    Social Interventions in Education to Enhance Students’ Understanding of Juvenile Delinquency

    This study aims to examine the influence of guidance and counselling programs on students' understanding of juvenile delinquency in a vocational high school in Bandung. Juvenile delinquency is a social problem that often arises in schools and can hinder the development of students' character. Guidance and counselling services are expected to act as preventive measures, increasing students' awareness and understanding of deviant behaviour and its negative consequences. This study used a quantitative, one-group pretest-posttest design with 329 students. The research instrument was a questionnaire designed to measure students' understanding of juvenile delinquency before and after receiving guidance and counselling services. Data analysis was carried out using a paired-samples t-test in SPSS version 25. The analysis showed a significant increase in students' understanding after participating in the guidance and counselling program, with a t-value of -39.85 and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings prove that the guidance and counselling program is effective in increasing students' awareness and understanding of various forms of juvenile delinquency and their impacts. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening the implementation of guidance and counselling programs as a preventive strategy to address deviant behaviour in schools

    Perspective of high school students in intergrated mathematics with technology post pandemic covid-19

    The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the landscape of education around the world, including learning mathematics at the high school level. In response to the pandemic, many schools have adopted distance learning and integrated technology into the learning process. This study aims to analyze the perspectives of high school students in learning mathematics that is integrated with technology after the COVID-19 pandemic. In this context, we will explore students' understanding of the use of technology in learning mathematics, their attitudes towards the use of technology, and their views on the effectiveness of learning mathematics integrated with technology. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with the type of research used in this study is correlational. The results of this study are in line with the research objectives, namely to see whether there is an influence of students' perspectives on mathematics learning integrated with technology. The data shows that there is an influence between students' perspectives on learning mathematics that is integrated with technology

    This research is the formula analysis of popularization of science fiction in representing the neurodivergent character, Cora, in Show Us Who You Are. The novel, exposes the female autistic who would be the next hologram creation of Pomegranate’s experimentation. The method used in this study is an inductive-qualitative approach with comprehensive data collection and analysis that generate arguments and critical thinking. The material object used is the novel Show Us Who You Are written by Elle McNicoll, while the formal object is the formula put forward by Raymond Williams about conventions and inventions in the science fiction genre. The combination of science fiction and middle grade makes Elle McNicoll's work unique in reconstructing the romanticization of neurodivergent character from the neurodivergent perspective. Thus, these innovations are presented in various formulas which deconstruct the binary narrative through feminist critique in soft SF formed by the author in the delivery of an inclusive neurodiversity movement

And therefore this internship activity should be able to provide benefits for both parties, both from interns who are given the opportunity to study, and from employees whose workloads are eased because of the assistance provided by the interns.     Maturation process of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) palm oil can see by the changes of the skin color. Only FFB’s worth to processed that will be carried by truck to the factory. However, for this time FFB’s raw still carried to the factory. The result of this research is a web base application that organize by admin to organize data training and an android based application that can predict which FFB’s worth carrying or not to factory. The farmer just needs to take a picture of FFB’s, then the application will predict the label. The prediction result obtained is FFB’s worth to carried or not. The feature extraction that used is RGB color, then the numeric value that gotten will processed using algorithm. The algorithm that is used is k-nearest neighbor. Based on the test performed, application has reach the accuration 85% with K value = 7.Proses pematangan tandan buah segar (TBS) kelapa sawit dapat dilihat dari perubahan warna kulit buahnya. Hanya TBS yang layak untuk diolah yang akan diangkut truk untuk dibawa ke pabrik. Akan tetapi, untuk saat ini TBS yang tidak layak angkut tetap terangkut ke pabrik. Penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi berbasis web yang dikelola admin untuk mengelola data training dan aplikasi berbasis android yang dapat memprediksi TBS yang layak dan tidak layak angkut ke pabrik. Petani cukup memfoto TBS, kemudian aplikasi akan memprediksi label. Hasil prediksi yang didapatkan berupa TBS kelapa sawit layak angkut dan tidak layak angkut. Ekstraksi ciri yang digunakan adalah warna RGB, nilai numerik yang didapat dari ekstraksi ciri kemudian diolah dengan algoritma. Algoritma yang digunakan pada aplikasi ini adalah k-nearest neighbor. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan, aplikasi memiliki tingkat akurasi mencapai 92% dengan nilai K=7

    Perencanaan gedung berlantai banyak di Indonesia, yang terletak di wilayah rawan gempa, memerlukan sistem struktur yang mampu menahan beban lateral secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku struktur gedung Laboratorium Teknik Kimia XV Institut Teknologi Bandung dengan menerapkan sistem ganda dan merencanakan dimensi dinding geser. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemodelan struktur menggunakan perangkat lunak ETABS 2018 dengan analisis respons spektrum berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019 dan SNI 2847:2019, serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap simpangan antar lantai, pengaruh P-Delta, dan ketidakberaturan struktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur memenuhi persyaratan simpangan antar lantai dengan nilai maksimum 24,963 mm di bawah batas izin 38,462 mm, koefisien stabilitas P-Delta di bawah batas aman, serta didapatkan konfigurasi tulangan balok, kolom, dan dinding geser yang memadai. Kesimpulannya, sistem ganda yang diterapkan berhasil meningkatkan kinerja struktur terhadap beban gempa dengan semua parameter yang dicek telah memenuhi persyaratan perencanaan

    Economic Performance of MSMEs in Medan City: An Evaluation of the E-Catalog Government Policy's Effectiveness

    The Mayor of Medan has launched a policy that fulfills the consumption sector for all activities within the Medan City Government to promote Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). There are many efforts made by the Medan city government to raise MSMEs in this region. Starting from carrying out many regional events, UMKM bazaars, to the needs in the office area itself using vendors from MSMEs. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method. In this methodology, researchers emphasize the socially constructed nature of reality, the close relationship between the researcher and the subject under study. The data used in this study uses primary data obtained from direct interviews with the Medan City Government and MSME players related to the E-Catalog program to see how effective this system is in developing existing MSMEs. It is concluded that this e-catalog program has not fulfilled all aspects of the effectiveness of the theory. Where there are 5 theories of the effectiveness of the success of government programs that can be assessed from the success of the program, the success of the target, satisfaction with the program, the level of input and output, and the achievement of overall goals. However, the Medan City Government's program in advancing MSMEs should be appreciated, where this program has a huge impact on increasing MSME turnover and helping several MSMEs survive the Covid-19 pandemic.

The service report method uses self-report-based descriptive qualitative, primary data sources based on the log book of students of the Islamic guidance and counseling study program at the Faculty of Da'wah and Humanities IAIS Sambas on behalf of Witri Lusdiandari. The location of the service is in the village of Kumpai, Sambas District, in 2022.     Designing a Smartphone Application for Religious Tourism in Sukoharjo, Malang, Indonesia

    Many potential tourism spots have been recently developed all over Malang, Indonesia. It all started from a university student’s project that transformed the packed living area of the colorful village of Jodipan (Kampung Warna Warni Jodipan) into a tourism destination. After this successful metamorphosis, the nearby villages started to develop their thematic villages. For example, across the bridge from Jodipan there is Kampung 3D and across the railroad track is Kampung Biru Arema. Near these places, there is Sukoharjo sub-district which is longing to do the same. One of the potential attractions on Sukoharjo is Haul Akbar Pondok Pesantren Darul Hadits Al-Faqihiyyah (the annual celebration of the Islamic boarding school Darul Hadits Al-Faqihiyyah), which is a pillar of religious tourism in Malang. This project explored a smartphone application design that would bring tourists to Sukoharjo. The design and development involved adapting prototype SDLC models to quickly involve the audience in the process. The prototype is expected to be used in a pilot project that further employs the development features of the smartphone application.
