    Building Plan was a must factor that needed in every construction project, If the building plan was rejected, the project progress will not continue. The objective of this report is to identify meaning and information about Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC), to explain more the process of the building plan approval, when we can get the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC). It will focus on the basic thing that we had to do during the first process until when the project is done, also to identify the differences between Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) with Certificate of Fitness for Occupation (CFO). Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) is a required certificate when the building is completed. It is an assessment carried out by a specific group of professionals to ensure that the building is built according to the original plan, safely built, and suitable for occupiers. This report will also bring us to take note more about what the document that we have to provide that they have to get from the related parties that responsible for such matters such as irrigation and drainage, security systems and electrical systems. Based on the objective, there much thing that have been know such as delayed process to get CCC due to internal problems , a way to make the project to run smoothly and the required document in this CCC process must be acknowledged and not plagiarized from any other party. This report is to justify that the process to get CCC is not so easy and it is not so difficult to get if everything is followed in an orderly and tidy manner. This report will explain in more detail about the intricacies of the document and what is required in the document. The conclusion is be aware and update on the work so that the work is not delayed and not inconvenient for any parties

    Crack is one of the reasons why the deformation survey must be done to the building facade. Inspections need to be done in order to reduce risks and determine whether the building safe to live in or use. There are many ways to measure the crack but in this research is focusing on measuring the crack using the terrestrial laser scanner. The conventional method had a few limitations to measure the crack. However, this research aims to investigate robust procedure to perform crack inspection on building facade. The data will be collected using different laser scanner resolutions to determine which resolution is enough to visual the crack. The crack can be determine based on the intensity value as the crack on the building facade will give a different intensity value when the laser point interact with the crack and return to the laser scanner in order to record the data. Result from this research are to produce the robust procedure for crack detection using terrestrial laser scanner. As the conclusion, the implementation of terrestrial laser scanner is useful and effective method in crack detection purpose

    This project presents the performance analysis of dual-axis solar tracking system using Arduino platform. The ultimate objective of this project is to investigate which one is better between static solar panel and solar tracker. This project is divided into two stages, which are hardware and software development. In hardware development, five light dependent resistors (LDR) were used to capture the maximum light source from the sun. Two servo motors also were used to move the solar panel at maximum light source location sensed by the LDRs. While for the software part, the code was constructed by using C programming language and targeted to the Arduino UNO controller

Pada jari-jari tangan dan kaki manusia pasti memiliki gambaran sidik jari. Sidik jari, dalam bahasa Inggris disebut “Fingerprint” biasanya berbentuk garis-garis horizontal dan vertikal atau gabungan keduanya dan juga ada bentuk lengkungan-lengkungan. Seluruh manusia di dunia diciptakan dengan sidik jari yang berbeda satu sama lainnya. Karena itu, setiap sidik jari digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi setiap manusia. Pada makalah ini telah direalisasikan suatu alat fingerprint portable dimana alat ini akan mudah diakses karena berkonsep portable yakni mudah untuk dibawah kemana-mana.Sistem mekanik alat ini yang cukup kecil membuatnya mudah untuk dibawah kemana-mana. Dari hasil pengujian alat secara keseluruhan sistem dapat bekerja sesuai dengan perencanan awal yaitu dapat melakukan proses pendaftran sidik jari dan proses absensi dengan fingerprint yang memiliki cukup kepekaan untuk membaca sidik jari. On human fingers and toes must have a fingerprint image. Fingerprints, in English called "Fingerprints" are usually horizontal and vertical lines or a combination of both and there are also forms of curves. All human beings in the world are created with different fingerprints. Therefore, every fingerprint is used to identify every human being. In this paper has been realized a portable fingerprint tool where this tool will be easily accessible because the concept of portable that is easy to under everywhere. The mechanical system of this tool is small enough to make it easy to under everywhere. From the results of testing tools as a whole the system can work in accordance with the initial plan that is able to process the fingerprint and attendance process with fingerprint that has enough sensitivity to read fingerprint.     ABSTRAK Muhammad Ikhsan, (2023) : Pengembangan E-Modul IPA SMP/MTs Berbasis Socio Scientific Issues (SSI) Terintegrasi Nilai Keislaman pada Materi Pemanasan Global. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan masih jarangnya bahan ajar berupa e-modul yang berbasis Socio Scientific Issues (SSI) dan Terintegrasi Nilai Keislaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan unutk menghasilkan bahan ajar e-modul IPA SMP/MTs berbasis Socio Scientific Issues (SSI) terintegrasi nilai keislaman pada materi pemanasan global. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan Plomp. Data pada penelitian ini berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan menggunakan angket validitas, praktikalitas, dan respon peserta didik. Hasil validitas produk yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat valid berdasarkan hasil validasi oleh ahli integrasi nilai keislaman dengan nilai 93%, ahli materi pembelajaran dengan nilai 98%, ahli bahan ajar dengan nilai 93,25%, dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan validitas 94,75%. Dinyatakan sangat praktis oleh guru dengan nilai 93,25%, dan dinyatakan sangat baik oleh peserta didik dengan nilai 94%. Berdasarkan respon peserta didik pada uji coba terkait dengan produk e-modul IPA SMP/MTs berbasis Socio scientific issues (SSI) terintegrasi nilai keislaman pada materi pemanasan global sangat baik.
