No full textThe purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of the application of accounting carried out by PT. Fajar Mas Murni with generally accepted accounting principles. The research design used by the author is qualtitative where the process of finding knowledge is based on numerical data. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection methods used in this study were interviews and documentation. With the research conducted by the author, PT. Fajar Mas Murni conducts recording using the accrual base system. PT. Fajar Mas Murni in preparing financial statements does not make journals, general ledgers, balance sheets, reports of changes in equity, cash flow statements and notes to financial statements. From the results of the study, the author concludes that the application of accounting carried out by PT. Fajar Mas Murni has not complied with generally accepted accounting principles

Skripsi ini membahas tentang upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli sosial. Di era sekarang ini penanaman sikap peduli sosial pada anak-anak merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Dengan ditanamkan sikap peduli sosial, siswa akan lebih peduli dengan keadaan dan kondisi yang ada di sekitarnya, akan lebih peka dan menjunjung tinggi semangat bergotong royong untuk membantu sesama. Sikap peduli sosial tidak hanya membantu ketika ada bencana tetapi peka terhadap kondisi disekitarnya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk : (1) mendeskripsikan upaya kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli sosial pada siswa MTs Mambaul U’lum Gedangan Kabupaten Malang, (2) untuk mendeskripsikan kendala kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan sikap peduli sosial pada siswa MTs Mambaul U’lum Gedangan dan bagaimana solusi yang dilakukan.
Untuk mencapai tujuan diatas, digunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian study kasus. Instrument kunci adalah peneliti sendiri, dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kepala MTs Mambaul Ulum Gedangan Kab.Malang telah berhasil dalam upaya maningkatkan Sikap Peduli Sosial. Keberhasilan ini dapat dilihat dari terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah tersusun. (1) Upaya Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan Sikap Peduli Sosial yaitu melalui : pendidikan di dalam kelas pada mata pelajaran Akidah Akhlak dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, kegiatan amal jariyah, bakti sosial, takziah, ekstrakurikuler pramuka, zakat idul fitri dan bagi-bagi kue waktu PHBI (Peringatan Hari Besar Islam). (2) kendala yang dihadapi diantaranya adalah faktor dalam diri siswa, faktor ekonomi keluarga, faktor pemerintah (Kecamatan). Sedangkan solusi yang digunakan untuk menghadapi kendala-kendala tersebut adalah menghimbau kepada seluruh siswa agar senantiasa hidup hemat dan mengingatkanya agar selalu menyisihkan uangnya untuk beramal, meningkatkan kegiatan bakti sosial, beusaha mandiri dan tidak bergantung pada pemerintah (Kecamatan).
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the principal efforts in improving social care attitude. In this era implantation of social care attitude in children is very important. With embedded social care attitude, students will be more concerned with the circumstances and conditions in the surrounding areas, will be more sensitive and uphold the spirit work together to help others . Social care attitude not only helps when there is a disaster, but is sensitive to the surrounding conditions .
The purpose of this study was to : ( 1 ) describe the principal efforts in improving the care of social attitudes in students MTs Mambaul U'lum Gedangan Malang , ( 2 ) to describe the principal obstacle in improving the care of social attitudes in students MTs Mambaul U'lum Gedangan and how the solution is carried out .
To achieve the above objectives , the study used a qualitative approach to the type of case study research . Key instrument is the researcher 's own , and data collection techniques used are observation, interview techniques and engineering documentation . Data were analyzed by means of reducing the data , present the data and draw conclusions .
The results of this study indicate that the head of MTs Mambaul Gedangan Kab.Malang Uloom has succeeded in an attempt maningkatkan Attitudes Social Care . This success can be seen from the implementation of the activities that have been arranged . ( 1 ) Principal Efforts to improve the attitude of the Social Care through: education in the classroom in the Aqeedah subjects Morals and Social Sciences , perpetual charity events , social events , sympathy , extracurricular scout , Eid charity and to divide the cake of time PHBI ( Great Day of Islam ) .
( 2) the constraints faced by them is a factor in the student , family economic factors , government factors ( sub-district ) . While the solution used to deal with these constraints is appealed to the students to always live frugally and mengingatkanya to always set aside money for a charity , improving social activities , Endeavor independent and not rely on government ( the District )

In the study the author uses a quantitative research method with the sample used amounts to 75 samples. Data analysis with a double line-regression model and thus obtaining disciplinary results and work systems are affecting the quality of work in a Yayasan Adlin Murni teacher.

No full textThe title of this final report is “The Influence of Pricing Strategic for The Sales Volume of Napolly Plastic Chair in PT Cahaya Murni Sriwindo Palembang”. The purpose of this research was to know the pricing strategic used by PT Cahaya Murni Sriwindo. The author was use the correlation coefficients analysis to find out the extent of the relationship regarding pricing strategies against sales volume. Primary data that was used in the form of sales target and sales volume of Napolly plastic chairs in 2010 to 2014. The results of the research note that PT Cahaya Murni Sriwindo already right choosed the method of pricing strategies. It was known from the calculation of the correlation coefficient that gives results that are positive. Furthermore the author was forecasting on a sales volume of Napolly plastic chairs for 5 (five) years by using least square method. The calculation result is known that there was one type of plastic chair experience a decrease in the volume of sales in each year. It can be inferred that the company needs to renew the pricing strategies that have been used for this and also the company should reduce the production on Napolly plastic chair type NG-101C to anticipate the occurrence of the harm will be acceptable to the company in the future

She holds a Masters in Comparavite Law before resuming her PhD on issues of hate speech, the harms it brings and the need for specific legislation. Dr Murni cares deeply for fostering racial unity and interfaith understanding; having written a number of published articles on the matter and organised successful interfaith dialogue sessions. Despite these achievements, she believes her greatest accomplishment takes form in her family, particularly her 2 young children. This book explains Murni's initial aspirations of being a human rights lawyer, and why she decided to leave behind a promising career in the legal world for an academic one. The author gives a very real description of what lies beneath the "glamorous" PhD title - the lonely years of postgraduate life, the sense of helplessness in finishing her thesis while managing personal and financial problems, and other struggles faced during her academic journey. But she persevered and achieved her dream of obtaining her PhD before the age of 30, with her husband and daughter by her side. Karakteristik Termomekanik Komposit PVA/Polimorf Silika Dari Sekam Padi
No full textPenelitian ini menyelidiki sifat termomekanik komposit Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) yang diperkuat dengan polimorf silika. Silika diekstraksi dari sekam padi berasal dari daerah Trenggalek, Jawa Timur menggunakan metode sol-gel. Bahan pengisi silika divariasikan berdasarkan jenis perlakuan, yaitu silika prekursor (PS), silika yang dikalsinasi pada temperatur 700 °C (PS700), dan silika yang dikalsinasi pada temperatur 1100 °C (PS1100). Kandungan silika dalam komposit dibuat bervariasi sebesar 2,5; 5; dan 10 wt.%, dengan PVA murni digunakan sebagai kontrol. Karakterisasi dilakukan dengan XRD dan FTIR untuk mengonfirmasi keberhasilan integrasi silika ke dalam matriks PVA, sedangkan SEM digunakan untuk mengamati morfologi permukaan komposit. Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi modulus simpan dan modulus hilang dalam rentang temperatur 35–100 °C. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penambahan silika, terutama pada kadar 10 wt.%, secara signifikan meningkatkan modulus simpan. Komposit dengan PS1100 menunjukkan modulus simpan tertinggi, mencapai sekitar 3700 MPa pada temperatur 35 °C. Komposit dengan PS dan PS700 juga menunjukkan peningkatan modulus simpan yang signifikan, dengan nilai dua hingga tiga kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan PVA murni. Kalsinasi pada temperatur yang lebih tinggi terbukti meningkatkan penguatan mekanis, dengan komposit PS1100 menunjukkan performa terbaik di seluruh rentang temperatur. Meskipun modulus simpan dan modulus hilang cenderung menurun dengan meningkatnya temperatur, PS1100 tetap mempertahankan nilai modulus yang lebih tinggi, menunjukkan peningkatan stabilitas termal yang dihasilkan dari struktur kristal pengisi silika. Penelitian ini menganalisis pentingnya kandungan silika dan temperatur kalsinasi dalam meningkatkan sifat mekanis dan termal komposit PVA.

This study investigates the thermomechanical properties of Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) composites reinforced with silica polymorphs. Silica derived from rice husk using the sol-gel method. The silica filler was varied based on treatment types: precursor silica (PS), silica calcined at 700 °C (PS700), and silica calcined at 1100 °C (PS1100). Silica content in the composites was prepared at 2,5; 5; and 10 wt%, with pure PVA serving as the control. Characterization techniques including XRD and FTIR confirmed the successful integration of silica into the PVA matrix, while SEM analyzed the surface morphology of the composites. Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) was performed to evaluate the storage and loss moduli over a temperature range of 35–100 °C. The results demonstrated that the addition of silica, particularly at 10 wt%, significantly enhanced the storage modulus. The PS1100 composite exhibited the highest storage modulus, reaching approximately 3700 MPa at 35 °C. The PS and PS700 composites also displayed notable improvements, with storage modulus values two to three times higher than pure PVA. Higher calcination temperatures contributed to superior mechanical reinforcement, with PS1100 outperforming the other samples across all temperature ranges. Although the storage and loss moduli decreased with increasing temperature, PS1100 maintained a higher modulus value, indicating enhanced thermal stability due to the crystalline structure of the silica filler. This study underscores the critical role of silica content and calcination temperature in improving the mechanical and thermal properties of PVA composites

With the development of the business world that is very dependent on the existence of good industrial relations, because of the better industrial relations it will have a huge impact on the development of the business world. One of the reasons for good and maintained industrial relations is the need for legal protection and certainty, especially for workers, with the employment agreement expected by employers not to be arbitrary in paying wages without considering the economy of workers and their families. The problems found in writing this thesis are how the implementation of payment of work wages at PT. Mega Murni Natura in Pekanbaru, as well as how to supervise the Riau Provincial Manpower Office against the implementation of work wage payments based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Labor. In this study the type of research used observational reasearch with the nature of descriptive research. The research location chosen by the author is PT. Natura Mega Murni in Pekanbaru because of weaknesses in the payment of wages. The population in this study is the leader of PT. Natura Mega Murni and the Manpower Office with a sample of 36 respondents who were leaders and workers and 1 respondent was the Head of the Transmigration Manpower Office in Riau Province. Primary data is obtained directly from the field where the author directly takes to the field in order to obtain the required data while the secondary data comes from literature books relating to the problem of the author. Data collection tools used were interviews and questionnaires. The data obtained are then analyzed in a descriptive manner which is then drawn conclusions by the method of inductive conclusions. The results of the study obtained that the implementation of payment of work wages at PT. Natura Mega Murni in Pekanbaru where workers still receive wages that are not in accordance with the minimum wage set by the Pekanbaru city government and there are still many workers who do not understand the work agreement. Supervision by the Riau Provincial Manpower Office on the implementation of payment of labor wages is still not maximal and there is a lack of guidance and socialization for companies and workers, so there are still many companies that commit violations related to the payment of labor wages and the maximum employment of Riau Province to companies companies that commit violations related to labor wages

Marketing of this product is not done intensively by the owner of this business, but consumers who moved to market virally in social media, especially social media video youtube. In this article the author analyzed descriptively about consumer behavior in digital marketing that has affected the sales of the culinary products. The analyzes were performed with case studies and associated in the literature on consumer behavior and digital marketing strategies. This article aims to describe the behavior of consumers in the digital age so that it can be input in determining the marketing strategy culinary efforts forward and be used for thought on the future of consumer research.
