    The Quality Management of Arabic Language Education Based on The Quality Management System (SMM) ISO 9001:2015

    The study attempts at discussing the quality management with the Quality Management System (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 applied in the Arabic Language Education. The discussion was focused on elaborating seven principles of SMM ISO 9001: 2015, containing customer focus, leadership, engagement of people, process approach, continuous improvement, evidence-based decision making and management relationship. The quality management is expected to assist the Arabic language education to create quality, process and graduates who are well-prepared to compete both in the national and international levels. As a part of the process, the SMM ISO 9001:2015-based quality management elucidates a comprehensive guidance for the Arabic Language Education departments to continuously improve their system to fulfil the customer and the user satisfaction. Seen from the result, SMM ISO 9001:2015 can assist the educational institutions to produce graduates who are productive, capable and competitive in the national as well as global levels

    An era of globalization is characterized by the development of science and technology. This development contributes significant effects, including positive and negative ones. This study reveals that in fact, this kind of advancement causes several negative issues, particularly the decadence of the morality of nation’s generations. Relating to children’s morality, the unity among educational institutions is needed. Family as a small part of society is demanded to build religious values (morality) starting from the home. School as the other institution, attempts to integrate and to build the religious values through a well-systematized curriculum, as well as the role of society in controlling the moral building in daily lives. These three institutions, which affect one another, should possess synergy intensely when expecting the building of effective religious values to children in this era of globalization

    Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif dari adanya pergantian (turn-over) guru di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih kabupaten Batang. Penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya turn-over yang tinggi pada guru atau pendidik di madrasah tersebut; keuntungan yang bersifat positif justru didapatkan ketika adanya turn-over guru dibandingkan dampak negatifnya; dan kehadiran guru baru menjadi hal yang sangat disukai oleh siswa dalam hal kreativitas, inovasi pembelajaran, motivasi, dan lain sebagainya.The aims of this research were to know the positive and negative impact of teacher turn over at Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih Kabupaten Batang. This research was use analytical descriptive qualitative approach with depth interview, questionnaire and documentation as data collection methods. The results of this research shows that the positive impact occur more than the negative impact when there was teacher turn over; and the presence of a new teacher become student’s favourite on creativity, learning innovation, and motivation aspects.</jats:p

    Islamic education has a rich historical heritage in preparing generations of Muslims with strong religious values ​​and deep understanding. However, with the fast-changing times with global challenges, Islamic education needs to adapt so that it remains relevant to the needs of the times. This researcher will explore Islamic education in response to changing times by using innovation and technology. Researchers will identify the history of Islamic education, the challenges of Islamic education and educational innovation, the role of teachers and institutions in building the future of Islamic education. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with a literature study approach, while the data sources in this study were reference books that were closely related to the research which the researchers then combined with interview techniques with educational experts and teachers to strengthen the primary data that the researchers obtained. in the field. The results of the study show that an understanding of the history of Islamic education is the basis for building a strong and relevant future. This research can also provide practical recommendations to practitioners and policymakers in the field of Islamic education to improve the quality of education and meet the changing demands of the times. While the implication is that it can provide a complete picture to education practitioners, be it teachers, implementers and sympathizers of education to get a complete picture of the reality of education.Pendidikan Islam memiliki warisan sejarah yang kaya dalam mempersiapkan generasi muslim dengan nilai-nilai agama yang kuat dan pemahaman yang mendalam. Namun, dengan adanya perubahan zaman yang cepat dengan tantangan global, pendidikan Islam perlu beradaptasi agar tetap relevan dengan kebutuhan zaman. Peneliti ini akan mengeksplorasi pendidikan Islam merespon perubahan zaman dengan menggunakan inovasi dan teknologi. Peneliti akan mengidentifikasi sejarah pendidikan islam, tantangan pendidikan islam dan inovasi pendidikan, peran guru dan institusi dalam membangun masa depan pendidikan islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, sedangkan sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku-buku refrensi yang berkaitan erat dengan penelitian yang kemudian peneliti kombinasikan dengan Teknik wawancara dengan para ahli dan guru pendidikan guna memperkuat data-data primer yang peneliti dapatkan di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman tentang sejarah pendidikan Islam menjadi landasan untuk membangun masa depan yang kuat dan relevan. Penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan rekomendasi praktis kepada para praktisi dan pengambil kebijakan di bidang pendidikan Islam untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan memenuhi tuntutan zaman yang terus berubah.     The development of artificial intelligence technology is essential for students to follow to make learning easier. The trend of more powerful and intelligent AI is an opportunity for students to integrate into learning. Even though AI is developing rapidly, student learning abilities, such as critical thinking, computational thinking, creative thinking, and collaborative thinking, still need to be improved.&nbsp;The research aims to reveal the AI ​​students often use in learning and their problems. The research design uses surveys and qualitative. Research data collection techniques used interviews and observations of final semester students. The analysis involved data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research found that the AI ​​that students often use is Canva, ChatGPT, and Quizizz. Canva is used to create image and video designs, ChatGPT is used to find answers to problems, and Quiziz is used to create exciting questions. Excessive use of AI can lead to dependence on technology, reducing interaction, which is essential in the learning process. Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan sangat penting untuk diikuti oleh para siswa agar pembelajaran menjadi lebih mudah. Tren kecerdasan buatan yang lebih kuat dan cerdas merupakan peluang bagi siswa untuk berintegrasi ke dalam pembelajaran. Meskipun AI berkembang pesat, namun kemampuan belajar siswa seperti berpikir kritis, berpikir komputasional, berpikir kreatif, dan berpikir kolaboratif masih perlu ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap AI yang sering digunakan siswa dalam pembelajaran dan permasalahannya. Desain penelitian menggunakan survei dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan observasi mahasiswa semester akhir. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kecerdasan buatan yang sering digunakan mahasiswa adalah Canva, ChatGPT, dan Quizizz. Canva digunakan untuk membuat desain gambar dan video, ChatGPT digunakan untuk mencari jawaban soal, dan Quiziz digunakan untuk membuat soal-soal yang menarik.
