The Sapid Smores is mainly product of butterscotch cookies layered with chocolate sauce and burned marshmallow at the top and a little bit of salted caramel sauce. The founder of this business is Ain Najiha bt Mohamad Nor. Basically, they promote their product through social media such as Whatsapp, Facebook and lnstagram. They also provide for Cash on delivery. In order to widen their business, they offered public to join as an agent or dropship. So, for this assignment I am interested with their business and already registed as one of their agent. I will be an agent for area Puncak Alam. For marketing purposes, Sapid Smores strategy is to emphazise the quality and price of product and services. The Sapid Smores offer the affordable prices because many people in Puncak Alam is UITM students. I have use social media platform by utilizing Facebook (FB). For three months, I have successfully achieved the target sales which is RMlSO. I have registered this business under SSM using the names NUR ANIS BINTI SAMSUL ANWAR

Abstract
This study aims to examine the entrepreneurial perspective on the success of catfish farming in Lima Puluh Kota District and Payakumbuh City. The research method uses descriptive quantitative analysis using data processing with the SPSS application and as enrichment using qualitative variables with 80 quantitative respondents and 5 qualitative respondents. The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a negative effect, creativity has a positive effect, entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect, location has a negative effect, and market orientation has a positive effect on the success of catfish farming in Lima Puluh Kota District and Payakumbuh City. The limitations of this study are the use of product innovation variables, creative ability, entrepreneurial orientation, location, market orientation, and business success, and the sample used is very limited. It is recommended for further research to use other variables that have not been studied and increase the sample or even examine other types of businesses that are relevant to this research.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji Perspektif wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha budidaya lele yang ada di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dan Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pengolahan data dengan aplikasi SPSS dan sebagai pengayaan menggunakan variabel kualitatif dengan 80 responden kuantitatif dan 5 responden kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk berpengaruh negatif, kemampuan kreativitas berpengaruh positif, orientasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif, lokasi berpengaruh negatif, dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan usaha budidaya lele di Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota dan Kota Payakumbuh. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini menggunakan variabel inovasi produk kemampuan kreativitas, orientasi kewirausahaan, lokasi orientasi pasar dan keberhasilan usaha dan sampel yang digunakan sangat terbatas. Disarankan bagi penelitian selanjutnya menggunakan variabel lain yang belum diteliti dan memperbanyak sampel atau bahkan meneliti jenis usaha lain yang relevsn dengan penelitian ini.

FENOMENA KEPEMIMPINAN SAMSUL BAHRI DALAM INTERNAL PARTAI NANGGROE ACEH (PNA)
No full textABSTRAKSamsul Bahri bin Amiren merupakan Pemimpin atau Ketua Umum Partai Nanggroe Aceh (PNA). Berlatar belakang sebagai tokoh pejuang GAM pada masa konflik, dan juga menjabat sebagai Ketua Harian PNA sebelum menjadi Ketua Umum PNA, memperlihatkan kecenderungan memimpin secara terbuka dalam kepemimpinan politik yang dilakukannya. Pasca penangkapan terhadap ketua PNA sebelumnya (Irwandi Yusuf) sempat menimbulkan rumor bahwa terjadi perpecahan dalam partai tersebut. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk kepemimpinan Samsul Bahri di PNA dan upaya yang dilakukan Samsul Bahri untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari internal PNA dalam struktural kepengurusan partai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan Samsul Bahri di PNA memberikan gambaran tentang pola perilaku yang demokratis, juga kualitas personal seorang pemimpin yang baik dengan nilai politik yang mampu mempengaruhi dan menggerakkan setiap orang yang berada dibawah pimpinannya untuk dapat bekerja bersama-sama dan mencapai suatu tujuan yang sama. Adapun upaya yang dilakukan Samsul Bahri untuk mendapatkan dukungan dari internal PNA dalam struktural kepengurusan partai (1) Kharismatik, (2) Mengajak para kader PNA lainnya untuk bekerja sama menyelamatkan PNA, (3) Loyalitas terhadap partai. Adapun kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, fenomena kepemimpinan Samsul Bahri dalam PNA menunjukan gaya kepemimpinan yang demokratis dengan terbuka untuk itu pengurusan partai mulai dari tingkat DPW hingga DPC menyetujui untuk dilakukan KLB dalam proses pemilihan Ketua Umum PNA yang baru.Kata Kunci: Partai Nanggroe Aceh (PNA), Kepemimpinan, Ketua UmumxABSTRACTSamsul Bahri bin Amiren is the Leader or Chairman of Nanggroe Aceh Party (PNA). He was a gam fighter during the conflict, and also served as Chairman of Harian (PNA) before becoming Chairman of Nanggroe Aceh Party (PNA), showing a tendency to lead openly in his political leadership. After the arrest of the previous PNA chairman (Irwandi Yusuf) there were rumors that there was a split within the party. The purpose of this research is to find out the form of Samsul Bahri's leadership in PNA and the efforts made by Samsul Bahri to get support from the internal PNA in the structural management of the party. The research method used in this research is qualitative method. The results showed that Samsul Bahri's leadership in PNA provides an overview of democratic patterns of behavior, as well as the personal qualities of a good leader with political values that are able to influence and move everyone under his leadership to be able to work together and achieve a common goal. The efforts made by Samsul Bahri to get support from the internal PNA in the structural management of the party (1) Charismatic, (2) Invite other PNA cadres to work together to save PNA, (3) Loyalty to the party. The conclusion in this study is, the phenomenon of Samsul Bahri's leadership in PNA shows a democratic leadership style with open to it the management of the party ranging from the DPW level to the DPC agreed to be carried out klb in the process of electing a new Chairman of PNA.Keywords: Nanggroe Aceh Party (PNA), Leadership, Chairmanx
