    STRATEGI PEMASARAN SEKOLAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN PENDIDIKAN SDIT DI GUNUNG TERANG BANDAR LAMPUNG

    ABSTRAK Latar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya pening�katan jumlah siswa dari tahun ke tahun, yang terhitung sejak Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 hingga 2023/2024. Peningkatan jumlah siswa di SDIT Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung tidak terlepas dari strategi pemasaran yang telah dilaksanakan oleh pihak lembaga. Upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh SDIT Pe�lita Khoirul Ummah dan SDIT Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran antara lain melalui testimoni wali murid, pembuatan brosur, penyelenggaraan lomba, pemanfaatan media sosial, serta kunjungan langsung ke sekolah TK. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, penulis tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih dalam mengenai strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah dan SDIT Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi tujuh elemen dalam bauran pemasaran, yaitu jasa pendidikan, biaya, lokasi, promosi, sumber daya manusia (guru), sarana dan prasarana, serta proses yang diterapkan di kedua sekolah tersebut Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk memahami perilaku, fenomena, atau keadaan tertentu. Sumber data meliputi wakil kepala sekolah, guru, staf tata usaha, peserta didik, dan wali murid SDIT Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi kes�impulan. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi, menggabungkan dokumentasi, observasi, dan catatan lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran dan manajemen pendidikan Islam sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan akademik. 1) Jasa Pendidikan: SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah dan SDIT Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang menawarkan program unggulan yang membantu perkembangan akademik dan spiritual siswa. 2) Biaya: Keduanya menawarkan struktur biaya yang mempertim�bangkan kebutuhan siswa dengan potongan dan bantuan keuangan. 3) Lokasi: SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah berada di lokasi strategis, dan SDIT Muham�madiyah menggunakan teknologi untuk menjadi lebih mudah diakses. 4) Promosi: memanfaatkan social media, pengadaan lomba sekolah dan strategi kunjungan langsung . 5) SDM: SDIT Muhammadiyah berfokus pada profe�sionalisme, sedangkan SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah menekankan nilai reli�gious. 6) Sarana Prasarana: Keduanya menggunakan pendekatan inovatif un�tuk mengelola fasilitas. 7) Proses Pembelajaran: Gunakan pendekatan inovatif yang memenuhi kebutuhan siswa. Kata kunci: Kepuasan pelanggan, pendidikan, strategi Pemasaran, vi ABSTRACT The background of this study was the increase in the number of students year by year, from the 2019/2020 academic year to 2023/2024. The increase in the number of students at SDIT Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung was influenced by the marketing strategies implemented by the institution. The efforts made by SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah and SDIT Muhammadiyah Gunung Terang in carrying out marketing activities in�cluded testimonials from parents, brochure creation, organizing competi�tions, utilizing social media, and conducting direct visits to kindergartens. Based on this background, the author was interested in exploring the mar�keting strategies applied by SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah and SDIT Mu�hammadiyah Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung. This study aimed to ex�amine the implementation of seven elements in the marketing mix, namely educational services, costs, location, promotion, human resources (teach�ers), facilities, and processes applied at both schools. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach to under�stand behaviors, phenomena, or specific situations. The data sources in�cluded the vice principal, teachers, administrative staff, students, and par�ents of SDIT Gunung Terang Bandar Lampung. Data collection tech�niques involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and con�clusion verification. Data validity was tested through triangulation, com�bining documentation, observation, and field notes. The results of this study showed that marketing strategies and Is�lamic education management were crucial in increasing academic satis�faction. 1) Product: SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah and SDIT Muhammadi�yah Gunung Terang offered outstanding programs that supported stu�dents' academic and spiritual development. 2) Price: Both schools provid�ed a cost structure that considered students' needs, with discounts and fi�nancial assistance. 3) Place: SDIT Pelita Khoirul Ummah was located in a strategic area, while SDIT Muhammadiyah used technology to make it more accessible. 4) Promotion: They utilized social media, organized school competitions, and conducted direct visits. 5) People: SDIT Mu�hammadiyah focused on professionalism, while SDIT Pelita Khoirul Um�mah emphasized religious values. 6) Phsycal evidence: Both schools ap�plied innovative approaches to manage their facilities. 7) Process: They used innovative approaches that met students' needs Keywords: Customer satisfaction, education, marketing strateg

    Televisi merupakan suatu kekuatan yang secara dominan dapat mempengaruhi masyarakat modern. Televisi memiliki berbagai program yang disajikan sesuai dengan segmen pemirsanya. Dengan melimpahnya tayangntayangan oleh stasiun televisi, mempermudah bagi siapa saja untuk mendapatkan informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhanya. Tayangan yang saat ini cukup banyak menjamur di televisi adalah tayangan kriminal. Pemberitaan kriminal yang ada di televisi antara lain, Reportase Investigasi Trans TV, dan sebagainya. Tayangan reportase investigasi pada dasarnya memberikan informasi seputar pemberitaan kriminal, dapat membantu masyarakat khalayak untuk mengetahui informasi tentang pemberitaan kriminal, dan juga dapat membantu masyarakat untuk membedakan berita mana yang positif dan mana yang negatif. Permasalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh tayangan pemberitaan kriminal di televisi terhadap prilaku masyarakat RT 01 RW 06 Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru. Penulis menggunakan teknik analisa data secara stastik dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu riset analisanya disajikan dalam bentuk angka-angka kemudian kemudian dijelaskan dalam bentuk uraian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori The Mathematical Theory Of Communication yang menyatakan bahwa komunikasi sebagai proses linier, dimana fikiran seseorang mempengaruhi pikiran orang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masyarakat RT 01 RW 06 Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru, yang mulai dari umur 15 tahun ke atas yang berjumlah 1541 orang. Dan penulis menetapkan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 154 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukan bahwa hasil uji t {t hitung}= 0,1< 0,05 dengan kata lain bahwa : pengaruh Pemberitaan Kriminal Peportase Investigasi Trans TV terhadap prilaku masyarakat RT 01 RW 06 Kelurahan Simpang Baru Kecamatan Tampan KotaPekanbaru menunjukan hasil yang signifikan “ jika dipersentasekan maka dapat dilihat dari tabel output regresi model summary yakni dari nilai R square dimana nilai R square adalah 0,569 atau 56,9%. Dapat diartikan bahwa 56% pengaruh pemberitaan kriminal terhadap prilaku masyarakat dipengaruhi oleh tayangan pemberitaan kriminal reportase investigasi trans tv.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas terhadap kebijakan dividen pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang Konsumsi Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2010 - 2014. Likuiditas diukur menggunakan current ratio (CR), kebijakan dividen diukur dengan dividend payout ratio (DPR). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 10 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan studi dokumentasi. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana data panel dengan model random effect, uji keberartian regresi (uji F) dan uji keberartian koefisien regresi (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen. Hal ini berarti bahwa naik atau turunnya kebijakan deviden dapat dipengaruhi oleh likuditas. ; This purpose of this research is to prove the influence of liquidity on dividend policy at manufacturing company sector consumer goods sub sector food and drink listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2010 - 2014. Liquidity was measured by current ratio (CR), and dividend policy was measured by dividend payout ratio (DPR). The research method used is descriptive verificatif. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, and acquired 10 companies as the samples. The data collection technique is by documentation study. Statistical analysis used is simple regression for polled data with random effect model, regression significance test (F-test), and regression coefficient significance test (t-test).     Reducing Manufacturing Lead Time With Lean Manufacturing Approach Case Study: CV Suho Garmindo

    The purpose of this study is to reduce the Lead Time Manufacturing of mask products at CV Suho Garmindo. At this time it is known that Lead Time Manufacturing is influenced by Non-Value-Added activities and Necessary Non-Value Added activities in which there are several wastes that occur, these activities include the temporary storage process in the loading section, the process of reworking defective products and the transportation process. The method used is Lean Manufacturing, the tools used are Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Process Cycle Activity (PAM). Value Stream Mapping is used to identify activities that have a cycle time greater than the takt time, followed by Process Cycle Activity mapping to analyze activities that are Non-Value Added activities. Furthermore, NVA activities are analyzed with 5W1H, and 5 why's tool to find out the root of the problem. Based on the research results from 126.1 minutes of lead time process 110 minutes is a non-value added activity. The rework process is identified as having the largest value of contributing lead time, so rework must be eliminated. After it is known that the root cause of the rework process is due to the ineffectiveness of the sewing process (bottleneck occurs), then for improvement the author proposes the needs of the available machines and man power. The changes are the number of machines from 9 to 10, sonday operators from 2 people to 1 person, finished stick operators from 2 people to 1 person, and funnel operators from 2 people to 4 people. Furthermore, the optimal layout improvement based on production flow is described. Due to research limitations, this research did not reach the implementation stage. So with the change in the number of machine requirements and available man power, it is expected that the rework process will be reduced so that the Manufacturing Lead Time can be reduced

    The Role of The Humanist Approach to Inter-Korean Diplomatic Relations During the DPRK’s Nuclear Crisis

    Relations between inter-Korean have worsened as tensions from the DPRK nuclear crisis have continued to escalate. Amidst the existing tensions, some of the Republic of Korea regimes have taken a humanist approach in dealing with the DPRK, which has resulted in improving relations between both countries. The author uses Samuel P. Huntington's political order theory to explore a stable and effective political system in managing conflict and making decisions. This study uses qualitative methods with secondary sources from journals, books, reports, official documents, and official websites. The results of this study indicate that the humanist approach is more effective in dealing with the DPRK through meetings held by the leaders of the two countries to build cooperative relations such as the construction of the Kaesong Industrial Complex, economic aid worth hundreds of billions of Won to prevent North Korea's nuclear development, and dialogue conducted through state meetings. In addition, policies made by the Republic of Korea, such as the Sunshine Policy, are able to embrace the DPRK and prioritize dialogue when the DPRK violates the agreement in cooperation without unilaterally terminating the cooperative relationship as was done by the Lee Myung-bak and Park Geun-hye regimes with their conservative approaches. Political institutions also play an important role in making foreign policies that have an impact on the security stability of the Republic of Korea

    Projektin lähtökohtana oli saada toimiva, selkeä ja edustava internetsivusto yritykselle. Sivuston valmistukseen harkittiin useita eri työkaluvaihtoehtoja. Lopuksi päädyttiin siihen tulokseen, että ohjelmakoodin kirjoittaminen tekstieditorilla on tekijän kannalta paras vaihtoehto. Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli valmistaa toimiva ja edustava internetsivusto Kaihdinliike K. Nyroos Ky:lle. Yrityksellä ei ollut lainkaan internetsivuja ennen projektia. Sivuston piti sopia yrityksen uuteen ulkoasuun sekä mainostaa asiakkaille yrityksen palveluja. Sivusto on ohjelmoitu pääosin HTML-kielellä, mutta se sisältää myös PHP:tä sekä JavaScriptiä. Sivuille suunniteltiin lisäksi tietokanta- tai hallintoominaisuuksia, mutta niistä luovuttiin, koska niistä olisi ollut enemmän haittaa kuin hyötyä.The aim of the project was to get working and simple Internet pages which give a good impression of Kaihdinliike Nyroos. Several different tool choices were taken into consideration for the project, but in the end the conclusion was that writing the program code with a text editor would be the best choice for the author. This method of programming was a little more time-consuming, but much more precise. The pages are written mostly in HTML, but they also contain JavaScript and PHP. The graphics used on the pages are either created by drawing with the computer, or in the case of other companies’ logos, copied from their respective Internet pages. The pages have a simple layout: navigation links on the left-hand side and contents on the right-hand side. The layout is easy to use and to understand. The pages contain information about the company, advertisements and links to the manufacturers’ Internet pages

    Opinnäytetyön aiheena on radio-ohjelman suunnittelu ja toteutus. Ohjelma nimeltä ’Saarensa arvoinen’ julkaistiin Yle Radio Suomessa itsenäisyyspäivänä 6.12.2011 ja uusittiin loppiaisena 6.1.2012. Opinnäytetyöllä haluttiin osoittaa, miten monipuoliseen työskentelyyn HAAGA-HELIA ammattikorkeakoulun journalismin koulutusohjelma tarjoaa eväitä. Toimeksiantaja opinnäytetyön produktiosalle on Yle Radio Suomi. Toimeksiantaja antoi tekijälle vapaat kädet ohjelman toteutukseen. Etukäteen sovittiin viitekehys ja pituus, joihin valmis radio-ohjelma voisi sopia. Erityistä huomiota haluttiin kiinnittää äänimaailmaan, sillä ”studion taustaääni” ei sopinut tällaiseen ohjelmaan. Opinnäytetyö alkoi lokakuun 2011 alussa ideoinnilla. Ideoinnin ja haastateltavan suostumuksen kautta produkti käynnistyi lokakuun aikana. Opinnäytetyöntekijä vastasi kaikista ohjelmantekoon liittyvistä asioista. Tekijä tallensi ohjelman päähenkilön kanssa käymänsä keskustelut ja toimi samalla äänitarkkailijana, jotta äänitys onnistui. Tekijä vastasi myös ohjelman käsikirjoituksesta ja äänimaisemasta. Tekijä editoi ohjelman valmiiksi ja siirsi sen Yle Radio Suomen ohjelmakantaan. Produktin lopputuloksena syntyi tarina nykyajan saaristolaiselämästä sekä aikamatka Tammion historiaan.The topic of this thesis is a radio program design and implementation. A program called “The Worth of One’s Island” was first aired on Yle Radio Finland's Independ-ence Day program on 12/06/2011 and repeated on 01/06/2012. The objective of the thesis was to demonstrate how a multifaceted journalistic skill set can be achieved through attending the relevant degree program of the HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences. The product part of the thesis was sponsored by Yle Radio Finland, which gave free-dom to the author to design and implement the program; only the framework and suit-able length of the program were defined in advance. Particular attention was given to the concept of “audio landscape,” as the “studio background sound” was not suitable for the program style. The thesis work began in October 2011 with the generation of an idea. After finalizing the concept and getting the consent of the interviewee, the actual product work also started in October 2011. The author was responsible for all matters related to the making of this program. She recorded the discussions with the main character of the program and simultaneously took care of the sound recording and sound quality control, so that the recording was of high quality. The author was also responsible for writing the script of the program and planning of the overall audio landscape. Finally, she edited the program and moved it to the Yle Radio Finland’s program database. The end result of the product part was a story of modern life in the archipelago, as well as some time travel back into Tammio’s history

    Kirjoittaja käsittelee myönnyttelymuotiksi kutsumansa konstruktion käyttöä. Myönnyttelymuotti on nollasubjektikonstruktio, joka rakentuu mahdollisuutta ilmaisevasta modaaliverbistä (voida, saada, sopia tai passata), liitepartikkelista -hAn, sävypartikkelista sitä sekä A-infinitiivin perusmuodosta. Muotin mukaisia lauseita ovat esimerkiksi Voihan sitä sanoa ja Saahan sitä toivoa. Kirjoittaja tarkastelee muotin käyttöä Couper-Kuhlenin ja Thompsonin (2000) esittämässä peruskonsessiivin (cardinal concessive) skeemassa. Sen mukaisessa toimintajaksossa myönnyttelymuotti osoittaa samanmielisyyttä tai hyväksyntää toisen puhujan esittämälle mielipiteelle tai toimintatavalle siten, että samanmielisyyden tai hyväksynnän esitystä seuraa ainakin osin erimielinen eli kontrastiivinen mielipide.Artikkeli perustuu 328 esimerkin aineistoon, josta suurin osa on poimittu internetissä. Internetin lisäksi kirjoittaja hyödyntää Kielipankin sanomalehtikorpuksia sekä kaunokirjallisuudesta löytyneitä esimerkkejä. Tutkimuksessa limittyy kaksi funktionaalista kielentutkimuksen suuntausta: Se tarkastelee myönnyttelymuottia vakiintuneena muodon ja merkityksen yhteenliittymänä eli konstruktiona kognitiivisen kieliopin ja konstruktiokieliopin kehyksessä. Toisaalta se tarkastelee vuorovaikutuksen vakiintunutta toimintojaksoa keskustelunanalyysin ja vuorovaikutuslingvistiikan näkökulmasta.Artikkeli käsittelee kahta myönnyttelymuotin käyttöä. Näistä ensimmäisessä myönnyttelymuotti rakentaa puhekumppaneiden eli myönnytellyn mielipiteen esittäjän ja myönnyttelijän välistä yhteisymmärrystä. Tässä kirjoittajan neuvottelevaksi kutsumassa käytössä myönnyttelymuottia hallitsee yleensä verbimuoto voihan. Neuvottelevassa käytössä muotin esiintymää seuraa eksplisiittinen kontrasti, joka ei kiistä puhekumppanin näkemystä, mutta lisää siihen jonkin näkökulman tai pyrkii osoittamaan vaihtoehtoisen tavan tarkastella puheenalaista asiaintilaa. The concessionary model is a zero-subject construction, which uses a modal verb expressing possibility (voida ‘to be able’, saada ‘to be allowed’, sopia ‘to be acceptable’ or passata ‘to be agreeable’), the enclitic particle -hAn, the tone particle sitä, and the basic, first infinitive form of the verb ending in A. Examples of clauses using this construction are, Voihan sitä sanoa ‘one could say’ and Saahan sitä toivoa ‘one may hope’. The author examines the use of this construction from the perspective of the cardinal concessive schema presented by Couper-Kuhlen and Thompson (2000). Seen in this light, the concessionary model offers agreement with or acceptance of the opinions or actions of another speaker in such a way that the expression of acceptance is followed, at least in part, by a disagreeing or contrasting opinion.The article is based on a corpus of 328 examples, the majority of which have been taken from the Internet. As well as examples from the Internet, the author makes extensive use of the newspaper corpus held at the Language Bank of Finland and examples from literary texts. This article employs two functional strands of linguistic research: it examines the concessionary model as an established coalescence of form and meaning (i.e. as a construction) within the framework of cognitive grammar and construction grammar. On the other hand, it assesses the established functions of interaction from the perspective of conversation analysis and interactional linguistics.The article examines two uses of the concessionary model. In the first of these uses, the concessionary model establishes a shared understanding between the two speakers, i. e. between the person presenting a concessionary opinion and the person conceding the point. In this construction, which the author calls the ‘negotiation mode’, the concessionary model is normally governed by the verb form voihan ‘indeed it may’. In its negotiation mode, the concessionary model is normally followed by an explicit contrast, which does not refute the view of the opposing speaker but which adds another perspective or attempts to present an alternative way of viewing events. In its other use, the concessionary model already implies this contrast and is therefore not necessarily followed by another contrast, as in the negotiation mode. In these instances the concessionary model is affective and serves more to refute the view presented rather than to affirm it. In its affective use the model is governed by the verb forms saahan ‘one may well’, sopiihan ‘it may be appropriate’ or passaahan ‘indeed it is agreeable’. The concessionary model is used in an affective manner in an attempt to affect the views of the other speaker(s) in the situation, so that a position, which has seemingly been conceded, is in fact rejected
