No full textThis paper examines the role of Muhammad Reza Pahlavi, the late Shah of Iran, in the secret Anglo-Iranian negotiations over Bahrain from January 1968 to March 1970. Despite a clear strategic imperative for abandoning Iran's claim to Bahrain in the wake of the British withdrawal from the Persian Gulf, the Shah feared that such an act would be seen by the Iranian public as collusion with the British to surrender Iranian territory, thereby further eroding the Pahlavi monarchy's precarious legitimacy. Drawing on British official papers and Iranian oral histories and memoirs, this paper explores for the first time the story of these secret negotiations and the extent to which the Shah's diplomacy was constrained by domestic considerations

MV San Pedro Bridge is a cargo container vessel belongs to Bernhard
Schulte Shipmanagement, it is shipping reefer container inter-island through the
sea. Reefer container is a special container used for loaded chilled cargo and
frozen cargo which are sensitive with temperature change. This container has
electronic component and refrigeration system which are depending on electricity
supply, the electricity generated by generator. Because of special requirement and
handling skill, this kind of container has more expensive freight cost than normal
container.
Author use descriptive qualitatif research method to deliver this thesis. In
this research, author will explain the obstacle when reefer container loaded on the
vessel. The problems that frequently happen in shipping reefer containers could
lead to damaged cargo and rotten cargo. Based on the problems, author makes this
research in purpose to review and find out the preparation before loading reefer
container on board by the crew and to find out cargo handling and maintenance
for reefer container on board MV San Pedro Bridge during voyage in order to
avoid cargo claim.
Based on the results of research which has been done on the MV San
Pedro Bridge from 3 February 2016 up to 7 December 2016, author concludes 1)
Cargo handling for refrigerated cargo container before loaded on board should be
done according to Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement (BSM) Container Ship
Manual, to make sure reefer container loaded safely and properly. 2) Make sure
all connection and electricity supply sufficient, good communication and good
team work among all parties (crew on board, charter, and shore), and daily routine
to check all reefer container still work properly.

No full textOver the last 20 years, there is no topic that causes more controversy in special education among teachers, administrators, and parents than INSIDE Stop center Inclusion represents the belief of philosophy that the students with disabilities should be integrated into the regular education classrooms whether or not they can meet traditional curricular standards especially in UiTM. The purpose of this study was to examine the potential pros and cons of the INSIDE Stop center of students with disabilities into regular education classrooms in UiTM. This study included a comprehensive review and critical analysis of research and literature concerning the issue of inclusion and INSIDE Stop center, the factors that contributed to the movement to educate students in INSIDE Stop center classrooms, inclusion versus mainstreaming, what the least restrictive environment is, models of inclusion, what an INSIDE Stop center classroom looks like, and the pros and cons for special education students, regular education students, and regular education teachers when placing students with disabilities into regular education classrooms in UiTM.
Research has shown that INSIDE Stop center promotes the idea that students with disabilities should begin in the regular education classroom, and be removed only when appropriate services cannot be provided there. When implemented properly, inclusion can have many pros for all students and teachers involved in the proces

Full text linkABSTRAK PENGARUH KARAKTERISTIK DAERAH TERHADAP KINERJA PENYELENGGARAAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DI INDONESIA (Studi Empiris pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten/Kota di Indonesia) Muhammad Reza Anshary NIM: F1314062 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris pengaruh karakteristik daerah yaitu tingkat kekayaan daerah, tingkat kemandirian daerah, belanja modal daerah, umur administratif daerah serta inspektorat daerah terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah di Indonesia pada tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan model regresi berganda. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pemerintah daerah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia tahun 2014. Jumlah sampel yang diuji pada penelitian ini sebanyak 455 pemerintah kabupaten/kota dengan pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat kekayaan daerah, umur administratif daerah berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah, sedangkan variabel tingkat kemandirian daerah, belanja modal serta inspektorat daerah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah. management. This paper provides an in-depth discussion on the guidelines in managing shariah non-compliance and the factors that lead to shariah noncompliance risk and also the strategies that used by Maybank Islamic Berhad in
order to counter this type of risk. These elements of risk were identified as that emerging from the entire process of developing an Islamic financial product, starting from the structuring stage until the execution of the product in the
