Kata Kunci: Studi Komparasi, Kontrasepsi, Variabel Antara, Wanita Pasangan Usia Subur Kontrasepsi merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk menurunkan angka kelahiran. Penggunaan alat kontrasepsi oleh wanita PUS di Kelurahan Bareng sudah tergolong tinggi dengan prevalensi MKJP yang cukup tinggi pula, yakni mencapai 44,68% jauh diatas angka nasional yang hanya mencapai 17,01%. Sementara itu, perbandingan jumlah akseptor MKJP dan non MKJP di Kelurahan Bareng adalah 44,68% dan 55,32%. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi pentingnya dilakukan penelitian mengenai kontrasepsi di Kelurahan Bareng sehingga nantinya dapat dijadikan masukan untuk daerah lain dengan proporsi pemakaian kontrasepsi yang rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik wanita pasangan usia subur, mengetahui pemilihan alat kontrasepsi dan untuk mengetahui pemilihan alat kontrasepsi berdasarkan karakteristik wanita pasangan usia subur di Kelurahan Bareng Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif bertipe komparatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk analisis data yang digunakan adalah tabulasi tunggal, tabulasi silang dan uji Mann Whitney menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16.00 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa sebagian besar pengguna KB pada wanita pasangan usia subur memiliki pendidikan tinggi, tidak bekerja, pendapatan tinggi, usia > 35 tahun, jumlah anak lahir hidup ≤ 2 orang, pengetahuan baik, dukungan suami baik, dan mendapatkan informasi dari PLKB. Proporsi pemilihan MKJP di Kelurahan Bareng telah mencapai angka 50%, sedangkan kontrasepsi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah suntik. Adapun 5 variabel yang berbeda secara signifikan terhadap pemilihan alat kontrasepsi, yakni variabel pendidikan, pendapatan keluarga, usia, pengetahuan, dan informasi dari PLKB
Constitutional Complaint as a Conceptual Expansion of Judicial Review of Laws Against The 1945 Constitution of The Republic of Indonesia
No full textConstitutional complaint can be defined as a complaint or lawsuit submitted by an individual to the Constitutional Court against the actions (or omissions) of a public institution which result in the violation of the basic rights or constitutional rights of the person concerned. Unfortunately, as a country that adheres to the principle of the rule of law, the Indonesian Constitutional Court does not have the authority to adjudicate constitutional cases complaints . The problem formulation in this writing is (1) what is the relationship between the principles of the rule of law and constitutional authority complaints in protecting constitutional rights, (2) what is the concept of judicial review of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, (3) how to grant authority to adjudicate constitutional complaints to the Indonesian Constitutional Court.
The method used in writing this thesis is the normative juridical method. The author uses secondary data sources consisting of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data collection technique uses library research, namely looking for data from books, statutory regulations and journals.
Based on the research results obtained by the author, the author found (1) The relationship between the principles of the rule of law and constitutionalism complaints in protecting the constitutional rights of citizens, (2) The concept of judicial review that is recognized in Indonesia is limited to reviewing the abstract of a law, (3) expanding the authority of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia in adjudicating constitutional cases complaints can be done without changing the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.178 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

Dalam hal ini Pemerintahan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah berupaya menggali potensi dana yang dapat meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah, salah satunya yaitu dari sektor Perhubungan. Permasalahan yang dirumuskan adalah “Bagaimana perkembangan kontribusi Sektor Perhubungan terhadap Penerimaan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Kota Takengon pada tahun 2016-2017. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya perkembangan kontribusi dari setiap bidang dan Unit Pelaksanaan Teknis (UPT) pada Dinas Perhubungan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan analisis data kualitatif dimana peniliti adalah instrument kunci, teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara triagulasi (gabungan). Berdasarkan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, penerimaan dari sektor perhubungan yang dikumpulkan dari setiap Bidang dan Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) yang berada di Dinas Perhubungan dalam jangka waktu 2 tahun ini cenderung mengalami penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya, yang mengalami peningkatan hanya dari hasil retribusi pelayanan parkir di tepi jalan umum dan retribusi pemakaian kekayaan daerah.The function of regional autonomy is to regulate and manage government affairs in the region, the implementation of regional autonomy has an important influence for each region to be more creative in utilizing existing economic resources in the region for the successful implementation of development in the region. In this case the Central Aceh District Government seeks to explore the potential of funds that can increase Regional Original Revenue, one of which is from the Transportation sector. The problem that was formulated was "How is the development of the contribution of the Transportation Sector to the Original Regional Revenue (PAD) of Central Aceh District of Takengon City in 2016-2017. The purpose of this paper is to find out the magnitude of the development of contributions from each field and the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) at the Department of Transportation to Regional Original Revenue in Central Aceh District. In this study the author uses descriptive methods with qualitative data analysis where researchers are key instruments, data collection techniques are done by triagulation (combined). Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that, revenues from the transportation sector collected from each Field and Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) in the Transportation Agency within 2 years tend to decline from the previous year, which only increased from the results of parking service fees on the edge of public roads and regional wealth usage levies

No full text77 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Persepsi Mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Medan Area Angkatan 2016 dalam Tayangan Kekerasan dan Ketidaksenonohan Pada Tayangan Anime One piece. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi film anime yang sangat popular dikalangan mahasiswa dan masyarakat. Didalam penyajian film mempunyai tujuan untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan yang telah tersirat dalam film tersebut. Penulis ingin membahas tentang permasalahan yang akan diteliti yaitu unsur kekerasan dan ketidaksenonohan pada Anime one piece. Oleh karena itu peniliti tertarik terhadap persepsi mahasiswa program studi ilmu komunikasi Universitas Medan Area Angkatan 2016 mengenai tayangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif sebagai pengumpulan data. Data ini dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi dan sumber data ini berasal dari mahasiswa ilmu komunikasi universitas medan area Angkatan 2016. Peneliti mendapatkan beberapa persepsi mengenai konten kekerasan dan ketidaksenonohan pada tayangan Anime one piece di Media Internet yang berupa bahwasannya film tersebut dapat menyebabkan penggemarnya kecanduan sehingga menjadi anti soial dan lupa dengan situasi sekitarnya atau menjadi tidak peduli dengan lingkungannya. Menonton Anime one piece dapat menjadi boomerang bagi mental mahasiswa dan masyarakat jika tidak disikapi dengan cara yang baik. This study aims to determine the perceptions of students of the Communication Studies Program, Medan Area University, Class of 2016 on Violence and Indecency in the One Piece Anime Show. This research is motivated by anime films which are very popular among students and the public. In the presentation of the film has the aim of conveying the messages that have been implied in the film. The author wants to discuss the problems to be studied, namely the elements of violence and indecency in One Piece Anime. Therefore, the researcher is interested in the perception of students of the 2016 Medan Area University communication science study program regarding the show. This study uses a descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach as data collection. This data was collected based on data collection techniques, namely interviews and documentation and the source of this data came from students of communication science at the Medan Area University Force 2016. Researchers got several perceptions about the content of violence and indecency in One Piece Anime shows on Internet media in the form that the film can cause fans are addicted to it so that they become anti-social and forget the surrounding situation or become indifferent to their environment. Watching Anime One Piece can be a boomerang for the mentality of students and society if it is not handled in a good way
Identify Mens Rea in Language use from a Criminal Law Perspective
Get PDFThis article explains and identifies the existence of mens rea in the dissemination of news packaged into content through various social media platforms, implicitly containing hate speeches, so that it can be viewed as an electronic-based criminal offense uploaded either verbally or non-verbally. An ability to communicate within the scope of society in the use of language is not owned by everyone, especially in the era of social media where there are those who use language in an inappropriate way. For example, it is used for swearing, defamation, making fake news or hoaxes, threats, persecution speech, to hate speeches that can harm the interlocutor. This study aims to determine the existence of mens rea in the use of language about hate speech committed by individuals through social media platforms. Their point of view will be studied through the perspectives of criminal law. The study’s objective was to examine the use of language in individual uploads through several social media platforms that contain hate speech and ‘SARA in the context of criminal law. In sampling, the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods and legal research methods based on the available data.

Educational Innovation Through Integrated Quality Management
Get PDFThis scientific study aims to study more deeply related to the innovation of Islamic education by applying integrated quality management (TQM). This scientific research uses qualitative research methods with types of library research. The data used in this study are secondary in the form of accredited journals and books that correspond to the topic studied with 55 references. This paper has only 22 references directly related to the research the author studied. The analysis results indicate that integrated quality management (TQM) is the development and extension of quality assurance. In its urgency, Islamic educational institutions need to implement the TQM to survive and compete amid the rapid growth of education and technology. The steps that can be implemented can be PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). In addition, innovation in Islamic education plays a vital role in integrated quality application (TQM), which requires efforts to optimally implement the basic concepts of quality management and sustain innovation.

VALIDASl SPESIFlKASI CAMPURAN BIODIESEL-SOLAR HASIL PENGUKURAN DENGAN METODA PERHITUNGAN SEDERHANA
No full textABSTRACT Biodiesel is a fuel derived from vegetable oil or animal fats that can be used as an additive to or entirely replace conventional petroleum diesel fuel. In most cases, biodiesel is mixed with conventional diesel because of the higher cost of biodiesel, product availability and engine compatibility issues. In Indonesia, the decree No. 3675K/24/DJM/2006 regarding the quality and specification of diesel oil type Solsr 48 and Solar 51 has been issued this decree regulates the use of FAME (fatty acid methyl ester) up to the maximum of 10 percent of the volume of automotive diesel fuel with which it is to be blended. The cost to measure the properlles of fuel is expensive and time consuming, therefore it is important to develop a simple method to predict those blending properties. This paper presents the development of a simple calculation method for the validation of blend palm biodiesel-mineral diesel specification (density, viscosity, cetane number and lubricity) which has been measured in the author\u27s previous study The result shows that the lubricity and viscosity shows a higher average error value (difference value between calculation and measurement result) of 1.66% and 1.35%, whereas density and cetane number shows lower average error values of 0.06 and 0.6%.
