No full textThe policies of the Chinese and Russian colonizers on cross-marriage between Turkistan women and Chinese soldiers and merchants created separate social problems for the Turkistan people. Therefore, this study uses the tools of sociology of literature to dismantle prophetic aesthetics in the novel Layali Turkistan. This study tries to describe the prophetic aesthetics in the novel Layali Turkistan by Najib Kailani with the tools of literary sociology. The main focus of this research is to dismantle the process of dehumanization that occurred to the Turkistani people as a result of the Chinese and Russian communist invaders. The process of dehumanization creates a prophetic aesthetic in the form of humanization, liberation, and transcendence for the Turkmen people. This study used the descriptive-qualitative method. This method is used because the source of research data is in the form of textual data consisting of dialogs and statements in material objects. The results of this study show that, first, the humanization value is embodied by the character Naghmatullail by marrying the Chinese commander according to Islamic law, so that Naghmah easily instills humanistic values. Second, King Komul's decision to oppose and combat Chinese communist policies is a form of aesthetic liberation for the people of Turkistan. Third, when King Komul explains the essence of heaven, the divine consciousness is deeply embedded in the person of the Turkistan people

Mesin induk merupakan bagian terpenting dari sebuah kapal sebagai
tenaga pendorong, dimana kelancaran pengoprasian sebuah mesin induk sangat
dipengaruhi oleh perawatan dan perbaikan yang optimal terutama komponenkomponen
dalam mesin induk. Dan bagaimana mengatasi apabila terjadi
kerusakan tersebut agar tidak terulang kembali, sehingga mesin selalu dalam
kondisi yang prima dalam prosesi pelayaran.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode penelitian Fault
Tree Analysis dan Fishbone Analysis. Dengan menggunakan gabungan dua
metode yang dapat mencari penyebab suatu masalah yang terjadi dan mengetahui
akar dari permasalahan yang terjadi.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, bagianbagian
dari cylinder head yang rusak antara lain, patahnya baut cylinder head,
kompressi yang besar akibat pengkabutan injector yang tidak sesuai, sistem
pendinginan bocor, rusaknya exhaust valve dan buruknya manajemen perawatan
dan perbaikan. Berikut adalah faktor yang menyebabkan menurunnya kinerja dari
mesin induk di atas kapal MV. Sinar Sabang.

The main engine is the most important part of a ship as a driving force,
where the smooth operation of a main engine is strongly influenced by optimal
maintenance and repair, especially the components in the main engine. And how
to overcome if there is damage so that it does not happen again, so that the
machine is always in prime condition in the cruise procession.
The research method used by the author is the Fault Tree Analysis and
Fishbone Analysis research methods. By using a combination of two methods
that can find the cause of a problem that occurs and know the root of the problem
that occurs.
The results obtained from this study indicate that, the damaged parts of
the cylinder head include broken cylinder head bolts, large compression due to
unsuitable injectors, leaky cooling systems, exhaust valve damage and poor
maintenance and repair management. The following are the factors that cause a

hospital owned by the Regional Government of East Java Province located in the city of Malang. This building has 7 floors and a basement with a total height of 29.35 meters. Reviewing the importance of building functions requires innovation for strong and safe structures. one that can be used is steel structure.
The Main Service Building of Dr. Saiful Anwar Hospital originally used a reinforced concrete structure, so in this final project the author intends to re-plan the structure with a castellated beam steel construction design using the LRFD method reference. The use of castellated beam structure because it has the strength to withstand higher stresses than ordinary steel due to its height which reaches 1.5 times higher. The method used to plan steel structures is the LRFD (Load Resistance Factor Design) method, which is a specification issued by AISC (America Institute of Steel Construction).
From the planning results, a 120 mm thick composite plate of floordeck type W-1000 is obtained with M10 - 250 wiremesh reinforcement produced by PT Union Metal. The longitudinal joists use CB 300 x 200 x 8 x 12 profiles and transverse joists use WF 350 x 175 x 7 x 11. The results of the longitudinal main beam use CB 600 x 200 x 8 x 13 and the transverse main beam uses WF 600 x 300 x 12 x 20. The connection on the main beam - column uses the BSEEP (Bolted Stiffened Extended End-Plate) type 8 bolts and supports the structure using a base plate dimension 1200 x 1200 mm with a total of 4 anchors - Ø32mm with a length of 1750 mm

The author uses the techniques of data collection through literature review, observation, and interviews. The validity of the data using triangulation of data by utilizing the data sources and review interviews that have been conducted.Analysis of the data used are data reduction, data presentation, inference, and interpretation of data. To explain the aesthetics of painting calligraphy Saiful Adnan using interpretation approach Susanne K. Langer's aesthetic theory. The results of the study explained that, the character of the Arabic calligraphy art kaligarfi Adnan Saiful different from raw calligraphy character has evolved over the years. The character is known as khatkaligarfiSyaifuly. Calligraphy character formation through several internal and external factors. Internal factors include environmental factors Adnan Saiful place of origin, education factors, and spiritual factors. The external factors include factors phenomena that occur in the community and form factors of artistic calligraphy. The process has led to the formation of the character of the aesthetic value of the art of calligraphy Saiful Adnan symbolic color, shape, composition, and verses from the Qur'an with the meaning of the beauty of Islamic values in each painting calligraphy Saiful Adnan.

With currently over half of the world population, cities are supported by resources originating from primarily rural regions that are often located around the world far distant from the urban loci of use. The multiple and complex environmental and social challenges the world faces require interconnected solutions and a coordinated governance approach to planetary stewardship. There is a new opportunity to conceptualize a key component of planetary stewardship as a global system of cities that develop sustainable processes and policies in concert with its non-urban areas. The potential for cities to cooperate as a system and with rural connectivity could not only increase their capacity to effect change and foster stewardship at the planetary scale but also increase their resource security

Expert Profile Identification From Community Detection on Author-Publication-Keyword Graph With Keyword Extraction
No full textExpert profiling aims to discover the expertise of an author. This task is useful for identifying the research groups existing within an organization as well as measuring the similarities between authors’ expertise. Thus, identifying areas of expertise becomes a critical part of this task, especially in cases where the publications are unannotated. Commonly used topic modeling methods such as Latent Dirichlet Allocation still fall short in determining the number of topics automatically and discovering the hierarchical relationships between topics. To solve these issues, we adopted a graph-based approach which constructs a graph from publication features such as authors and keywords (Silva et al., 2018). We applied the Louvain algorithm repeatedly to discover the topics with hierarchical order automatically. We utilize keyword extraction methods to generate keywords for each respective publication to handle the missing values. We perform experiments to determine the optimum HPMI value. Results showed that graphs constructed from default and SIFRank keywords with transformation weights of and produce topics with the best HPMI score. We evaluate the profiles from this method (CDT) with ATM as the baseline. It is shown that CDT produces better MAP, MRR, and nDCG scores than ATM. The work in this manuscript shows how community detection and keyword extraction could be utilized in expert profiling tasks. Our observation shows that the Louvain algorithm used only cluster publications into one topic, and thus still has limitations in classifying multidisciplinary publications. Further development could be done to handle such publications and increase the quality of keywords
