    Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai is one of the most revered saints and most loved poets of Sindh. His Shah jo Risalo has been translated into many languages from Sindhi and a large number of scholars, both Pakistani and foreign, have tried to understand and explain the philosophy and the message in Shah Latif`s poetry. The author has explained in this paper that the worldly love had led Shah Latif to eternal and real love, that is the love of God, and his worldly love is but a metaphor for the eternal and true love of Allah, a relationship between the soul of an individual and the Soul of the Cosmos. But the author laments that tyranny of the feudal system still exists in Sindh and Shah Latif`s call to gallows remains silent

    Patients Perceptions of Doctors Empathy in MMCH *Aiman Mustafa, **Muhammad Zeeshan Zafar, ***Muhammad Asad Khan *Muhammad Medical College, Mirpurkhas, **Rashid Latif Medical College, ***Kind Edward Medical University.   Abstract Introduction: Empathy is defined as understanding of patient’s experiences, concern and perceptive, combined with a capacity to communicate and intention to help. Patient takes doctors empathy as his good will for successful treatment of his patient while understanding his misery. This study was designed to in investigate the perception of patients regarding doctor empathy and to examine their satisfaction and personal interest or indications of patient compliance. Methodology: A cross-sectional survey was conducted between August 1, 2015 50 August 26, 2015. 100 patients selected purposively from OPD and ward. A self-administrated Likert styled questionnaire originally developed by Hojat et al at Jefferson school of Medicine with Urdu translation was administered. The data was analyzed using SPSS version 16. Results: Among the total of 100 patients, 98%patients accept that their Doctor has been taking care of them, 74% patients were satisfied that the Doctor explain the reason for  any test, 94% thought that their  Doctor explained  things clearly to them, 96% strongly agreed that their  doctor had knowledge and skills, 100%  were satisfied with the care their  doctor  provided, while 82%claimed that their doctor encourage  them to explain  the disease to him, 94% wanted their  doctor to be present in any medical emergency. Conclusions: This study reveals a high degree of patient’s satisfaction with empathy of Doctors of MMCH, although some improvement is still possible.   Key words: Patient, empathy, concern, satisfaction, MMC

From this study, we learn how the company able to improve their business plan by coming out with new idea to strength their business. FILA Beauty is owned by Muhammad Firdaus bin Abdul Latif who is a former Form 6 Student at SMK Manir. FILA Beauty is a business that sells cosmetic and supplement such as weight gain and weight loss pills, whitening cream, skincare and pomade. The location of bakery shop is at 142, KG TUALANG MANIR, 21200, KUALA TERENGGANU, TERENGGANU. The business operation is open every day from 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. The business only provides pickup and postage service for their customer. Secara amnya, kampung Desa Temu Jodoh ini diambil sempena majlis perkahwinan secara beramai ramai di kampung lenek yang sebelum tercipta nama kampung Desa Temu Jodoh. Beliau juga banyak bercerita tentang kejayaan kampung dan adat tradisi yang diamalkan di kampung Desa Temu Jodoh secara tradisi serta pengalaman pahit dan manis beliau sepanjang beliau menetap di kampung itu.     ABSTRAK Nama : Muhammad Ahada Ardi Jurusan : Manajemen Dakwah Judul : Penggunaan Media Sosial Instagram dalam Aktivitas Dakwah Ustaz Das’ad Latif Penelitian ini menganalisis mengenai sebuah akun yang memanfaatkan Instagram untuk berdakwah dengan nama akun @dasadlatif1212. Dewasa ini, Instagram tidak hanya sebagai platform untuk meng-upload sebatas foto dan video saja. Akan tetapi juga di manfaatkan sebagai media dakwah baru. Selain itu juga merupakan salah satu cara berinovasi dalam berdakwah dan mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Hal ini dimanfaatkan oleh Ustaz Das‟ad Latif selaku pemilik akun @dasadlatif1212 untuk memperluas dakwahnya dan menjangkau lebih banyak mad‟u. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konten dakwah dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 konten dakwah dalam rentang waktu bulan Juli sampai November 2022 pada akun Instagram @dasadlatif1212 menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial Instagram dalam aktivitas dakwah Ustaz Das‟ad Latif pada akun @dasadlatif1212 dikategorikan “Baik” dengan hasil persentase rata-rata (mean), sebesar 90,74%. Dari hasil persentase 5 indikator yakni aspek fitur video dan foto 83,12%, fitur caption 70,62%, fitur komentar 100%, fitur like 100%, dan fitur viewers 100%.     Geographical Variations in Implementing Result-Based Management to School Improvement Plans in Punjab's Public Secondary Schools

    <p>This research examines geographical variations in the implementation of School Improvement Plans (SIPs) utilizing a Results-Based Management (RBM) approach in public secondary schools across Punjab. The study aims to identify differences among districts, focusing on the practices and perceptions of head teachers and senior school teachers regarding the use of RBM in SIPs. Data was collected through surveys, employing a descriptive research methodology. The findings reveal significant success in central Punjab, where schools' physical and co-curricular environments have benefitted markedly from the application of RBM, fostering a positive perception of SIP achievements among educators. The study suggests enhancing alignment between RBM and SIP indicators and improving communication among schools, communities, and stakeholders, advocating the use of ICT technologies to facilitate these improvements.</p&gt
