Get PDFTopicality. Modernization of Ukrainian society is a practical need of competitive entering into the world cultural society. That’s why, deep reformation of Youth Physical Education (PE) reformation is one of the main demand for all of the scientists and specialists. Studying the theory and practice in European countries is becoming an actual issue. The purpose of the research is to analyze the content of the both editions of Romanian Encyclopedia of PE & Sports, using the ideas of popularization of PE & Sports among the population. Sources and Methods of the Research. Main sources of the research are the volumes of Encyclopedia. Scientific, historical, chronological and other methods were used in the research paper. The Results of the Research. In the Romanian scientists` opinion, the Encyclopedia of PE & Sports has become the most powerful reference source in Europe. In 2002, Ministry of Youth and Sports of Romania initiated and supported publishing of this research work. First three volumes of Encyclopedia have represented a history of different National Sports Federations, fourth and fifth –regional historical aspects of PE & Sports. The sixth volume contains the greatest sports victories in Romania. One of the most meaningful is a seventh volume, where system of PE & Sports of different periods of history and its genesis have been represented. Conclusions. Nowadays, the science Encyclopedia of PE & Sports is the most powerful reference source in Europe. The most important information about Romanian PE & sports system, social organizations and specific of its activity, process of PE introduction into university and state military programs and also the main research inventions has been collected by the authors of science Encyclopedia.Актуальность. Модернизация украинского социума выступает как практическая потребность конкурентоспособного вхождения в мировое социокультурное пространство. Поэтому для всех педагогов и специалистов отрасли становится актуальной необходимость глубокого реформирования физического воспитания подрастающего поколения. В этом смысле актуальной встает проблема изучения теории и практики физкультурного образования в странах Европы. Цель исследования ‒ проанализировать содержание «Энциклопедии физического воспитания и спорта в Румынии» первого и второго изданий с целью использования идей популяризации физического воспитания и спорта среди всех слоев населения. Материал и методы исследования. Материалами исследования есть определенные тома вышеназван- ной энциклопедии первого и второго изданий. Для реализации цели исследования использован комплекс методов исследования: общенаучные, конкретно-научные, конкретно-исторический, проблемно-хронологический и др. Результаты исследования. Именно «Энциклопедия физического воспитания и спорта в Румынии» стала, по утверждению румынских ученых, самым мощным справочным отраслевым изданием в европейском пространстве на данный момент. В 2002 г. такая работа была напечатана по инициативе и поддержке Министерства молодежи и спорта страны. Содержание трех первых томов второго издания представил историю национальных федераций по различным видам спорта, IV и V – представляют аспекты истории физического воспитания и спорта в регио- нальном контексте. Том V содержит анализ спорта высших достижений в Румынии. Одним из самых содержа- тельных становится VІІ том, который содержат материалы о системе физического воспитания Румынии в различные исторические периоды. Выводы. Итак, «Энциклопедия физического воспитания и спорта в Румынии» выделена как один из значительных справочных изданий в сфере физической культуры и спорта в современном европейском пространстве. Авторами энциклопедии собран мощный материал, касающийся системы физического воспитания Румынии, организационных структур и специфики их деятельности, процесса внедрения физического воспитания в военную подготовку, в программы университетов представлены оригинальные достижения ученых страны.Актуальність. Модернізація українського соціуму постає як практична потреба конкурентоспроможного входження до світового соціокультурного простору. Тому для всіх освітян та фахівців галузі стає актуальною потреба глибокого реформування фізичного виховання підростаючого покоління. У цьому сенсі актуальною постає проблема вивчення теорії й практики фізкультурної освіти в країнах Європи. Мета дослідження ‒ проаналізувати зміст «Енциклопедії фізичного виховання й спорту в Румунії» першого та другого видань із метою використання ідей популяризації фізичного виховання й спорту серед усіх верств населення. Матеріал і методи дослідження. Матеріалами визначені томи вищеозначеної енциклопедії першого та другого видань. Для реалізації мети дослідження використано комплекс методів дослідження: загальнонаукові, конкретно-наукові, конкретно-історичний, проблемно-хронологічний тощо. Результати дослідження. Саме «Енциклопедія фізично- го виховання й спорту в Румунії» стала, за твердженням румунських науковців, найпотужнішим довідковим галузевим виданням у європейському просторі на цей момент. У 2002 р. така праця надрукована за ініціативи та підтримки Міністерства молоді і спорту країни. Зміст трьох перших томів другого видання представив історію національних федерацій із різних видів спорту, ІV і V презентують аспекти історії фізичного виховання й спорту в регіональному контексті. Том VІ містив аналіз спорту вищих досягнень в Румунії. Одним із найзмістовніших стає VІІ том, у ньому вміщено матеріали про систему фізичного виховання Румунії різних історичним періодів, її генезу. Висновки. Отже, «Енциклопедія фізичного виховання й спорту в Румунії» виокремлена як одне зі значних довідкових видань у сфері фізичної культури та спорту в сучасному європейському просторі. Авторами енциклопедії зібрано потужний матеріал, що стосувався системи фізичного виховання Румунії, організаційних структур і специфіку їхньої діяльності, процесу впровадження фізичного виховання у військову підготовку, у програми університетів; представлено оригінальні досягнення науковців країни
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDFDuring the research the existence of an essential interest of pedagogues and psychologists to the problem of personal and professional development of the individual and the formation of professional tops was established. It was found that personal development occurs in the activity that is subject to the system of reasons of this person. From a psychological point of view development is understood as the changes in consciousness and human behavior, which cover the emergence of new motives and interests. So, development is the main way of existence of person. Future specialist during the study in higher educational institutions must develop personal qualities such as wide erudition, strategic thinking, adventurousness, high culture.
The main focus is on the analysis (psychological, pedagogical and acmeological) of scientific definition of «professional development». Psychologists consider professional development as the development of the individual in the process of selecting occupation, vocational education and training and productive performance of professional activities. From a psychological position it was found that the development of a professional is the result of: a systematic improvement, the expansion and reinforcement of the range of its theoretical knowledge; the development of personal qualities; the improving of arsenal of practical skills. The authors of acmeological concepts of professional development prove that the professionalism of the individual is achieved during the formation of professionally important skills, the development of personal and professional qualities, the enriching of moral world, reflective culture, creativitive and innovative potential. In pedagogical context the professional development of the individual is provided by education, training, self-education, pedagogical support, correction, organized socialization. On the basis of researchers’ works it was found that a professional development is a process of the resolving of professionally important tasks (cognitive, communicative, moral) when a specialist masters the necessary range of business and moral qualities.
The basic principles of the professional development of pedagogues which aims at the formation of teachers’ ability to acquire qualities, knowledge and skills necessary for successful acivity were developed. In the course of theoretical and methodological analysis the views of foreign scholars on the essence and content of the professional development of teachers were highlighted.
Key words: development, personal development, professional development, professional pedagogue’s development.У статті проаналізовано психолого-педагогічні підходи науковців до сутності та змісту наукових дефініцій «розвиток» та «особистісний розвиток». На основі проведеного аналізу з’ясовано, що розвиток це основний спосіб існування особистості, який відбувається в діяльності, що підпорядковується системі мотивів, притаманних даній людині. Головна увага зосереджена на аналізі (психологічному, акмеологічному та педагогічному) наукової дефініції «професійний розвиток». На основі узагальнення встановлено, що професійний розвиток передбачає вирішення професійно важливих завдань, коли фахівець опановує необхідний комплекс ділових і моральних якостей. Досліджено основні засади професійного розвитку педагогів що передбачає формування здатності вчителя набувати якості, знання і навички, необхідні для успішної діяльності. У ході теоретико-методичного аналізу висвітлено погляди українських та зарубіжних науковців на сутність і зміст професійного розвитку педагогічних кадрів.

The authors prove that the implementation of various innovative health-saving technologies (fitball aerobics, step aerobics, etc.; finger, breathing gymnastics, eye gymnastics, elements of hatha yoga, etc.) into practice is one of the priority areas of work of a preschool educational institution. It is important that the article defines the age from which it is recommended to engage in this exercise, substantiates the algorithm of learning directly to ride a scooter in the physical education of a preschooler. Recommendations are given for gradually mastering the knowledge, skills and abilities of free pumping, braking, turning and stopping, etc.У статті проаналізовані необхідність і вагомість використання інноваційних методик фізичного виховання дітей у сучасних закладах дошкільної освіти на прикладі їзди на самокаті та флорболу. Автори доводять, що впровадження у практику роботи різноманітних інноваційних здоров’язбережувальних технологій (фітбол аеробіка, степ аеробіка тощо; пальчикову, дихальну гімнастику, гімнастику для очей, елементи хатха-йоги тощо) – один з пріоритетних напрямів роботи дошкільного навчального закладу. Важливо, що у статті визначений вік, з якого рекомендовано займатись цією вправою, обґрунтований алгоритм вивчення безпосередньо їзди на самокаті у фізичному вихованні дошкільника. Надані рекомендації щодо поетапного опанування знаннями, уміння та навичками вільного прокачування, гальмування, виконання поворотів і зупинок тощо

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
