    Purpose- The purpose of this research to determine whether the Hedonic Shopping and Shopping Lifestyle directly influences Positive Emotion, whether Hedonic Shopping, Shopping Lifestyle and Impulse buying directly influence Impulse buying and whether positive Emotion is proven as an intervening variable between Hedonic Shopping and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulse buying in Lazada. Design/methodology/approach- The independent variable consists of Hedonic Shopping and Shopping Lifestyle, the dependent variable is Impulse buying and the mediator variable is Positive Emotion. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and the sample used is 160 respondents. Analysis of the data in this study used path analysis.Findings- The results of this study indicate that Hedonic Shopping has a direct effect on Positive Emotion, while Shopping Lifestyle has no direct effect on Positive Emotion. The results also showed that Hedonic Shopping, Shopping Lifestyle, and Positive Emotion had a direct influence on Impulse buying and Positive Emotion succeeded in becoming an intervening variable between Hedonic Shopping and impulse buying but was not proven as an intervening variable between shopping lifestyle and Impulse buying.Keywords: Impulse buying, Positive Emotion, Lifestyle Shopping, Hedonic Shoppin

    Purpose- This study aims to analyze the role of the thematic market on society's prosperity in Jakarta. Design/methodology/approach- The respondent of this study is the seller who sells their products in Jakarta thematic market. Multiple linear regression is used as a data analysis method. Findings- The result of this study state that innovation does not affect the prosperity of Jakarta society, while brand image affects the prosperity of Jakarta society. Implications- Traditional market conditions with minimal facilities make most consumers reluctant to allocate a lot of time in the market. Thus, even though the thematic market is a traditional market, it must be managed in such a way with facilities that enable consumers to spend a long time in the market.     CASH FLOW, GROWTH OPPORTUNITY, GOVERNMENT BANK RELATIONSHIP, AND INVESTMENT

    This study aims to examined the effect of cash flow and growth opportunity to the investment, and whether the exclusive relationship owned by the company with a government owned bank relationship moderates the effect of cash flow and growth opportunity on investment. This study used a sample of data from 101 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2013-2017. The multiple linear regression results show that cash flow and growth opportunity have a significant positive effect on investment, the government owned bank relationship weakens the effect of cash flow on investment but strengthens growth opportunity's influence on investment. This means that if the company has an exclusive relationship with a state-owned bank, it will reduce the dependence of cash flow to invest and increase investment opportunities

    Purpose- This study aims to analyze the financial performance of Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk before and after the acquisition using financial ratios, namely Cash Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio.. Design/methodology/approach- Financial data used for this research is from 2012 to 2018. The analysis is done by comparing the value of financial ratios before and after the acquisition with the value of industry standard financial ratios, and by comparing the average value of financial ratios before acquisition with the average value of financial ratios after acquisition. Findings- The results of industry standard analysis and comparative analysis before and after the acquisition show that financial performance measured through financial ratios decreases after acquisition Limitation- This research is inseparable from the limitations of time, funds, and theories controlled by the author. The company which is the object of research is Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk through the Consolidated Financial Statement for the 2012-2018 period.     Purpose- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media marketing on brand loyalty through customer engagement on Tokopedia's Instagram.Design/methodology/approach- This research uses quantitative methods and types of causal descriptive research. sample owned by 100 people with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data is processed using descriptive analysis and path analysis.Findings- The results of the descriptive analysis of social media marketing variables and brand loyalty are included in the good category, while the customer engagement variable is quite good. The results of path analysis show that social media marketing has a significant effect on customer engagement. The customer engagement has a significant effect on brand loyalty. social media marketing has a significant effect on brand loyalty, and the indirect effect of social media marketing on brand loyalty through customer engagement.Keywords: social media marketing, customer engagement, brand loyalt

    Purpose- This study analyzes the effect of word of mouth, product quality on consumer purchasing decisions, and simultaneously analyzes purchasing decisions, word of mouth, and product quality on customer loyalty. Design/methodology/approach- Data were collected from 150 respondents from 3 (three) areas Jakarta, Depok, and Bogor. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Findings- word of mouth and product quality have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as well as simultaneous purchasing decisions, word of mouth affects customer loyalty but not product quality. Product quality does not affect loyalty consumption of local specialties in the city of Bogor-Depok Implications-Local culinary SMEs are advised to maintain consumer satisfaction by interacting with them to create a positive impression.     THE MEDIATING ROLE OF MOTIVATION BETWEEN REMUNERATION AND PERFORMANCE

    Purpose- This research aims to examine the remuneration effect on performance using motivation as the mediating variable. Design/methodology/approach- The population of the research is all educational staff who work in one of public education institutions in Malang which have been applied remuneration system. Sample selection was conducted through a stratified random sampling technique. This study used a structured questionnaire to collect data and Pearson correlation and regression models were used to analyze data. Findings- The results showed that remuneration had a significant effect on motivation and employee performance, and there was a significant effect of motivation in mediating the remuneration effect on employee performance. This study recommends the need for more attention to motivation because of its essential role in improving employee performance  Implication- The significant motivation role in improving employee performance is expected to be a concern for leaders to encourage employees in carrying out and completing their work rather than merely focused on remuneration itself. The goal is not only for individual purposes but also for the benefit of the organization.  Limitation- This research uses a case study approach so that it only takes the perception of the remuneration implementation which occurs in one place. Future research should be able to expand sampling in order to generalize the results

    Purpose-This research aims to analyze the effect of servicescapes and experiences on future shopping experiences in industrial era 4.0 as an effort to avoid market failure. Design/methodology/approach- Research method with quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 traders at the Islamic Market Center Saporete Brebes obtained using Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Findings-The results showed that there is a positive and significant effect of servicescapes on efforts to avoid market failure through income redistribution; experienscapes has a positive but insignificant effect on efforts to avoid market failure through income redistribution. Implication-The local government is required to make policies related to market implementation which are closely related to economic aspects by focusing on the orientation and shopping style of consumers in the industrial era 4.0. Future shopping styles in the industrial revolution 4.0 era must be able to combine online shop and physical shop styles. both are complementary not substitute.     This research is a quantitative associative type that discusses the effect of service quality, brand reputation, and etailq on customer satisfaction and consumer ethnocentrism as a mediating variable. The object of this research is people who ever use application and use Gojek services at least 3 (three) times since the study began, that is October 2018 until August 2019 in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi (Jabodetabek). The test used is a statistical test using the SPSS program that is a test of normality, validity, reliability, classic assumptions, hypotheses, determination, multiple regression and path analysis to see the intervening variable whether it indirectly affect independent variables toward dependent variable or independent variables directly affect the dependent variable. The result of this article is consumer ethnocentrism indirectly affects the influence between service quality, brand reputation, and etailq toward customer satisfaction on Gojek’s customers in Jabodetabek

    Purpose- This study aims to examine the relationship between leadership, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- A total of 45 respondents were used as research samples through questionnaires. Data were analyzed using the path analysis approach with the help of the LISREL program. Findings- The results show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and performance, and job satisfaction has also been shown to have a significant effect on performance.
