PENGARUH ISLAMIC BRANDING, PERSONAL SELLING DAN KUALITAS PRODUK TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PRODUK RABBANI (STUDI KASUS KONSUMEN RABBANI KOTA JAMBI)
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Islamic Branding, personal selling, dan kualitas produk terhadap pembelian produk rabbani di Kota Jambi. Metode yang di gunakan penulis dalam penelitan ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskritif. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen produk rabbani di kota jambi,Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen rabbani di kota jambi, penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin, penelitian ini juga menggunakan data primer, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rumus, diperoleh jumlah 243,348084 dibulatkan menjadi 243 dikarenakan untuk mempermudah perhitungan dan mendapatkan data yang lebih akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel yang memberikan setiap unsur (anggota) populasi dasar dengan kesempatan yang sama untuk dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Dalam hal ini digunakan teknik simple random sampling, yaitu mengambil anggota sampel secara acak dari populasi, tanpa memperhatikan strata populasi yang ada. Data yang di peroleh peneliti kemudian diolah menggunakan alat bantu aplikasi SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian, terdapat pengaruh antara Islamic Branding, Personal Selling dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Rabbani.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic branding, personal selling, and product quality on the purchase of rabbani products in Jambi City. The method used by the author in this research is a quantitative approach, and uses a type of descriptive research. The location of this research was conducted on consumers of rabbani products in the city of Jambi. The population of this study were all consumers of rabbani in the city of Jambi. The research used the slovin formula. simplify calculations and get more accurate data. This study uses a probability sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that provides each element (member) of the basic population with the same opportunity to be selected as a member of the sample. In this case, a simple random sampling technique was used, namely taking random sample members from the population, regardless of the existing population strata. The data obtained by the researcher was then processed using the SPSS application tool. Based on the results of the study, there is an influence between Islamic Branding, Personal Selling and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Rabbani Products.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi atas pentingnya manajemen pengelolaan dalam sebuah perusahaan agar dapat berkembang dengan baik dan benar dalam mengatur produk barang yang tidak terjual, termasuk di CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Banjarmasin. Maka penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Banjarmasin sebagai salah satu perusahaan yang cukup terkenal dibidang retail busana.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual di CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Banjarmasin, faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam menjalankan manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan manajemen syariah terhadap manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research), yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara terjun langsung ke lokasi untuk menggali dan meneliti data yang berkenaan dengan manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan karyawan CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Banjarmasin. Sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah manajemen pengelolaan pada produk barang yang tidak terjual, faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam menjalankan manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual dan tinjauan manajemen syariah dalam manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual di CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Banjarmasin. Perusahaan ini menggunakan proses pengelolaan dengan cara menyimpan produk barang yang tidak terjual. Mereka mengumpulkan produk barang yang tidak terjual tersebut dari uni-unit lain, setelah produk barang yang tidak terjual tersebut terkumpul maka barulah akan dilakukan cara-cara untuk memanfaatkan produk barang tersebut. Adapun kendala-kendala yang memengaruhi dalam manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual tersebut adalah sulitnya mencari tempat yang strategis untuk mengadakan bazar, banyaknya perusahaan yang bermunculan dengan mengeluarkan produk barang yang hampir sama dan kurangnya alat transportasi untuk penyaluran produk barang yang tidak terjual. Tinjauan manajemen syariah terhadap manajemen pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual di CV. Rabbani Asysa Cabang Banjarmasin tidak menyalahi aturan yang ada dalam manajemen syariah, karena dalam proses pengelolaan produk barang yang tidak terjual tersebut mereka lakukan dengan baik dan benar

One effort to build a strong Rabbani generation is through education. This research aims to discover the concept of Rabbani education in the Al-Quran surah ali-Imran verse 79 and verse 80. This research uses a library research method, namely a data collection technique that is not directly aimed at the research subject but through several book sources. Or articles, magazines, journals, and relevant sources. The results of this research are that the author states that Rabbani education in the Al-Quran surah ali-Imran verse 79 and verse 80 is an education that must be instilled from infancy through activities that contain religious elements in the family environment. This method can become a good habit for children in the future. So that you have a tough attitude and become a person who always draws closer to God Almight

Collective Remote Attestation at the Internet of Things Scale: State-of-the-art and Future Challenges
In recent years, the booming of Internet of Things (IoT) has populated the world with billions of smart devices that implement novel services and applications. The potential for cyberattacks on IoT systems have called for new solutions from the research community. Remote attestation is a widely used technique that allows a verifier to identify software compromise on a remote platform (called prover). Traditional challenge-response remote attestation protocols between the verifier and a single prover face a severe scalability challenge when they are applied to large scale IoT systems. To tackle this issue, recently researchers have started developing attestation schemes, which we refer to as Collective Remote Attestation (CRA) schemes, that are capable of remotely performing attestation of large networks of IoT devices. In this paper, after providing the reader with a background on remote attestation, we survey and analyze existing CRA schemes. We present an analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, as well as of their effectiveness against a reference attacker model. We focus our attention on CRA schemes' characteristics and adversarial mitigation capabilities. We finally highlight open research issues and give possible directions for mitigating both the limitations of existing schemes, and new emerging challenges. We believe this work can help guiding the design of current and future proposals for CRA
Manajemen Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dalam Mempertahankan Eksistensi Sekolah di SD IT Rabbani
This study describes the management of community empowerment in maintaining the existence of schools at SD IT Rabbani. The author applied qualitative research. The data was analyzed in the process of data reduction method, presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, deductive thinking is used, namely taking some general facts which are then analyzed to apply specific things. SD IT Rabbani adheres to a community empowerment management system in maintaining school existence, where the school provides sufficient space for parents to take part in the planning process, policy determination to decision making. Therefore, with the management of Community Empowerment Management, it turns out to be able to have a very significant impact, especially in achieving the school's vision, objectives and goals so as to be able to maintain the existence of SD IT Rabbani. The Community Empowerment Management has been able to make SD IT Rabbani one of the leading schools that are in great demand by the community who search for elementary school
The Impact of Store Environmet Response towards Impulsive Buying at Rabbani (survey to The Customers of Rabbani)
Business in this globalization era has became a challenge for every business world to increase their performance and the business’ quality to hold them in a big competition. The way to take over the market share is by depending our customer. Every entrepreneurs are faced with a harder life challenge in operating their business to survive their company and they can develop their business which has been operated for a longtime. And if this situation is connected with the customer buying behavior , so the company have to pay attention the other environment. The capability of spending money make a person feel to have a power. Sometimes the customer doesn’t feel uncertainly with their decision in buying a product and asking for a help from the other person to choose about the product which want to be bought. The research of this study are: (1) to assess the responses of respondent regarding RABBANI store environment . (2) to assess the impulsive buying behavior of Rabbani. (3) to know how big about the impact of store environment toward impulsive buying behavior at RabbaniThe method which is used in this research is descriptive and verification methods with a sample of 100 people who are the visitors of Rabbani, and using linear regression analysis to determine the mathematical model, the product moment correlation analysis (pearson) for calculating the level of closeness of relationship, determination analysis to know about the effect. the author use SPSS 13.0 version for windows to facilitate in the data processing.The results of this research can be found with a simple linear regression equation is Y = 93.894 + 1.499 X. The correlation between store environment with Impulsive buying behavior is strong and has a positive relationship. The magnitude of store environment impact toward the impulsive buying behavior is 43.9% and the balance of 56.1% was influenced by the other factors which are not examined by author such as (1)The product price which is demanded, (2) Service quality for the consumer , (3) intense competition in the same business world. Thus the better store environment will increasingly impact on the level of impulsive buying behavior .Â
The influence of religiosity towards productivity and cultivation of Islamic values as moderator variable: Study at Rabbani Factory Cileunyi, CV. Suho Garmindo, Bandung
Company human resources owned social beings and is also religious beings. Religiosity may able to increase working with good productivity. Therefore, the author is interested in studying this case, to determine the extent of the influence of Religiosity towards Productivity, so this factor can be used as a reference as an alternative to increase the Productivity of employees. Then the author added a moderator variable, namely Cultivation of Islamic Values. The study was conducted at the Rabbani company which is the market leader of Muslim Fashion in Indonesia, more precisely in Rabbani Factory Cileunyi, CV. Suho Garmindo, Bandung. The use of these Cultivation of Islamic Values variable in this research is appropriate and relevant, because it turns out Rabbani Factory applying these variables in programs that already well systemic. Rabbani achievement is supported by a qualified Productivity of employees, whom in their daily activities continuously forged and shaped by the Cultivation of Islamic Values. In this research we will find out about the relationship and the influence of these three variables through a model of moderation
Kurikulum pendidik Rabbani untuk peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru
Rabbani educators are the best educator models according to the Qur'an. The presence of Rabbani educators is one of the main solutions to educational problems that have developed from the past until now. The most important educational problem is the quality of educators, with the assumption that the best curriculum is the teacher, the author views improving the quality of teachers or educators to be a very important and urgent agenda. Becoming a Rabbani educator requires good competencies that are interrelated between personality, social, pedagogical and professional competencies. In the book al-Fathu ar-Rabbí¢ni Wa al-Faydhu ar-Rahmí¢ny, Shaykh Abdul Qadir al-Jailany (561 H), a Hanbali scholar who is famous for his expertise in the field of Jurisprudence and purification of the heart, he explains the characteristics of the Rabbani personal figure who can applied by everyone with whatever profession they carry, including being an educator. The research in this thesis aims to determine the character of Rabbani educators and how to apply them as a simple curriculum at the Mahad Ihya As Sunnah School of Teacher (SOT) Tasikmalaya. The results of this study are expected to be a guide in development and training activities for educators in the Mahad Ihya As Sunnah environment starting from PAUD to high school. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research with library research and field research with a phenomenological approach. The research in this thesis is descriptive by taking the object of SOT Mahad Ihya As Sunnah Tasikmalaya. In collecting data, this study uses the method of observation, document review, interviews and documentation. For data analysis using induction analysis which is then described. The patterns used include: data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. From the research, a simple curriculum can be made consisting of objectives, materials, methods and evaluations. The goal is to produce teacher educators with Rabbani character, competence, dedication and achievement. The materials prepared to achieve these goals consist of religious knowledge and general science related to the latest teaching and education. The method is designed with various learning methods and exercises such as lectures and exercises. Evaluation is carried out periodically with a special rubric which is carried out every semester by issuing a certificate or educator report card.Abstrak Pendidik Rabbí¢ni adalah model pendidik terbaik menurut Al-Qurí¢n. Kehadiran pendidik Rabbí¢ni menjadi salah solusi utama masalah-masalah pendidikan yang berkembang dari dulu hingga kini. Masalah pendidikan yang paling utama adalah kualitas pendidik, dengan asumsi bahwa kurikulum terbaik adalah guru, penulis memandang perbaikan kualitas guru atau pendidik menjadi agenda yang sangat penting dan mendesak. Menjadi sosok pendidik Rabbí¢ni diperlukan kompetensi yang baik yang saling terikat antara kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, pedagogi dan profesional. Dalam kitab al-Fathu ar-Rabbí¢ni Wa al-Faydhu ar-Rahmí¢ny, Syaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jailany (561 H), seorang ulama Hanbali yang terkenal kepakarannya dalam bidang Fikih dan pensucian hati, beliau menjelaskan karakter-karakter sosok pribadi Rabbí¢ni yang bisa diterapkan oleh semua orang dengan profesi apapun yang diembannya, termaasuk menjadi seorang pendidik. Penelitian dalam tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter pendidik Rabbí¢ni dan bagaimana aplikasinya sebagai sebuah kurikulum sederhana di School of Teacher (SOT) Mahad Ihya As Sunnah Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi panduan dalam kegiatan pengembangan dan pelatihan bagi para pendidik di lingkungan Mahad Ihya As Sunnah mulai dari PAUD hingga SMA. Penelitian dalam tesis ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka (library research) dan studi lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan phenomenologis. Penelitian dalam tesis ini bersifat deskriftif dengan mengambil objek SOT Mahad Ihya As Sunnah Tasikmalaya. Dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, telaah dokumen, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Untuk analisis data menggunakan induksi analisis yang kemudian dideskripsikan. Pola yang digunakan meliputi : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari penelitian dapat dibuat kurikulum sederhana yang terdiri dari tujuan, materi, metode dan evaluasi. Tujuan mencetak pendidik guru yang berkarakter Rabbí¢ni, berkompeten, berdeikasi dan berprestasi. Materi yang disusun untuk meraih tujuan tersebut terdiri dari ilmu agama dan ilmu umum yang berkaitan dengan keguruan dan kependidikan yang mutakhir. Metode yang dirancang dengan berbagai metode pembelajaran dan Latihan seperti ceramah dan Latihan.
