Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara self-disclosure di dunia maya dengan kecenderungan cyber romance pada remaja. Self-disclosure di dunia maya adalah pengungkapan diri seseorang dengan membiarkan dirinya dikenal, diketahui, dan dimengerti oleh orang lain melalui media internet. Sementara kecenderungan cyber romance merupakan kecenderungan seseorang untuk mengembangkan perasaan suka, tertarik, merasakan kedekatan, dan sebagainya, sesuai dengan aspek-aspek keintiman, gairah, dan komitemen pada orang lain yang di kenal di dunia maya. Penelitian dilakukan pada remaja Jawa Timur yang memiliki kecenderungan cyber romance, dengan jumlah subyek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Yang terdiri atas 9 laki-laki, dan 21 perempuan. Alat pengambilan data berupa kuisioner skala self-disclosure di dunia maya yang terdiri dari 24 item dan skala kecenderungan cyber romance yang terdiri dari 37 item. Validitas item kedua skala bernilai diatas 0,3 dengan reliabilitas skala self-disclosure di dunia maya sebesar 0,918 dan skala kecenderungan cyber romance sebesar 0,938. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik Product Moment-Pearson menggunakan SPSS 16.0 for windows. Diperoleh nilai korelasi antara self-disclosure di dunia maya dan kecenderungan cyber romance sebesar
0,004 dengan nilai p sebesar 0,512. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara self-disclosure di dunia maya dengan kecenderungan cyber romance pada remaja. Remaja sebaiknya mengontrol seberapa banyak dan kepada siapa mereka melakukan self-disclosure

No full textNumerous archaeological projects have found substantial evidence of the military nature of Maya society, and warfare is a frequent theme of Maya art. Maya Gods of War investigates the Classic period Maya gods who were associated with weapons of war and the flint and obsidian from which those weapons were made. Author Karen Bassie-Sweet traces the semantic markers used to distinguish flint from other types of stone, surveys various types of Chahk thunderbolt deities and their relationship to flint weapons, and explores the connection between lightning and the ruling elite. Additional chapters review these fire and solar deities and their roles in Maya warfare and examine the nature and manifestations of the Central Mexican thunderbolt god Tlaloc, his incorporation into the Maya pantheon, and his identification with meteors and obsidian weapons. Finally, Bassie-Sweet addresses the characteristics of the deity God L, his role as an obsidian merchant god, and his close association with the ancient land route between the highland Guatemalan obsidian sources and the lowlands. Through analysis of the nature of the Teotihuacán deities and exploration of the ways in which these gods were introduced into the Maya region and incorporated into the Maya worldview, Maya Gods of War offers new insights into the relationship between warfare and religious beliefs in Mesoamerica. Full text linkMaya Angelou, a nationally renowned poet, educator, historian and author, is one of the great voices of contemporary literature. In addition, she is an accomplished actress, playwright, producer, and director. Dr. Angelou received an emmy nomination for best supporting actress in the television series Roots and received the coveted Golden Eagle Award for the PBS documentary Afro-American in the Arts. However, she is perhaps best known for the public for her autobiographies and books of poetry.
Maya Angelou has authored more than 10 best selling books and numerous articles in publications such as Life, Cosmopolitan, Harper\u27s Bazaar and The New York Times. She has received a wide variety of honors an awards including a Pulitizer Prize nomination for poetry, the Horatio Alger Award and 30 honorary Doctorate degrees from schools such as Smith College and Lawrence University. Today, she continues to lecture throughout the country and abroad, sharing the black experience and educating her audience on the human condition.

Two Soybean Varieties Production with The Application Organic Manure with Same Dosage as in Planting Season I under Organic Farming System
No full textThis research was conducted to study the effect of organic manure residues on soybean. The experiment was conducted at IPB Research Station in Cikarawang , from October 2010 to February 2011. The experiment used Split Plot Design with three replications, the organic manure as the main plot and soybean varieties as the sub plot. The experiment used Anjasmoro and Wilis variety. The organic manure dosage were 20 ton chicken manure/ha, 3.5 ton Centrosema pubescen /ha and 10 ton chicken manure/ha, and 3.5 ton Tithonia diversifolia/ha and 10 ton chicken manure/ha. All treatmenst also added with 2 ton rice husk charcoal/ha, 2 ton dolomite/ha. The types of organic manure did not significantly affect soybean growth and production except Fe content of seed. Varieties were significantly different in height of plant ( 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 WAP), fresh and dry weight of plant biomass, K content of leaf, N P K uptake of stem and leaf, number of filled pod, number of productive branch and node, 100 seed dry weight, Fe and Zn content of seed. Yield of plants with the treatment of chicken manure only, Centrosema pubescen, and Tithonia diversifolia was 2.59 ton/ha, 2.58 ton/ha, and 2.55 ton/ha repectively. Yield of Anjasmoro and Wilis was 2.50 ton/ha and 2.65 ton/ha, respectively.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh residu pupuk organik terhadap kedelai varietas Wilis dan Anjasmoro pada musim tanam II yang dibudidayakan secara organik. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan IPB Cikarawang, Laboratorium Produksi Tanaman Departemen Agronomi dan Horikultura, serta Laboratorium Kimia Tanah, Departemen Ilmu Tanah dan Sumberdaya Lahan, Faperta, IPB pada bulan Oktober 2010 sampai Februari 2011. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Petak Terbagi (Split Plot Design) dua faktor, yaitu pupuk organik dan varietas. Pupuk oganik digunakan sebagai petak utama dan varietas sebagai anak petak. Petak utama terdiri atas tiga jenis perlakuan pupuk organik yaitu 20 ton pupuk kandang ayam/ha, 10 ton pupuk kandang ayam/ha dengan penambahan 3.5 ton Centrosema pubescens/ha dan 10 ton pupuk kandang ayam/ha dengan penambahan 3.5 ton Tithonia diversifolia/ha. Anak petak terdiri atas dua jenis varietas yaitu Anjasmoro dan Wilis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk organik hanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar Fe biji sedangkan pada komponen pertumbuhan dan produksi lainnya, pupuk organik berpengaruh tidak nyata. Varietas berbeda nyata pada tinggi tanaman umur 2, 3, 5, 6, dan 7 MST, bobot basah dan kering tajuk dan daun 7 MST, jumlah polong isi, jumlah cabang produktif, jumlah buku produktif, bobot 100 biji, kadar Fe dan Zn biji, berbeda sangat nyata pada bobot kering akar 7 MST. Interaksi antara pupuk organik dan varietas hanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar Fe biji. Potensi produksi kedelai dengan pemberian 20 ton pupuk kandang/ha, 10 ton pupuk kandang/ha ditambah 3.5 ton Centrosema pubescens/ha dan 10 ton pupuk kandang ayam/ha ditambah 3.5 ton Tithonia diversifolia/ha berturut-turut adalah 2.43 ton/ha, 2.43 ton/ha, dan 2.26 ton/ha. Potensi produksi kedelai varietas Wilis dan Anjasmoro berturut-turut adalah 2.28 ton/ha dan 2.46 ton/ha

Kalau dahulu, ak- tiviti pembelian secara online menjadi amalan warga net, tetapi sekarang bukan sahaja berjual beli, malah mesyuarat, pengajaran dan pembelajaran, persidangan, pertandingan, bahkan bersukan juga turut dijalankan secara maya. Se- bagai salah seorang warga pendidik, segala cabaran dan tanggungjawab yang diamanahkan hendaklah dijalankan dengan jujur. Walaupun di awalnya bergelut dengan persediaan bahan pengajaran dan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan repot, memantau aktiviti pelajar secara atas talian, sekarang ianya menjadi rutin yang dapat dilaksanakan dengan kadar yang mudah dan segera. Dalam pada kerajaan bertungkus-lumus merealisasikan program pemulihan negara dalam melawan pandemik COVID-19, para pendidik turut memainkan peranan demi menjamin sistem pendidikan tetap terurus dan ilmu berterusan disampaikan kepada pelajar. Sebagai salah satu daripada langkah pencegahan penularan pan¬demik COVID-19, Kementerian Pendidikan Tinggi Malaysia telah mengarahkan kaedah pengajaran dan pembelajaran dilaksanakan secara atas talian.
