No full textOpinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää Taloyhtiö X:n taloudellinen tilanne ja verrata sitä Kuopion kiinteistöliiton niin sanottuun indeksitaloon tilikausina 2023–2024. Tarkoituksena oli tuottaa osakkaille selkeä ja helposti ymmärrettävä kokonaiskuva taloyhtiön hoitotaloudesta, rahoituksesta ja tulevista taloudellisista näkymistä, sekä tarjota hallitukselle ja isännöitsijälle tukea talouden seurantaan ja päätöksentekoon.
Työ toteutettiin kvalitatiivisena tapaustutkimuksena. Aineistona käytettiin Taloyhtiö X:n tilinpäätöksiä, toimintakertomuksia, vastikelaskelmia ja isännöitsijäntodistusta sekä Kuopion indeksitalo julkaisuja. Aineistoa analysoitiin asiakirja-analyysin ja tilinpäätösvertailun avulla tarkastelemalla muun muassa hoitokuluja, vastiketasoa, maksuvalmiutta ja taloudellista asemaa suhteessa indeksitaloon.
Tulokset osoittivat, että Taloyhtiö X:n taloudellinen tilanne on kokonaisuutena vakaa, mutta vertailu indeksitaloon toi esiin eroja erityisesti hoitokulujen rakenteessa. Analyysin perusteella taloyhtiön taloudenhoidossa tulisi kiinnittää huomiota erityisesti hoitotalouden tasapainottamiseen, korjaushankkeiden pitkäjänteiseen suunnitteluun sekä vastiketason mitoittamiseen siten, että tuleviin korjauksiin voidaan varautua ajoissa
Intellectual structure and subject themes in information systems research : a journal cocitation study
No full textInformation Systems (IS) is a discipline in which research and practice are closely intertwined. IS is also closely related to and overlapping several other disciplines, including Information Science. Thus, IS provides an excellent case for examining the interplay of research and practice in a rapidly changing discipline. We explore the intellectual structure and subject themes in Information Systems (IS) research for 1990 to 1999 through the identification and analysis of the field's core journal literature. A core journal list of 100 titles was created and examined with journal cocitation analysis (JSA). JSA demonstrates that IS is a coherent discipline with research ranging from technology-oriented software and hardware to the application of IS in business and organizations. Journals are grouped into seven subject clusters: computer science, computer networking, computer engineering, information science, software engineering, human-computer
interaction, and management information systems. Information Science journals occupy a bridging position between technically oriented and application-focused clusters. ASIST publications, JASIST, ARIST, and PASIS, figure prominently in the Information Science cluster

No full textIl saggio studia il famoso racconto buzzatiano: I topi alla luce della psicoanalisi freudiana e dell'esperienza esistenziale dell'autore veneto, allo scopo di dimostrare la polisemica e ricca valenza ermeneutica dei roditori all'interno della narrazione. La presenza simbolica dei topi, legata a una chiara catena intertestuale, antica e moderna, struttura all'interno del rècit onorico di Buzzati, l'angoscia «edipica» di uno dei suoi testi più perturbanti.This essays focuses on Buzzati's famous short story, I topi (Mice), in the light of Freudian psychoanalysis and the existential experience of this author of Veneto, in order to demonstrate the polysemous and rich hermeneutical representation of rodents in his narrative. The symbolic presence of mice, associated with a clear inter-textual chain, both ancient and modern, builds, through Buzzati's oneiric récit, the «oedipal» anguish of one of his most disquieting works
