DESAIN DAN PEMBUATAN MESIN PENGERING LADA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PEMANAS UAP BERBAHAN BAKAR KAYU LIMBAH
Abstract. Design and Machine Dryer Lada Using Steam Heating Fuel Wood Waste. Pepper or pepper has the Latin name Piper nigrum and the family Piperaceae. Part pepper plant that is used is the fruit strung like wine. The drying process is carried pepper farmers today still take advantage of sunlight in a sense is still very dependent of weather and time. Pepper drying machine working system using hot steam from the kettle obtained from the fire / heat in the burning of waste wood, use was using the principle of heat transfer. Hot steam oven entered through the input pipe and then go into a hot radiator and circulates in the oven to dry pepper and lower water content. The research is a design research and experimentation in the form of theoretical study, the design of machines and dryers making machine pepper. Manufacture of machinery and laboratory trials conducted in the Laboratory of Mechanical Engineering Education FT UNM and field trials conducted in the village of the District Salassae Bulukumpa Enrekang. Drying is carried out for six hours to produce a water content of pepper eleven point nine, mustard seeds intact without shrunken shape with more or less uniform color. With the pepper drying machine is expected to benefit the preservation process yields so that people no longer rely on the weather for drying, speeding the drying process and improve the quality of dried pepper.Abstrak. Desain dan Pembuatan Mesin Pengering Lada dengan Menggunakan Pemanas Uap Berbahan Bakar Kayu Limbah Merica atau Lada memiliki nama latin Piper nigrum dan merupakan famili Piperaceae.. Bagian tanaman lada yang dimanfaatkan adalah buahnya yang terangkai seperti anggur. Proses pengeringan yang dilakukan petani lada sekarang ini masih memanfaatkan sinar matahari dalam arti masih sangat bergantung cuaca dan waktu. Sistem kerja mesin pengering lada menggunakan panas uap dari ketel yang diperoleh dari api / panas pada pembakaran kayu limbah,pemanfaatanya menggunakan prinsip perpindahan panas. Uap panas masuk ke oven melalui pipa inputkemudian masuk ke radiator dan panas bersirkulasi didalam oven untuk mengeringkan lada dan menurunkan kadar air. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian desain dan eksperimen berupa kajian teoritis, mendesain mesin, dan membuat mesin pengering lada. Pembuatan mesin dan uji coba laboratorium dilakukan di Laboratorium Pendidikan Teknik Mesin FT UNM dan uji coba lapangan dilaksanakan di Desa Salassae Kecamatan Bulukumpa Kabupaten Enrekang. Pengeringan yang dilaksanakan selama enam jam menghasilkan lada yang berkadar air sebelas koma sembilan, biji lada bentuknya utuh tanpa kisut dengan warna yang kurang lebih seragam.Dengan adanyamesin pengering lada diharapkan memberi manfaat pada proses pengawetan hasil panen sehingga masyarakat tidak lagi bergantung pada cuaca untuk melakukan pengeringan, mempercepat proses pengeringan dan meningkatkan kualitas lada kering.Kata Kunci: Mesin Pengering, Lada, Pemanas ua
KINERJA KOMISI PEMILIHAN UMUM DAERAH KABUPATEN LUWU UTARA DALAM PEMUTAKHIRAN DATA PEMILIH PADA PEMILIHAN GUBERNUR DAN WAKIL GUBERNUR SULAWESI SELATAN TAHUN 2013
This study aimed at describing the performance of the electoral commission in the North Luwu regency in updating the voters data on the election of Governor and Governor Deputy in 2013, and describing the supporting and obstacles factors of the implementation of the data updating for determining the voters. The research methods used by the author in this study was descriptive-qualitative by using two kinds of data, namely primary and secondary data. The data was analyzed descriptive qualitatively by analyzing all the data collected by the writer, then be displayed in sentences based on the interviews results from the informants who had been determined in advance. The findings showed performance of Electoral Commission of North Luwu regency in the context of updating voters data in the election of South Sulawesi Governor and Governor Deputy in 2013 had been running well but not fully effective. This is proved by many of northern Luwu communities should be registered as voters at the election, but did not get summons for the election, in contrary the number of summonses were realeased for the people whom their presence were not known by the local society, so that the summonses were useless. Moreover, human resources, Loyalty of PPDP members and staff, and cooperation were the supporting factors while the obstacles were the Data of Potential Population of Voters in Election, Lack of Public Participation, Budget, and the total area.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kinerja komisi pemilihan umum kabupaten luwu utara dalam pemutakhiran data pemilih pada pemilihan gubernur dan wakil gubernur tahun 2013, serta menggambarkan faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat dari pelaksanaan pemutakhiran untuk ditetapkannya sebagai pemilih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif-kualitatif dengan menggunakan dua macam data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder.Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menganalisis semua data yang berhasil dikumpulkan penulis dan selanjutnya ditampilkan dalam bentuk kalimat sesuai dengan hasil wawancara dari beberapa informan yang sebelumya telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kinerja Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Luwu Utara dalam konteks pemutakhiran data pemilih pada pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Selatan tahun 2013 telah berjalan dengan baik namun sepenuhnya belum efektif. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan banyaknya masyarakat luwu utara yang seharusnya terdaftar sebagai pemilih pada pemilihan, tidak mendapat surat panggilan untuk melakukan pemilihan, dan sebaliknya banyaknya surat panggilan yang ditujukan pada orang-orang yang keberadaannya dalam suatu daerah tidak diketahui oleh masyrakat setempat, sehingga surat panggilan tersebut tinggalah menumpuk dan tak dipergunakan. Pemanfaatan Koleksi Corner di Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammadiah Sumatera Utara
The Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra Library has several corner services that aim to enrich the global insight and literacy of academicians. These services include BI Corner, Thailand Corner, Japan Corner, French Corner, Indian Corner, and Chinese Corner. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the collection available in these corner services is utilized by users, especially students. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through direct observation at the corner service location of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra Library. In addition, the author also conducted in-depth interviews with a librarian who understands in detail the management and function of corner services, as well as two users who routinely visit and use these services. To support data validity, the author also documented various activities related to the use of corner services during the research process. The results of the study show that students have utilized the collections available in each corner, both for academic needs and as additional sources of information about their respective cultures and countries. However, there are several obstacles faced by the users. One of them is that the collections available in several corners are not yet completely complete and are still limited, thus limiting the space for information exploration. In addition, the lack of promotion and socialization carried out by the library regarding the existence and benefits of corner services is also a inhibiting factor in optimizing the utilization of these collections. Therefore, it is recommended that the library add relevant collections and improve promotional strategies so that corner services are better known and utilized optimally by the entire academic community.
The Relevance of Speaking Skills with Improving Digital Literacy Skills
The author believes that learning English, especially speaking skills, is closely related to the mastery of digital literacy skills among students at schools and universities. To prove the assumptions and beliefs of the authors of this study, take a look at some of the data that has been published in various journals, books, and proceedings, as well as other internet data sources. Furthermore, to make it easier for us to answer the questions in this review, we have carried out a series of data analyses and studies by incorporating a coding system and in-depth evaluation and interpretation so that we can derive findings in response to these questions. Study the questions on the basis that, they are valid and reliable. For example, we visited Taylor and Francis Elsevier publications, Google book publications, academic databases, and domestic publication journals. After a series of criticisms of the data and discussion of the findings, we can finally say that there is strong evidence that there is a relevance between successful mastery of speaking skills and digital literacy skills among students. So with these results, we hope that these findings can be input in studies of the success of learning English
SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING STRATEGY IN INCREASING BRAND AWARENESS
This study aims to analyze the engagement of the Instagram account @mamitoko and @mamitoko_store which influence Brand Awareness, by observing 3 (three) elements in analyzing social media interaction, such as creator-related features, contextual features, and content features. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting interviews with users. The author used the Miles and Hubberman model and tested the validity of the data using the source transulation technique. The results of this study show that the Instagram account @mamitoko and @mamitoko_store have an admin who manages social media. Based on the author's analysis, the engagement of @mamitoko_store is not optimal. Soft-selling content is more attractive to visitors, besides that visitors are more interested in educative content, detailed information content, and interactive content
EVALUATING OF ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SYSTEM LITERATURE ON WEB OF SCIENCE (WOS) DATABASE
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis topik Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) yang dipublikasikan dalam database Web of Science. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Bibliometrik melalui Vos Viewer dan Biblioshiny untuk menunjukkan informasi mengenai tren set, frekuensi produksi artikel, frekuensi penulis, dan beberapa informasi lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian SIA yang pertama kali dipublikasikan dalam database Web of Science tercatat sejak 1975 dan mencapai puncaknya di tahun 2011. Namun puncak produksi artikel SIA pada tahun 2011 disebabkan karena adanya simposium yang dilakukan di China. Namun setelah itu produksi artikel SIA terus menurun dan dalam periode 2012-2021 cenderung meningkat. Hasil lainnya menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada peneliti yang fokus memproduksi artikel penelitian SIA secara konsisten, hal ini dibuktikan dengan penulis yang paling banyak mempublikasikan artikel SIA hanya sebanyak 4 artikel. Publikasi yang rendah ini membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi antar peneliti SIA sangat kurang sehingga banyak artikel yang berstatus single author
The Effects Of Leadership, And Organizational Culture Career Development To Work Satisfaction Employees At PT SPV, Purwakarta West Java
The author makes the purpose of the research is to know the Human Resource Governance that occurred at PT SPV, Purwakarta West Java by examining the influenceaofaLeadership, OrganizationalaCultureaand Career Development on Job Satisfaction. Another reason of this reseach is due to high turn over of the employee during 5 years.
The research sample is taken from Senior Employee at a company as much as 265 people but by using a sampling technique to 90 employees at PT SPV Purwakarta, West Java selected by proportional random sampling method. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 20.00.
The results showed that Leadership is a very significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture Influence on Job Satisfaction, and career development have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The implications of this research are to improve the elements Leadership and working relationships in order to promote temporary career development. The elements of career development are essential to showing job satisfaction. The result will see the effect of this research toward the high turn over in coming years. The result of this research proved that the Leadership and and Career development are the one to be improved or to develop as they are significantly effected to the work satisfaction in the company. This actions will help company to reduce the employee turnover
QUALITY OF EDUCATION SERVICES AND THEIR EFFECT ON STUDENT SATISFACTION: SURVEY AT VOCATIONAL ACADEMY IN BANDUNG CITY
It is critical to offer excellent education services in light of universities' critical role in creating graduates who are knowledgeable and capable of competing in the global age. The following step will be influenced by whether you are unsatisfied, satisfied, or very pleased. Students that are pleased with the educational services they have gotten will spread the word. The goal of this research was to see how much of an impact educational service quality had on student happiness. This research used a quantitative technique with verification analysis. This research is confirmatory since it examines the hypothesis to make inductive or general choices. This research employs a questionnaire as a data gathering method. The author utilized Slovin to determine the number of samples used in this research since it is known that the population has more than 100 respondents. Path analysis is used in this study. Student happiness is influenced in part by the quality of educational services. This demonstrates that if the Quality of Education Services is correctly developed and maintained, Bandung City Vocational Academy students would be happy and favorably react to the campus
PENGARUH PEMERIKSAAN PAJAK TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENERIMAAN PAJAK PENGHASILAN BADAN
Human resources are a supporting factor for companies to survive in competition. Compensation plays an important role in improving employee performance, one of the main reasons a person works is to make ends meet. Someone will work maximally to get the compensation in accordance with expectations. The compensation policy in addition to rewarding employees for the work performed by employees is also one way to retain potential employees.
Based on the variables studied, the research method used in this research is descriptive and associative method. Descriptive research is a study conducted to determine the value of independent variables and does not make the comparison of variables with other variables Descriptive research here aims to obtain a picture of direct compensation, indirect compensation and employee performance at PT Pranata Jaya Abadi. While the method of associative research is research that aims to determine the influence or also the relationship between two variables or more.
The results of this study show a multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 0.414 + 0.997X1 + 0.866X2, which can be interpreted as that the variables X1 and X2 are zero (0), then the variable Y will be worth 0.414 units; if the direct compensation (X1) increases by one unit and the other variable is constant, then the Y variable will increase by 0.997 units, and if the indirect compensation (X2) increases by one unit and the other variable is constant, then the Y variable will increase by 0.866 units.
The conclusion of this study obtained the value of determination coefficient of 82.7% or the value of 0.827 which indicates the meaning that direct compensation (X1) and indirect compensation (X2) gives simultaneous effect of 82.7% on employee performance (Y ). While the rest of 17.3% influenced by other factors that ignored the author. The value of Adjusted R2 0.820 or the value of 82.0% indicating the meaning that, if there are other independent variables to be included, direct and indirect compensation variables, remain to have an effect of 82.0%. ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK ASIMETRI INFORMASI PADA PASAR SAHAM
Informasi merupakan salah satu parameter penting untuk investor menanamkan modal dalam pasar modal. Namun demikian tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa terdapat fenomena beberapa informasi yang tidak benar terkait kondisi emiten serta hal lain yang mempengaruhi likuiditas, aktivitas dan volitalitas saham yang disebut dengan asimetri informasi. Fenomena asimetri informasi pada pasar saham menarik untuk diteliti, sehingga mulai berkembang penelitian-penelitian yang menganalisis asimetri informasi dan pasar saham. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perkembangan penelitian terkait asimetri informasi pada pasar saham yang nantinya akan bermanfaat untuk rekomendari penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif memanfaatkan software Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, VOSViewer dan Biblioshiny R-package melalui pedekatan sistematis, eksplisit dan metode reproduktif. Adapun data yang digunakan adalah database dari Google Scholar terkait topik yang ditentukan dari 2019 sampai 2022. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan penulis, diketahui terdapat 5 cluster kosakata yang sering digunakan dalam penelitian dan kosakata yang jarang atau berpotensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya terkait tingkat asimetri informasi pada pasar saham.Information is one of the important parameters for investors to invest in the capital market. However, it cannot be denied that there is a phenomenon of some incorrect information related to the condition of the issuer and other things that affect liquidity, activity and share volatility which is called information asymmetry. The phenomenon of information asymmetry in the stock market is interesting to study, so researches that analyze information asymmetry and the stock market have begun to develop. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of research related to information asymmetry in the stock market which will later be useful for recommendations for further research. This study uses a qualitative method utilizing Publish or Perish software, Google Scholar, VOSViewer and Biblioshiny R-package through a systematic, explicit and reproductive method approach. The data used is a database from Google Scholar related to the topic specified from 2019 to 2022. Based on the research conducted by the author, it is known that there are 5 vocabulary clusters that are often used in research and vocabulary that is rare or has the potential for further research related to the level of information asymmetry in the stock market
