Meanwhile, in the digital era, there have been several adjustments to marketing strategies according to market needs and behavior. Snell X is a company engaged in ERP system implementation services in companies. In developing its business, Snell X needs to do digital marketing. The method that is used on this research is the analysis of the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), this analysis includes internal and external factors which then to be examined by numbers and ratings. The other tool that will be used is QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) instruments which then examined based on what is found on SWOT matrix. Through these instruments, Snell X can determine their digital marketing strategies precisely and accurately. This research helps companies to develop digital marketing that will be carried out to build a brand image for customers. This research shows the significance of product and service development in Snell X’s advertising is rather important compared to market development

No full textThis paper extends the previous paper written by author for ADADA International Conference 2017 to introducing 2: 3: 5 ratio as a finding in order to seek a simplified approach from 1: 1.618 golden ratio knowns as the golden section. The 2: 3: 5 rasio used to identify the visual of nature propotion and composition in two dimentional picture, the ratio then used to find its property to be indentified further in user interface composition design of a website and android mobile application that presumed to be designed by using the golden section. This research purpose is to find the 2: 3: 5 ratio’s properties and consistancies through visual identification for its future implementation in website and mobile user interface design as composition technique in order to please the eyes the way golden section naturally does with simpler steps
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kebijakan Cash Holding Perusahaan Manufaktur di Indonesia, Malaysia, dan Vietnam Tahun 2010 - 2016

In general, the purpose of this research is: 1) to conduct cash management analysis
in the form of cash holding policy in a non-financial company, 2) to test the
hypothesis of factors influencing cash holding policy of manufacturing companies
in Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam such as: leverage, dividend payment,
profitability, firm size, capital expenditure, net working capital and cash flow, 3)
find out the optimal cash holding rate in a company and 4) identify cash holding
policies based on firm characteristics. To identify the characteristics of the
company, author also grouped the company into two forms, capital-intensive
manufacturing companies and labor-intensive manufacturing companies. The
selected object is a developing country manufacturing company covering
Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam in the range of 2010 to 2016. 401 companies
were selected as samples from 438 population. The results of the study found that
the cash holding rate in observation countries ranged from 10-15%. Leverage and
dividend payment were found to have no effect on cash holding in Indonesia. Also,
cash flow and profitability have no effect on cash holding in Malaysia. The findings
reveal that the characteristics of labor intensive and capital-intensive manufacturing
companies influence cash holding policy behavior.

Developing Basic Structure Grids for Design Layout using 2: 3: 5 Ratio as Visual Composition Technique using Sample of Mobile Application UI Design and Editorial Page Design

The ratio’s is simplify complex 1: 1.618 golden ratio composition knowns as the golden section to simple form of composition. This paper follows up the previous exploration in order to deepen the exploration phase of 2: 3: 5 ratio as visual composition technique. The first step in developing phase is experimenting the ratio to find basic grids structure that can be used in any graphic design layout and digital interfaces. The experiment are conducted using the ratio pattern behavior from the previous research to lock some ratios attributes and behavior for standardized output and find possible example from it. The purpose of this research is to give recommendation on how to make simple basic structure grids for graphic design layout using 2: 3: 5 ratio. The possible outcomes of this experiment should be reflecting basic structure grids that commonly used in layout and page compositing design and also presenting another grids possibilities from the ratio’s. This basic composition grids from the ratio’s are also identified in design layout and user interface using selected sample of mobile application UI design and editorial page design

This research is the initial part of the ratio's developing process as a visual composition technique in logo design using the experimental ratio’s identification methodology on existing logos from several types of well-known company logos and then re-adjust them using the 2: 3: 5 ratio. Get PDFThe need for a house is still the main need for humans, namely as a place to live, a place to live, or a place of refuge. This need often does not go according to expectations because the need for housing has arisen but is not in line with adequate income or funds. The problem of housing for people who do not have the power to buy a house or commonly called low-income people (MBR) is difficult to solve. This phenomenon requires a study of housing for low-income people that comes with a flexible concept so that the house can follow the needs of its occupants so that at any time this house can be adjusted depending on which spaces are needed to adjust the life development of the occupants even with a relatively small plot area. This study was carried out by conducting a literature review and simple simulation with the minimum size and money polarity needed by every human being in living activities, so that a study can be initiated that produces residential design proposals that are applicable to the MBR. So that houses that have been subsidized by the government (the selling price is affordable for the MBR) are not easily sold, and the MBR are again homeless. From the results of the study conducted, it can be seen that the rooms that cannot be changed (permanent) are only rooms related to installation (service zones) such as bathrooms and kitchens, while spaces that can be changed flexibly according to needs such as family rooms and a mezzanine room so that all the space needs of the occupants can be accommodated even with a relatively small land size. This study was conducted to produce a residential design for MBR that adapts to their needs and can become a house they live in for a long time even though their space requirements change

Di YBAF ini pun diterapkan prinsip-prinsip pengembangan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang terbentuk sebagai sarana untuk mengelola dan mengembangkan Pendidikan Islam. YBAF ini berdiri berlandaskan pada Quran dan Assunah dengan pemahaman Slaful Ummah (Ahlu Sunnah Wal Jamaah) yang memiliki tujuan khusus untuk melahirkan generasi yang memiliki motivasi dan kemandirian sehingga bisa menjadi teladan bagi lingkungan dimana pun mereka berada. YBAF terdiri dari dua massa bangunan yakni Masjid Al Furqon dan TPA Al Furqon yang dalam kondisi sekarang memiliki urgensi untuk dilakukan pengembangan karena dua bangunan ini sudah tidak bisa menampung kebutuhan ruang dari penggunanya. YBAF memiliki keinginan untuk memakmurkan Masjid Al Furqon agar dapat lebih bermanfaat bagi masyarakat lingkungan sekitar khususnya di wilayah Cibodas Baru. YBAF pun berharap masjid bukan hanya dijadikan sebagai tempat beribadah namun juga dijadikan pusat diskusi atau musyawarah serta interaksi sosial dan pemberdayaan masyarakat (hablun min annas). Sedangkan untuk TPA Al Furqon ini ada harapan untuk mengembangkannya menjadi sekolah formal agar jauh lebih bisa bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sehingga membutuhkan penataan ulang atau perancangan pengembangan dari seluruh masterplan YBAF ini supaya tidak adanya tumpang tindih dan perencanaan pengembangan bisa sinergis dengan aksi yang dilakukan oleh masyaraka
