Full text linkThe aim of this research is to reveal the role of KH. Muhammad Anshari in propagating Islam in Samarinda. Thus, this research is a descriptive-qualitative research applying observation, interview and documentation as its primary data collection techniques. Findings suggest that the roles of KH. Muhammad Anshari in propagating Islamic teaching in Samarinda, especially aspects related to his very religious life style, his action oriented ideas regarding the implementation of Islam in everyday life, and his observed behavior in family, pesantren, and small group gathering settings, is significant in shaping the religious behavior of people in his community.Keywords: KH. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif
yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan metode eklektik strategi
team quiz terhadap motivasi belajar Bahasa Arab siswa kelas VIII MTs Al-
Muttaqin Pekanbaru. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah " Apakah
Metode Eklektik Strategi Team Quiz Efektif Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi
Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Arab Kelas VIII MTs Al-Muttaqin
Pekanbaru ? ". Objek dari penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar dan subjek dari
penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTs Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru tahun
ajaran 2021/2022 . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII
MTs Al-Muttaqin Pekanbaru dan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas VIII.A dan VIII.C
yang berjumlah 70 siswa . Instrumen yang digunakan peneliti untuk
mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil
analisis data, diperoleh nilai Signifikansi (2-tailed) = 0.000 < nilai α (0,05),
sehingga terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan metode eklektik
strategi team quiz terhadap motivasi belajar Bahasa Arab.

Big data and ICT readiness index for ASEAN economic community
No full textASEAN is undergoing a paradigm shift from Government-to-Government (G2G) to Community-to-Community (C2C) relationships with the emphasis on integration and collaboration. The relatively recent developments of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), especially Social Networks, Web 2.0, mobile technology, big data and its related technologies have become the main drivers of this paradigm shift. Big data optimizes capabilities process, high growth and diversified data that create value and knowledge for community within ASEAN in facing ASEAN Economic Community. This study assesses the ICT readiness of each of the ASEAN members to take advantage of the ICT development to build C2C integration and collaboration in facing big data era. The study reveals the score value of each country member to portray ICT readiness for the components of infrastructure development, human capital, people empowerment, innovation, and economic transformation. The paper shows the stages in ICT initiatives in the context of ASEAN and recommend ICT development for each country to eliminate the digital gap between members. sistem pemungutan pajak yang memberi wewenang penuh kepada wajib pajak
untuk menghitung, membayar dan melaporkan sendiri besarnya utang pajak.
Berdasarkan self assessment system, masyarakatlah yang paling menentukan
dalam melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan, mulai dari mendaftarkan diri sebagai
Wajib Pajak, menghitung besarnya pajak terutang, membayar pajaknya sendiri ke
kantor pajak atau kekantor pos, dan melaporkannya ke Kantor Pelayanan Pajak
(KPP).
Sesuai dengan permasalahan yang diajukan dalam penelitian, maka tujuan
dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui penghitungan PPh pasal 21 di PT.
Teleshindo Shoop Cabang Medan. Untuk mengetahui pemotongan PPh pasal 21
di PT. Teleshindo Shoop Cabang Medan. Untuk mengetahui pelaporan PPh
pasal 21 di PT. Teleshindo Shoop Cabang Medan.
Dalam penelitian ini, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis
deskriptif, yaitu data penelitian dianalisis dan diuji dengan Analisis Deskriptif.
Data yang dikumpulkan dari PT. Teleshindo Shoop Cabang Medan. Data
penelitian dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif.
Dari hasil analisis pada PT. Telesindo Shoop terjadi perselisihan data
perhitungan tidak sesuai tarif PTKP pada pajak penghasilan wajib pajak orang
pribadi sementara menurut PPh pasal 21. PPh pasal 21 merupakan pajak yang
dipotong atas penghasilan yang diterima oleh pegawai tetap. Pemotongan PPh
Pasal 21 tidak sesuai dengan undang-undang perpajakan Nomor 36 Tahun 2008.
Dalam pelaporan PPh Pasal 21 ke kantor pajak perusahan selalu terlambat dari
tanggal menurut UU No. 36 Tahun 2008 dimana Penyetoran pajak penghasilan
pasal 21 wajib pajak orang pribadi dilaksanakan sebelum tanggal 10 masa pajak
berikutnya dengan membayar pajak terutang atas gaji/ penghasilan yang diperoleh

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
