Dewasa ini kita tidak bisa mengelak dari kemajuan teknologi karena memang pada dasarnya semua teknologi yang terlahir diperuntukkan agar memudahkan kita sebagai pengguna. Namun, lahirnya teknologi baru juga mengundang dampak bagi penggunanya. Salah satunya yaitu penulis akan memfokuskan kepada bagaimana masa depan dari readership buku. Hal ini memancing penulis untuk menulis dan mengulasnya karena, saat ini pembaca buku mulai beralih kepada bentuk media elektronik yang terkoneksi dengan internet, sehingga dalam penggunaan media baru ini akan sangat memudahkan penggunanya dalam membaca. Pada tulisan ini, penulis akan memfokuskan bagaimana prediksi serta pro dan kontra terhadap tingkat jumlah pembaca (readership) khususnya buku. Tidak menutup kemungkinan memang generasi sekarang dan yang akan datang, akan mengubah cara membaca mereka dari buku manual menjadi buku yang telah tedigitalisasikan. Adapun dalam tulisan ini, penulis akan mencoba memberikan pandangan – pandangan kedepan dari buku yang mana nasip nya juga sangat dipengaruhi dari berapa jumlah pembaca dari buku yang secara manual, dengan melihat beberapa kasus yang telah terjadi pada media cetak lainnya, seperi koran/ newspaper.ABSTRACT Technological advances that are very fast, rapidly and will never endlessly bear a variety of advantages and disadvantages of the advanced technologies themselves. Today we cannot escape from the advancement of technology because it is basically all the technology that is born destined to facilitate us as users. However, the birth of new technology also invites impact for its users. One of them is the author will focus on how the future of the book readership. This provokes the author to write and review it because, now the book readers are turning to the form of electronic media connected to the internet, so in the use of this new media will greatly facilitate users in reading. In this paper, the author will focus how the predictions and pros and cons on the level of the number of readers (readership), especially books. It is possible that present and future generations will change the way they read from manuals into books that have been digitized. As in this paper, the author will try to give forward views of the book which his destiny is also greatly influenced by how many readers of the book manually, by looking at some cases that have occurred in other print media, like newspapers / newspaper

Üçüncü bölüm ise yazma eserin on beşinci bölümünün başlangıcından, eserin sonuna kadar olan ikinci kısmın tahkikini kapsamaktadır. Sonuç bölümünde en önemli bulgular ve öneriler ele alınmıştır. İçindekiler kısmı: özel isimler, şehirler, bölgeler, metinde bahsedilen kitaplar ve son olarak kaynaklar bölümünden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmacı, bu çalışma ile bahsi geçen kitabın genel olarak İslam Ekonomisi ve özelde İslami Vakıf araştırmacıları için temel bir referans olduğu sonucuna varmıştır. Bunun nedeni, Hanifi mezhebinin önde gelen hukukçularının da belirttiği gibi kitabın vakıflarla ilgili tüm soruları kapsayan konuları içermesidir.The thesis consists of three chapters, a conclusion, indexes, and appendices. The first chapter includes the general framework of the thesis, which contains the introduction, the research topic, the importance of the research topic, the reasons for choosing this topic, the topic's methods, and its structure. The second chapter includes the study, and this chapter includes the definition of the author of the manuscript, the scholar Ibn Amir Hajj al-Hanafi, the era in which he lived, and the definition of the book "Althakheerah Endowment Allocation". The third chapter is the verification of the second part of the manuscript, from the beginning of the fifteenth chapter until the end of the manuscript. The conclusion records the most important findings and recommendations. The indexes consisted of the indexes of famous names, the indexes of cities and sites, the indexes of the books mentioned in the text, and finally the index of sources and references. Through this study, the researcher has concluded that this book is a basic reference for researchers in Islamic economics in general, and the Islamic endowment in particular, as it contains comprehensive topics for all issues related to the endowment, as stated by the most senior Hanafi scholars of the school of thought

Reevaluating Successful Franchisees Characteristics

franchisees in Malaysia. The report can be adopted by the franchisors in determining the best candidate
for the franchise business. A systematic review was conducted to explore and to gather the findings from
the empirical journal articles. Articles from 1997 to 2016 were included and analyzed. This method gave
a thorough understanding of the franchisee criteria that contributed to the success factors from various
perspectives. The findings indicates that entrepreneurial capacity, professional experience, motivation
and financial capacity had given direct impact towards determining the best criteria for the sales performance and franchisee success. In addition, personal franchisee characteristics are important for the franchise business success. Result from this study is expected to contribute and to add on to the body of literature on the above subject matter. The author contend that this paper would significantly provide a practical framework for franchisors in the selection process of franchisees
Does trust mediate the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and commitment? the perspective of the franchise industry in Malaysia
Get PDFThe franchise industry is one of the most widely recognised business forms promising profitable business ownership. Inherent in the franchise business management is the unique relationship between the entrepreneurs in the franchise business, namely the franchisors and franchisees. It appears that trust is the key to the ongoing franchise relationship. Hence this research investigates whether trust mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and commitment in the franchise industry in Malaysia. This research developed a conceptual model by reviewing the commitment-trust theory and also conducting an extensive literature review. Samples were selected from franchisees who operate their franchise business around Klang Valley area. A total of 291 completed questionnaires were analysed using PLS-SEM. The results identify that relationship has a significant direct effect between entrepreneurial capacity and commitment. The findings also indicate that trust mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial capacity and commitment with partial mediation statistically significant at 0.01. This research’s results are likely to add on and contribute to the literature on the title above. The result also could be agreed by franchisors in defining the commitment amongst the franchisees that can become the prominent contender for the business of franchise. The author claims about this study that it would furnish a significant functional foundation for franchisors in the franchisees’ selection procedure
Nilai-Nilai Multikultural dalam Kebudayaan Pendalungan di Kabupaten Jember
Get PDFJember is a district part of the province of East Java, Indonesia. Since the conversion of Jember as an independent agency during the Dutch East Indies government, the city has grown rapidly. Public facilities began to be established and the wave of population migration was increasing. Generally they come from Madura and Java as the majority ethnicity, while the ethnic minorities are Chinese and Arabs. As a result of the meeting of these ethnic groups, especially Madura-Javanese, there was a fusion of their respective cultures, resulting in a new culture called Pendalungan. Administratively, Pendalungan is attached to the Tapal Kuda area, including Jember. In addition, its multi-ethnic population makes Jember a multicultural district. Therefore, in writing this article, it aims to discuss the Pendalungan culture, analyze the Pendalungan culture in Jember, and analyze the multicultural values of the Pendalungan culture in Jember. The method used is descriptive qualitative by utilizing relevant written sources using content analysis data analysis techniques. Based on the analysis obtained by the author, the multicultural values in the Pendalungan culture in Jember include mutual respect, mutual respect, maintaining group solidarity, eliminating bad prejudice, tolerance, and helping each other.Sejak ditetapkannya Jember sebagai afdeling bersifat independen pada tahun 1883 mengakibatkan terjadinya gelombang migrasi penduduk dari multi etnis. Masing-masing etnis tersebut adalah Madura dan Jawa sebagai etnis mayoritas. Mereka mengembangkan kebudayaannya masing-masing, sehingga terjadi akulturasi kebudayaan yang disebut sebagai Pendalungan. Hingga saat ini, mereka hidup berdampingan di atas perbedaan dengan kebudayaannya masing-masing, khususnya dalam bidang seni dan bahasa. Kondisi tersebut diperlukannya kajian wawasan dan kesadaran nilai-nilai multikultural agar mampu mewujudkan kehidupan masyarakat yang harmonis. Maka dari itu, dalam penulisan tikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai multikultural kebudayaan Pendalungan di Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan sumber-sumber tertulis relevan menggunakan teknik content analysis.
