STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KERIPIK DAUN KELOR “AKILAH 2R” DI KOTA BENGKULU MENGGUNAKAN METODE SWOT (STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, OPPORTUNITIES, THREATS)
UMKM Akilah 2R ini masih banyak menghadapi masalah dan tantangan yang
menghambat perkembangan home industrynya tersebut seperti turunnya penjualan yang
disebabkan terjadinya pandemi covid-19 yang lalu. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara di UMKM
Akilah 2R ini yang mempengaruhi Faktor Internal (kekuatan) yaitu memiliki pelanggan
tetap yang siap menampung produk keripik daun kelor seperti toko oleh-oleh di bengkulu,
harga produk yang terjangkau merupakan daya tarik terhadap konsumen yang dibanderol
dengan harga Rp.15.000 kemasan 180g.
Tujuan penelitian ini yang pertama, menentukan faktor internal dan eksternal yang
berperan pengembangan usaha keripik daun kelor Akilah 2R. Menentukan alternatif strategi
yang tepat untuk mengembangkan usaha keripik daun kelor Akilah 2R. Menentukan
prioritas strategi yang tepat untuk pengembangan usaha keripik daun kelor Akilah 2R.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Selanjutnya
data akan di analisis menggunakan analisis martiks IFE dan EFE, Analisis matriks IE
(Internal-Eksternal) dan Analisis Matriks SWOT. Hasil analisis matriks IFE untuk faktor
kekuatan memperoleh skor total sebesar 1,516, sedangkan untuk faktor kelemahan
memperoleh skor sebesar 1,246.
Kekuatan utama pada usaha keripik daun kelor “Akilah 2R” adalah kualitas rasa
produk yang khas dengan skor 0,338, sedangkan kelemahan utamanya adalah karyawan
harus professional (tidak teladan) dengan skor 0,265. Hasil akhir perhitungan matriks IFE
menunjukkan bahwa total skor faktor internal sebesar 2,762. Faktor peluang memperoleh
skor total sebesar 1,816, sedangkan untuk faktor ancaman memperoleh skor sebesar 0,850.
Peluang utama pada usaha keripik daun kelor “Akilah 2R” adalah luasnya pangsa pasar
dengan skor 0,422, sedangkan ancaman utamanya adalah daya beli masyarakat yang kurang
dengan skor 0,195. Hasil akhir perhitungan matriks EFE menunjukkan bahwa total skor
faktor internal sebesar 2,666. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan usaha layak untuk diusahakan dan
dikembangkan.

Microinverter Topology based Single-stage Grid-connected Photovoltaic System: A Review
This paper discussed the topology development of a single-stage microinverter in grid-connected PV system. In general, the microinverter topologies can be categorized into four type of topologies: 1) Flyback inverter, 2) Double-boost inverter, 3) Derived zeta-cuk configuration and 4) Buck-boost inverter. Flyback configuration is widely used for single-stage microinverter which offers protection between solar panel and utility grid. However due to the bulkiness of the transformer, new arrangement circuit employ the Half-Bridge topology with film capacitor and microcontroller provide a good room for research and future developments to obtain greater efficiency and compact design of single-stage microinverter grid-connected PV system. Development of active power filter using rectifier boost technique
The development of active power filter (APF) using rectifier boost technique has been identified to compensate for the pulsating nature of the distorted supply current waveform of non-linear load. In this work, investigation is carried out on the operation of rectifier without any filters function. This is then extended to operate the rectifier converter with an active power filter function. APF function is implemented by enabling the closed-loop control using standard proportional integral control to rectify the distorted supply current to become continuous, sinusoidal and in-phase with the supply voltage waveform. Consequently, the total harmonic distortion (THD) level was reduced to meet the acceptable limit defined in the standard of IEEE-519 1992. The selected simulation results obtained from MATLAB/Simulink are presented to justify the proposed filter structure
Developing the Global Self: A Developmental-Psychological Analysis of Identity Negotiation and Adaptation in Intercultural Learning Environments
This systematic literature review examines the psychological processes underlying global identity development in intercultural learning environments. Using thematic synthesis methodology, this study analyzes peer-reviewed articles published between 2023-2024 from databases including PsycINFO, PubMed, ERIC, and Web of Science. Drawing from developmental and cross-cultural psychology frameworks, the review synthesizes recent research on identity negotiation, psychological adaptation, and global self-concept formation among individuals navigating multiple cultural contexts. Findings reveal that global identity development is a dynamic process influenced by bicultural identity integration, psychological adjustment mechanisms, and environmental factors. Successful identity negotiation correlates with positive psychological outcomes, including enhanced well-being, academic achievement, and intercultural competence. This review contributes to understanding how educational systems can support healthy global identity formation through culturally responsive pedagogical approaches
PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN BISKUIT RUMPUT LAUT KEPADA MASYARAKAT PESISIR LHOK BUBON KABUPATEN ACEH BARAT
Seaweed is one of the fisheries commodities that possesses promising prospects. One of the seaweed species utilized by coastal communities are Sargassum sp and Caulerpa sp. This empowering-based research aims to give training in seaweed biscuit making to coastal communities of Lhok Bubon in the effort to increase the body\u27s immunity to pandemic Covid-19. The stages of empowering-based research include the collecting raw material of seaweed, the try error process, and the training in seaweed making. According to the interview, after the training in seaweed biscuit making, the coastal communities have already obtained new knowledge and skill to create biscuit products that are healthy and safely consumed. Otherwise, the coastal community could increase their income by utilizing sustainability of marine resources with a marketing strategy to make seaweed biscuits have high sales. The coastal community expects the author to empower the coastal communities through seaweed biscuit making to contribute to the coastal community prosperity of Lhok Bubon. ---
Rumput laut merupakan salah satu komoditas perikanan yang memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan. Salah satu spesies rumput laut yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat pesisir adalah rumput laut Sargassum sp dan Caulerpa sp. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memuat keterampilan baru (seni) dalam mengolah rumput laut menjadi produk biskuit yang bernilai tambah (value added). Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan serta pendapatan masyarakat pesisir Lhok Bubon masa pandemi Covid-19 melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi biskuit rumput laut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian yakni metode sosialisasi dan pendampingan mitra meliputi pengambilan bahan baku rumput laut, proses uji coba pembuatan biskuit rumput laut, dan pelatihan pembuatan biskuit rumput laut. Hasil yang dicapai dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan mitra menunjukkan adanya dampak positif bagi masyarakat pesisir yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru (seni) dalam menciptakan produk biskuit yang sehat dan aman dikonsumsi. Selain itu, masyarakat pesisir dapat meningkatkan pendapatan mereka dengan memanfatkan potensi sumberdaya laut secara berkelanjutan dengan melakukan strategi pemasaran agar produk biskuit rumput laut memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Masyarakat pesisir berharap kepada penulis untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembuatan biskuit rumput laut agar dapat memberikan kontribusi besar pada kesejahteraan masyakat pesisir Lhok bubon
GUI-based data visualisation tool for option C IPMVP using Jupyter notebook / Ezmin Abdullah ... [et al.]
IPMVP is an acronym for International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol, used for calculating energy savings by taking some external factors into account to give an equal base for a linear comparison between two periods. However, determining the significant independent variable for routine adjustment causes inconvenient repeated action of regression analysis modeling, which leads to the exhaustive calculation and human error risk. These exasperating actions led to the creation of this project, which aims to provide a user-friendly, insightful, and accurate energy-saving calculation program tool. Thus, the main objective of this project is to develop an energy-saving computational tool for option C IPMVP using web-based data analytic tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in each project. This paper used a web-based mathematical computation, Jupyter Notebook, to determine the significant independent variable for routine adjustment of the adjusted baseline. The program tool was validated using V-model software verification and validation methodology based on IEEE 1012 standards. The study can be concluded that the exhaustive calculation to determine the energy saving based on IPMVP standards can be significantly reduced with precision values at 50%, 80%, 90%, and 95% confidence levels using the proposed program which is equipped with insightful graphs and a user-friendly interface
Edukasi Pencegahan Perilaku Berisiko di Kalangan Pelajar: Strategi Mengatasi Perundungan, Kekerasan Seksual, Pornografi, Rokok dan Zat Adiktif di Sekolah Menengah Atas
Remaja berusia 10-19 tahun sering terjerumus ke dalam perilaku berisiko seperti perundungan, kekerasan seksual, dan penggunaan zat adiktif, yang berdampak negatif pada kesehatan fisik, mental, dan sosial mereka. Intervensi dengan melakukan edukasi yang tepat sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman mereka tentang risiko tersebut. Kegiatan edukasi di SMAN 4 Mataram dan SMAN 3 Selong bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pelajar mengenai perilaku negatif. Metode pembelajaran oleh teman sebaya (peer-education) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa, dengan peningkatan signifikan yang terlihat pada hasil pre-test dan post-test mereka. Persentase siswa yang tidak paham menurun dari 45% menjadi 18%, sementara yang sangat paham meningkat dari 3% menjadi 22%. Edukasi ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam pemahaman siswa.Adolescents aged 10-19 often fall into risky behaviors such as bullying, sexual violence, and addictive substance use, which negatively impact their physical, mental, and social health. Therefore, proper education is essential to increase their awareness and understanding of these risks. Educational activities at SMAN 4 Mataram and SMAN 3 Selong aim to increase student awareness about negative behavior. By using the peer-education learning method, the team succeeded in improving the students' understanding, as seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test which showed a significant increase in understanding. The percentage of students who do not understand decreased from 45% to 18%, while those who do not understand very well increased from 3% to 22%. This education successfully achieved its goals and showed a positive change in student understanding
A Review on Electric Vehicles: Technical, Environmental, and Economic Perspectives
To pursue a sustainable electric vehicle ecosystem, it is crucial to study operational principles, technical complications, environmental impacts, and economic repercussions individually and collectively. This review article provides an overview of the all-around analysis of the electric vehicle ecosystem with an integrated approach. The review begins with an in-depth introduction and a research methodology exploring various types of electric vehicles, analyzing their applications beyond transportation and their potential for sustainable integration. The technical aspects of electric vehicles are scrutinized, with a logical analysis of batteries, chargers, motors, and other components. The review also explores the novel coordinated vehicle-to-grid concept, offering valuable insights for its practical implementation. The paper discusses electric vehicle's environmental impact with quantitative analysis, which compares the ecological footprint against traditional vehicles, focusing on solar electric vehicles. Economic aspects of electric vehicle adoption are also examined, with a detailed analysis of regional markets, their spending on the electric vehicle ecosystem, and the total cost of ownership for electric vehicles. Finally, the review presents technical challenges related to high upfront costs, zero-emission vehicles, charging infrastructure, infotainment and connected vehicles, and charging technology. This review might be an indispensable tool for researchers and policymakers, offering a nuanced and comprehensive perspective
A simulation-based investigation into the bidirectional charge and discharge dynamics in lead-acid batteries
This paper presents a comprehensive simulation-based investigation into the bidirectional charge and discharge dynamics of lead-acid batteries within electric vehicles (EVs) and energy storage systems (ESS). Utilizing a bidirectional DC-DC converter (BDC) integrated with a lead-acid battery, the study explores the performance of these batteries through various charging and discharging scenarios. The simulation model, implemented using MATLAB, assesses the impact of charging strategies on battery behavior, focusing on key metrics such as state of charge (SOC), energy performance, and charging rates. The results reveal that lead-acid batteries, when paired with appropriate charging infrastructure and strategies, demonstrate enhanced performance and reliability in both EV and ESS applications. The study highlights the significant role of BDC topology in facilitating efficient energy transfer and optimizing battery usage. The findings underscore the potential for improved performance and widespread adoption of bidirectional converters in sustainable energy solution
