LELANG EKSEKUSI HAK TANGGUNGAN PADA PT. PERMODALAN NASIONAL MADANI (PERSERO) CABANG PADANG MELALUI KANTOR PELAYANAN KEKAYAAN NEGARA DAN LELANG (KPKNL) PADANG
ABSTRAK
Lelang adalah penjualan barang yang terbuka untuk umum dengan penawaran harga secara tertulis dan/ atau lisan yang semakin meningkat atau menurun untuk mencapai harga tertinggi, yang didahului dengan Pengumuman Lelang. Peraturan disetiap lembaga keuangan baik bank maupun non bank termasuk PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) atau PNM, pada umunya disaat debitur wanprestasi dan telah dikategorikan kredit bermasalah, maka pihak kreditur dapat melakukan proses pengajuan lelang terkait jaminan yang diikat dengan hak tanggungan melalui Kantor
Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Padang. Debitur yang bernama Adamun, agunannya laku terjual melalui KPKNL pada saat lelang ulang. Sebelumnya
pada saat pelaksanaan lelang pertama tidak ada penawar, yang ternyata debitur tersebut masih berada pada kolektibilitas 3 (Kurang Lancar) bukan pada Kolektibiltas

Lelang (KPKNL) Padang?. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh : 1) Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Lelang diatur
dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 27/PMK.06/2016, tanggal 22 Februari 2016, berkaitan dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 106/PMK.06/2013 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor
93/PMK.06/2010 tentang Petunjuk Pelaksanaan Lelang. 2) Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala-kendala yang terjadi pada saat lelang eksekusi hak tanggunan oleh PNM melalui KPKNL yaitu, diajukan permohonan lelang ulang dengan berusaha mencarikan calon pembeli yang dirasa memungkinkan untuk membeli agunan tersebut pada saat lelang pertama dengan hasil Tidak Ada Penawar. Diharapkan benar-benar dalam kondisi kredit macet dan semua upaya penyelamatan kredit telah dilakukan oleh kreditur agar tidak timbul gugatan dari pihak-pihak yang dirugikan atas pelaksanaan lelang eksekusi hak tanggungan tersebut.

KUALITAS PELAYANAN SEKOLAH TTERHADAP KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DAN PENCIPTAAN BRAND IMAGE
The development of higher education in Indonesia is increasingly evident. It is characterized by many private colleges are spread all over Indonesia. But in recent years the government did not give permission to those who want to establish a college. One reason is the government not only menginginkankan development in terms of quantity alone, but must be accompanied by good quality of any existing college.
The number of colleges that exist today is already growing its own competition. The high level of competition among private universities is happening now requires every college has the right strategy to attract the interest of new students. Each college offers the advantages of each. However, not all universities have a particular brand image compared with other universities.
One of the determining factors of brand image is the satisfaction of its customers. While satisfaction itself arises as a result of service perceived by the customer.
College is not only required to provide a good quality education, but they also must be able to provide good service to students as well. Good service is expected to provide satisfaction for students. Of course in the long term, the impact of satisfaction that will form a good image for the college concerned anyway.
STIE IBBI Medan is one of the private high school that has a good image in the city of Medan. However, STIE IBBI still have to further improve the quality of services provided to students. It is necessary to maintain the good image that has been owned STIE IBBI today.
The plan of the research will be conducted in STIE IBBI Medan. The population is all students STIE IBBI. The long term goal of this research is to STIE IBBI to increase public confidence in higher education that will take in high school applying good quality excellent service. Expected from the results of this study, STIE IBBI can also implement appropriate marketing strategies to improve the quality of service to students. In addition, the results of this research can be a good reference for prospective new students who will pursue higher education in the STIE IBBI Medan

Digital Literacy, Culture, and Engagement as Catalysts of SME Performance: Evidence from West Java
Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Java have lots of challenges in the digital era, and requirement of change which is most important to survive in new competitive environment. This research focuses on the identification of factors that affect the Business Performance of SMEs in the region. Applying Partial Least Squares analysis, this research investigates the research gap around Digital Literacy, Engagement in Digital Initiatives, Internal Digital Culture, Government Support Policies, and Market Competitiveness. An exploration of the relationship between the variables of Digital literacy, Digital engagement, and digital culture and their effect on SMEs business performance show that research tests point to significant effects of the three variables on at least one dimension of Business performance. Nonetheless, Government Support Policies and Market Competitiveness appear to be less relevant but they still have places. There is evidence where governments have provided chances to SMEs, though not optimal. In this sporting goods industry, market forces justified the business need for adaptation in today’s market. This research provides valuable recommendations to policy makers and practitioners. When digital challenges are understood as unavoidable obstacles and approached as a set of priorities, getting to know internal digital cultures, economies, and financing opportunities in the context of West Java SMEs, it will be possible to outline general strategies for the successful development of firms in the discussed region.
Impact of Brand Image, Product Quality and Self-Efficacy on Purchase Decisions on Private Label Rights Products. An Empirical Study
Present research was aimed at analyzing the impact of brand image, product quality and self-efficacy on purchase decision on private label rights (PLR) products among Medan city community members. A hundred community members of Medan City were involved as the subjects of this research. The research results showed that the variable of product quality has a significant effect on consumer purchase decisions. It is concluded that good quality products in private label rights (PLR) products should be maintained and even improved, thus leading to more positive societal impression on private label rights (PLR) products. Hubungan Peran Perawat Sebagai Care Giver, Educator, Dan Coordinator Dengan Kemampuan Personal Hygiene Pasien Skizofrenia Di Unit Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Ernaldi Bahar Palembang
Background: In schizophrenic patient’s, one of the problems that is often found is a matter of self-care. This case shouldn’t be underestimated, therefore required the involvement of nurse to providing nursing services with professional manner in accordance with her roles as a nurse.
Aim: The study was designed to know the relationship of nurse’s roles as care giver, educator, and coordinator toward the ability of personal hygiene schizophrenic patient’s inpatient unit Ernaldi Bahar Hospital Palembang.
Method: this study was used analytic research desaign with cross sectional approach and the sample consisted of 83 respondents using purposive sampling technique.
Result: the result of univariate analysis statistical variable caregiver role well is 71 respondents (85,5%), educator role well is 75 respondent (90,4%), coordinator role well 72 respondent (86,7%). Statistic result of bivariate analysis using chi square (α ≤0,05), in the nurse’s roles as care giver is p value = 0,006, roles as educator is p value = 0,032, roles as coordinator is p value = 0,004, it means is a significant relationship between nurse’s roles as care giver, educator, and coordinator with the ability of personal hygiene schizophrenic patient’s. For nurses expected to remain on roles with full responsibility, that ability of personal hygiene patient’s getting better
Studi Pelacakan Alumni Program Studi Manajemen dan Program Studi Akuntansi Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi IBBI
penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tracer study yang bermanfaat dalam memetakan dunia usaha dan industri sehingga jeda diantara kompetensi yang diperoleh alumni saat kuliah dengan tuntutan dunia kerja dapat diperkecil. Response rate pada penelitian ini sebesar 347 orang (61%). Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner.Adapun data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) aspek perkuliahan, praktikum, dan diskusi ini telah baik, sedangkan aspek lainnya seperti demontrasi, partisipasi dalam proyek riset, magang, dan kerja lapangan, perlu perbaikan kedepannya. 2) para alumni telah mencari pekerjaan pada umumnya sebelum mereka wisuda. 3) basis mendapatkan pekerjaan alumni berdasarkan melalui jalur relasi. 4) alumni memeroleh pekerjaan pertama pada umumnya 7 bulan sebelum lulus ujian dan 3 bulan setelah lulus ujian. 5) alumni yang bekerja lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan tidak bekerja. 6) slumni umumnya melamar pekerjaan kepada 4 perusahaan, dan yang merespon lamaran para alumni adalah sebanyak 3 perusahaan saja.Sedangkan untuk sampai ke tahap mengundang untuk wawancara, jumlah perusahaan ada 3. 7) alumni yang belum bekerja umumnya sedang mencari pekerjaan, melanjutkan studi, dan berwirausaha. 8) alumni tidak sedang mencari pekerjaan pada saat 4 minggu terakhir pengisian kuesioner. 9) alumni umumnya bekerja di perusahaan swasta, dan ikuti dengan berwiraswasta. 10) pendapatan alumni umumnya diatas Upah Minimum Regional (UMR). 11) umumnya hubungan antara bidang studi dengan pekerjaan bagi alumni sudah berkategori erat. 12) umumnya telah bekerja sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan mereka, akan tetapi sudah ada beberapa alumni bekerja pada situasi pekerjaan yang menuntut mereka harus memiliki tingkat pendidikan setingkat lebih tinggi. 13) menganggap bahwa pertanyaan kuesioner tidak sesuai, karena mereka telah tetap mengambil pekerjaan karena telah sesuai dengan pendidikan, karena memeroleh prospek karir yang baik, dan pekerjaan saat ini lebih menarik. 14) alumni memiliki kompetensi pada kategori yang sangat tinggi, 15) kompetensi yang dimiliki para alumni sudah sesuai keperluannya dalam pekerjaan merek
BISNIS ONLINE DAN DIGITAL MARKETING WRAPPING BOUQUET X BEAUTY DEMO BASIC TO PRO
Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dalam mengembangkan bisnis online dan pemasaran digital dengan fokus pada produk "Wrapping Bouquet X Beauty Demo Basic to Pro." PKM ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi alasan pemilihan topik ini dan menggambarkan pentingnya pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam memahami metode bisnis online dan pemasaran digital di industri bunga dan kecantikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah survei dan analisis data dari pemilik bisnis, pemasar, dan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, dan observasi langsung untuk mendapatkan informasi yang komprehensif tentang pengalaman dan kebutuhan mereka terkait bisnis online dan strategi pemasaran digital. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital menjadi kunci dalam mengembangkan bisnis online “Wrapping Bouquet X Beauty Demo” dari tingkat dasar hingga profesional. Dengan memanfaatkan media sosial, platform e-commerce, dan konten strategis, para pemilik bisnis dapat menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan penjualan mereka secara signifikan. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah pentingnya pemahaman tentang teknik dan metode pemasaran digital bagi pemilik bisnis dan pemasar dalam mengembangkan bisnis online. Melalui penerapan strategi yang tepat, bisnis dapat berhasil mencapai pasar yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan keuntungan. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan pentingnya kondisi terhadap perubahan tren digital dan kebutuhan pelanggan guna tetap relevan dalam industri yang kompetitif.
