ANALISIS PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA DAN PINJAMAN TERHADAP SISA HASIL USAHA (SHU) PADA KOPERASI BES ANA SMA NEGERI 2 KEFAMENANU

Permasalahan umum seperti permodalan, teknologi, lokasi tempat usaha jaringan usaha serta kemitraan, dan juga masalah bersifat interen yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap upaya-upaya mewujudkan fungsi peranan dan kinerja koperasi. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian yaitu 1) Pengaruh partisipasi anggota (X1) terhadap sisa hasil usaha (Y), 2) Pengaruh pinjaman (X2) terhadap sisa hasil usaha (Y), 3) Pengaruh partisipasi anggota (X1) dan pinjaman (X2) terhadap sisa hasil usaha (Y).
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota koperasi Bes Ana SMA Negeri 2 Kefamenanu yang berjumlah 57 orang.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1) adanya pengaruh signifikan variabel partisipasi anggota (X1) terhadap variabel sisa hasil usaha (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dari thitung sebesar 29,845 lebih besar dari ttabel (2,0049) dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,970. 2) adanya pengaruh signifikan variabel pinjaman (X2) terhadap variabel sisa hasil usaha (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai thitung sebesar 17.857 lebih besar dari ttabel 2,0049 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,921. 3) Hasil analisis uji simultan adanya pengaruh X1, dan X2 terhadap Y. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai Fhitung 445.661 lebih besar dari Ftabel 0,971. sebesar 2,79 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,971.
 
Analysis of Transformational Leadership and Competence on Education Quality
Get PDFThe problem in this research is how to describe the quality of education, transformational leadership and teacher competence. Data were collected from 34 teachers as respondents. The data were then processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results of the descriptive analysis of the respondents assessed five research variables, namely the total score of the school principal's transformational leadership variable of 69.98% included in the good category, the total teacher competency variable score of 79.56% included in the good category. Thus, it can be concluded that these four independent variables are really needed in Cluster I Elementary Schools, North Insana District, North Central Timor Regency in order to improve the quality of education

With the aim of providing opportunities for students to apply theory and knowledge during lectures to practical realities in the world of work. The method used is the Field Work Practice at the TTU Regional Revenue Service Office. Assistance is carried out by 4 students with an effective period of 50 working days. As for the results of this internship work practice, apprentices can learn directly about the use of local tax applications, attend PAD evaluation meetings, assist the head of the billboard-themed data collection section, file taxes, filing incoming and outgoing letters, operate a local tax receipt printing machine, recapitulate mineral tax determination. and non-metal as well as assistance from TTU Regency

No full textE-filing merupakan sarana kemudahan yang disediakan Direktorat Jendral Pajak (DJP) untuk melaporkan kewajiban perpajakan. Keunggulan e-filing adalah wajib pajak dapat melaporkan Surat Pemberitahuan (SPT) tanpa dibatasi jarak, waktu dan tempat. Meskipun e-filing dapat mempermudah penyampaian SPT, akan tetapi dalam penerapannya sistem ini masih mengalami banyak kendala ataupun hambatan. Hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak wajib pajak belum memahami tentang pengoperasian e-filing serta kuranngnya kesiapan teknologi informasi wajib pajak dalam menggunakan e-filing. Meotode penelitian yang dipake adalah meotde survey dengan menyabarkan kuisioner dibeberapa daerah seperti Belu, Malaka, TTU dan TTS. Alasan pemilahan wilayah tersebut karena termasuk dalam wilayah dari Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Atambua. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana untuk menentukan sampel di perlukan pertimbangan. Pengujian hipotesisi menggunakan alat analisis bantuan program SmartPLS Partial Least Square versi 4.0. hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kualitas Informasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhapan kepuasan penggunaan e.filing, Kualitas Sistem tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan penggunan e.filing, Kualitas layanan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan penggunaan e.filing dan kepuasan penggunaan e.filing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
