This quote is refers how process is very important to step up our quality. In 24 weeks of industrial training at SID PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, I had an experience that was both exhilarating and important, and this phrase is apt to describe it. On March 1st 2023,1began my industrial training at SID PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, which will last until August 2023. I was assigned to the Department of Finance and Operation for the Melaka's branch. This report offers an overview of the company and my internship. My readiness for a real working life both physically and mentally was greatly influenced by my prior career. The report will begin with an overview of the background of the company as a whole, including its vision and mission, organizational structure and product supply. I’ve also submitted my resume that details my internship experience. Then, where I go into more detail, which my training outcome. My supervisor, Mr Saiful Islam Bin Dimyati, also a director manager, have helped and guided me understand a lot about how to manage finance and operation in the company. In addition, I included an observation on Sid Property Management that outlined the company’s SWOT analysis. This SWOT analysis is including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Besides that, there are also suggestions and in-depth analyses of the discussions. Students will have the skills essential to complete for higher-paying employment after their complete the internship. Additionally, it introduces students to the workforce, where they can develop their talents and becomes more marketable. Besides that, the advantages of industry training include exposing student to the reality of work and helping them develop their personalities, communication skills and discipline by modelling good work ethics and regulations

Motivasi kerja sangat dibutuhkan bagi pegawai agar semangat dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya, didukung dengan disiplin kerja baik, dan juga dengan memperhatikan lingkungan kerja agar tidak terjadi konflik antar sesama pegawai yang bisa membuat timbulnya stres dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di pusat layanan autis provinsi riau yang beralamat Jl. Arifin Ahmad - Jl. Karya Bakti belakang gedung PL2B Pekanbaru, Riau. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi kerja, didiplin kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian terapis dan tenaga kesehatan di Pusat Layanan Autis Provinsi Riau. Metode pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunkan metode purposive sampling. Haryono No. 169 Malang e-mail: [email protected]   ABSTRAK Penulis merumuskan permasalahan ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana konsep hukum keputusan fiktif positif dalam penyelenggaraan administrasi pemerintahan pasca undang-undang cipta kerja. Selain itu, penulis ingin mengidentifikasi akibat hukum keputusan fiktif positif dalam penyelenggaraan administrasi pemerintahan pasca undang-undang cipta kerja. Penulis menyusun penelitian ini dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian normatif. Pada pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, fiktif positif merupakan tindakan badan/pejabat yang berwenang terhadap suatu keputusan dan dalam jangka waktu yang ditentukan pejabat tersebut tidak ditanggapi, sehingga keputusan dianggap setuju oleh hukum. Pengubahan ketentuan fiktif positif terdapat pada Pasal 175 angka 6 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja. Undang-undang ini mengubah terkait tenggat waktu pemeriksaan oleh badan/pejabat yang berwenang terkait permohonan fiktif positif, mekanisme pengajuan terhadap permohonan kepada pengadilan untuk mendapatkan putusan, penggunaan metode sistem elektronik dalam menetapkan suatu keputusan badan/pejabat yang berwenang agar permohonan dapat di proses. Adapun perubahan maupun pencabutan beberapa ketentuan pada klaster administrasi pemerintahan oleh pemerintah pada undang-undang cipta kerja ialah beberapa substansi dalam pasal-pasal undang-undang tersebut menciptakan kondisi regulasi yang terlalu banyak dan birokrasi dalam pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat sehingga menghambat iklim investasi yang baik. Dengan adanya undang-undang omnibus law ini diharapkan dapat memangkas birokrasi dan mempermudah dalam alur membuat tindakan/keputusan fiktif positif. Kata Kunci: Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, Omnibus Law, Administrasi Pemerintahan, Fiktif Positif   ABSTRACT This research aims to find out the concept of the fictitious-positive decisions in state administration following the enforcement of the Job Creation Law and identify the legal consequences triggered by the fictitious-positive decisions in the state administration post-enforcement. This is a normative study that employed statutory and conceptual approaches, revealing that a fictitious-positive case involves the condition where authorities or government officials do not give any response to a decision, and, within a particular period, if the authorities remain silent toward the decision, the authorities are deemed to have agreed with the decision concerned. The amendment to this fictitious-positive decision is set forth in Article 175 point 6 of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. This law amended matters regarding the deadline required for the investigation carried out by the government officials or authorities to the fictitious-positive cases, the mechanism of a request sent to the court to receive the decision, and the use of an electronic system in delivering the decision by the authorities or government officials to allow for the process of the decision. The amendments and revocation of particular provisions in the government administration performed by the government in Job Creation Law involve the circumstances where the substances of articles set forth in the law have led to the piling-up regulatory conditions and bureaucracies in public services, and this situation has slowed the supportive climates of investment.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 responden. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang didapatkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden yaitu karyawan PT. Goeno Internusa Jaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dan uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari: uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedisitas dan uji regresi linier berganda. Kemudian yang terakhir yaitu uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari uji simultan (F), uji parsial (T) dan koefisien determinasi. Dalam pengolahan data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 30.0. sehingga diperoleh hasil bahwa: 1) Kompensasi, disiplin kerja, motivasi, lingkungan kerja, komunikasi, dan etos kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Goeno Internusa Jaya di Tulungagung 2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, 3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, 4) Motivasi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, 5) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan, 6) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, 7) Etos kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan

    Variations on the Author

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
