Analisis Tingkat Kebisingan Akibat Aktifitas Penerbangan di Bandara Juanda dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Efektifitas Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar di SMA Wachid Hasjim Sidoarjo
Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kebisingan ekivalen akibat aktifitas penerbangan di Bandara Juanda, yang kemudian dicari pengaruh dari kebisingan tersebut terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar di SMA Wachid Hasjim Sidoarjo. Pengukuran ini dilakukan selama kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung, yaitu hari Senin hingga Sabtu pukul 12.30 sampai pukul 17.15. Dari hasil pengukuran dan perhitungan didapatkan bahwa harga tingkat kebisingan ekivalen selama 4jam tiap harinya berkisar antara 47.09 sampai 49.74 dB(A), sesuai KEPMENLH No.48/MNLH/1111996 tentang Baku Tingkat Kebisingan bahwa sekolah dan sejenisnya memiliki ambang batas yang diijinkan maksimal sebesar 55dB(A), hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kebisingan pesawat terbang di SMA Wachid Hasjim Sidoarjo berada di bawah ambang batas yang diijinkan. Oleh karena itu, tidak diperlukan penanggulangan tingkat kebisingan, karena pengaruh kebisingan terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah sangat kecil yaitu sebesar 14,6 % dan mempunyai korelasi yang sedang dengan nilai korelasi 0,421.

At research of this final project, we search the measurement of equivalent sound pressure level of air transport at Juanda Airport, and searched later how big the influence of the noise to study effectiveness in SMA Wachid Hasjim Sidoarjo. This Measurement was done during school activity; from Monday till Saturday started at 12.30 until 17.15. The result of this measurement, we got that the price of equivalent sound pressure level during 4 hour for every
day is between 47.09 until 49.74 dB (A), according to KEPMENLH No.481MNLHIJJ/1996, that school have permitted boundary maximum at 55 dB (A), this matter indicate that noise of plane in SMA Wachid Hasjim Sidoarjo still in permitted boundary. So then, it doesn 't need to cope with the influence, because the influence too small, equal to 14.6% and have correlation with value of correlation 0.421
Analisis pendapat Abu Hanifah tentang keputusan hakim sebagai syarat lepasnya kepemilikan wakif atas benda wakaf
dalam kamus Al-Munawwir yaitu kata al-Waqf mempunya arti berhenti, merupakan bentuk masdar dari kata kerja Waqofa. Wakaf juga mempunyai arti al-habs (menahan). Sedangkan pengertian wakaf menurut syariat, para ulama’ berbeda pendapat. Mereka mendefinisikan wakaf dengan definisi yang beragam yang sesuai dengan perbedaan madzhab yang mereka anut. Menurut Imam Malik wakaf tidaklah melepaskan harta yang diwakafkan dari kepemilikan wâqif, namun wakaf tersebut mencegah wâqif melakukan tindakan yang dapat melepaskan kepemilikanya atas harta tersebut kepada yang lain dan wâqif berkewajiban menyedekahkan manfaatnya serta tidak boleh menarik kembali wakafnya.
Menurut Imam Syâfi’i dan Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal ketika wakaf sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat maka wâqif tidak mempunyai hak atas benda yang diwakafkan. Pendapat Imam Syâfi’i dan Imam ahmad bin Hanbal tersebut tidak menyebutkan keputusan hakim sebagai syarat hilangnya kepemilikan harta wakaf dari wâqif.
Sedangkan menurut Abu Hanifah, bahwa wakaf merupakan menahan suatu benda yang menurut hukum, tetap milik si wâqif dalam rangka mempergunakan manfaatnya untuk kebajikan. Benda wakaf tidak hilang kepemilikan kecuali ada keputusan dari hakim

Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah jenis penelitian hukum normatif yang merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research), yaitu penelitian terhadap data skunder. Sedangkan Library Research menurut Sutrisno Hadi, adalah suatu riset kepustakaan atau penelitian murni.
Bahwa wakaf, menurut Abû Hanîfah merupakan menahan suatu benda yang menurut hukum, tetap milik si wâqif dalam rangka mempergunakan manfaatnya untuk kebajikan. Berdasarkan pendapat Abû Hanîfah tersebut, maka pemilikan harta wakaf tidak lepas dari wâqif, bahkan ia dibenarkan menariknya kembali dan ia boleh menjualnya. Karena itu, Abû Hanîfah menyamakan wakaf dengan sedekah manfaat dan kedudukannya sama dengan barang pinjaman. Adapun istinbatnya adalah meng-qiyas-kan wakaf dengan barang pinjaman.
Meski Abû Hanîfah menegaskan akan tidak lepasnya kepemilikan benda wakaf dari wâqif, ada satu riwayat bahwa menurut Abû Hanîfah, wakaf dinilai tetap atau hilang kepemilikan dari wâqif terhadap benda wakaf dalam kondisi tertentu, yaitu jika ada keputusan hakim. Abû Hanîfah berkata “tidaklah hilang kepemilikan wâqif dari benda wakafnya kecuali ada keputusan dari hakim”. MAKNA AHL AL-KITÂB DALAM PRESPEKTIF AL-QUR'AN (STUDI KOMPARATIF ATAS TAFSÎR AL-MANÂR DAN TAFSÎR AL-MISHBÂH̲)
Penjelasan mengenai Ahl al-Kitâb telah banyak dibahas dalam berbagai literatur keislaman terutama di dalam kitab-kitab tafsir. Namun seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, pemahaman ulama mengenai cakupan Ahl al-Kitâb kitab mulai mengalami perubahan para ulama sepakat bahwa mereka adalah Yahudi dan Nasrani. Namun mereka berbeda dalam hal cakupan makna Ahl al-Kitâb, sebagian mengatakan Ahl al-Kitâb adalah Yahudi dan Nasrani keturunan Bani Israil saja, sementara yang lain mengatakan bahwa Ahl al-Kitâb adalah Yahudi dan Nasrani kapan pun dan di manapun mereka berada. Pembahasan ini akan diteliti menggunakan metode maudhu’i, berupa riset kepustakaan, dengan analisis data deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis mendapatkan pengungkapan kata Ahl al-Kitâb dalam al-Qur'an sebanyak 11 bentuk,. Mengenai makna Ahl al-Kitâb, Rasyid Ridha sepakat dengan jumhur ulama, hanya saja pendapatnya tentang cakupan Ahl al-Kitâb lebih luas dari ulama sebelumnya. Dalam Tafsir al-Manar, cakupan Ahl al-Kitâb tidak hanya sebatas Yahudi dan Nasrani, tetapi juga mencakup agama-agama lain seperti Majusi, Shabi'in, penyembah berhala di India, Cina dan siapa saja yang serupa dengan mereka. Menurutnya, semua agama tersebut bisa dimasukkan dalam cakupan ahli kitab karena pada awalnya semua agama menganut tauhid. Sedangkan Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsir al-Misbah memahami makna Ahl al-Kitâb adalah semua penganut agama Yahudi dan nasrani dimanapun, kapanpun dan dari keturunan siapapun. Dia memahami makna seperti itu karena berdasarkan al Quran yang hanya terbatas pada dua golongan saja yaitu Yahudi dan Nasran
ACADEMIC EMOTIONS OF LEARNING ENGLISH THROUGH ENGLISH NATIVE SPEAKER’S VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE: STUDENTS’ VOICE
Academic emotions are the feelings or emotions that students experience when they are learning. This study aimed to analyze students' academic emotions regarding the use of English-native speaker videos on YouTube for learning vocabulary. A qualitative design was used to conduct the study, which employed a questionnaire and in-depth interviews to collect data. The participants of this study were third- and fifth-semester English major students at Universitas Muhammadiyah Kendari. The findings showed that, in terms of positive emotions, students enjoyed the learning process and were motivated to continue learning vocabulary. It was because the videos of English native speakers on YouTube provided interesting material, easy-to-understand pronunciation, and freedom to choose topics. Students were optimistic about the benefits of these videos for vocabulary improvement and proud of their learning achievements when learning vocabulary. Furthermore, in the negative emotions, it showed that the students did not feel desperate when learning vocabulary through native speaker videos on YouTube, and students generally do not get bored because they can overcome boredom in various ways, such as choosing short videos, changing to other videos, or taking short breaks. These conclusions suggest that English-native speaker videos on YouTube are an effective and enjoyable vocabulary learning medium for students
Teacher’s Techniques in Teaching English at Junior High School
This research aims to determine the techniques used by teachers in teaching English at SMPN 1 Barangka. The design of this study is qualitative descriptive using observation and interview. In collecting data through observation researcher used field notes to observe techniques applied the teachers in the teaching process and interview teachers. The subjects in this study was the seventh grade English teacher. The findings revealed that the techniques applied the teachers seventh grade are question and answer techniques, repetition drill techniques, memorization techniques, small group discussion techniques, and transformation drill techniques. These techniques aims to improve student’s English pronunciation, improve memory power or student’s English vocabulary, familiarize students using English, improve students understanding of teaching materials, and train student’s to think about solving a problem. LIVE EXPERIENCE OF ACADEMIC CULTURE ADJUSTMENT IN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT TRANSFER PROGRAM: A PHENOMENOLOGICAL STUDY
This phenomenological study investigates the Muhammadiyah University of Kendari students' lived experiences who underwent academic cultural adjustments during an international credit transfer (ICT) program to the Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology (NEUST) in the Philippines. This research applied in-depth interviews to understand the unique challenges, coping strategies, and transformation impact by the purposively selected students. These findings provide valuable insight into the feelings gained during the study and the transformative nature of the academic cultural adjustment experience and highlight factors that facilitate or hinder successful adjustment in the specific context of Muhammadiyah University of Kendari students to NEUST. These findings can inform both institutions regarding the specific needs and challenges students face during academic cultural adjustment and guide the development of targeted interventions, support systems, and resources to enhance the academic success and well-being of students involved in the ICT program
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
