Perusahaan CV. Navindo Jaya Makmur merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa pada pelayanan pemasangan CCTV dan pemeliharaan CCTV, perusahaan ini menjawab tantangan perusahaan atau kebutuhan rumah tangga dalam hal segi keamanan. CV. Navindo Jaya Makmur sendiri berdiri sejak 2016 silam, dalam sistem kebutuhan dari sisi internal perusahaan sendiri hanya terdiri dari 2 divisi yang bernaung dalam menjalankan peran pada perusahaan, yaitu divisi pemasaran dan divisi pemasangan. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, perusahaan CV. Navindo Jaya Makmur mengalami kendala kurangya dari sisi SDM perusahaan dan kurangnya wadah atau divisi yang menangani layanan pada calon customer. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat perencanaan dan perancangam arsitektur enterprise pada perusahaan CV. Navindo Jaya Makmur dengan menggunakan metode as/is TI dan framework TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture framework) pada bagian (infrastructure bisnis, aplikasi dan teknologi). Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah gambaran perencanaan dan perancangan kebutuhan perusahaan dalam membantu pekerjaan tupoksi (tugas pokok dan fungsi) dan menjadi tolok ukur perusahaan dalam menyelaraskan kebutuhan, tujuan, dan capaian yang diraih pada perusahaan dalam jangka waktu yang akan datang. Customer Complaint Handling Strategy using the Theory Perspective of Griffin and Michael at PT Maluku Prima Makmur
Full text linkto find out the management of complaint handling at PT Maluku Prima Makmur and how the complaint management strategy at PT Maluku Prima Makmur is studied according to the theory of Griffin and Michael and determine the best strategy for making complaint management at PT Maluku Prima Makmur. This research methodology uses qualitative methods by conducting interviews with various key informants at PT. Maluku Prima Makmur. The results of this study indicate that PT Maluku Prima Makmur in handling complaints from consumers must fulfill consumer expectations regarding the failure of the product provided. Replacing products that are not in accordance with the product expected by consumers. Based on the research results, this strategy is the best strategy because it provides compensation to customers with equal value. This was able to create a negative view when making a complaint to return favorably to PT Maluku Prima Makmur

Full text linkThis research aims to (1) analyze the level of knowledge, attitudes, skills of horticultural farmers with the Aspakusa Makmur Association (2) analyze the success of the partnership pattern of horticultural farmers with the Aspakusa Makmur Association (3) analyzing the relationship of behavior of partner farmers with the success of partnership patterns in the Aspakusa Makmur Association The study was conducted in March-April 2019 at the Association of Aspakusa Makmur in Boyolali District. The method used in the research is survey. Data collection through interviews using a questionnaire. Sampling is done using the Complete Enumeration method by taking all members of the population as the study sample. All members of the Aspakusa Makmur Association farmer group numbered 35 respondents. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results showed that the level of knowledge of farmers in the Aspakusa Makmur Association was high, the level of attitudes of farmers in the Aspakusa Makmur Association was also high and the skill level of farmers in the Aspakusa Makmur Association was high, while farmers 'behavior had a positive relationship with farmers' knowledge and skills with success patterns unidirectional partnership.

Analysis of the milk supply chain of livestock farmer groups in Gunung Pati District, Semarang Regency
No full textThe aim of this research is to determine the supply chain system, margins and marketing efficiency of dairy cow’s milk in Gunung Pati. This research was conducted in February-March 2024. The location of this research was determined purposively with the consideration that Gunung Pati District is a dairy cattle business center with great potential. The respondents in this study were the entire population of the three largest Farmer’s Groups (KTT) in Gunung Pati District, namely 68 dairy farmers consisting of KTT Rejeki Lumintu, KTT Sido Makmur and KTT Rukun Makmur. This research analysis method is descriptive in nature to describe the location and type of marketing channels. The results of the research show that the marketing margin and marketing efficiency it is good, this can be seen from farmers who get more than 50% of the profit, so the farmer’s profits are quite large
