Model Pengembangan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) pada Industri Pengolahan Baja
Teknologi informasi yang berkembang dengan pesat mendorong perusahaan untuk dapat beradaptasi dengan sistem baru, pemanfaatkan teknologi infotmasi tersebut dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan juga efektivitas informasi, pemanfaatan tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan integrasi data antar departemen perusahaan untuk menjalankan proses bisnisnya yang dikenal dengan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Namun sayangnya, saat ini masih banyak industri kecil menengah yang belum menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut karena terkendala dari perancangan model bisnis yang dapat dikembangkan dalam sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan perancangan model untuk mengembangkan sistem ERP yang dapat diterapkan oleh industri kecil menengah khususnya pada bidang pengolahan baja di sentra pengecoran logam di daerah Ceper Klaten menggunakan analisis proses bisnis. Perancangan model tersebut akan digambarkan dalam bentuk Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) serta pengambaran aliran data yang digambarkan dalam Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Dari kedua diagram tersebut akan didapatkan informasi mengenai alur proses bisnis perusahaan, alur informasi perusahaan yang kemudian akan didapatkan kebutuhan data yang akan dikembangkan ke dalam sistem ERP perusahaan. Modul yang diperlukan untuk mengembangkan sistem ERP berdasarkan analisis BPMN antara lain modul sales, produksi, purchasing, warehouse, dan accounting, dan database yang diperlukan untuk menunjang sistem tersebut berdasarkan analisis DFD adalah database order, production, customer, dan supplier
PENGARUH PROMOSI, PELAYANAN DAN TRUST TERHADAP KEPUASAN CUSTOMER NINJA XPRESS
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, pelayanan dan trust terhadap kepuasan customer Ninja Xpress. Baik itu secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Sampel dalam penelitin ini menggunakan rumus wibisono berjumlah 100 orang pelanggan Ninja Xpress.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi.Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 24.00.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpress.Hal ini menunjukan bahwa promosi yang diberikan oleh pihak Ninja Xpress kepada pelanggan sudah sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan dan menarik minat untuk selalu menggunakan layanan.Ada pengaruh pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpress. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan yang berikan oleh pihak Ninja Xpress kepada pelanggan sudah sesuai dengan keunggulan dan kemudahan layanan yang dirasakan pelanggan.Ada pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpress. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pelanggan merasa percaya dalam menggunajan jasa Ninja Express.Ada pengaruh secara simultan bahwa variabel promosi, pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpreess dengan nilai Fhitung (12,749) > Ftabel (2,70) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000
Rearranging Production Facilities on Electric Vehicles with the CORELAP Algorithm
Electric vehicles as an alternative means of sustainable transportation need to be supported because they can reduce carbon emissions by up to 54% and oil demand by 6.4 MMbpd by 2040 compared to conventional vehicles. GATe (Gadjahmada Airport Transporter Electric) is an electric vehicle based on NEV (Neighborhood Electric Vehicle). GATe car production is carried out at the GATe production facility which is still in the prototype stage. This research reorganizes the production facilities for electric vehicles in GATe (Gadjahmada Airport Transporter Electric) cars for the LRIP (Low Rate Initial Production) stage. The facility layout is designed using a fixed position layout approach, that is, the main product does not move. This research uses the CORELAP method with quantitative evaluation in terms of displacement. It was found that the total displacement using the CORELAP algorithm was 1791.15 m
Business Process Clustering in Small and Medium Manufacturing Industries Based on Enterprise Resource Planning Concepts: A Systematic Literature Review
Business process management has become increasingly important in the manufacturing sector, playing a vital role in fostering productivity and facilitating organizational adaptability to technological advancements. Although each company’s business process models vary in uniqueness and complexity, certain similarities can be identified from these differences. This study employs a systematic literature review to aggregate and summarize findings on business process models, modeling languages, clustering techniques, and foundational clustering principles. Results demonstrate the dearth of research on the grouping of business process models in the manufacturing industry. Several studies have focused on sectors such as services, trading, and insurance. Research specifically addressing clustering in the manufacturing sector is limited. Existing clustering efforts in manufacturing revolve around groupings related to product defects, industrial locations, business ecosystems, and similar factors. Analysis of the methods, scope, and criteria used in grouping business process models in the manufacturing industry indicates that most approaches rely on structural or graphic similarities. Follow-up research is lacking once these business process clusters are identified. This study proposes a novel approach to grouping, integrating business process modeling with the implementation of a management information system. Business process management relies on integrating departments within the company through an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The next step involves proposing a conceptual framework to categorize business processes and assess the comparability of models in the manufacturing sector. Future research directions are also delineated

OPTIMASI PROSES PEMBUATAN BRIKET BIOMASSA MENGGUNAKAN METODE TAGUCHI GUNA MEMENUHI KEBUTUHAN BAHAN BAKAR ALTERNATIF YANG RAMAH LINGKUNGAN (Optimization of Biomass Briquettes Production Process Using Taguchi Method)
ABSTRAK
Permasalahan yang dihadapi pembuat dan pengguna briket adalah briket yang dihasilkan kualitasnya rendah ditinjau dari nilai kalor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan kualitas briket terbaik dari limbah biomassa dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar alternatif rumah tangga yang murah dan ramah lingkungan guna mewujudkan masyarakat mandiri energi. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan kualitas briket adalah metode Taguchi. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah tekanan pengepressan, waktu penahanan, model cetakan, suhu pengeringan, lama pengeringan dan komposisi bahan, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah nilai kalor briket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas briket terbaik ditinjau dari nilai kalor tertinggi yaitu pada setting parameter A2B1C2D2E2F1, artinya tekanan pengepressan 225 kg/cm2, waktu penahanan 5 menit, model cetakan sarang tawon (kotak), suhu pengeringan 60 °C, lama pengeringan 3 hari, perbandingan limbah jarak pagar : arang sekam : arang tempurung kelapa : perekat adalah 5 : 3: 2 : 1. Rata-rata nilai kalor biobriket yang dihasilkan sebesar 5.323 kal/g. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa briket mempunyai nilai kalor yang tinggi dan memenuhi SNI, sehingga briket layak untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bakar alternatif yang ramah lingkungan.
ABSTRACT
Problems that encountered on manufacturers and users of briquettes is low quality of the briquettes in terms of heat value. The aim of this research is to determine the best quality of the briquette which is made from biomass waste. The briquette is expected to be used to fulfill the need of inexpensive and environmentally friendly of alternative household fuel, by which the energy independent community could be realized.The method used to determine the quality of the briquette is Taguchi method. The independent variables involved are compressive strength, holding time, mold model, drying temperature, drying time and material composition. The dependent variable is the highest heat value of the briquette. The results show that based on the highest heat value, the best briquette quality is parameter setting of A2B1C2D2E2F1, which means that the compressive strength is 225 kg/cm2, the holding time is 5 minutes, the mold model is honeycomb of box, drying temperature is 60 °C, drying time is 3 days and the ratio of Jatropha Curcas waste : rice husk charcoal : coconut shell charcoal : adhesive is 5 : 3: 2 : 1. The average heat value of briquette is 5,323 cal/g. This matter the briquettes show that high heat value and feasible of recommendation by SNI, and so briquette decent to fulfill the need of environment friendly alternative fuel
OPTIMIZATION AND TECHNO ECONOMIC STUDY OF PLASTIC WASTE BENEFICIATION WITH PRODUCTION SIMULATION APPROACH CASE STUDY AT CV. PANDU KENCANA JOMBANG, EAST JAVA
The problem of plastic waste is getting more and more worrying day by day. Meanwhile, the industrial demand for plastics is also increasing. So we need a recycling business that can bridge this. Plastic waste in the environment can be decomposed, and the industry fulfills plastic needs at low prices. This study aims to analyze and optimize the business of recycling plastic waste into plastic ore to reduce the amount of plastic waste in the environment and obtain material benefits. The research method used is a case study in a plastic waste processing company with the collection of data needed to determine the formulation of the problem so that a mathematical model of linear equations can be formed, which then, through production simulations, will be obtained optimization. The results are then analyzed with a techno-economic study to determine the feasibility of the business.After optimization of production from simulations based on a mathematical model of linear equations, if the company wants to get maximum profit, then the company must produce PP Black A of 1022.73 kg, PP Black B of 852.27 kg, PP Gray of 625 kg. Meanwhile, PP Gray Jumbo should not be produced. Based on the techno-economic study, the feasibility analysis before optimization was obtained as ROIa=23.40%, ROIb=23.24%, POTa=2.99 years, POTb=3 years, BEP=36.07%, SDP=23.98% LANG=4.1, DCFRR=18.8 %. Then the feasibility analysis after optimization is ROIa=29.88%, ROIb=29.73%, POTa=2.5 years, POTb=2.51 years, BEP=31.03%, SDP=20.63%, LANG=4.1, DCFRR=24.85%
