PENGARUH PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN AIRMADIDI
No full textTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Airmadidi, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 92 orang guru, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Pengaruh dari pengambilan keputusan terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,157; pengaruh dari iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,209; dan pengaruh pengambilan keputusan dan iklim organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru adalah signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,349. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Airmadidi, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara, perlu mengoptimalkan pengambilan keputusan dan penciptaan iklim organisasi sekolah yang kondusif

No full textThis research is motivated by the researchers' interest in "Duty of Heart" poetry by Ustadz Jefri Al Buchori because there are different characteristics on the background of the writer who is a preacher. Poetry has a composition of words that are beautiful and have many meanings. Poetry writing is greatly influenced by diction and imagination used by the author because it can bring up the characteristics of the author through language and the choice of words used. This study aims to analyze and describe the description/ depiction of "Tasks Hati" poetry by Ustadz Jefri Al Buchori. The image is an arrangement of words that can express sensory experience. The images consist of three parts, including visual images (visions), auditive images (sounds) and tactile images (touch or touch). The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is a poem of an Ustadz, preacher, and actor who has a special appeal in his writing characteristics. In this poem, there are only 2 images, namely visual images and tactile or tactile images which amount to 7 word vision images, tactile images as many as 8 words. The tactile image is more dominant in this poem which asks the reader to appreciate this poem and the influence of the diction used by Ustadz Jefri Al Buchori is influenced by the religious background
Pengembangan Instrumen Soft Skills Dasar Era Revolusi Industri Keempat Bagi Mahasiswa Calon Guru.
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan instrumen soft skills dasar era revolusi industri keempat bagi mahasiswa calon guru, (2) menemukan kualitas instrumen soft skills dasar era revolusi industri keempat bagi mahasiswa calon guru, (3) menemukan profil hasil pengukuran soft skills dasar era revolusi industri keempat bagi mahasiswa calon guru, dan (4) menemukan keefektifan instrumen soft skills dasar era revolusi industri keempat bagi mahasiswa calon guru.
Instrumen ini dikembangkan berdasarkan prosedur pengembangan yang mencakup: analisis kebutuhan dan konteks, penetapan tujuan pengembangan, peninjauan literatur yang relevan, penyusunan kisi-kisi instrumen, penyusunan draf instrumen, validasi ahli, uji coba dan revisi berdasarkan masukan pengguna, perakitan instrumen, pengukuran menggunakan instrumen, dan penafsiran hasil pengukuran. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini melibatkan penggunaan formula Aiken, metode Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), analisis konsistensi internal Alpha Croncbach, pendekatan Partial Credit Model (PCM), dan analisis statistik deskriptif.
Hasil penelitian ini sebagai berikut. (1) Dihasilkan Instrumen Soft Skills Dasar Era Revolusi Industri Keempat (ISSD-RI4) yang terdiri atas 6 faktor (keterampilan beradaptasi, motivasi diri, kesadaran diri, rasa keingintahuan, keterampilan sosial, dan toleransi), 21 butir soal berbentuk kasus dan dilengkapi dengan panduan penerapannya. (2) Kualitas ISSD-RI4 dikategorikan baik yang dibuktikan dengan nilai indeks validitas isi yang melebihi 0,76, validitas konstruk dengan nilai loading factor yang melebihi 0,5, nilai koefisien Alpha Cronbach sebesar 0,93, nilai-nilai statistik yang mewakili kesesuaian model pengukuran menunjukkan adanya fit model (P-value = 0,10728; RMSEA = 0,029; CFI = 0,98; SRMR = 0,047; PNFI = 0,74), dan nilai estimasi kesulitan butir (item difficulty) yang dikategorikan baik (antara -0,81 hingga 1,20). (3) Profil hasil pengukuran menunjukkan 8,37% mahasiswa dengan kategori soft skills yang sangat tinggi, 18,60% mahasiswa dengan kategori soft skills yang tinggi, 45,12% mahasiswa dengan kategori soft skills sedang/menengah, 20,93 % mahasiswa dengan kategori soft skills yang rendah, dan 6,98% mahasiswa dengan kategori soft skills yang sangat rendah. (4) Hasil penilaian kepraktisan dan keefektifan ISSD-RI4 berdasarkan penilaian pengguna menunjukkan bahwa instrumen dikategorikan sangat praktis dan efektif, di mana rerata skor kepraktisan sebesar 3,70 dan rerata skor keefektifan sebesar 3,44
Utilization meta-analysis to identify the convenience of eBooks (visual and audio) for learning
No full textThis research aims to conclude the influence of eBooks in the learning process throughout the world. The meta-analysis design taken was a group contrast between control and experimental groups with a random effect size model. The criteria used are time “data published 2018–2023,” published in English, type of publication is a quantitative research article, the research design is a difference between control and experimental groups, containing complete data “mean, sample size, and standard deviation,” and recorded in the Scopus database. Data collection was guided by the PRISMA method. The results of the analysis showed that the data were heterogeneous and free from publication bias. The results of the analysis showed that there was a large “positive” effect as indicated by a p-value <0.001<5% “95% confidence interval” and a total effect size=0.86 [0.61; 1.11]. It can be concluded based on the latest findings that eBooks have an equally good effect on all conditions which are influenced by the type of competency developed, the eBook information base, the type of eBook, and class size

No full text“Spiritual Pairan” is a writing that aims to construct a new human theology in the context of Mamasa. This research starts from the problem of reducing cultural identity in the post-evangelism church conducted by Geleijnse. In addition, Aluk Mappurondo adherents claim to be "more Christian" than adherents of Christianity which is indicated by their more devout way of religion than adherents of Christianity. Responding to this problem, the author analyzes the text of Colossians 2:16-4:1 and the concept of pairan, to construct a contextual new human in Mamasa. The approach used by the author is a local theological approach. The author hopes that this approach can construct a new human concept that is contextual in Mamasa, so that the churches in Mamasa can show a quality of life that respects culture and displays ethical quality in their lives. After conducting the analysis, the writer finds that the new human construction in the Mamasa context is pairan spirituality. The author recommends that research on the encounter of each component in pairan with Christian traditions can be followed up, such as pairan dapo' with Christian families and pairan lembä with Christian leadership
A Juridical Study toward Indonesian Disabilities Right for Public Services Accessibility according to Law No. 8 Year 2016
No full textIn this study, the author is very attentive to law for disability. In 2016, the Indonesian government has been launched a recovering law for persons with disabilities, namely Law No. 8 Year 2016. Differ with the previous law, Law No. 4 Year 1997 which still less contains the rights of persons with disabilities, especially on the things of public services accessibility. Hence, regarding to the normative analysis toward Law No. 8 Year 2016 which is used in this study. It found that the Indonesian government is already loaded the persons with disabilities right on public services accessibility. Those listed in Chapter III, Part 15 article 19 on Public Service Rights. Therefore, the development of public service facility for persons with disabilities shall be appropriate to this law. Furthermore, the details of public service in terms of implementation of respect, protection and rights meeting with disabilities are initiated by both central and local governments. All public services in Indonesia should be take attention to the Law No. 8 Year 2016 on Persons with Disabilities

investigation process in level of police. The content of the problem formulation is how the
protection of rights of the accused regulated in the Act Number 8 of 1981 on Criminal Code and
what efforts can be conducted by the accused and his family. The purpose of this research was to
give comprehension on the protection of the rights of accused during the process of investigation
conducted by police and what efforts can be conducted to prevent the violation of rights of
accused. The type of research conducted in minithesis writing was normative legal research,
wherein the type of normative research is focused on secondary data. The result of research or
conclusion can be gained is the Act Number 8 of 1981 on Criminal Code has clearly regulated
from the process of arresting, incarceration, investigation, judicature up to have the stagnant legal
power. The policy has gave the rights of the accused appropriately to those which is regulated in
the Criminal Code, however it still can not be given maximally by reason of the limitedness of
amount of police personals, in a great number of criminal action entering and the lack of
estimation given by Headquarter of Police of Republic of Indonesia to every County Police. The
effort can be conducted by the accused and his family to have securely the rights of accused
protected is by the legal assistance of advocate. In the matter of violation towards the rights of
accused, thus the accused and his family can submit pre-judicature through the assistance of
advocate. The suggestion of the author in this minithesis is the necessity to improve education
and knowledge of the police on law, the addition of personal amount of police and easier access
to gain advocate
