No full textMuda Agricultural Development Authority (MADA) is the organization that manage and store the data files that involve with the name of the farmer that register under MADA, address of the agricultural activity that been undertaken by the farmer, and others. MADA requires database that integrate with spatial data as well. But, MADA lack of spatial data in terms of locating the farmer activities that register under MADA in Kedah and Perlis. This research was conducted at Perlis and Kedah within the region of MADA. This project aim is to show the distribution of farmers activities in Kedah and Perlis by utilizing of GIS. To achieve the aim, several objectives included which is to plot the activities of farmer entrepreneur of Agro-based and identify the distribution of farmer activities in Kedah and Perlis. Database of Agro Based Entrepreneur Activities and Agro Based Industry Entrepreneur is collected. This study method was used the Hotspot Analysis were made to determine the density of farmer activities either high or low activities in particular area of Kedah and Perlis. Buffer Analysis also been utilized by buffering the main town of Kedah and Perlis within 8 km of radius. Total activities that fall inside of the buffer of main town has been count in order to know which town has the highest or lowest farmer activities. Geographic Information System application was used to utilizing the hotspot map. In conclusion, this study will contribute to the improvement data management for MADA in term of locating the farmer activities using maps

Studies on land alienation perspective under MADA administration in Perlis and Jitra / Muhammad Firdaus Hussin
No full textPaddy is one of major industries in Malaysia. In order to manage and sustaining the production of paddy in this country, an organization with a systematic planning must be established. Hence, under the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA), Muda Agriculture Development Authority (MADA) has been established with the main aim to lead the country’s paddy industry and to improve the socio-economic of farmers in Muda area. By the record in 2017, the area of paddy cultivation is about 100,685 hectares. With the large area under MADA, it might have problem to manage and to look after especially on land administration. Thus, this aim of this paper is to study on paddy field land alienation status under MADA administration. This study involving two aspects which are Social Science and Science Technology. Also, this study was covered on two Wilayah under MADA administration which are Perlis and Jitra involving 14 Pertubuhan Peladang Kawasan (PPK). To smoothen the progress of this study, there are few government organizations that involved such as Department of Survey and Mapping Malaysia (DSMM), land office and others. The data collected for this study were divided into two parts which are primary and secondary. The primary data comes from questionnaire and the secondary comes from land title certificate. The data were processed by using SPSS software, ArcGIS and also Microsoft Excel. From the processed data, a database were developed with the aid of using ArcGIS software to produce a map showing the status of paddy field land alienation under MADA administration and its analysis. The result and analysis from this study can be used to help MADA in making decisions and updating their database regarding land alienation status

Kata kunci : Perancangan, Film Animasi, Gajah Mada di Madakaripura Gajah Mada dalam catatan sejarah adalah seorang panglima perang dan tokoh yang berpengaruh pada masa kerajaan majapahit. Karena jasa Gajah Mada lah kerajaan majapahit bisa menguasai hampir seluruh wilayah nusantara seperti Sumatera, pulau Bintan, Singapura, Semenanjung Malaya, Bali, Lombok, Kalimantan, serta di wilayah timur seperti Logajah, Gurun, Sukun, Taliwung, Sapi, Gunungapi, Seram dan lainnya. Cerita perjalanan Gajah mada di air terjun Madakaripura merupakan kisah yang terabaikan. Gajah mada di Madakaripura begitu penting karena sebelum menjabat sebagai patih, sang Gajah mada berguru dan bertapa di air terjun Madakaripura. Adapun tujuan perancangan film animasi 3 dimensi yaitu menginformasikan sejarah, mengajarkan moral kepada manusia serta budaya Jawa yang kental. Perancangan film animasi ini menggunakan gabungan model perancangan Sadjiman Ebdi Sanyoto dengan Model perancangan film animasi Issac Kerlow. Model perancangan milik Sadjiman ini berisi tentang konsep perancangan komunikasi visual. Model perancangan ini dilakukan secara berurutan dan sistematis dengan tahapan latar belakang, pengumpulan data, analisis, sintesis, konsep desain, proses desain dan desain akhir. Kemudian pada tahap proses desain ini menggunakan model perancangan Issac Kerlow dengan alur pre-production, production dan post-production . Desain dan karakter dalam film animasi ini memiliki visual yang semi realis dengan pewarnaan kartun sehingga lebih sederhana dan menarik. Alur dalam cerita ini menggunakan alur maju – mundur atau flashback dengan tujuan memperkuat cerita didalamnya. will happen to the land alienation. This paper is about the research of analysis on the
land alienation status at Lembaga Kemajuan Pertanian Muda (MADA) Authority.
The area for the research are at region 1, PPK 1 on the MADA Authority which this
area under the Lembaga Kemajuan Pertanian Muda (MADA). The data collected
from the MADA organization and study area to complete the research. The aim for
this research is to produce and analysis of land alienation status at MADA area by
using software survey application. The objective for this research is to investigate the
land alienation status regarding to Bumiputera and Non-Bumiputera, to analyses
several factor and data related about ownership princple in MADA area and to
represent the mapping land alienation status. The methodology and produce involve
during this research was using ArcGIS software to analyses the factor to Bumiputera
and Non-Bumiputera. The expected outcome will be produced and comparison of the
Bumiputera and Non-Bumiputera. And from the result that will come out the analysis
of the land alienatioan
