Marketing Taiwanese Tea Brands \ue2 The Case of LIL & TEA
Due to the lack of a comprehensive marketing strategy of the Taiwanese tea brand, the study takes LIL & TEA as a case company to improve its marketing strategy. LIL & TEA is a Taiwanese tea brand that offers Tiger Orange Tea, a traditional Taiwanese tea, but the tea is not well known in Taiwan. Therefore, the study aims to optimize marketing strategies of LIL & TEA to enhance its marketing performance. The research data was collected from a semi-structured interview with the owner of LIL & TEA, and it is used to analyze the current business status of the tea brand. Furthermore, internal and external analysis was also conducted. According to the analysis results, LIL & TEA needs to strengthen its marketing strategy.
The marketing strategy optimization is divided into two sections: (1) improve the current marketing strategy problems. (2) Position LIL & TEA and set up accurate and suitable marketing strategies. In terms of the current marketing improvement, the author suggests some adjustments to the physical store and official website, show the characteristics of Tiger Orange Tea, and develop new products. As for brand positioning, the author proposes LIL & TEA position the brand as a healthy, high-quality, and gift-giving. Furthermore, the female, 25-60 years old market, middle- and high-income segment should be targeted, as they have the highest need for a high-quality tea. To successfully position, the author recommends engaging in free sampling at commercial centers, publishing print ads in health-related magazines, creating a new brand image setting up pop-up stores and launching a limited deluxe edition, with the primary purposes being in terms of enhancing brand awareness, customer engagement, and retention rates
the Ethic of child toward the parents: a Comparative study of Akhlak Lil Banat and Washoya Al Abaa' Lil Abnaa'

In education, the reference material is the thing that will shape the character of the person. Islamic thinkers such as Shaykh Umar Baradja and Muhammad Syakir are giving scholarly contributions in the field of ethics reference. Akhlak lil Banat is a bouquet of Umar Baradja containing about ethics owned a child. In one discussion of the same Muhammad Syakir in his book Washoya al Abnaa ' Lil ' Abaa also give nuances in studying ethics. two of the references are widely used in many Islamic boarding school in Indonesia.
The purpose of this study is to: (1) find out the analysis of the ethics of the child toward the parents in the book akhlak lil banat (2) know the analysis of ethics of the child toward the parents in the book washoya al abaa' lil abnaa' (3) compare the ethics of the child toward the parents in the book the morals of akhlak lil banat and washoya al abaa' lil abnaa'.This research used the qualitative approach with the design of the study of Library Research. The results showed that (1) there are six moral characters and its process who want to be delivered by the author in the book of akhlak lil banat i.e., make happy, gratitude upon parents, polite, does not hurt in saying, obey, and keep the names of both parents, (2) in the book washoya al abaa' lil abnaa' there are four moral characters and the process i.e., devout, have needs, make happy, and loving parents, (3) in accordance with the theory of Kohlberg's stages of moral development by achieved in both books only through a conventional stage. That's where deeds start rated on the basis of common norms and obligations and uphold high authority.

Dalam dunia pendidikan, referensi dari materi merupakan salah satu hal yang akan membentuk karakter dari seseorang. Para pemikir Islam seperti Syaikh Umar Baradja dan Muhammad Syakir adalah ulama yang memberikan sumbangan referensi dalam bidang etika. Akhlak lil Banat merupakan karangan Umar Baradja yang berisi tentang etika-etika yang seharusnya dimiliki seorang anak. Dalam satu pembahasan yang sama Muhammad Syakir dalam kitabnya Washoya al Abaa’ Lil Abnaa’ juga memberikan nuansa dalam belajar etika. dua kitab ini merupakan rujukan yang banyak digunakan di mayoritas pesantren di Indonesia.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui analisis etika anak kepada orang tua dalam kitab Akhlak Lil Banat (2) mengetahui analisis etika anak kepada orang tua dalam kitab Washoya Al Abaa’ Lil Abnaa’ (3) membandingkan etika anak terhadap orang tua dalam kitab Akhlak Lil Banat dan Washoya Al Abaa’ Lil Abnaa’. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi Library Research. Sesuai dengan jenis data penelitian ini, data diolah dengan menggunakan Teknik analisis non statistik. Untuk mempertajam analisis, peneliti menggunakan teknis analisis isi (content analisys).
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1)terdapat enam karakter moral beserta proses yang ingin disampaikan oleh penulis dalan kitab Akhlaq Lil Banat yaitu, membuat bahagia, syukur atas nikmat orang tua, berlaku sopan santun, tidak menyakiti dalam berkata, mentaati, dan menjaga nama baik orang tua, (2) dalam kitab Washoya Al Abaa’ Lil Abnaa’ terdapat empat karakter moral dan prosesnya yaitu, taat, memenuhi kebutuhan, membuat bahagia,dan mencintai orang tua, (3)sesuai dengan teori perkembangan moral oleh KohlBerg tahapan yang dicapai dalam kedua buku hanya melalui tahap konvensional. Konsep Rahmatan Lil Alamin Imam Shamsi Ali Sebagai Strategi Kepemimpinan Pendidikan dan Dakwah Kultural Di Amerika
Imam Shamsi Ali is an extraordinary scholar whose spirit of struggle in spreading the religion of Islam by introducing Islam with the concept of Rahmatan Lil Alamin in the United States. This brought major changes to Islam in the United States. In this study the author aims to find out how the concept of rahmatan lil alamin Imam Shamsi Ali is able to become a strategy for education and cultural da\u27wah in the United States. In this study, the author uses the library research method, where the research uses various literatures, both books, notes, and reports on the results of previous research in collecting data. This study focuses on how the concept of Rahmatan Lil Alamin brought by Imam Shamsi Ali in New York, United States became his strategy in building Islamic education and da\u27wah. The objects of this research are books from Imam Shamsi Ali, and various articles about Imam Shamsi Ali. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode library research, dimana penelitian menggunakan berbagai literatur-literatur baik buku, catatan, maupun laporan hasil dari penelitian terdahulu dalam pengambilan datanya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana konsep Rahmatan Lil Alamin yang dibawa oleh Imam Shamsi Ali di New York, Amerika Serikat menjadi strategi beliau dalam membangun pendidikan dan dakwah Islam. Adapun objek penelitian ini yaitu buku-buku daripada Imam Shamsi Ali, dan berbagai artikel tentang Imam Shamsi Ali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya konsep rahmatan lil alamin dalam pendidikan dan dakwahnya Imam Shamsi Ali yang diwadahi dalam pesantren dapat menjadi kekuatan Islam di Amerika Serikat.Kata Kunci : Rahmatan lil alamin, Kepemimpinan Pendidikan, Dakwah Kultural, Islam di Amerik
Nilai-Nilai Karakter dalam Kitab Al-Akhlaq Lil Banin Karya Syekh Umar Baradja
This study aimed to examine the values of character education in the book al-akhlaq lil banin, Kitab al-akhlaq lil banin gives a moral message in the form of a story or the story of the man to do good, people or readers are invited to watch the character education of young children and help instill character values to become a man of character and self berjati. This study concluded that the Values Character is very important to be imparted to children younger generations are characterized by religious, Pancasila, culture, and national education goals. The author also introduces the book AlAkhlaq Lil Banin is set in Islam, so this thesis with the title of Values Character In the book Al-Akhlaq Lil Banin of Sheikh Umar Baradja.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kitab al-akhlaq lil banin, kitab al-akhlaq lil banin memberikan pesan moral dengan bentuk cerita atau kisah kepada manusia untuk berbuat baik, masyarakat atau pembaca diajak untuk memerhatikan pendidikan karakter anak-anak muda dan membantu menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter agar menjadi manusia berkarakter dan berjati diri. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Nilai-Nilai Karakter sangat penting untuk ditanamkan kepada anak-anak generasi muda yang berkarakter berdasarkan agama, pancasila, budaya, serta tujuan pendidikan nasional. Penulis juga mengenalkan kitab Al-Akhlaq Lil Banin yang berlatarkan islam, sehingga menentukan skripsi ini dengan judul Nilai-Nilai Karakter Dalam Kitab AlAkhlaq Lil Banin karya Syekh Umar Baradja.

A framework for conceptual modeling and graphical interaction with knowledge-intensive domains
The first part presents an interactive framework for modeling knowledge-intensive domains. We have designed and implemented a prototype framework SSONET (Structured Semantic Object NETwork) which has the potential to incorporate all the schema design and data management capabilities available in current Object-Oriented databases as well as the knowledge representation and reasoning capabilities available in artificial intelligence related systems. One goal of creating such a representational framework has been to impose a structural discipline on the creation and the manipulation of conceptual objects within Object-Oriented knowledge models. A fundamental design issue underlying the development of the SSONET modeling framework is the utilization of explicit links. The framework allows for the specification of meta-level conceptual relationships between the semantic links themselves. The second part presents a novel visual query language (VQL) for interacting with the SSONET knowledge model. VQL allows convenient access to the various types of knowledge captured by the knowledge model. It consists of a set of \u27graphical primitives\u27 along with a combination grammar for creating graphical queries. Apart from being able to create simple queries such as those that can be specified in SQL or QBE, VQL can be used for making queries on the ER model. Further, VQL handle complicated, indirect queries. Recursive queries on graph structures such as finding transitive closures of graphs can be pictorially specified in an elegant way. Perhaps the most powerful feature of VQL is that it provides high semantic expressibility (in being able to specify highly complex queries) without sacrificing ease of user query formulation. SSONET and VQL are embedded in an object-oriented visual knowledge base interaction environment that supports schema creation and manipulation as well as database querying and updation. The prototype framework has been implemented in Smalltalk-80 running on a Sun 3/60 workstation. The framework is illustrated through a particular domain knowledge model created for Computer Integrated Manufacturing applications. It is currently being used as a platform for designing various CIM applications such as knowledge based tools for engineering design, assembly planning and machine fault diagnosis. Entrer chez Lil Boël. Monstration dans la préface de la Fosse Commune des Misères (1942)
The French author Lil Boël, whose real name was Héloïse Émilienne Bricoteaux (1900-1982), apart from her brief career as an actress and screenwriter in cinema (from 1947 to 1950), primarily produced literary work. Here, we focus on her sole published poetry collection, La Fosse commune des misères (1942), in which she invites us: “Enter, search! … It is all my heart”. More specifically, we will analyse the poem that serves as the preface, where she assumes the role of the author of this collection; each subsequent poem features a unique character, embodying various voices emerging from social destitution. Initially, we will examine the semantic and morphological techniques used by the author to designate her own poems and the individuals she describes. Secondly, we will discuss how the author utilised stigmas and instrumentalised them in the manner of a “freak-show exhibitor,” exposing and highlighting her “common pit of miseries.” This raises a broader question about the role of slang and stigmatisation in her work, and how Lil Boël managed to transform elements of marginality and suffering into a poetic language that carries both meaning and emotion.La française Lil Boël, de son véritable nom Héloïse Émilienne Bricoteaux (1900-1982), en dehors de sa brève carrière d’actrice et de scénariste au cinéma (de 1947 à 1950), a aussi produit une œuvre littéraire. Nous nous intéressons ici à son unique recueil de poèmes publié, la Fosse commune des misères (1942), dans lequel elle nous invite : « Entrez, fouillez !... C’est tout mon cœur ». Nous proposons plus spécifiquement l’analyse du poème constituant sa préface où elle assume le rôle d’auteure de ce recueil ; chaque poème suivant met en scène la parole d’un personnage unique, incarnant des voix diverses issues de la misère sociale. Dans un premier temps, nous relèverons les procédés sémantiques et morphologiques employés par l’auteure pour désigner ses propres poèmes et les individus qu’elle décrit. Dans un second temps, nous discuterons de la manière dont l’auteure utilise les stigmates et les instrumentalise pour, à la manière d’une « montreuse de foire », exposer et mettre en valeur sa « fosse commune des misères ». Cela soulève une question plus large sur la fonction de l’écriture argotique et de la stigmatisation dans son œuvre, et sur la façon dont Lil Boël parvient à transformer des éléments de marginalité et de souffrance en un langage poétique porteur de sens et d’émotion

EVIDENCE FOR A HEXADECAPOLE INTERACTION IN THE HYPERFINE SPECTRUM OF Lil

Attempts to fit the data to a set of molecular constants were close, but not quite satisfactory. Recently we have developed more refined techniques for fitting the lineshapes, and have refitted all the lines from the spectrum. With the improved line frequencies the data now fits nicely to a set of molecular constants, if a term representing the electric hexadecapole interaction of the iodine nucleus is included. A nuclear magnetic octupole interaction was also considered, but does not contribute significantly. To our knowledge this is the first time that a hexadecapole interaction significantly different from zero has been observed in a molecule
