Kematangan Emosi, Percaya Diri Dan Kecemasan Berbicara Di Depan Kelas
Abstract. The purpose of the research is to know the relationship between the emotional maturity and self confidence related to the students’ nervousness when they speak in front of the class. The subject of this research is 123 of 5th grade students of Petra 5 Christian Elementary School. The result of this research shows that there is a significant correlation between the emotional maturity and self confidence and the students’ nervousness when they speaking front of the class; partially, the result shows that the emotional maturity correlates negatively but it is not significant with the students’ signifycant who speak in front of the class and self confidence, correlates negatively which is significant with the students’ signifycance when they speak in front of the class.Keyword : the nervousness speaking in front of the class, the maturity of the emotional, self confidenc

HUBUNGAN ANTARA METAKOGNISI DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DENGAN KREATIVITAS
Abstract, The research was conducted to find out the relationship between the metacognition and the achievement motivation and the creativity. The subject of the research was the first semester students of Counseling Department academic year 2011/2012 Nusantara PGRI University Kediri. The instrument used was the creativity scale, the metacognition scale, and the achievement motivation scale. The result of the research showed that metacognition and achievement motivation was significantly associated with the creativity shown by the calculated F value 63,084 and the significance of 0,000 (<0,05). The result of determination is 0,508. It means that 50,8 % independent variables (metacognition and achievement motivation) gave contribution to dependent variable (creativity). The result of partial correlation analysis showed that there is a very significant relationship between metacognition and creativity. Religiusitas, kecerdasan emosi dan perilaku prososial guru
The purpose of this research is to know whether there is a relationship between religiousity, emotional intelegence and prosocial behaviour. This reseach is conducted to 80 Islamic teachers of State Junior High School all around District Semen. The data is obtained by using the scala measurement of religiousity, emotional intelegence and prososial behaviour. The result of regresi analysis show that: (1) there is a relationship between religiousity, emotional intelegence and prosocial behaviour (F = 36,349) and p = 0,000) partially (2) there is a relationship between religioustly and prosocial behavior (t = 2, 789 dan p = 0,0007) and (3) there is a relationship between emotuional intelegence and prosocial behaviour (t 5,631 pada p = 0,000). The two predictors influence 48,6% to the prosocial behaviour
