school, and the Inter-School Board Student Organization. Obstacles: Lack of supervision of the schools, facilities, and student interest.     Indah Collection, a wedding organizer provider in Sidoarjo, is facing a common challenge in their manual service approach. Prospective couples lack information to make informed decisions about wedding receptions and associated expenses. To address this, the author has developed a wedding organizer service booking information system. This system aims to simplify the booking process for prospective couples and also serves as a promotional tool for Indah Collection. The research methodology employed in this study is the Waterfall method, which guides the system's design, and Black Box Testing, which tests the developed system. The outcome of this research is a website-based wedding organizer information system that allows prospective customers to access and book their weddings

    Didalam Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) terdapat 8 indikator salah satunya adalah Standar Sarana dan Prasarana. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Karya Ekopin Jakarta. SMK Karya Ekopin Jakarta sudah menerapkan Standar Sarana dan Prasarana yang sesuai dengan Standar Nasional Pendidikan, tetapi belum terdapat metode yang lebih baik. Diharapkan dengan metode yang akan penulis lakukan, sekolah dapat meningkatkan akreditasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan. Tahapan pertama menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dan PEST. Tahapan kedua menggunakan teknik analisis Value Chain. Tahapan ketiga menggunakan teknik analisis Business System Planning (BSP). Tahapan keempat menggunakan komponen matriks FEAF yaitu; List of Business Objects, List of Business Processes, List of Business Location, Business Process Model dan Business Logistics System. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rekomendasi untuk standar sarana dan prasarana SMK Karya Ekopin Jakarta yaitu; Rekomendasi Kualitas Sarana dan Prasarana, Rekomendasi Dokumen Sarana dan Prasarana, Rekomendasi Layanan Sarana dan Prasarana, Rekomendasi Kegiatan Sarana dan Prasarana, Rekomendasi Diagram Aktivitas Sarana dan Prasarana. ***** In The National Standard of Education there are 8 indicators, one of which is The Facilities and Infrastructure Standards. This research was conducted at SMK Karya Ekopin Jakarta. SMK Karya Ekopin Jakarta has implemented Facilities and Infrastructure Standards in accordance with the National Education Standards, but there is no better method yet. It is hoped that with the method that the author will do, the school can increase its accreditation.     Subscription video on demand (SVOD) seems to be getting popular as a choice of entertainment by consumers in the form of video such as movies and series including in Indonesia. SVOD can be accessed through the internet and can be accessed by many electronic devices connected to the internet. But with the rising of SVOD popularity, the competition in the industry became fierce with many new SVOD providers starting to spring up, and maintaining customer loyalty also becomes hard as companies trying to get as many customers as possible in the market therefore, it needs a strategy to maintain customer loyalty. The author chose to research how e-service quality can influence the customer loyalty of SVOD in Indonesia because SVOD is services provided on the internet and can be accessed either with web or app therefore e-service quality becomes an important factor to assess the service they provide. So, this research aims to see which e-service quality dimension has a significant impact on customer loyalty. The SVOD that became the object of this research is Netflix because they already have a long presence in Indonesia and have a substantial number of customers. Electronic service quality (E-service) quality is the ability of a company to provide service for customers through the online market. Customer loyalty is the commitment of customers to repurchase or patronize the same product and recommend it. The research is quantitative and was conducted by giving questionnaires to Netflix consumers in Jakarta and Bandung and the author managed to collect 110 data and analyze them with SEM-PLS method. The author found that e-service quality dimensions which are: Product portfolio, Information quality, visual appeal, and ease of use have a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty of Netflix customers in Indonesia.Keywords: E-service quality, Customer loyalty, (Subscription video-on-demand) SVOD, Netfli
