Pengaruh Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Brand Switching pada Produk Sepeda Motor Yamaha ke Sepeda Motor Honda di Kota Medan
Penelitian ini berdasarkan suatu fenomena yang cukup menarik yang tidak terlepas dari kebutuhan akan terhadap alat transportasi masyarakat yang ingin memiliki sepeda motor yang saat ini semakin besar, hal tersebut dikarenakan seiring tuntutan gaya hidup masyarakat yang semakin meningkat yang dimana sangat dibutuhkan oleh banyak orang selain harganya terjangkau dan mudah perawatannya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh atribut proudk, harga dan promosi pada brand switching produk sepeda motor Yamaha ke sepeda motor Honda di kota medan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive samplingdengan jumlah responden sebanyak 96 orang responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi, dan pengujian hipotesis.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel atribut produk, variabel harga dan varibael promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada brand switching. Dengan determinasi 0,448, sehingga besarnya pengaruh variabel atribut produk, variabel harga dan varibael promosi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada brand switching. sebesar 44,8% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.This research is based on an interesting phenomenon which is inseparable from the need for transportation of people who want to own a motorbike that is currently getting bigger, this is because the demands of people's lifestyles are increasing which is needed by many people besides the affordable price and easy maintenance.
This study aims to determine how much influence the attributes of pride, price and promotion on brand switching Yamaha motorcycle products to Honda motorcycles in the city of Medan.
This study uses quantitative research methods with an associative approach. The sampling method was purposive sampling with the number of respondents as many as 96 respondents. The analytical method used is the instrument test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, determination test, and hypothesis testing.
The results of this study indicate product attribute variables, price variables and promotional variables have a positive and significant influence on brand switching. With the determination of 0.448, so the magnitude of the influence of product attribute variables, price variables and promotional variables has a positive and significant influence on brand switching. amounting to 44.8% while the remaining 55.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Skripsi Sarjan
TINJAUAN ATAS PERHITUNGAN HARGA JUAL JASA PERJALANAN WISATA PADA PT ANATOP TOURS & TRAVEL SURABAYA
1. Dalam perhitungan harga jual jasa perjalanan wisata, PT Anatop Tours &
Travel memiliki beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi perhitungan harga.
Faktor – faktor tersebut adalah:
a. Pasar
Dalam menentukan harga jual, PT Anatop Tours & Travel
memperhitungkan sesuai dengan segmen pasar. PT Anatop Tours &
Travel juga menentukan harga sesuai dengan anggaran (budget) dari
konsumen yang akan melakukan perjalanan wisata.
b. Biaya
Macam-macam biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk membeli produk jasa
yang akan di jual kepada konsumen adalah biaya transportasi, biaya
akomodasi penginapan, biaya konsumsi (meals), biaya tiket masuk
objek wisata (entrance fee), biaya hiburan (entertainment) dan biaya
lain-lain.
2. Perhitungan harga jual jasa yang dilakukan oleh PT
Anatop Tours & Travel yaitu dengan memakai metode mark-up (mark-up
pricing method). Total harga beli ditambahkan dengan mark-up yang telah
ditentukan oleh PT Anatop Tours & Travel, sehingga akan diperoleh total
harga jual. Harga jual per unit diperoleh dari total harga jual dibagi dengan jumlah konsumen yang akan mengikuti perjalanan wisata. Perhitungan ini,
sesuai dengan faktor yang mempengaruhi perhitungan harga jual tersebut.
1. Untuk perjalanan wisata Internasional tujuan Singapore dan Thailand. Dari
segi biaya yang dibebankan/diperhitungkan dengan tujuan Singapore rincian
biaya diperhitungkan oleh pihak PT Anatop Tours & Travel, sedangkan untuk
Thailand perusahaan langsung mengambil paket khusus agen travel yang
diberikan oleh agen yang ada di Thailand. Dari segi service yang diperoleh
tidak ada perbedaan khusus antara tujuan Singapore dan Thailand. Sedangkan
dari segi harga jualnya, tujuan Thailand lebih mahal daripada tujuan
Singapore.
2. Untuk presentase mark up yang di tetapkan PT Anatop Tours & Travel tidak
ada perbedaan, presentase mark up yang ditetapkan PT Anatop Tours &
Travel yaitu sebesar 10% untuk semua paket perjalanan wisata
Penggunaan Jaringan Wifi untuk Penjejakan Pelacakan dan Komando dari Jarak Jauh dan Transfer Gambar Video Lapan-TUBSat di Lapan Biak
Abstrak Stasiun Bumi Lapan-TUBSat Biak, adalah Stasiun Bumi yang berfungsi untuk melacak dan mengendalikan satelit Lapan-TUBSat secara interaktif, juga menerima data gambar video satelit. Karena pengolahan data dilakukan di Stasiun Bumi Penginderaan Jauh yang berlokasi sekitar 400 meter dari stasiun tersebut, maka dibangun Jaringan Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) agar data di Stasiun Bumi Lapan-TUBSat dapat ditransfer secara online ke Stasiun Bumi Penginderaan Jauh untuk diproses lebih lanjut. Wireess Fidelity (WiFi) adalah teknologi standar Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) yang dikembangkan oleh kelompok Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) 802.11, yang menggunakan frekuensi radio untuk mengirim dan menerima data melalui udara. Jaringan WiFi ini dapat mentransfer data sesuai dengan persyaratan yaitu FSL = 92,12 dBy SOM = 46,83 dB, RSL = -47,17 dBm dengan daya pancar 28 dBm. Data gambar tersebut dapat digunakan untuk memantau suatu objek yang diamati dan mudah dimengerti oleh para pengguna data. Abstract Biak Lapan-TUBSat is groundstation has function to do tracking and controlling Lapan-Tubsat satellite with interactively, and also receive payload data from satellite. Because of video processing doing by another remote sensing groundstation with the distance around 400 metres from Lapan-Tubsat groundstation needs to establish wireless network connection for transfering the video data realtime to remote sensing groundstation to process advanced. Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) is Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) technology standard developed by group Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (.IEEE) 802.11 using radio frequency technology to transmit and receive data through the air. This WiFi network suitable to transfer the data with FSL = 92.12 dB, SOM = 46.83 dB, RSL - -47.17 dBm and use the transmit power = 28 dBm. Pemodelan Struktur Bawah Permukaan Berdasarkan Data Mikrotremor di Kecamatan Kampung Melayu, Kota Bengkulu
Kampung Melayu District in Bengkulu City is experiencing rapid infrastructure development, necessitating early disaster mitigation efforts. This study aims to model subsurface structures using microtremor data to support earthquake disaster mitigation. Microtremor data were analyzed using the Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method to produce HVSR curves, which were then inverted to determine stratigraphy based on shear wave velocity (Vs30). The results show that the amplification factor (A0) ranges from 1 to 14.49 H/V, indicating varying soil response to seismic waves. The natural frequency (f0) values range from 0.6 to 8.7 Hz, reflecting differences in soil layer thickness and stiffness. The Vs30 values fall within 189–883.9 m/s, representing variations from soft soil to hard rock layers. These parameters were utilized to create spatial distribution maps, illustrating the area’s subsurface characteristics. Based on the seismic parameter distribution, Kampung Melayu District is classified as a medium-risk earthquake zone. This information is expected to support better decision-making in urban planning, infrastructure development, and disaster mitigation strategies in the future.Kecamatan Kampung Melayu, Kota Bengkulu, mengalami pertumbuhan infrastruktur yang pesat, sehingga memerlukan mitigasi bencana sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan struktur bawah permukaan menggunakan data microtremor guna melengkapi data mitigasi bencana gempa bumi. Data microtremor dianalisis menggunakan metode Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) untuk menghasilkan kurva HVSR, yang kemudian diinversi untuk menentukan stratigrafi berdasarkan kecepatan gelombang geser (Vs30). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai faktor amplifikasi (A0) berkisar antara 1–14,49 H/V, frekuensi natural (f0) antara 0,6–8,7 Hz, dan nilai Vs30 pada rentang 189–883,9 m/s. Parameter ini selanjutnya digunakan untuk membuat peta sebaran yang memberikan gambaran distribusi spasialnya. Berdasarkan distribusi parameter tersebut, Kecamatan Kampung Melayu dikategorikan sebagai zona risiko gempa bumi tingkat sedang. Informasi ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dalam perencanaan tata ruang, pembangunan infrastruktur, serta langkah mitigasi bencana di masa mendatang
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN UMPAN DAGING IKAN PARI BERLUMUR TERASI TERHADAP HASIL TANGKAPAN BUBU LIPAT DI PANTAI DRINIKABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL
The purpose of this research is to find out the composition result of bubu at Drini
Beach Gunungkidul district. The method of this research was done by doing an
experimental method on the bait on a bubu (without bait, normal bait and a bait
which lured by terasi) of 13 attempts of fishing trial. The bait that used was a piece
of stingray meat that was found by a local fisherman. The placement of bubu was
done with the local fisherman�s help, with the total of 13 attemps. The bubu
placement was done from October 2011 � January 2012, with 3-4 attempts each
month. The bubu was placed at 30-50 m depths on a location that predicted to be
the habitat of lobster. The observation of the catch result was done every 24 hours
since the bubu installation. The obeservation data consists of total amount, species
and the weight of each species. The composition of the result was analyzed with
Anova Single Factor. The result showed that the bubu trap consists of lobsters,
fishes, clams and craps. The total composition of the bubu trap consist of 7 fishes
with a total amount of 50,7 grams, 3 craps with a total amount of 26,91 gram, 6
clams with a total amount of 112,4 grams and 20 lobsters with a total amount of
1936,92 grams. The result of using bait on the bubu showed a significant difference
with the bubu without bait. More lobsters were catched by the bubu that was lured
by a terasi compared to thebubu without terasi in it. The total amount catched from
October, November, December and January in a chronological order were 7, 9, 6
and 14. The result of the bubu trap attempt showed insignificant difference each
month
MIRA: Multi-Joint Imitation with Recurrent Adaptation for Robot-Assisted Rehabilitation
This work proposes a modular learning framework (MIRA) for rehabilitation robots based on a new deep recurrent neural network (RNN) that achieves adaptive multi-joint motion imitation. The RNN is fed with the fundamental frequencies as well as the ranges of the joint trajectories, in order to predict the future joint trajectories of the robot. The proposed framework also uses a Segment Online Dynamic Time Warping (SODTW) algorithm to quantify the closeness between the robot and patient motion. The SODTW cost decides the amount of modification needed in the inputs to our deep RNN network, which in turn adapts the robot movements. By keeping the prediction mechanism (RNN) and adaptation mechanism (SODTW) separate, the framework achieves modularity, flexibility, and scalability. We tried both Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) RNN architectures within our proposed framework. Experiments involved a group of 15 human subjects performing a range of motion tasks in conjunction with our social robot, Zeno. Comparative analysis of the results demonstrated the superior performance of the LSTM RNN across multiple task variations, highlighting its enhanced capability for adaptive motion imitation
MODIFICATION OF JURGEN HABERMAS THOUGHT IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PRACTICES: AN EMPIRICAL STUDY AT MONDRAGON CORP
This study aims to briefly review the thoughts of Jurgen Habermas, the German philosopher at the Frankfurt School of Religion with his critical philosophy, especially those concerning social thoughts by comparing them to management science so that management science in theory and practice can be critical. Data processing uses descriptive analysis with a deconstruction paradigm, looking more sharply to give new and critical meanings to the interpretation of Habermas\u27 thought. The text is understood and rearranged from a different perspective of thought, after discovering the foundation and philosophical structure of Habermas\u27 thought, the researcher contributes thoughts in management science so that he can include it in the implementation of the Mondragon company. The results of this study prove that the idea of critical management science supports people\u27s views regarding profitability and the strategy of the Mondragon company in a brief conceptualization reflecting the vision, mission, and values that adhere to humanity, equality of emancipatory values , and solidarity. The managerial implications are addressed by methods that are democratic and prioritize the social side to increase profitability

The Construction of Habib Rizieq Shihab\u27s Political Islamic Thought in the Post-Reform Indonesian Context
This article describes a religious movement figure in post-Reformation Indonesia (1998), namely Habib Rizieq Shihab, who had a mass organization considered radical, namely the Islamic Defenders Front. This article answers the accusation that Shihab was anti-state politics, anti-Pancasila, anti-the Republic of Indonesia, and was intolerant of anyone different from the movement he had led. This study uses the content analysis method, namely analyzing the ideas in Shihab\u27s writings and lectures to reveal his Islamic political ideology. This study found that Shihab\u27s theology was Ashary and Shafiy Sunni with Alawiy Tareqat order. The Muslim Brotherhood influenced Shihab\u27s thoughts and Al-Maududi\u27s ideas, namely, aspiring to an Islamic state or formalizing religious constitutional law into a condition known as Islamic law. At the local level, Shihab was influenced by the local scholar M. Natsir. However, Shihab\u27s political Islamic thought results gave distinctive features and differed from the existing typology. Shihab accepted Pancasila as the basis of the state. However, the "Shari\u27ated Indonesia" concept was a theistic concept perceived as implementing the Islamic caliphate vision and mission and the reincarnation of the 1945 Jakarta Charter Pancasila
Implementation of Digital Applications to Broiler Chicken Farmers in Jenggawah District, Jember District
Research data collection was carried out on July 1 – October 30, 2022, at breeders in the Jenggawah sub-district, Jember district. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of partnership pattern broiler farming in Jenggawah sub-district, Jember district. The research method used is a type of survey method. The data used in this research are primary and secondary data. The sample is used all at once, constituting the entire number of breeders, this is because broiler breeders in the partnership pattern in Jenggawah, Jember district, only have 1 breeder. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively using tables of available numbers, then conducting a description using economic formulas in accordance with the research objectives. Based on the research results of the Partnership Pattern Broiler Farming Business Analysis in Jenggawah District, Jember Regency, income has increased erratically despite experiencing profits. The average profit of breeders per period per head is Rp. 16,300,790, Rp. 20,100,200 and Rp. 30,268,900. The R/C analysis shows that the business of raising broiler chickens is profitable because the R/C value is > 1, the average R/C value for one sub-district is 2.045. And based on the product BEP analysis and price BEP in the last 3 periods, it still fluctuates. product BEP and price BEP. However, the broiler chicken farming business in Sumber Rejo sub-district continues to experience a breakeven point, does not experience a profit and does not experience a loss, if the nominal value of the average product BEP is only 35,000 heads and the BEP price is only Rp. 40,000. Penilaian Kerentanan Pesisir Berdasarkan Parameter Fisik di Pantai Utara Kabupaten Bekasi
Northern part of Bekasi Regency (Pantura Bekasi) has diverse land: a port area, fisheries, marine tourism, agriculture, residential, industrial and government. Various types of development are occured to support the community welfare. Developments occur without considering sustainability will result in a decline of environmental conditions, and each region will have its own ability to anticipate the impacts of changes that occurs. This research studied coastal vulnerability in the Pantura Bekasi and the relationship between their coastal physical parameters and the vulnerability. Field observations were also conducted as field validation and perceive current conditions. The results show that vulnerability is very high in Fishery port (PPI) Muara Jaya port zone (Mekar Coast), and low vulnerability occurred in Taruma Jaya port zone (Taruma Jaya Coast). Two paramaters are different in these two locations, they are coastline change and geomorphological. The coastline change at Mekar Coast is abrasion, and Taruma Jaya Coast is accretion. The geomorphological at Mekar Coast are a muddy beach and delta, while Taruma Jaya Coast is a swampy beach. Field conditions show that Mekar Coast has low mangrove density, while Taruma Jaya Coast has high mangrove density. These results hopefully can be used as policy consideration for the local government in optimizing coastal management planning, where the spatial plan for Pantai Mekar Beach is designated as a conservation area and demersal fisheries, while on Pantai Taruma Jaya as a public use area such as for Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU) Muara Tawar, PPI Paljaya and port zone
