Apologetika tafsir al Qur’an: tipologi tapsèr sorat Yaa Siin Bhasa Madhura karya Muhammad Irsyad
Salah satu corak penafsiran yang paling mengundang polemik di antara dua kubu, pro dan kontra adalah corak tafsir ilmi (scientifik exegesis). Di satu sisi, kemunculan corak ini merupakan refleksi dari tumbuhkembangnya ilmu pengetahuan yang kemudian digunakan untuk membantu memahami teks-teks al-Qur’an secara lebih komprehensif. tetapi, di sisi lain oleh sebagian kalangan, tafsir corak ilmi dinilai sebagai penafsiran yang hanya memaksakan istilah-istilah ilmu pengetahuan dan diupayakan untuk mencari legitimasi serta justifikasi teologis dalam al-Qur’an. Di antara beberapa dari sekian banyak tafsir ilmi yang pernah muncul dalam mozaik tafsir, khususnya di Indonesia adalah Tapsèr Sorat Yaa-siin (Bhasa Madhura ) karya Muhammad Irsyad. Fokus kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah pandangan-pandangan dan penafsiran ilmiah Muhammad Irsyad yang ditampilakn dalam tafsirnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memotret posisi Muhammad Irsyad dalam perdebatan seputar kontroversi tafsir ilmi dan pemikiran-pemikiran Muhammad Irsyad. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan historis-filosofis. Pendekatan histotis dimaksudkan untuk menelusuri kehidupan sosial dan karir pendidikan Muhammad Irsyad. Sedangkan pendekatan filosofis diharapkan mampu menguraikan dan menarasikan pemikiran-pemikiran Muhammad Irsyad tentang hubungan al-Qur’an dan ilmu pengetahuan serta penafsiran ilmiahnya dalam Tapsèr Sorat Yaa-siin (Bhasa Madhura ).Dengan menggunakan metode di atas, penulis mendapatkan beberapa kesimpulan. Pertama, Muhammad Irsyad berpandangan bahwa al-Qur’an merupakan petunjuk praktis dalam kehidupan manusia. Dengan begitu, al-Qur’an adalah kitab suci yang dihadirkan dengan muatan-muatan ilmu pengetahuan yang sudah lengkap di dalamnya. Kedua, Muhammad Irsyad cenderung berada di posisi kelompok yang menerima dan membela tafsir ilmi. Ketiga, dalam melakukan penafsiran ilmiahnya, Muhammad Irsyad menampakkan sikap apologetik dengan melakukan klaim bahwa teori-teori temuan Barat sebenarnya telah dimuat atau disinggung di dalam al-Qur’an jauh sebelum teori tersebut dimunculkan

Assalamualaikum wbt, Salam Sejahtera, Salam UiTM DIhatiku dan Salam Keluarga UiTM. Terlebih dahulu setinggi-tinggi ucapan tahniah kepada Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar Sesi 2021/2022 UiTM Cawangan Pulau Pinang atas pelantikan sebagai Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar yang baru bagi sesi kali ini. Ucapan terima kasih juga saya tujukan kepada Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar Sesi 2021/2022 kerana memberi ruang dan peluang kepada saya untuk menulis sedikit pra kata bagi E-Buletin bagi keluaran Januari dan Februari 2022. Alhamduliilah dengan penuh kesyukuran kepada Alllah SWT saya panjatkan kerana telah memudahkan urusan saya dan rakan-rakan seperjungan daripada Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar Sesi 2020/2021 untuk memimpin sebuah organisasi pelajar tertinggi di UiTM sehingga ke penghujungnya. Ini merupakah satu penghormatan besar dan keistimewaan kepada saya dalam berkhidmat untuk rakan-rakan mahasiswa bagi memartabatkan kedudukan mahasiswa. Namun begitu, memikul tanggungjawab ini merupakan sebuah pengalaman yang menakjubkan kerana kami perlu berhadapan dengan situasi yang luar dari normal biasa iaitu dalam keadaan pandemik Covid-19. Dikesempatan ini juga, saya ingin mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada pengurusan UiTM Cawangan Pulau Pinang yang dipimpin oleh YBhg. Prof. Ts. Dr. Salmiah Kasolang, Rektor dan Ts. Dr. Mohd Rozaiman Bin Aziz, Timbalan Rektor Hal Ehwal Pelajar diatas kerjasama yang diberikan sepanjang sesi kepimpinan kami. Therefore, with our product, it could minimize the time taken to clothes because of the great features. Furthermore, we provide the affordable price with high quality material and long-lasting product so the consumers can use with long time. We develop this product in order to overcome the problem from previous issue that happen towards parents that have problem with burn effect because of the previous product. By this product development, they do not have to worry about the upcoming problem because we present a great function that will give more benefit to the consumers. Community Language Learning (CLL) adalah metode yang diterapkan
untuk meningkatkan perkembangan keterampilan berbicara dalam lingkungan
pendidikan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan CLL di Pondok Pesantren
Daarul Rahman, Indragiri Hilir, dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan
metode ini dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus.
Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Partisipan
penelitian terdiri dari 4 guru dan 2 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
penerapan CLL melibatkan aktivitas seperti pengembangan kosa kata, percakapan
bebas, latihan mendengarkan, dan praktik berbicara sehari-hari, yang didukung
dengan alat bantu seperti papan kosa kata. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi guru
dan siswa dalam penerapan CLL meliputi kesulitan siswa dalam hal motivasi,
minat, penguasaan kosa kata, dan kepercayaan diri saat berbicara. Menariknya,
program ini memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa
dengan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang interaktif dan kolaboratif.
Kesimpulannya, CLL merupakan metode yang layak untuk mengembangkan
keterampilan berbicara di lingkungan pesantren, dengan rekomendasi untuk
mengatasi tantangan yang diidentifikasi guna meningkatkan efektivitas program
A study on the proton ceramic fuel cell performance using fluid simulation software / Muhammad Irsyad Missnan
Combustion engine was known as a main device that can convert chemical energy in a fuel to electrical energy. However, this device produces massive harmful emission that is polluting the environment. Fuel cell is invented as a new device with cleaner emission. Fuel cells convert chemical energy in a hydrogen or hydrocarbon fuel to electrical energy via a healthier process because it only releases water and heat as its emission. One of the fuel cells is named as PCFC (Proton Ceramic Fuel Cell) that utilise hydrogen as their fuel to generate electricity. Different composition of hydrogen will affect the performance of the fuel cell such as their power density. To operate PCFC in 100% hydrogen gas are time-consuming and costly. Thus, in this study, the following two objectives were carried out: i) To obtain a better understanding on the modelling and simulation in the PCFC using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) approach, and ii) To simulate the species mass fraction, temperature distribution and power density of PCFC in 20 - 100% hydrogen gas using CFD model. This study utilised ANSYS 2022 CFD software in modelling and simulating of the PCFC. Two sets of parameters data (experimental and standard data) were used throughout the study. Both data were simulated with two percentage of hydrogen, 20% and 100%. The different fuel percentage did affect the hydrogen mass fraction, and the power density of the fuel cell. However, the temperature distribution did not show any sign of changes with the changes of fuel percentages. Higher fuel percentage made the hydrogen mass fraction to be lower. For power density, the higher fuel percentage lead to higher power density. Maximum power density for experimental data at 100% hydrogen was 338.59 mW/cm3 compared to 20% was 332.33 mW/cm3
Design and development of ice cream tool cutter / Muhammad Irsyad Mohd Mardi
Ice cream potong is an ice cream that form in a cube shape. It is one of famous brand ice cream in Malaysia. Potong means “cut” in Malay, since the ice-creams are well cut from a big portion to the small rectangular ones that been familiar with now. The knife issues started when the efficiency and time saver to cut ice cream potong manually by using a knife to get cube shape were not an effective way. The objective is to produce an ice cream potong tool cutter that can cut the ice cream block more effectively. In hope where the efficiency of cutter tool would increase, and the time saved would be increased. My alternative to solve this problem are to design a simple ice cream potong tool cutter that can work automatically to cut ice cream block. Also, this product can do manually by giving some force at grip holder with pull it down to cut ice cream block. The material that be used to make the blades usually using a stainless steel by the strength and deformation in term of static structural analysis. The design of the knife is used software SolidWorks. For the analysis, simulation for knife is uses SolidWorks software

ABSTRAK
Dalam hubungan kerja antara pemberi kerja dengan penerima kerja, perjanjian kerja memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Karena perjanjian kerja menjadi penghubung antara pemberi kerja dengan penerima kerja. Dalam pembuatan perjanjian kerja pada prinsipnya tidak boleh bertentangan dengan peraturan perundang-undangan, baik perjanjian kerja waktu maupun perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 52 ayat (1) dan Pasal 54 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Apabila perjanjian kerja bertentangan dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan akan berimplikasi hukum terhadap perjanjian yang sudah diperjanjikan, sehingga perjanjian batal demi hukum atau dapat dibatalkan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana praktek perjanjian kerja, terutama Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu perlu dilakukan penelitian lapangan, sehingga permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu; 1) ApakahPerjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) pada PT. Solok Sehati Steel Telah Sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 Tentang Ketenaga kerjaan? 2) Bagaimanakah DampakPelaksanaanPerjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) pada Terhadap Status Pekerja diPT. Solok Sehati Steel? Metodepenelitian yang digunakan yuridis Normatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah 1) Data Primer 2) Data Sekunder 3) Data Tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu yang dibuat antara PT. Solok Sehati Steel dengan Pekerja/Buruh tidak sesuai atau bertentangan dengan ketentuan Pasal 52 ayat (1) dan Pasal 54 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Dimana dalam perjanjian kerja tidak dimasukkan jabatan dan jenis pekerjaan yang merupakan syarat objektif dari perjanjian sehingga perjanjian yang di buat batal demi hukum sehingga dapat merugikan terhadap para pihak yang melakukan perjanjian kerja. Selanjutnya diharapkan kepada PT. Solok Sehati Steel dalam membuat perjanjian kerja PKWT sebagai dasar hubungan kerja bagi kedua belah pihak hendaknya memperhatikan ketentuan-ketentuan yang telah diatur oleh UUK. Hal ini bertujuan agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pembuatan PKWT, yang berakibat perjanjian kerja yang dibuat batal demi hukum.

ABSTRACT
In the employment relations between the employer and the employee, the employment agreement has a very important role.Because the work agreement is a liaison between the employer and the job recipient. In making a work agreement, in principle, it must not contradict with the laws and regulations, both a time work agreement and an indefinite work agreement. As regulated in Article 52 paragraph (1) and Article 54 paragraph (1) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment. If the work agreement is contrary to the provisions of the legislation, it will have legal implications for the agreement that has been agreed, so that the agreement is null and void or can be canceled. In order to find out how the practice of working agreements, especially certain time employment agreements, it is necessary to conduct field research,The problems raised in this researchthat is; 1) Howthe validity of a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at PT. Solok Sehati Steel? 2)How is the impact on the status of workers based on a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at PT. Solok Sehati Steel?The research method used is Sociological juridical. The types of data used are 1) Primary Data 2) Secondary Data. Data collection techniques used are interviews and literature study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Specific Time Work Agreement made between PT. Solok Sehati Steel with Workers/Labourers is not in accordance with or contrary to the provisions of Article 52 paragraph (1) and Article 54 paragraph (1) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. Where the work agreement does not include the position and type of work which are objective conditions of the agreement so that the agreement made is null and void so that it can be detrimental to the parties who make the work agreement. Next is expectedto PT.Solok Sehati Steel in makingThe PKWT work agreement as the basis for the working relationship for both parties should pay attention to the provisions stipulated by the UUK. This is intended to avoid mistakes in making PKWT, which results in the work agreement being made null and void by law.

Chemical compositions and antioxidant capacities of essential oils from Aquilaria sinensis stem bark / Muhammad Irsyad 'Imaduddin Iskandar
In recent years, Aquilaria essential oil (AEO) has gained much attention due to its potential medicinal properties. Aquilaria, also known as "gaharu,” is a highly sought-after tree species in Southeast Asia, mainly Malaysia and Indonesia, due to its fragrant resin (Agarwood) containing EO. Agarwood is considered a natural treasure and is extensively used in traditional and modern medicines. AEO has many potential medicinal benefits due to its chemical composition. However, source materials from different geographical regions and extraction techniques can produce different chemical compositions in essential oils. This study aims to acquire data on AEO from Sarawak, which is expected to have different chemical compositions and antioxidant capacities due to varying environmental factors. Fresh Aquilaria sinensis stem bark samples that employed a stimulating inoculation method were collected, cut into small pieces, and grinded to a fine powder. The samples underwent hydro-distillation using the Clevenger apparatus to extract essential oils. Gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy (GC-MS) analysis revealed sesquiterpenes as the major chemical group, and 10-epi- γ -eudesmol was one of the major compounds identified in AEO. The EO contained high total phenolic content (1121.04±0.15 mg GAE/g extract) and high total flavonoid content (23.66±10.39 mg QE/g extract), which led to strong antioxidant activities with an IC50 value of 11.37±1.71 μg/mL. The data obtained serves as additional information for commercialising Aquilaria in Sarawak. It is expected to increase farmers' income and contribute to the future technology-based agro-food sector in line with the National Agrofood Policy 2030
Refining of industrial spent-fuel oil by removal of metals impurities using nanoparticle additives / Muhammad Irsyad Roslan
Energy plays a vital role in economic growth around the globe. As the demand and usage of fuels increases, primary sources of energy mainly fossil fuel and natural gas are getting depleted day by day. This is circumvented by implementing chemical recycling practices, which shows that worn out fuel can still be used as a source of energy after undergoing thorough process specifically pyrolysis which turns the fuel into pyrolytic oil. Recently, nanoparticles have garnered a lot of attractions as a potential additive for pyrolytic oil. It has been suggested that these additives are able to improve pyrolytic oil properties and quality by removing metal impurities. Therefore, in this research study, zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticle is synthesized in laboratory scale by using sol-gel method. Zinc acetate dihydrate and NaOH was used as precursor for this synthesis. The solution was then mixed, heated under constant stirring and dried at 100oC to produce ZnO nanoparticle sample. This sample is further analyzed by usage XRD, FTIR and TGA. The analysis of XRD shows the different peaks are located at 31.84°, 32.34°, and 33.50° which indicates presence of zinc and peak at 38.02° which indicates some presence of zinc acetate. The FTIR shows absorption peaks at 533.71 cm-1 which corresponds to ZnO stretching vibrations but less O-H stretching in 3398.56 cm-1 and 2912.09 cm-1 peaks.
