Pemanfaatan media promosi saat ini digunakan dalam berbagai macam hal, salah satunya untuk penyampaian informasi. Hal ini disebabkan informasi lebih mudah dan efektif diterima apabila menggunakan media promosi. Adapun permasalahan/kekurangan dari Planetarium dan Observatorium Jakarta adalah kurang menarik dan informatif di media promosi yang telah dilakukan oleh Planetarium dan Obsertaroium Jakarta .
Pemilihan Planetarium dan Observatoirum Jakarta sebagai studi kasus dalam Tugas Akhir ini didasari atas pertimbangan bahwa perusahaan ini memiliki kelemahan di media promosinya sehingga mengalami penurunan pengunjung.
Perancangan dilakukan dengan berdasarkan pada teori-teori pijakan, yaitu desain persuasi, fungsi persuasi, komunikasi persuasi, dan media promosi yaitu Internet , Majalah, Brosur, Event, Merchandise
Berdasarkan data, fakta, serta hasil analisis maka dihasilkan konsep-konsep perancangan, diantaranya adalah konsep komunikasi, konsep kreatif dan konsep visual yang kemudian diwujudkan dalam bentuk karya desain sesuai konsep media yang telah di tetapkan.
Perancangan media promosi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung yang datang ke Planetarium dan Observatorium sehingga lebih memperkenalkan lembaga tersebut ke masyarkat.

PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN FAKTOR EKSTERNAL PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR CAMAT SIANTAR MARIMBUN
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Faktor Internal Dan Faktor Eksternal Pegawai Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Camat Siantar Marimbun. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil uji hipotesis secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Faktor Internal memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang ditunjukkan nilai thitung (5,262) > ttabel (1,676). Selain Itu, variabel Faktor Eksternal juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai dengan nilai thitung (2,364) > ttabel (1,676). Selanjutnya, hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa Faktor Internal dan Faktor Eksternal secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, ditunjukkan nilai Fhitung (28,934) > Ftabel (3,191). Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi, diperoleh nilai Rsquare sebesar 0,541 yang berarti 54,1% variable Faktor Internal dan Faktor Eksternal berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor camat siantar marimbun, sedangkan 45,9% sisanya dijelaskan pengaruh dari variable lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

terhadap Komitmen Kerja Guru di SMA PGRI Getengan. Penelitian ini bertujuan
membuktikan apakah ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap komitmen kerja guru,
apakah ada pengaruh manajerial skil kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru,
serta apakah ada pengaruh efikasi diri dan manajerial skil kepala sekolah secara
bersama-sama terhadap komitmen kerja guru di SMA PGRI Getengan. Untuk
meningkatkan komitmen kerja guru di SMA PGRI Getengan, maka guru harus
memiliki efikasi diri yang tinggi dan didukung oleh manajerial skil kepala sekolah.
Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Juli 2022 sampai November 2022. Jumlah sampel 30
orang. Pengukuran variabel X1, X2 dan Y menggunakan kuesioner Model Likert
dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Google Form. Intrumen X1, X2 dan Y
divalidasi dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas melalui SPSS 25. Pada signifikan 5%,
rtabel = 0, 361, dan semua item rhitung ≥ rtabel , artinya semua instrumen valid. Indeks
reliabilitasnya sesuai koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,765 berarti reliabel. Data
dianalisis melalui Uji Asumsi Klasik dan Regresi Linier Berganda. Untuk
mengetahui besarnya pengaruh parsial maupun simultan dari variabel X1, X2 dan
Y dilakukan uji t, uji F, koefisien determinasi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian
disimpulkan (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan efikasi diri terhadap komitmen
kerja guru (66,99%); (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan manajerial skil
kepala sekolah terhadap komitmen kerja guru (1,57%); (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang
signifikan efikasi diri dan manajerial skil kepala sekolah secara smultan terhadap
komitmen kerja guru di SMA PGRI Getengan (68,57%).

on Teacher Work Commitment at SMA PGRI Getengan. This study aims to prove
whether there is an effect of self-efficacy on teacher work commitment, whether
there is an influence of principal managerial skills on teacher work commitment,
and whether there is an influence of self-efficacy and managerial skills of school
principals together on teacher work commitment at SMA PGRI Getengan . To
increase teacher work commitment at SMA PGRI Getengan, teachers must have
high self-efficacy and be supported by the managerial skills of the principal. This
research was conducted from July 2022 to November 2022. The number of samples
was 30 people.The measurement of variables X1, X2 and Y uses a Likert Model
questionnaire and data collection techniques through the Google Form.
Instruments X1, X2 and Y were validated by validity and reliability tests through
SPSS 25. At a significant 5%, rtable = 0.361, and all items rcount ≥ rtable, meaning
that all instruments are valid. The reliability index is according to the Cronbach's
Alpha coefficient = 0.765 which means it is reliable. Data were analyzed through
Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression. To find out the
magnitude of the partial or simultaneous influence of the variables X1, X2 and Y, a
t test, F test, coefficient of determination and correlation analysis were carried out.
The results of this study concluded (1) there is a significant influence of self-efficacy
on teacher work commitment (66.99%); (2) There is no significant effect of the
principal's managerial skills on teacher work commitment (1.57%); (3) There is a
significant influence of self-efficacy and managerial skills of the principal together
on the work commitment of teachers at SMA PGRI Getengan (68.57%).

Depictions of Religiosity in Married Nias Women
No full textMarriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife in forming a family based on Belief in the One Supreme God. Religious values are one of the foundational strongholds in building a household that can be applied in running a household. The purpose of this research is to know the description of religiosity in Nias women who are married. In this study the data were obtained using qualitative methods. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were 2 Nias women who were married with a marriage span of 5-10 years. The results of this study indicate that married Nias women have different levels of religiosity as a role in marriage. With the role of religiosity which is interpreted in actions and daily activities to help the subject survive the events experienced in undergoing marriage.Pernikahan merupakan suatu ikatan lahir batin antara pria dan wanita sebagai suami istri dalam membentuk keluarga berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Mahas Esa. Nilai agama salah satu benteng fondasi dalam membangun rumah tangga yang dapat diterapkan dalam menjalankan rumah tangga. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui gambaran religiusitas pada wanita suku Nias yang sudah menikah. Pada penelitian ini data diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara, observasi. Pengambilan subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 2 orang wanita suku nias yang menikah dengan rentang pernikahan 5-10 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya wanita suku Nias yang sudah menikah memiliki religiusitas sebagai peran dalam menjalani pernikahan dengan tingkat yang berbeda-beda. Dengan adanya peran religiusitas yang dimaknai dalam perbuatan dan aktivitas sehari-hari membantu subjek dalam bertahan terhadap peristiwa yang dialami dalam menjalani pernikahan
The Impact of Farmers' Welfare on the Conversion of Paddy Fields (Case Study in Siantar Marimbun District, Pematangsiantar City)
No full textFarmer welfare is a very important thing to pay attention to where this
welfare can be known by using indicators of farmer welfare levels, namely the
farmer exchange rate (NTP) and the Agricultural Business Exchange Rate (NTUP).
The low conditions of farmers' NTP and NTUP values can trigger the conversion
of paddy fields to non-agricultural land. This study aims to analyze and determine
the differences in household income and household expenditure of farmers who do
not convert, convert part of the land, and convert all paddy fields in Siantar
Marimbun District and analyze and determine the impact of the level of welfare of
paddy farmers' households on land conversion decisions in Siantar Marimbun
District. The data in this study were analyzed using the One Way Anova test. The
significance values of farmer household income and expenditure were respectively
0,255 and 0,434 > 0,05, meaning that on average there is no difference in the value
of income and household expenditure of rice farmers in Simarimbun District,
Pematangsiantar City. The significance value of farmer household welfare was
obtained at 0,096 > 0,05, it was concluded that on average there was no difference
in farmer household welfare so that the level of farmer welfare did not have an
impact on the decision to convert rice field land in Siantar Marimbun District,

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
The Effectiveness of Neighborhood Fund Programs on Regional Development in The Siantar Marimbun Sub-District from a Community-Driven Development Perspective
No full textThe aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of neighborhood fund management through the lens of Community-Driven Development. Purposive sampling was used in this study, with a sample size of 100 individuals. The researcher employed a quantitative method with SEM-PLS analysis technique. The findings indicate that neighborhood funds, under the Community-Driven Development approach, significantly influence the development of neighborhood infrastructure but do not significantly affect community empowerment in the Siantar Marimbun Sub- District. The Neighborhood Fund Program for regional development achieves an effectiveness ratio of 98%. This suggests that the management of neighborhood funds in the Siantar Marimbun Sub-District in 2020 still focuses on physical programs (infrastructure) and has yet to emphasize community empowerment development, partly due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the absence of specific guidelines regarding the allocation percentage for infrastructure development versus community empowerment in Mayor Regulation No. 13 of 2019 for Pematangsiantar168 PagesTesis Magiste
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
