The Return From Shot Oblivion (Based on the Materials of Serhii Zhyhalko Trial)
No full textThe article is based on the archival materials from the former special funds found and processed for the first time by the author, which relate to the short life and activity of the Ukrainian publicist and writer, one of the creators of literary periodicals of the 20-the 30s of the 20th century, Serhii Zhyhalko. So far, nothing was known about the fate of this author.
The author’s goal is to join to the return of Serhii Zhyhalko’s name, a native of the Boryspil region, whose creativity seems to have not only been appreciated but not read as well. Or, more precisely, it is scattered, that is, lost in numerous Ukrainian periodicals of the post-revolutionary period. Here are the examples of those numerous periodicals: "Nova hromada" ("New Community"), "Hart", "Chervonyi Shliakh" ("Red Way"), "Molodniak" ("Youth"), "Hlobus" ("Globe"), "Vsesvit" ("Universe"), "Kino" ("Cinema"), "Zhyttia i Revoliutsiia" ("Life and Revolution").
The name of this talented person, according to his freedom-loving vision, ie dissent, did not fit into the workers ‘and peasants’ theme of the newly created socialist realism, as the leading and defining line of the party in the literary process. The manifesto of the All-Ukrainian Congress of Proletarian Writers put a categorical slogan: a resolute struggle of the cultural front workers, to whom the party delimited primarily: writers, journalists, and filmmakers, "for the international class union of Ukrainian literature against the bourgeois nationalist, for the volitional active proletarian worldview in the literature against the bourgeois and passive, for social art versus individualistic-bohemian…". The workers ‘and peasants’ sickle and hammer became a reliable tool in the Bolshevik mowing and threshing of literary talents.
During his life, Zhyhalko published three books: a collection of short stories "Single Shot" (publishing house "Mass", K. 1927), the novel "Shadows in the Alleys" (State Publishing House of Ukraine, H.-K., 1930), and the novel "Lime Blossom"State Publishing House of Ukraine, H.-K., 1930). All the works soon got into special funds. Much of the author’s work was destroyed during court inquiries. Serhii Zhyhalko’s hitherto unknown work is doomed to return to the Ukrainian reader, to enrich the spiritual world of Ukrainians, so ungratefully forgotten in the oppressive era of the Soviet Communist Inquisition

These poems have the function of verse prefaces to the courses of poetics. Про цю проблему депутатам Верховної ради озвучував народний обранець – Денис Силантьєв. Використання у фізичному вихованні дітей середнього шкільного віку, спортивних ігор, як альтернативи традиційним урокам фізичної культури, розкрив у кваліфікаційній роботі її автор. Його методика взаємопов’язаного формування рухових дій і розвитку фізичних у процесі занять командними видами спорту, була ефективно обґрунтована результатами педагогічного експерименту у якому брали участь школярі середньої ланки освіти.The current state of health, physical development, physical training and functionality of Ukrainian children worries the entire adult population of the country, from parents, teachers, doctors to heads of government agencies. No full textObjetivo: Este artigo examina os desafios significativos encontrados na coleta de provas durante processos criminais sob lei marcial. Tem como objetivo identificar os obstáculos na implementação de estratégias eficazes de coleta de provas durante períodos de conflito e fornecer soluções práticas para mitigar esses problemas.Métodos: A pesquisa utiliza uma revisão abrangente da legislação existente e decisões judiciais, combinada com análise teórica e estudos de caso. Esta abordagem multidimensional ajuda a entender as complexidades da coleta de provas em um contexto de lei marcial e a formular estratégias para abordar esses desafios.Resultados: O estudo destaca os efeitos adversos das operações militares no processo de coleta de provas, incluindo dificuldades logísticas, limitações na execução de ações investigativas e aumento dos riscos de violações dos direitos humanos. Discute a necessidade de adaptações em quadros legais e procedimentos para manter a justiça e proteger os direitos humanos em tempos de conflito.Conclusões: Os achados sugerem que reformas são necessárias para garantir uma coleta de provas eficaz e salvaguardar os princípios de um julgamento justo sob a lei marcial. O artigo recomenda mudanças legislativas específicas e a implementação de padrões internacionais para melhorar a integridade dos processos criminais em ambientes tão desafiadores

Abstract
Topicality. As many experts note, the processes of growth and development are biological properties of living matter. Human growth and development is a continuous progressive process that takes place throughout all life. Due to this, development occurs abruptly; thus, the difference between its individual stages or life periods presupposes not only quantitative, but also qualitative changes. Signs of physical development change under the influence of inherited features as well as under the influence of a complex set of social and demographic conditions.
The task of the study is to determine morphometric parameters of almost healthy children, aged 6–8 years.
The results of the research have found out that the average length and weight of boys’ and girls’ body naturally increase with age. This increase is continuous, although uneven. During the study period of ontogenesis, boys' body length increased by an average of 11 cm, and girls by 8.7 cm respectively. At the same time, body weight of both boys and girls has increased by an average of 4.8 kg. Analysis of the data shows that in terms of length and body weight there are no statistically significant differences (p> 0.05) between boys and girls of all age groups within 6-8 year period.
Conclusion. The analysis of a huge scope of scientific findings allows us to state that at a choice of control influences, development of prognostic models applied for estimation of children’s motility it is necessary to consider peculiarities of application of numerous means, methods and forms of physical training arrangements in various age periods as far as they can vary in one age period, depend on hereditary factors, environmental conditions and a number of other indicators. In our opinion, among the applied problems, the solution of which can be influenced by the results of this study the following should be mentioned, i.e. correction of motility disorders for 6–8 year-old children by means of modern biomechanical technologies.

Model characteristics of temporal structure of walking, typical for 6–8 year-old children

Abstract
Topicality. Analysis of social and cultural as well as educational trends points to the fact that various aspects of the younger generation’s motility are the object of experts’ particular attention and the subject of interdisciplinary research. According to many experts, the study of the human movement biomechanics provides extensive material for understanding physiological and nervous processes that determine functioning of the locomotion management system.
The task of the research is to develop model characteristics of walking phases of almost healthy children, aged 6–8 years.
Research methods include analysis of scientific and methodical resources as well as documentary materials, video-metrics, BioVideo application package, methods of mathematical statistics.
Research results. Modelling of walking phases of almost healthy 6-8 year-old children was based on the principles of information sufficiency, feasibility, multiplicity of models and aggregation. Model characteristics have been developed according to time indicators of the walking phases, characteristic for almost healthy children, aged 6–8 years. Since the samples of duration for each walking phase have corresponded to the law of normal distribution, the lower and upper limits of the confidence interval for the arithmetic general mean by the value of the arithmetic average mean of the sample with a confidence probability of 95% were chosen as model characteristics.
Conclusion. As a result of the conducted research, the structure of the walking cycle of almost healthy children, aged 6–8 years was studied, the significance of which was confirmed by objective model time indicators. The need to use models and modelling, especially mathematical, is determined by the possibility to solve complex research problems with their help, to forecast and optimize technological processes during physical education of various population groups.
