Untuk membentuk kehidupan karakter, aktor menerapkan pendekatan tokoh melalui dimensi fisiologi, sosiologi dan psikologi. Skripsi ini membahas tentang pembentukan karakter dan metode akting yang digunakan untuk memerankan karakter Muhammad Hanafi, seorang tentara desertir yang menjadi teroris, konsep karya ini terinspirasi dari karakter Saqid Muhammad dalam film Last Dance karya David Pulbrook. Metode yang diterapkan untuk pemeranan tokoh Muhammad Hanafi adalah metode Truthful Acting dari Sanford Meisner. Akting yang jujur adalah aktor yang berperilaku dengan jujur dalam keadaan imajiner yang menghasilkan pertunjukan teks di depan penonton secara langsung. Dalam menerapkan metode akting Sanford Meisner aktor harus mempunyai imajinasi yang kuat. Aktor harus menguasai perangkat tubuh, vokal, dan rasa. Ketiga perangkat tersebut akan sangat berguna dalam menciptakan hidup karakter dengan solid. Selain itu, kerja seorang aktor tidak hanya memainkan tokoh dalam naskah namun harus bisa mengidentifikasi latar belakang karakter sebelum peristiwa naskah terjadi

No full textInformation systems using computer technology in the era of globalization have experienced very rapid developments in almost all business fields. The data processing process becomes faster, the information generated is more accurate, and has an important role for the progress and development of a company or agency when carrying out its work activities so that it is more structured and time efficient. Notary Office and PPAT Muhammad Hanafi, S.H. is a company engaged in services. The information system running, until now, has not been computerized. Data recording is still written in books so it requires a lot of Manpower, the process of searching for data and printing reports takes a long time because it is storage cabinets, data is also vulnerable to damage and loss. The research objective is to design and develop this information system to be computerized in order to solve existing problems. The research method uses the Waterfall Model Development Life Cycle (SDLC), while the data collection uses interviews, observation and literature study. The system design in this study employs the decomposition function, DFD and ERD. The research findings are in the form of desktop applications implement Java and MySQL. The test results using black box testing successfully display the main menu of the application for further manage by office staff. Laporan-laporan data klien yang dibutuhkan secara cepat, tepat dan akurat tentunya akan terhambat. Maka dari itu, merancang sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi sangatlah penting agar masalah-masalah yang ada dapat terselesaikan secara efektif dan efisien. Metode penelitian menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Sistem informasi berbasis dekstop dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java. Media penyimpanan data menggunakan MySQL. FYP is crucial component due to its broad coverage of knowledge and skills that students have go through from the beginning until a complete thesis was produced. The aim of this project is to develop and to test a web-based FSKM FYP Management System; stepping stone in enhancing the process of managing FYP done by student. This project focuses on final year student under Department of Computer Technology and Networking (CTN) who undertake course code CSP600 only. In essence, study and research had been done to solve the manual process of finding topic and supervisor, submitting forms, and preparing meeting minutes. Therefore, this project is proposed to overcome the current problem and ensure the capability of the system satisfies user’s requirements and business flow. This project will follow System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework or also known as Waterfall Model. As a result of this project, the manual processes of such problem were computerized. It was the intentions of this project to change the actual practice to paperless and eco-friendly environment. It is hope that this project will give benefits to all users in managing FYP
Willingness to communicate, communication apprehension and speaking anxiety among TESL undergraduates at the Faculty of Education / Muhammad Hanafi Md Zaini
Full text linkIt is necessary for educational institutions to develop the learners’ capacity in speaking since those who lack of speaking skills often face difficulties in convincing others in terms of asserting personal views and ideas. The inability of undergraduates to achieve speaking competence results in poor oral communication skills. Previous studies have acknowledged Willingness to Communicate, Communication Apprehension and speaking anxiety as the inhibitors in acquiring speaking competence. Therefore, this study investigates the relationship of Willingness to Communicate and Communication Apprehension on speaking anxiety among TESL undergraduates from the Faculty of Education at a public university in Selangor. The significance of MUET speaking score as the predictor of speaking anxiety along with the exploration of external affecting factors are included in this study. A mixed methods explanatory sequential design was employed in this study with the combination of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview. In the quantitative phase, a total of 61 items were adopted in the questionnaire where 200 TESL undergraduates partook in the survey. The qualitative phase consisted of 14 semi-structured interview questions as 4 TESL undergraduates participated in the interview sessions. It was found that TESL undergraduates at the Faculty of Education had a high level of Willingness to Communicate and a moderate level of Communication Apprehension and speaking anxiety. Both Willingness to Communicate and Communication Apprehension had significant associations with speaking anxiety. However, it was discovered that MUET speaking score was not a prominent predictor for speaking anxiety. The qualitative findings revealed that several factors such as social status and speaking genres influence the undergraduates’ speaking anxiety. In brief, TESL undergraduates’ at the Faculty of Education had positive perspectives towards the use of English language in communication

Kajian pada penelitian ini mengenai shinme, yaitu kuda yang dipersembahkan
kepada Kami-sama, yang terdapat dalam tanpen Hokushu Shogun to Sannin Kyodai
no Isha karya Miyazawa Kenji. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan
pendekatan Sosiologi Sastra. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan ciri
dan karakteristik dari shinme, serta tradisi dalam mempersembahkan shinme yang
terdapat dalam tanpen Hokushu Shogun to Sannin Kyodai no Isha karya Miyazawa
Kenji. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode kualitatif dan
metode studi pustaka dalam pengumpulan data. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian,
ditemukan bahwa ciri dan karakteristik kuda yang dipersembahkan sebagai shinme
adalah kuda putih milik Shogun. Kuda putih tersebut memiliki fisik yang kuat dan
mampu berlari dengan sangat cepat, meskipun sudah berusia tua bagi kuda yaitu tiga
puluh sembilan tahun. Kuda putih yang juga merupakan peliharaan Shogun yang
telah bersama selama tiga puluh tahun. Kuda putih tersebut kemudian sebagai matsuri
atau ritual untuk shinme. Tradisi mempersembahkan kuda putih tersebut sebagai
shinme dilakukan di sebuah aula kecil atau disebut dengan shinmesha. Diiringi
dengan rangkaian membawa awa atau jawawut, dan menegakkan nobori atau bendera
yang dibuat dengan menggunakan bahan dari rami.

This is due to the production of goods that are difficult to dispose of such as plastic and are sometimes dumped evenly causing environmental pollution that can be avoided at the first place. We are providing food packaging that made of box which has a shorter degradable time range. The price is different because it is based on the size of the box. For 225*115*75 mm the price is only RM 0.34, 162*127*38 mm the price is RM 0.30, 166*138*50 mm for RM 0.27 and lastly RM 0.44 for 215*160*48 mm which is the biggest sizes in production. All of the prices seem affordable and average because we want all people to come from all age could buy our product. Our product is affordable to any company whether it is a small company or a big company. We believe that our product can reach people heart and capture with other our competitor soon and keep improving our product and increase our share quality product.This business venture will start on 16th January 2020. We need four persons which isourselves to fill the higher positions in our company. All these position are general manager, financial manager, marketing manager and operation manager. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebijakan Pemerintah mengenai sistem Pemerintahan daerah dari sistem sentralisasi menuju desentralisasi yang memberikan wewenang kepada setiap Pemerintah daerah untuk mengatur dan membuat kebijakan tanpa harus menunggu kebijakan dari Pemerintah pusat. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan stabilitas ekonomi sehingga tidak terjadi kesenjangan fiskal antardaerah melalui peran kinerja keuangan Pemerintah.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk menguji pengaruh dari pendapatan asli daerah terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah, (2) untuk menguji pengaruh dari dana alokasi umum terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah, (3) untuk menguji pengaruh dari belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah, (4) untuk menguji pengaruh dari pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dan belanja modal terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel yang digunakan adalah hasil laporan keuangan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Timur periode 2019-2023 sebanyak 29 Kabupaten dan 9 Kota. Sumber penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang diperoleh dari website resmi djpk.kemenkeu.go.id dan web resmi jatim.bps.go.id. Dengan pengelolaan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan e-views 12. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan uji spesifikasi model, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur, (2) dana alokasi umum berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur, (3) belanja modal berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah, (4) pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum, dan belanja modal secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan Pemerintah daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur.
