Communication within the scientific process by Croatian journals
The scientific communication of Croatian cultural community with the worldwide one is studied in Croatian journals from the second half of the 19th century. Twelve titles among those which appeared in that period were analysed if they were published in Croatian irrespective of their geographic or political locality: Gospodarski list (1842- ), Kolo (1842-53), Zora Dalmatinska (1844-49), Pravdonoša (1851-52), Arkiv za pověstnicu jugoslavensku (1851-75), Pravnik (1853-54), Napredak (1859- ), Književnik (1864-66), Rad Jugoslavenske akademije znanosti i umjetnosti (1867-8), Šumarski list (1877- ), Liečnički viestnik (1877- ), Glasnik hrvatskoga naravoslovnoga družtva (1886-1907). The appearance of references to works of the forerunners was chosen as the indicator among a dozen possible ones from the pertinent literature. The following questions were sought to be answered: when, and how (including the location within the papers) were the references expressed, (2) is there a full bibliographic information about the source, and (3) is the foreign literature referred to.
The historical framework is established together with the gradual introduction of the references in Croatian journals, from the first case - List měsečni horvatsko-slavonskoga Gospodarskoga Družtva from 1842, through an editorial stabilization - Arkiv za pověstnicu jugoslavensku from 1865, to the almost contemporary referencing style - Glasnik hrvatskoga naravoslovnoga družtva from 1886. The referencing initiator was Ivan Kukuljević Sakcinski, as the editor of and the author of many a paper in the journal Arkiv za pověstnicu jugoslavensku. The Croatian (scientific) journals came into being with a lag from the European ones by two centuries, but they caught up rather quickly
MODEL OF CHANGE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE IN CITRARAYA PARISH THROUGH THE LEADERSHIP ROLE OF THE PARISH PRIESTS
Change management in religious organizations, such as parishes, requires an effective management model so that it can run well and sustainably. The lack of consideration of personal quality factors and leadership of parish priests is a major problem in realizing better change management performance. This study is intended to initiate a change management performance model in Citra Raya Parish through the leadership role of the parish priest. This study uses an empirical research method with a quantitative approach, with a case study in Citra Raya Parish. Valid data was collected from 100 parishioners through an online empirical survey, using a purposive random sampling technique. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of change management performance in the parish environment was influenced by the role of the pastor's leadership style and the personal qualities he possesses. Theoretically, these results contribute significantly to the existing literature, in line with the understanding that good leadership and personal qualities impact the ability to overcome management changes in an organization in this case study in a religious organization. The performance model of change management in Citra Raya Parish produced in this study has significant benefits and can contribute to being a reference for other churches in managing change more systematically and sustainably
The Effect of Giving Sorghum on the Growth of Native Chickens Aged 3-10 Weeks
Native chicken farms in Indonesia at this time have experienced very rapid development. One of the poultry that is currently being developed in Indonesia is the Super kampung chicken. The current reality is that the price of commercial feed in the market is felt by farmers to be very expensive, while feed is the largest component in poultry farming, where the cost of feed can reach 60-70% of the total production cost, so it is very important to look for other alternative feeds in the availability of ration feed ingredients. to keep production costs as small as possible without reducing optimum production. The use of sorghum seeds in the ration of super native chicken is (substitute) for corn because its nutritional content is almost the same as corn. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of 5 treatments and 3 replications. S0 (Control) of chickens that were not given sorghum, S1 of chickens that were fed a diet containing 7.5% sorghum, S2= 15%, S3= 22.5% and S4= 30%. The arrangement of the 3-story cage with a total of 15 plots, each containing 5 chickens, so that 75 chickens were used with a body weight range of 183.2-210.0 g. From the results of the study, the administration of various levels of sorghum did not have a significant effect (P>0.05) on final body weight, weight gain, ration consumption, and ration conversion of super-village chickens aged 3-10 weeks. In the administration of various levels of sorghum at S0 (Control) it was higher than the S1, S2, S3, and S4 treatments on final body weight, weight gain, ration consumption, and ration conversion for super free-range chickens aged 3-10 weeks

Kaj o revolucionarnem terorju v letih 1944-1945 odkrivajo arhivi v Srbiji?:
The author deals with tutorship as one of the most effective forms of one-to-one learning. The relationship between a tutor and a student is studied in detail and it is established that the quality of such a relationship can be considerably better than the one, where a tutor and a student arc engaged in a more formal one. The article, which is based on the data gathered from a research, speaks about conditions, which are necessary for an informal tutor-student re lationship to evolve. The author also answers the question of the characteristics the students expect from their tutors. What should, therefore, a personal profile of an informal tutor be? This also partly answers the question of a good leader and the characteristics a good leader possesses, since leaders are also good tutors. Informal tutors, who offered skills, knowledge and useful insight, were mostly people\u27s male and female friends (80 % ), individual teachers if they\u27ve become close (65 %), a spouse (50%) and a co-worker (42 %). When considering the development of a tutor-student relationship, the basis was knowledge and expertise of the other person (29 % of replies), moreover personal characteristics of a tutor were underlined (71 %). The research also revealed that only certain people can assume a role of a tutor. As a single, most important characteristic the following were selected: has the ability to listen, is emphatic and tolerant to the other person. Everybody, without exception selected these characteristics. The second characteristic (53 %), but of a much lesser importance than the first one was: friendly, likeable, amicable, warm, nice, humane. It is of equal importance for a tutor to be open, honest and broad-minded. Everybody believes they could successfully develop (or have successfully developed) if being (having been) engaged in a relationship with such a tutor.
Influence of author\u27s birthplace on setting of novels
Upoštevala sem oznake roman v Cobissu, vendar ob upoštevanju, da so oznake tam velikokrat napačne, zato sem za prvi kriterij, ali je delo res roma, upoštevala avtorjevo oznako v podnaslovu.I will get down to question in a dissertation, if birthplace of an author influences this, where an author puts activity in his novel. I helped myself with the book of 100 slovenskih pripovednikov and web portal Geopedija at selection of authors. Because I wanted writers from different parts of Slovenia, I chose three random representatives from every region·. I distributed authors round statistical regions of Slovenia and read through all their novels. I found only one or two author at the Zasavje and Posavje region.
I limited myself only to novels, as entire opera of all authors would be too extensive for my research. Complied with am mark the novel in Cobiss, however bearing in mind, that marks are wrong there several times, I am for first criterion therefore, is it work of really frame, complied with author\u27s mark in subtitle
Literary literacy and geographical literacy: approaches and possibilities based on an experience in basic education
Palavras-chave: metodologia de ensino; letramento geográfico; interdisciplinaridade; educação libertadoraThis work aims to contribute to the discussion on the importance of literary literacy in Geography teaching practices, as a means of liberating education, and to the development of the concept of “geographic literacy” in Brazil. It seeks to combine, in a didactic manner, the possibilities of this methodology with what is learned in the classroom and the students’ life experiences, in order to stimulate critical thinking about human actions in the territory. The study aims to promote literary and geographic literacy among seventh-grade students at Effie Rolfs State School, in Viçosa, Minas Gerais, through an action research project involving Geography teachers (the researcher and author of this dissertation), Portuguese Language teachers, and the students of these classes. School environments encourage literacy practices, particularly the library. It holds invaluable knowledge and, when students feel motivated, contact with literary works becomes a transformative experience in their lives. Through the social practices of reading, writing, and communication, the research participants identified a common issue that affects them personally and as a society: bullying and racism, often two sides of the same coin. It was observed that reading literary works enabled the contextualized approach to geographic content, fostering reflections on this common issue. The experience showed that interdisciplinary practices strengthen reading, writing, and critical thinking skills. It is concluded that the articulation between Literature and Geography supports the development of autonomous individuals who are aware of their role in society. EVALUATING LEARNING OUTCOMES STRATEGIES FOR ENHANCING TEACHING EFFECTIVENESS IN THE CLASSROOM
This study aims to explore the relationship between learning outcome evaluation strategies and teaching effectiveness in the classroom. In the context of modern education, which emphasizes active and competency-based learning, evaluation is no longer viewed merely as a final measurement tool but as an integral part of the learning process that supports pedagogical decision-making. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data from student assessments with qualitative datafrom interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that consistent implementation of formative assessments enhances teachers’ ability to respond adaptively to students’ needs. Moreover, authentic assessment strategies—such as portfolios, project-based evaluations, and self-reflections—are proven to strengthen student engagement and support more holistic learning achievements. Student involvement in the evaluation process, through self-assessment and peer-assessment, also contributes positively to their learning awareness and personal responsibility. These findings underscore that well-designed evaluation practices can serve as a strategic foundation for more effective, meaningful, and student-centered instruction. The study recommends strengthening teacher capacity in designing and applying assessments, along with institutional support to foster a reflective and collaborative evaluation culture within school
