    ABSTRAK Buah durian merupakan buah musiman yang mudah mengalami penurunan kualitas apabila disimpan dalam kurun waktu yang lama. Buah yang mengalami penurunan kualitas tersebut akan mengalami penurunan harga jual hingga tidak laku di pasaran sehingga keuntungan yang didapat berkurang. Buah durian dengan kualitas tidak baik untuk dikonsumsi langsung dapat diolah menjadi produk lain yaitu tempoyak. Tempoyak merupakan durian yang difermentasi. Pada fermentasi tempoyak ditambahkan garam dengan tujuan sebagai pengawet dan juga mendukung fermentasi bakteri asam laktat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh jumlah garam terhadap sifat kimia, fisik, dan hedonik tempoyak.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen pembuatan tempoyak dengan perlakuan penggunaan jumlah garam yang berbeda. Jumlah garam yang digunakan yaitu 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, dan 7%. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis perbedaan sifat kimia (kadar air dan pH), fisik (tekstur), hedonik (tekstur dan aroma) tempoyak. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA, jika ada perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Post Hoc Test dengan menggunakan metode DMRT (Duncan’s Multiple Range Test).Hasil analisa terhadap kadar air tempoyak dengan penggunaan garam 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, dan 7% menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan. pH tempoyak menunjukkan ada perbedaan. pH tempoyak dengan penggunaan garam 3% berbeda nyata`dengan tempoyak dengan penggunaan garam 5% dan 7%. Sifat fisik tekstur tempoyak dengan penggunaan garam 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, dan 7% menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan. Hasil analisa sifat hedonik tekstur tempoyak dengan penggunaan garam 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%, dan 7% menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan. sifat hedonik tekstur tempoyak dengan penggunaan garam sejumlah 3% berbeda secara nyata dengan tempoyak  penggunaan garam sejumlah 4%, 5%. 6%, dan 7%.     ABSTRAK Banyaknya kasus yang merugikan konsumen, terutama dalam hal perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (PPJB) apartemen, maka penting untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek pertanggungjawaban developer dalam perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (PPJB) apartemen. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut di atas, maka permasalahan yang dapat dikemukakan dalam tesis ini adalah : Bagaimana tanggung jawab developer dalam perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (PPJB) Apartemen Bellagio The Residence Mega Kuningan? Bagaimana penyelesaian dalam hal ada pembatalan perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (PPJB) Apartemen Bellagio The Residence Mega Kuningan. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis empiris, artinya selain menekankan pada hukum dalam peraturan (law in the book) juga menekankan pada berlakunya hukum tersebut dalam masyarakat. Spesifikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Dalam penelitian ini metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Penulis mengambil sampel 3 orang konsumen secara acak. Dan pihak yang berperan langsung dari obyek penelitian yaitu : Developer Apartemen Bellagio The Residence Mega Kuningan, Direktur Apartemen Bellagio The Residence Mega Kuningan, Manager Legal (Manajer bagian hukum) Apartemen Bellagio The Residence Mega Kuningan, dan 3 orang konsumen Apartemen Bellagio The Residence Mega Kuningan. Metode pengumpulan dilakukan dengan cara field research (wawancara) dan Library Research (penelitian kepustakaan). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian mengenai tanggung jawab developer dalam perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (studi pada Apartemen Bellagio The Residence Mega Kuningan) dapat disimpulkan secara normatif tanggung jawab pelaku usaha (developer) diatur dalam Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Tanggung jawab developer tidak hanya terbatas pada apa yang tercantum dalam perjanjian tersebut, tetapi lebih dari itu, developer juga harus bertanggung jawab terhadap cacat tersembunyi pada apartemennya. Penyelesaian dalam hal adanya pembatalan perjanjian pengikatan jual beli (PPJB) apartemen, PT.Centra Lingga Perkasa selaku Developer Apartemen Bellagio Residence Mega Kuningan akan mengenakan penalty sesuai dengan perjanjian yang telah disepakati.     The Sale and Purchase Binding Agreement (PPJB) is a preliminary agreement, the purpose of which is to bind the parties first to facilitate the buying and selling activities of the house and provide legal certainty for the seller and the buyer because there are requirements that have not been fulfilled to make a deed of sale and purchase. With the issuance of PERMEN PUPR Number 11/PRT/M/2019 concerning the Preliminary Sale and Purchase Agreement System, it is here to provide a sense of security for consumers and provide a fair impact for both parties who are in the process of binding the sale and purchase of houses. The main problem in this research is how to carry out the sale and purchase of houses according to Ministerial Regulation No. 11/PRT/M/2019 concerning the binding sale and purchase agreement at the Puri Mega Sejahterah Housing and how is the legal certainty of the binding agreement for the sale and purchase of houses at the Puri Mega Sejahterah housing complex. The research method that the author uses in writing this thesis uses a type of legal research using observational research methods which are carried out by direct research conducted at the research location using data collection tools in the form of direct interviews. While this research is descriptive, the researcher tries to share a detailed description of the implementation of buying and selling houses according to Ministerial Regulation No.11/PRT/M/2019 concerning PPJB in Puri Mega Sejahterah Housing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that in the implementation of buying and selling houses according to Ministerial Regulation No.11/PRT/M/2019 concerning PPJB in Puri Mega Sejahterah Housing has not gone well, as with the implementation of PPJB, developers who do not make PPJB before a Notary in the form of an authentic deed , but executed in the form of an underhand deed, so that this agreement is not yet strong in the eyes of the law and the emergence of unwanted things or problems in the agreement if one of the parties will violate the agreement. The legal force of binding the sale and purchase contract (PPJB) of the right to a house/residence made by a notary and received during the execution of the sale and purchase binding contract has the highest legal force, so that this contract becomes a notarial deed. It is an authentic deed that binds both parties and has full evidentiary value. The legal force in Puri Mega Sejahterah Housing is still weak, because it only establishes a bond between the buyer and the developer without being before a notary, then this agreement can be null and void by law. good and right

     Abstrak This research is motivated by several things, among others: writing is one form of work that is often written by students. the resulting work must be in accordance with good grammar. Basically, it is often encountered in student performance, not in accordance with the correct grammar. The developed sentence has not seen cohesion and coherence between paragraphs. Cohesion and Correction are needed in writing so that the meaning conveyed by the author is understood by the reader. The cohesion and the korehensi of a sentence are inseparable from the use of non-language words like conjuncers. The purpose of this research is to describe the type of conjunctor in student paper FKIP UMMY Solok. The type of this research is qualitative research using descriptive method, with the following steps (1) reading data in the form of student papers, (2) providing encoding by circling and giving special code such as giving data number, (3) reporting all data which has been encoded, (4) language data according to the function of each conjunctor, (6) make concise recommendations and. Based on data analysis, the total number of conjunctors used in student papers is 104 data. From the data it can be concluded that the students have not varied in using conjunctor. They use conjunctors for, because in PPD courses that are associated with participants who not only include the concepts, but also the benefits of each material contained in the paper. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa hal antara lain: karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu bentuk karya yang sering ditulis mahasiswa. Karya yang dihasilkan haruslah sesuai dengan kaedah tata Bahasa yang baik. Pada kenyataannya, sering ditemui dalam penulisan tugas mahasiswa, tidak sesuai dengan tata bahasa yang benar. Kalimat yang dikembangkan belum memperlihatkan kohesi dan koherensi antar paragraf. Padahal kohesi dan korensi sangat dibutuhkan dalam menulis agar makna yang disampaikan oleh penulis dalam dipahami oleh pembaca. Kohesi dan korehensi sebuah kalimat tidak terlepas dari pemanfaatan unsur-unsur bahasa seperti konjungtor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan jenis konjungtor dalam makalah mahasiswa FKIP UMMY Solok. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut (1) membaca data yang berupa makalah mahasiswa, (2) memberi pengkodean dengan cara melingkari dan memberikan kode khusus seperti memberikan nomor data, (3) mencatat semua data yang telah diberi pengkodean, (4) membahasa data sesuai dengan fungsi masing-masing konjungtor, (6) membuat kesimpulan dan saran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, secara keseluruhan jumlah konjungtor yang digunakan dalam makalah mahasiswa sebanyak 104 data. Dari data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa belum bervariasinya mahasiswa dalam menggunakan konjungtor. Mereka cenderung menggunakan konjungtor untuk, karena pada mata kuliah PPD yang berhubungan dengan peserta didik sehingga makalahnya tersebut tidak saja berisi konsep-konsep, tetapi juga manfaat dari masing-masing materi yang dijelaskan dalam makalah tersebut. Keywords: Konjungtor, Makalah, UMMY SOLO

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perdagangan internasional terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada periode 2018-2022. Data yang digunakan mencakup neraca perdagangan, ekspor, impor, dan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan hubungan antara perdagangan internasional dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perdagangan internasional, terutama ekspor, memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dengan peningkatan pendapatan negara dan surplus neraca perdagangan. Namun, defisit perdagangan yang terjadi pada beberapa tahun menunjukkan perlunya kebijakan yang lebih efektif.     This research aims to explore the unique traditions practiced by the Javanese community in Tebing Tinggi, focusing on their rituals, purposes, and meanings, as well as comparing this tradition with similar practices in other regions. The study specifically examines the Javanese tradition that retains Hindu influences while thriving within a predominantly Muslim society. It investigates whether the tradition has undergone changes over time or remained consistent, and whether it was brought by migrating Javanese communities or originated independently in Tebing Tinggi. The findings of this research indicate that the tradition indeed stems from Hindu influences, reflecting Indonesia's historical adherence to Hinduism before the arrival of Islam. Although Islam became the dominant religion, cultural habits did not disappear entirely. Many similar traditions exist, differing in nomenclature but sharing comparable meanings and purposes. This tradition is notably unique, and the author suggests that such cultural practices should continue to be introduced and preserved.     This research is about a family that is revenge on a vile criminal who has been successfully free from the law on Agatha Christie’s novel with the tittle Murder On The Orient Express (1934). The researcher used sociological approach to analyze this book. There are three objectives of this research. First, to know what is the biggest motive that affected Armstrong’s family to revenge on Cassetti. Second, to describe how Armstrong's family can commit Ratchett's murder together in the novel Muurder On The Orient Express (1934). Third, to reveal why Agatha Christie create Murder On The Orient Express (1934) novel. This research is a qualitative research. In this research, the primary data and the secondary data are the data sources which used by the researcher. The primary data source of the study is Agatha Christie’s Novel Murder On The Orient Express (1934) which was published in 1934. The sources of secondary data are taken from other resources which are related to the study; website, articles, biography of the author, and some books which dealing with the research. In this study has 3 conclusions. First, the biggest motive that is affected of Armstrong’s family to revenge on Cassetti there are there are three the biggest motive to revenge on Cassetti, namely (1) Daisy Armstrong's kidnapping, (2) The accusations against of Susanne (the Armstrong's nurse-maid), (3) Bribery committed by Cassetti to avoid punishment from the court. Second, the Armstrong family conspired to plan how to revenge on Cassetti without any suspicion from anyone and invite the closest people to help. Third, the reason Agatha Christie made this novel because based on her experiences related to six days and some cases on the train that really happened around her.     Measuring financial performance of going public companies of oil & gas industry during the period of before and after 2010s oil glut phenomenon in 2010-2016

    Abstract - Energy is one of the most important commodities in the world. This is proven by the increasing of total world’s production and consumption of crude oil every year. The supply of crude oil started to exceed 0.6 million barrels in 2014 and keep going until 2016 (Annual Report of OPEC, 2016) then, it led the world to 2010s Oil Glut. Unfortunately, 2010s Oil Glut caused the falling back of world’s crude oil prices. This research aims to measure, analyze, and compare the financial performance of Public Listed Oil and Gas Companies in Indonesia namely PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk. (MEDC), PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk. (ENRG), and PT Benakat Integra Tbk. (BIPI) from 2010 to 2016. This research uses financial ratios such as Return on Assets (ROA), Total Debt to Total Assets (TDTA), and Total Assets Turnover (TATO) and also uses paired t-test to verify the differences of financial ratios during the period of before (2010-2012) and after (2014-2016) 2010s oil glut. The results of this study show that the ROA value of MEDC was positive, but for ENRG and BIPI were negative. Moreover, the TDTA of the companies were high which above 60 percent. MEDC has accepted the alternate hypotheses for ROA and TDTA variables with paired t-test results 0.018 and 0.042 respectively. Meanwhile, ENRG has accepted the alternate hypotheses for TATO variable with paired t-test results 0.017. And lastly, BIPI has accepted the alternate hypotheses for TDTA and TATO variables with paired t-test results 0.026 and 0.036 respectively. Author recommends the companies for doing assets management and controlling the amount of debt to be taken during 2010s Oil Glut Phenomenon in order to survive in this situation.Keywords: 2010s Oil Glut, Financial Ratios, Paired T-Tes
