This study aims to determine the influence of negative and significant Ethical Behaviors against Sales Performance PT. Adena Misbah. To know the positive and significant influence of Value Enhancing Behavior Performance to Sales Performance PT. Adena Misbah. To know the positive and significant influence of Ethical Responsibility and Trust to Sales Performance PT. Adena Misbah.The research variables are Ethica Behavior, Value Enhancing Behavior Performance, Ethical Responsibility and Trust and Sales Performance. The population in this study is all employees who do the sale of products of PT. Adena Misbah, the number of samples of this study were 73 respondents, using the Slovig Formula. Method of taking data using questioner. The analysis technique used is Structural Analysis Modeling (SEM).The results showed the multiple regression equation as follows: SP = 0.276EB + 0.291 VEBP + 0.344ERT There is a positive and significant influence Ethica Behaviore against Sales Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Value Enhancing Behavior Performance on Sales Performance. There is a positive and significant influence of Ethical Responsibility and Trust on Sales Performance. Sales Performance is influenced by ethical behaviors, Value Enhancing Behavior Performanc and Ethical Responsibility and Trust of 33.1%, while the rest of 66.9% is influenced by other factors

No full textThe Islamization of the science movement arose due to Muslim intellectual concerns about the scientific crisis experienced by Muslims because it was contaminated with secular-based Western science and was incompatible with Muslims because it separated religion from science. The purpose of this study is to raise the idea of Islamization of science by Syed Muhammad Naquib al-Attas and the response of several Indonesian Muslim intellectuals to the idea of science. By looking at the characters' essays and descriptive-analytical-critical methods, the researchers found that al-Attas offered the concept of Islamization of science and the concept of Islamic education. Meanwhile, Indonesian Muslim intellectuals offer the concept of the Islamization of science in the integration-interconnectivity of knowledge. The concept of integration of knowledge precedes or surpasses the Islamization movement of Naquib al-Attas because this movement was motivated by the Islamic renewal movement that was born at the end of the 19th century, long before the Islamization of science was born in the 20th century

Synthetic Data Generation for Length, Recency, Frequency, Monetary (LRFM) Analysis and K-Means Clustering in Customer Segmentation
No full textCustomer segmentation is a critical component in developing effective marketing strategies, yet obtaining accurate and comprehensive customer datasets frequently poses significant challenges. This study investigates the feasibility of synthetic data generated through Time-series Generative Adversarial Networks (TimeGAN) to augment Length, Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (LRFM) analysis and K-Means clustering for customer segmentation. TimeGAN was selected for its capacity to capture temporal dependencies in sequential data, while the LRFM framework was employed to elucidate key behavioral dimensions of customers. K-Means served as the clustering algorithm, with Silhouette Coefficient and Davies-Bouldin Index as performance indicators.
Experimental results reveal that the synthetic dataset achieved a Silhouette Coefficient of 0.42, marginally higher than the real dataset’s 0.41. Meanwhile, the Davies-Bouldin Index for the synthetic data was 0.90, closely paralleling the real data’s 0.89. These findings indicate that synthetic data effectively replicates the intrinsic patterns and distributions of actual datasets without compromising the integrity or quality of the clustering outcomes. By integrating synthetic data with LRFM analysis and K-Means clustering, this research provides valuable insights into customer segmentation, underscoring the potential of synthetic data as a reliable alternative when real-world data are scarce or unavailable. No full textMuslim religious leaders play very important role in speeding the progress of education and knowledge in Aceh. One of the roles done by them is writing historical script. One of the manuscript, Akhbarul Karim (nobel news), created by the most famous muslim religious leader and used to be wellknown for one decade 1860-1960 was composed by Teungku Syekh in Seumatang Geudong. The study of the manuscript of Akhbarul Karim is needed in order to bring up all information about value of Islamic religion education. In general, the problems that will be solved on this research are as following. Firstly, what kind of education value is contained in manuscript Akhbarul Karim?. Secondly, what is the relevance between the education value which is contained in manuscript Akhbarul Karim and 2013 curriculum material?. Technical analysis used by the writer is content analysis. Based on the analysis carried on, the writer found several Islamic education value contained in Akhbarul Karim manuscript created by Teungku Seumatang: (a) faith value (b) act of devotion value (c) moral value. No full textAlasan mendasar penelitian ini adalah adanya fenomena jamaah tabligh di tengah masyarakat Gorontalo yang cenderung dipandang negatif baik dari segi penampilan, cara berpakaian, pola hidup berkeluarga maupun prilaku berdakwah. Aktivitas utama mereka berdakwah dengan konsep muqim yaitu berada di tempat dengan kerja dakwah dan khuruj fii sabilillah yaitu meninggalkan keluarga dan pekerjaanya untuk mengunjungi saudara muslim di tempat yang lain. Asusmsi dasar masyarakat bahwa metode khuruj hanyalah sebatas strategi dakwah yang dilakukan oleh jamaah tabligh, padahal esensi dan cakupannyanya lebih luas yaitu dapat berefek pada terciptanya keluarga sejahtera. Seiring dengan kepergian merka berdakwah terkadang memicu lahirnya persepsi masyarakat bahwa mereka tidak menjalankan fungsinya sebagai penanggung jawab keluarga sehingga terkadang dianggap menelantarkan keluarga dan jauh dari kesejahteraan. Masalah pokok penelitian ini adalah bagaimana persepsi jamaah tabligh Gorontalo terhadap konsep keluarga sejahtera dan bagaimana upaya mereka dalam mewujudkan keluarga sejahtera. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai ingin mengungkap persepsi jamaah tabligh Gorontalo terhdapa keluarga sejahtera dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencapai cita-cita tersebut. Untuk mengantar penelitian ini maka kerangka teori yang digunakan adalah menjelaskan terlebih dahulu konsep keluarga dalam perspektif Islam selanjutnya mengurai interpretasi sejahtera baik secara konvensional dengan berbagai indikatornya. maupun perspektif Islam dalam hal ini penjelasan tentang konsep maslahah yang dirumuskan oleh Imam Asy Syatibi dengan merujuk pada konsep maqashid asy syariah. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori penelitian lapangan yang bersifat kualitatif-deskriptif, dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologis normatif, sosiologis dan fenomenologi agama dengan metode analisis bersifat induktif, deduktif, dan komparatif. untuk mengumpulkan datanya maka cara yang ditempuh adalah menggunakan teknik observasi yaitu melibatkan diri terhadap seluruh aktivitas tabligh dan mewawancari 22 responden yang dianggap mampu menjawab rumusan masalah yang diangkat. Setelah data terkumpul maka untuk mengananlsisisnya yaitu memulai pengorganisasian semua data, membuat catatan pinggir dan melakukan pengkodean data. Setelah itu mengelompokkan makna pernyataan yang relevan dan memiliki nilai yang sama ke dalam unit makna lalu ditulis gambaran tentang bagaimana pengalaman tersebut terjadi dan mengembangkan uraian secara keseluruhan dari fenomena tersebut sehingga menemukan esensi dari fenomena tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa konsep keluarga sejahtera menurut jamaah tabligh lebih terfokus kepada pemenuhan nafkah bathiniah atau kondisi psikisnya. Harta yang diperoleh dengan varian profesi hanya sebatas pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok dan dioptimalisasikan untuk agama. Penekanannya pada penguatan amal-amal agama secara sempurna meskipun bertahap yang berpondasikan iman. Iman penentu segalanya dan menjadikan sebagai daya kontrol untuk pemenuhan hajat hidup. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk menjalani kehidupan ini adalah dengan menerapkan metode maqa>mi dan khuru>j yang menghasilkan kesederhaaan, mengedepankan sifat qonaah dan zuhud. Full text linkThis study aims to determine how the learning system, its effectiveness and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the educational system of the Fajrul Iman Modern Islamic Boarding School. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research that involves the principal, vice principal of the curriculum section and teachers as informants or research subjects. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique uses triagulation as it is utilizing various sources. Data analysis techniques use interactive methods on various collected data which are then presented and reduced before drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of the pesantren system was grouped into activities: daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Regarding the pesantren learning system, it combines general and religious education with learning targets to create capable students. Factors supporting the learning system in Islamic boarding schools are the existence of disciplined dormitories and schools, good teamwork, the spirit of service from the management. While the inhibiting factors for the learning system in Islamic boarding schools are the lack of exemplary figures and dormitory management staff; Student activities are less controlled because they consist of various family backgrounds with different characters. The effectiveness of the learning system in Islamic boarding schools is quite good, supported by success in the learning process starting from professional teachers, active students, the availability of adequate learning media, as well as clear directions and objectives of activities to form a strong generation. adhere to and practice the teachings of Islam which are reflected in the teachings of Islam. in the morality of al-karimah.

One of the Islamic reformers who initiated character education was Hasan al-Banna. This study focuses on Hasan al-Banna's character education ideas and their relevance to the concept of character education in Indonesia. This library research focuses on Hasan al-Banna's works and is analyzed by Content Analysis and Phenomenology. Research shows that Hasan al-Banna applies character education by integrating the education system. Al-Banna seeks to integrate a dichotomous education system between religious education and general education. Hasan al-Banna's idea of ​​character education has relevance to the concept of character education in Indonesia. Its relevance lies in the idea that education must optimize all students' potential, namely faith, morals, reason, and body. Al-Banna's opinion is in line with the concept of character education in the 2013 curriculum, which aims to improve the process and results of quality education and is directed towards the formation of character and akhlakul karimah students in a comprehensive, integrated and balanced manner
