Consumer preferences in furniture shopping have now shifted significantly towards online platforms, even though furniture is a complex item and requires careful consideration. This study aims to analyze the role of trust in mediating the influence of salesperson tactics and online convenience on purchase decisions among online consumers of Mahaghony Terrazzo in Bali Province. Salesperson tactics include persuasive approaches, information exchange, ingratiation, and promises, while online convenience encompasses ease of access, transactions, evaluation, and search. This study uses a quantitative approach; a survey of 160 Mahaghony Terrazzo consumers was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that trust is proven to mediate the relationship between salesperson tactics and online convenience on purchase decisions. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of marketing literature, particularly regarding the mediation mechanism of trust in the context of salesperson tactics and online convenience. This research contributes to the understanding of consumer behavior in the online furniture market and provides strategic implications for digital optimization and customer experience enhancement

The concept of applying neuroscience to education seeks to bridge the gap between scientific brain research and everyday pedagogical practice. It is not about turning teachers into neurologists, but rather providing them with a scientific framework that allows them to understand how the brain learns in order to design more effective and meaningful teaching strategies. The objective was to explore how neuroscience can contribute to the educational process; the methodology applied was a bibliographic review and the inductive-deductive method. The result was that neuroscience plays an important role in the process of innovation and change in the teaching-learning process, where 11th-century strategies play an essential role in improving the educational process and integrating students into them

This research analyzed how traditional games can be used as playful methodological strategies in mathematics learning to enhance numerical thinking in elementary school students at the "10 de Julio" Educational Unit in Chapuli, Manabí, Ecuador. The results of the research, obtained through observation, are presented as a way to project the level of complexity students encounter in this subject and the need to analyze how traditional games represent a valuable educational resource. The challenges students face in learning mathematics include various difficulties that lead to errors in basic operations, hindering their progress in the development of numerical thinking. A classification of topics on the potential of traditional games was carried out within the theoretical framework. The importance of numerical thinking for improving learning and applying it in daily life was also highlighted. The objective was to determine the level of complexity that students in Basic General Education experience in the teaching and learning process of Mathematics regarding the implementation of traditional games as playful methodological strategies in the institution under investigation. The study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods, as well as inductive and heuristic analysis.&nbsp

The mediating role of brand image in the influence of influencer credibility and E-WoM on repurchase intention of skincare products in Denpasar City

The increasing awareness among women regarding the importance of appearance and self-image, especially in the professional world, has driven the use of skincare products as part of personal branding and professionalism strategies. This study aims to examine the influence of influencer credibility and e-WOM on repurchase intention of skincare products, both directly and through the mediation of brand image. It also seeks to identify differences in repurchase intention between the two skincare brands.  As the population is considered infinite, sampling was conducted using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. A total of 150 respondents were selected based on specific criteria. T The results show that influencer credibility has no significant effect on repurchase intention or brand image. Meanwhile, e-WOM has a positive and significant effect on both variables. Brand image plays a crucial role in increasing repurchase intention and partially mediates the relationship between e-WOM and repurchase intention, but does not mediate the relationship between influencer credibility and repurchase intention. There is no significant difference in repurchase intention between Wardah and Skintific users. These findings highlight the important role of consumer reviews in shaping perception and repurchase intention in the skincare industry

LPD digitalization in the mobile banking era: How customer perception affects M-Pise adoption?

For microfinance organizations like LPD (Lembaga Perkreditan Desa), mobile banking improves both transaction efficiency and financial inclusion. This technology has been implemented in LPD Desa Adat Kesiman through M-Pise, although the rate of acceptance is still low. The purpose of this research is to examine the elements that impact the interest in using M-Pise at LPD Desa Adat Kesiman using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The link between trust, simplicity of use, and perceived usefulness is moderated by attitude toward utilizing. Through a survey, 200 clients who were not yet M-Pise users provided data that was evaluated using SEM-PLS.  Attitude toward using mediates the connection between attitude toward using and desire to use, with intention to use serving as a partial mediator and all three components having positive and substantial impacts on these outcomes. Finally, consumers' positive opinions of M-Pise are increased by the perceived benefits, convenience of use, and trust, increasing their propensity to embrace the service. To encourage mobile banking within its community, LPD should prioritize improving digital literacy, enhancing service features, and bolstering application security, according to the practical implications

Impact of Modern Construction Technologies (MCT) on Project Delivery Success: A Statistical Evaluation

This study investigates how the application of Modern Construction Technologies influences project delivery performance in terms of schedule, cost, and quality outcomes. The study analyzed the impact of the MCT Adoption Index (MCTAI) on project performance using multiple regression and moderation analyses based on a survey of 500 respondents. The results indicated that there is a clear and consistent pattern that the higher the level of MCT adoption, the better the schedule adherence, the better the cost performance, and the better the quality outcomes. The organizational context also had a positive influence on the projects' performance but does not significantly change the strength of the relationship between MCT adoption and delivery outcomes. These results implied that the benefits of modern technologies are mostly direct and independent of contextual variations, underpinning their crucial role in enhancing coordination, reducing inefficiencies, and strengthening delivery reliability.  The construction firms, therefore, are called upon to invest in building digital capability and integrating technological systems into their managerial structures. Given the cross-sectional design of the study, causal inference is limited; however, it lays a strong foundation for further longitudinal studies probing how digital transformation keeps shaping project delivery performance
